This study aims to feasibility study of the Youth Center. Welfare of adolescents is appeared to a matter of concern and interest as social problems of various kinds related adolescents including the fire at a beer bar in Inchon occur recently. In view of government, in addition to fairness of facility location, location of such facilities are to be determined the respect to cost of locating facilities and developmental direction in the future. A feasibility study is an effective tool in determining the decision of investment or not and the level of investment priority on projects requiring a sizeable investment and the feasibility of a project. The first, it is to select reasonable location. It was selected three and two by consideration of facilities distribution and connection with others. Five proposal selected was estimated by five element of approach, demand, symbol, reality, environment. In result proposal I was chosen. The next, it is to estimate scales. It was estimated by analysis of catchment area, similar facilities, programs, in result 7,260$m^2$ cone into analysis to the best gross area The finally, it is to study on economical efficiency. Income Statement estimated was came out \1.7billion. in addition, it offer various benefit by public facilities.

The prestressed concrete girder bridges have been used widely at the domestic national road as well as highway because it is great in the functional and economical efficiency. Also it has the advantage of convenience of design and construction due to being given standard sections. However it could be easily verified that a standard section of P.S.C girder is excessive design, which has much more redundancy than is necessary against design loads. Thus, in this paper the formulation of the optimum design for PSC girder railway bridge is suggested and dominant design variables and constraints are inquired as performing the optimum design. The objective is adopted as total cost of PSC girder bridge ,and in order to effective optimum design, design variables are formulated as PSC girder section dimension and girder space as well. And constraints are formulated according to Korean railway design specification and considering construction-ability such as PS anchorage and girder space. Using the proposed optimum design system, optimum PSC girder bridge design has been performed. And from the results of analysis it is suggested to denote the optimum section which satisfies the structural safety ,and economical efficiency all together.

This study is interested in modeling the selection of optimal repair materials in view of the qualitative evaluation. In order to architecting the evaluation model of various repair alternatives, Analytical hierarchy process techniques was applied to this study. It is composed of aesthetics, easy-to-application, economical efficiency, and environment-friendly properties in upper level. Among the qualitative evaluation items, Environment-friendly properties and execution cost included in economical efficiency is highly weighted. It was concluded that the evaluation model by this study is very useful to choose the best alternative among various repair materials.

The decision of the Form removal time which leads the early assuring strength of the concrete from Apartment construction is the fact which is important from Reducing the period of works and the economical efficiency side. Especially, with Complex building of recent times the same Tall building and Multiple Apartment Site which only follows in upgrade of interior construction of apartment site and shortening the frame construction period becomes very, importantly is the actual condition where the effort which is various for this is attempted. But is caused by with limit and economical efficiency problem of case concrete early strength revelation of most and is not put to practical use is the actual condition. Develops concrete mixture which is a utility from the research which sees hereupon and the effect which is economic leads construction duration shortening under maximizing boil.

In recent years, renewable energy sources have been mentioned as solution to environmental regulation and energy supply-demand. Energy storage systems are needed to mitigate the intermittent output characteristics of renewable energy sources and to operate micro grid efficiently using renewable energy generation systems. However, despite the necessity of energy storage system, this cannot secure the economical efficiency of the energy storage system by high initial cost. In this paper, a micro grid is constructed to supply electric power to industrial customers by using solar power generation system and energy storage system among renewable energy generation power sources and operated to improve energy independence. In the case study, we use photovoltaic system which is representative renewable energy generation system. Unlike conventional photovoltaic system, this system uses floating photovoltaic system with the advantage of having high output and no land area limitations. It is operated for the purpose of improving energy independence in the micro grid. In order to secure economical efficiency, the energy storage system operates a micro grid with a minimum capacity. Finally, this paper calculates the appropriate subsidy for the energy storage capacity.

The voltage drop in electrical circuits causes a heat accumulation of wiring. This heat could change the specific character of an insulator and deteriorate the dielectric strength so that it could affect an electric leakage, an electric ant a power failure and a fire caused by the short circuit. Therefore optimal design for voltage drop in electrical wiring became an important factor to ensure the safety and economical efficiency of electrical facilities. So in this paper, I analyzed consequences that voltage drop affects in electrical wiring in multi-distributed system used for low electrical system such as road lights, Building, subway station which needs securities for the public society. And I proposed voltage drops computation program and optimal design to ensure the safety and economical efficiency.

This study investigates the effects of convergence firefighter helmet attributes on consumer attitude toward the product and willingness-to-pay. The results of empirical analysis are as follows. First, consumer attitude toward the convergence product is more favorable when conciseness, economical efficiency, and the utility value of the convergence product's attributes are high, while consumer attitude toward the convergence product is less favorable when the perceived risk of the convergence product's attributes is high. Second, consumer willingness-to-pay for the convergence product is higher when conciseness, economical efficiency, and the utility value of the convergence product's attributes are high, while consumer willingness-to-pay for the convergence product is lower when the perceived risk of the convergence product's attributes is high. Based on our results, the implications are discussed for the further development of convergence products.

This experiment was to study the effect of pure mineral nitrogen fertilizing on seasonal distribution of dry matter yield and the advisable mineral nitrogen amounts on grassland. The results were as follows: 1. With longer regrowth periods the absolute dry matter yields and the nitrogen-efficiences due to nitrogen fertilizing increased substantially, whereas the quality declined at the relatively lesser cutting frequencies. 2. The first cut at 3-cut regimes, the first and fourth cut at 4-cut regimes, and the second and last cut at 5-and 6-cut regimes showed the highest nitrogen-efficiency, respectively. 3. By the sigmaformed process of production curve the most efficient mineral N-dressing rate per ha and cut was calculated: 42-56kg N on the 3-cut areas, 39-55kg N on the 4-cut areas, 38-47kg N on the 5-cut areas and 35-48kg N/ha/cut on the &cut areas. 4. In dependence on site and kind of calculation the economical borders were reached with the following dressings of mineral N/ha/cut: 90-100kg on the 3-cut areas, 70-100kg on the 4-cut areas and 50- 90kg on the 5-and 6-cut areas.

This study is for analyzing relationship between clothing and shoes design in the 20th century fashion through studying changes of fashion style. At the beginning of the 20th century, the length of skirts became shorten, so that shoes can be shown. For the result of that. shoes has been developed rapidly in its shape, color, material and ornament with having relations with clothes. The 1st World War made fashion to change into economical style. According to that, shoes also changed with regarding its activities and economical efficiency. In the middle of the 20th century. according to the development of mass media. the stars fashion influenced on the trends of clothes and shoes. As young generation. who leads fashion trends, prefer easy and active clothes, shoes also changed into easy style, sneakers were worn widely and platform sole was applied into various shoes. As a result of this study, shoes design was dynamically changed according to fashion style. The study on its functional efficiency is actively studied now however. the study of shoes design is not. When regarding shoes were always worn with clothes, it is impossible to think shoes and clothes are two things. and also I hope the study on relations between clothes and shoes can be more active and consistently implemented.
