  • To Know the factors required to make best quality of steamed rice with large amount of rice, several organizations that serve meals were surveyed. Factor that mostly influence the amount of water to the amount of rice is a kind or rice. In the case of good quality rice, when the amount of rice is more than 10cups, the ratio of water to rice is 0.9 and that of poor quality rice is 0.7 Average ratio is 0.8 Therefore, ordinarily with the ratio of 0.8, good quality of steamed rice can be made. Washed rice should be used to measured the of rice. To make a good quality of steamed rice with large amount of rice, center part of the boiling rice should be stirred generously several times to equalize the temperature.

  • Purpose: Based on the author's adapted invariant choice, this study is to present the methodology and the calculation of the integral index of the digital component of the quality of life. By analyzing the digital indexes, the study is also to discuss distribution of ICT and the digital quality of life of the population of Kazakhstan and its regions. Research design, data, methodology: In this research, the method of calculation of integral assessment of the indicator was used, which indicates index constructs. The study analyzed objective secondary data for the period 2017-2019, which was the database from official websites of the Committee on Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Results: The study produced an integral code for assessing digital components of living standards of the population, consisting of five groups sub-indexes. Conclusions: Based on the provided analyses, we can confirm the existence of a significant difference of all the indicators of digital living standards of the population between the two leading cities: Almaty city and Nur-Sultan city. Furthermore we can deduce the differences of the examined indexes for other regions of Kazakhstan. Despite the rapid adoption of digital technologies, Kazakhstan still has significant digital gaps among cities indicating regional differences in the speed of implementation and distribution of digital technologies.

For the purpose, 208 elderly who were over sixty years old and inhabited in Seoul were given questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed by means of a 1:1 personal interview method. A Measurement model and a structural equation model estimates by Maximum Likelihood method(ML method) utilizing LISREL 8.51 ver. The major results are summarized as follows: 1) A Goodness of fit is good of structural equation model presented in the study. 2) The higher their leisure resource is, the higher health perception is, the higher leisure attitude is the more leisure satisfaction. 3) The important valuable factor which affected the quality of life in the elderly was the leisure satisfaction. • Based on the hedonic pricing method, this paper investigates the effect of air quality on the apartment price in Seoul. The empirical results show that both the structural variables such as years of construction, heating system, and size of apartment complex and accessability variables such as distances to subway station and parks provide statistically significant effects on the price of apartment, Especially, the dendity of sulfurous acid gas ($SO_2$) and ozone ($O_3$) in the air, indicating air quality, negatively affect the price of apartment, This implies that as the condition of air quality to become worse, apartment price decreases, Therefore, when the degree of aversion of apartment residents against the air pollution affects the formation of apartment's market price, the MWPT(Marginal Willingness to Pay) in order to improve the air quality 10% has been estimated as 36,000~39,000Won per month.

  • The Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs is currently pushing forward policies targeting the Rural Convergence Industry initiative to incubate the front-runners of the '6th industry', to increase off-farm income, to create rural jobs for elderly, and to create women-based farms. As a result, in 2017, a total of 11,604 Rural Convergence Industries were in business, and the goods produced from those industries were diverse. However, the quality and safety of those products are not being checked and managed thoroughly, which has caused consumers to not trust products made from the Rural Convergence Industries. Through a survey and the ordering logit model, this study analyzed consumer perception of the safety and quality of goods from the Rural Convergence Industries. The analysis revealed that we must first raise awareness of the importance of rural agriculture areas and the products of the Rural Convergence Industries to uplift consumer perceptions regarding the products produced by the industries. The analysis also revealed that diverse points of distribution (sellers), education on the importance of rural and urban areas, and marketing Rural Convergence Industry products within suburban consumer populations are necessary to increase the consumption of these products.

  • The water quality of Paldang reservoir now grades the third class water based on COD criterion, meaning that it is no longer suitable for drinking. This study attempted to estimate the economic value of water quality improvement in Paldang reservoir using CVM. The survey used payment card format to measure the willingness to pay of the questionnaire respondents for the improvement of water quality and also factors that affect the WTP. The survey showed that men rather than women, those had higher income and paid more water supply charges, those who lived in the area for a shorter period of time, those who do not use city water for drinking, had willingness to pay more. The WTP was estimated 4,952 to 5,497 won on a monthly average. The economic value of the improvement of the water quality of Paldang reservoir was estimated between 344.2~382.1 billion won on an annual basis.

  • This study identified the use types of a home help service and the level of service quality and reviewed the extent of their effects on consumer satisfaction. As a result of measuring the service quality in terms of support, assurance, reliability, empathy and responsiveness, a high overall reliability was demonstrated in the service. The consumer satisfaction with the home help service was discovered as being high, in general. Meanwhile, with the female research participants, the lower the service fee was perceived to be, the higher the consumer satisfaction. The quality assessment items concerning support and reliability were found to be important variables which were influential on consumer satisfaction. Therefore, it has been shown to be imperative to prepare political alternatives regarding the development of the service standard in order to protect user's rights, offer relevant information, and ensure reliability in the home help service.

  • Quality internal audit (IA) plays a crucial role in accountability, transparency and preserving public properties. This paper gives a brief background of the IA system in Yemen and examines its impact with regards to financial performance in Yemeni commercial banks based on five factors: (i) independence of IAs, (ii) adherence to IA standards, (iii) governance principles implementation, (iv) size of the IA, and (v) frequency of internal audits committees' meetings. The primary data for the study were collected through a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. Fifty questionnaires were distributed out of which forty-two were retrieved and valid in the analysis process. For the empirical analysis, descriptive analysis and T-test were used for verification of the research hypotheses. Results revealed that sticking to standards internal audit, internal auditors' independence and quality governance have significant impact on banks' financial performance, while the size of internal audits committees, as well as their meeting, frequently has insignificant positive impact on banks' performance. Moreover, the country results show that the use of automated internal audit in banks has an impact on improving financial performance. This article provides avenues for further studies, mainly in developing countries, including Yemen, in quality internal audit and financial performance.

This is a structural equation research with data obtained from 177 students through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale; the selection criteria is having shopped online from various universities in Indonesia. The statistical testing tool used is SPSS 26.0, with the effect between variables determined using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The findings of this study indicate that the nine proposed hypotheses are accepted, positively and significantly, directly or indirectly, which are supported by previous research to reinforce the findings that have been found. The interesting attributes associated with this study are hedonic shopping motivation and impulse buying that mediate the relationship between website quality and customer satisfaction of online shopping in Indonesia's marketplace.
