적조 대응 육상양식장 운영방안 및 경제적 타당성 분석 (Analysis of Operational Plan and Economical Validity in Aquacultural for Contingency Red Tide)

  • This paper analyzed economic feasibility of aquacultural construction which of large-scale. The results of the economic analysis, cage cultural and water recycling cultural by post-water treatment were analyzed that NPV is 2,083,685 thousand won and -14,105,896 thousand won and B/C ratio is 0.590 and 0.855, respectively. These were shown economic infeasibility. But, running water culture by pre-water treatment(small scale) and running water culture by pre-water treatment(large scale) were analyzed that the one is 5,555,747 thousand won and 15,048,589 thousand won and the other is 1,154 and 1,1221, respectively. these were shown economic feasibility. In addition, measurement of B/C ratio through a sensitivity analysis on running water cultural by pre-water treatment(small scale) and running water cultural by pre-water treatment(large scale) is economic feasibility in all cases. However, these were analyzed when the selling price was falling to 20 percent, it has shown economic infeasibility and when the selling price rises to 20 percent, water recycling culture by post-water treatment has economic feasibility. The significance of the study analyzed a sensibility as well as economic feasibility by methods and scales. It is expected that used as basic materials when constructing and operating of land aquaculture in order to minimize the damage from natural disasters.

고추수확기의 개발방향 설정 (Determination of Development Strategy for a Pepper Harvester)

  • Pepper is the most important horticultural plant in Korean farm. Pepper harvesting has been known to be the most difficult process in pepper cultivation so that demand for mechanization is strong. In a research to develop a pepper harvesting machine performance and capacity of the harvester should be determined based on both economical feasibility and machine design concept. In order to accomplish an economical analysis of the pepper harvester, a mathematical model for comparing manual harvesting cost to machine harvest cost was developed. Validity of the model depends on the data used in the model. Economical information for the model variables was acquired from the result of farm survey on pepper cultivation technique and economics of pepper farmer. Technical information on pepper harvester were also collected through literature review and analyzed. Based on the economical analysis and synthesis of the technical information on pepper harvesters, its performance and capacity were determined. The operating performances of the harvester such as cutting, conveying, flipping, pepper removing and post-processing (sorting) were determined. Daisy capacity of the machine was determined to be 0.41 ha. A pepper harvester with the suggested capacity was economically feasible if the price of pepper harvester, pepper recovery ratio and service life of harvester were about 6 million won, 80%, and 4 years, respectively.

  • In Korea, new total energy-saving solution has planned to build test-bed in underground subway station. Breaking energy is one of the most energy saving method in railway, but it has not be fully used up for economical purpose. This paper demonstrates on energy saving technology application including breaking energy and heating energy to underground subway station. It also offer solution of optimization of power energy flow. Moreover, economic feasibility analysis performed for undergound test bed constuction.

  • The risk of pipe-bursting in multi-regional transmission mains consisting of 89 % of singled pipeline is so high that pipeline stabilization project is required such as renewal and replacement, pipe paralleling, emergency ties. Pipeline stabilization projects could be postponed at the step of initial decision-making because effect of this project is intangible benefit like activation of economic, improvement of welfare related to water. This study is to suggest quantified economical feasibility model for intangible benefit presumption to solve above problem. Cost reduction of emergency water supply, leakage, burst restore and energy efficiency improvement was altered and applied. As a result of economic analysis taking into account estimated benefit and cost under discount rate 5.5 %, service life 40 years, sufficient economic feasibility analyzed with B/C 2.45, NPV 317,700 million won, IRR 9.09 %.

  • 교량시설물은 차량소통을 용이하게 하는 주요 사회간접자본 시설의 하나로 도로교통에서 매우 중요한 구조물로, 시공 이후 사용에 따른 열화부위 발생 시 그 교체가 어렵고 교통에 많은 영향을 미치기 때문에 유지관리를 위한 주기적인 점검 및 진단이 요구된다. 하지만 열악한 작업 환경과 점검작업을 통해 발생하는 데이트의 객관성 확보 및 체계적인 관리에 많은 제약이 따라 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 자동화 장비를 도입하는 것을 고려할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이를 위해 경제적 타당성 검토를 위한 모델을 제안하고 기존 작업과 자동화 도입에 따라 예상되는 요소들을 비교하여 교량시설물 점검작업을 자동화할 때 경제적으로 어떤 가치가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 자료의 제약으로 인해 현 단계에서 명확한 경제적 타당성을 검토하는데 제약이 있으나 향후 연구를 통해 교량시설물 점검작업의 자동화에 대한 구체적인 가치를 제시하고자 한다.

선박 평형수 처리장치 선정을 위한 경제성 분석 (Economy Analysis to Retrofit Ballast Water Treatment System for an Existing Vessel)

  • Since Ballast Water Management Convention has been effected, BWTS, applied to new-building vessels and existing vessels, have been developed from many countries with various treatment methods. However, BWTS is mainly typed Electrolysis, Ozone and UV type. Approximately 70 products have been type approved by the Flag Administrations. For the new-building vessels, the vessels' design and construction have been considered for arrangements and installations for BWTS. However, existing vessels which already construction had finished have problem with selection of BWTS type for installation and arrangement. The selection of the most economized BWTS system is important though, CAPEX has not been made any significant differences. However, OPEX is more important factor. Consequently, detail analysis of OPEX is the key to the selection of the most economized BWTS system and also it can be the purpose of this study. The feasibility study on the main three type of BWTS (Electrolysis, Ozone and UV type) for 175K Bulk Carrier and 57K Cargo ship has been conducted for this study. Because, these three type of BWTS have been the most frequently installed and used and the two type of object vessels are consist of the 40% of the world merchant ship market. For this study, interest rate, project duration (operation time after installation), maintenance cost and fuel oil price are considered as major factor of feasibility study. In addition, expecting Interest rates to sensitivity analysis conducted for more accurate feasibility study. For 175K Bulk carrier, ozone treatment system is more economical than other types. For 57K cargo ship, UV type is considered more economical than other types. However, it is concluded that electrolysis type is more suitable compare to installation space, total weight and electrical power consumption.

인천-개성(공단)간 바아지 항로의 타당성 조사 (A feasibility study on barge transportation system between Incheon and Gaesung)

  • 최근 남북한 경제교류 증대, 개성공단의 급속한 발전 등에 따라 남북한 물류도 급속히 증가하고 있어 기존의 육상 수송뿐만이 아니라 다양한 형태의 수송로 확보가 필요한 실정이다. 한편 유럽 및 미국 등에서는 항만 및 적하역 시설의 이용이 용이하며 초기 투자비용이 저렴한 바아지시스템이 화물 수송에 널리 이용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 바아지시스템을 활용한 인천-개성(공단) 항로의 사회적, 경제적 타당성에 대하여 검토한다. 또한 인천-개성(공단)간 바아지 후보 항로를 제시하고 시험운항, 실해역 조사 및 현장 답사 등을 통하여 바아지 운항에 대한 기술적 타당성을 검토한다. 마지막으로 인천-개성(공단)간의 최적 항로와 바아지시스템을 제안한다.

  • Urban public service is goods and activities which satisfy public demands for the political, social, economic, cultural activity and household affairs of individual or groups and which urban government supply with free of charge. In view of government, in addition to fairness of facilities location, location of such facilities are to be determined the respect to cost of locating facilities and developmental direction in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to study on feasibility. A feasibility study Is an effective tool in determining the decision of investment or not and the level of investment priority on Projects requiring a sizeable investment and the feasibility of a project. The first, it is to select reasonable location. It was selected four and two by consideration of facilities distribution and connection with others. Six proposal selected was estimated by five element of approach, demand, symbol, reality, environment. In result proposal I was chosen. The next, it is to estimate scales. The finally, it is to study on economical efficiency. Net Present Value was came out ₩4.4billion by 20years and Inter Rate of Return showed up 11%. in addition, it offer various benefit by public facilities. In conclusion, this project is reasonable.

리스크 관리를 통한 프로젝트 타당성 검토방안에 대한 연구 -소규모 임대주택을 대상으로- (A Feasibility Study on Small-sized Rental Residential Building Project through Risk Management)

  • 사업기획 및 타당성분석단계는 사업을 추진하는데 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 단계로써, 정확한 프로젝트 타당성 검토 수행은 프로젝트를 추진하는데 결정적인 기회를 제공해주므로 직관적인 접근방식보다는 객관적이고 정확한 방법의 제시가 요구되는 바이다. 사업타당성을 정확하게 분석하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 진행에 영향을 주는 리스크 인자를 식별하고 이 인자들을 성격별로 그룹화한다. 소규모 임대주택의 사례를 바탕으로 기존 방식인 금융부분의 프로젝트 타당성 분석을 실시한다. 위에서 식별된 리스크 인자들 중 금융부분을 포함하여 인자들간의 상관관계를 Influence Diagram으로 파악하여 리스크를 분석하고, 각 인자별의 중요도를 판별하기 위한 민감도 분석을 실시한다. 이와 같은 과정을 통하여, 기존의 프로젝트 타당성분석에서 사용하는 금융부분의 타당성분석 뿐만 아니라, 프로젝트 진행시에 나타나는 비정형적이고 주관적인 요소들을 리스크 인자로써 포함하여 분석할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 도출된 모든 리스크 인자를 정량화하여 객관적인 분석 및 의사결정을 할 수 있기 때문에 기존 방법보다 발전된 프로젝트 타당성 분석 방안을 본 논문에서 제시하였다.
