유아 어머니의 자아정체감, 양육효능감, 스트레스 대처방식이 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Ego-identity, Parenting Efficacy and Stress Coping Style on Depression in Mothers of Toddlers)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the influence of ego-identity, parenting efficacy, and stress coping style on depression in mothers of toddlers. Methods: This was a cross-sectional, descriptive study. Data were collected from 164 mothers of toddlers, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 24.0. Results: The factors influencing depression in mothers of toddlers included ego-identity, economic status, and perceived health status. These variables explained 60.0% of depression in mothers of toddlers. Conclusion: Lower ego-identity was associated with more intense depression. Therefore, healthcare providers should develop intervention programs that can improve ego-identity to decrease depression among mothers of toddlers.

청소년이 지각한 가족지지와 자아정체감과의 관계 (The Relationship between Family Support and Ego Identity of Young People)

  • In the present study we have attempted to explore the relationship between family support that young people receive and the level of Ego Identity that they develop. We started the present study with the purpose of providing parish nurses with some basic data for nursing intervention for family and school nursing, as well as for community health care. We conducted the present study during the period of October 15, 2001 through November 5, 2001. The objects of this study were Inmunge High School students chosen from a school in Daejon. The subject students were selected randomly from each grade in that school. The numbers of subjects selected were 120 boys and 113 girls (total: 233). The research tool that we used to measure perceived family support received by students was one that Ga Eon Lee revised for high school students on the basis of Cobb's theory. To measure the subject students' Ego Identity level we used Bong Yon Sho's 'Ego Identity Scale', that he revised from Dignan's 'Ego Identity Scale' for Korean high school students. Data were analyzed with SPSS Win 10.0 program using statistics of frequencies, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings of the present study indicate that: 1) The mean of family support that the subject students feel that they received was 39.99 on the family support scale, and the mean of the students on the Ego Identity scale was 186.16. 2) The support that the subjects received from their own family had a statistically significant correlation with their Ego Identity (r=.93, p=.00). 3) Various factors had a significant correlation with the level of family support perceived by the subjects: the subject's grade (F=3.35, p=.04), the subject's religion (t=6.39, p=.00), the family's economic situation (F=9.14, p=.00), the birth order (F=27.61. p=.00), the father's education (F=23.17, p=.00), the mother's education (F=28.70, p=.00), parental relationship (F=2657.03, p=.00), and the structure of the family (F=-9.65. p=.00). 4) Various factors had a significant correlation with the level of the subject's Ego Identity: the subjects religion (t=6.20, p=.00), the family's economic situation (F=12.56, p=.00), the birth order (F=22.85, p=.00), the father's education (F=10.37, p=.00), the mother's education (F=20.69, p=.00), parental relationship (F=938.73. p=.00), and the structure of the family (F=-8.74, p=.00). 5) Analyzing sources of support within the family, family members whom the subjects trust most (F=3.08, p=.03) and family members to whom they talk most (F=5.85, p=.00) showed the most significant differences.   • Korea has established a code for the economic and cultural industry that covers a wide range of classes unlike the old information era which was limited to the simple knowledge, technology, tools, morals, and customers that had been established in our society. On the other hand, 'culture marketing' is a series of marketing activities in which value-added items are created and shared. The combination of business management and culture seemed pretty awkward considering how rapidly the world was changing, however, the nature of today's culture has changed and the economic nature of culture products has resulted from those changes. In this paper, two authors who expressed the cultural identity in the culture products are studied through a comparison analysis; the author Min Yeongsoon expressed the identity confusion that she experienced in a foreign country and how she overcame homesickness in her work; and the author Kim Ata expressed his confidence in Asia and used his clear and loud voice to express the culture in his work. In addition, today's culture products are affected by the surrounding cultures such as the member's traditional society, environmental culture, and individual's culture. It is a good source for good works of art. In this study, the efforts of seeking the cultural identity, structuring the concept, seeking a new market and possibilities are used to make a consistent process in order to make a series of the systems required for planning and developing culture products.

  • The progress of urbanization has been accelerated by the development of machinery after the Industrial Revolution and the speed of change has been increased after the invention of computers. However, the problem of residence, the space for human life in the city, is still not complete. Ever since apartments rose as a solution for the residential problem caused by urbanization after the 1970s and now after 30 years, remodelling is preferred among the 2 choices, reconstruction and remodelling of apartments, in respect of economy and efficiency. Especially, in remodelling collective residence, construction, equipment environment, sight, etc. are considered and only after testing these various aspects can remodelling succeed. Aiming at studying the need of visual identity among many considerations in remodelling, this study investigates and analyzes the remodelling cases of domestic and overseas common residence and suggests the need of visual identity. In Korea where construction design for common residence is monotonous, expressing visual identity can be even more important. The common residence area that symbolizes its unique characteristic will elevate not only its economic value but also the psychological value of its residents.

여대생의 성역할정체감유형에 따른 월경전기증후군, 월경통 및 스트레스 (The Study of Premenstrual Syndrome, Dysmenorrhea, and Stress according to the Gender Role Identity of Female University Students)

  • Purpose: This study was to examine the differences in the degree of premenstrual syndrome, dysmenorrhea, and stress according to the gender role identity of female university students. Methods: Data were collected by self-reported questionnaires from 308 female university students. Data analysis was done with SPSS 10.1 for descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple-range test. Results: The most prevalent type of premenstrual syndrome was androgenic(33.8%), followed by undifferentiated(25.0%). There was a significant difference in dysmenorrhea according to residence. In addition, there were significant differences in premenstrual syndrome according to age, and in stress according to age and economic status. Also, there was no significant difference according to dysmenorrhea and there were significant differences in premenstrual syndrome and dysmenorrhea according to gender role identity. Premenstrual syndrome and stress were the most prevalence in female type, but the lowest severe in masculine type. Conclusion: The study variables can be influencing factors in the gender role identity of female university students. Also, the findings can provide the basis for the development of nursing interventions to establish the gender role identity of female university students.

The Impact of Green Corporate Identity and Green Personal-Social Identification on Green Business Performance: A Case Study in Thailand

  • This study aims to investigate the impact of green corporate identity and employees' green identification on green business performance of international automobile manufacturers in Thailand. It involves 400 employees from the target study area, using questionnaires to collect data from January to February 2021, with purposive and convenient sampling methods. Data analysis employed structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that green corporate identity has a significant impact on employees' green personal-social identification and green business performance; meanwhile, employees' green social identification has a significant impact on green business performance. However, employees' green personal identification has a significant impact on green business performance only through employees' green social identification. Green corporate identity can increase the corporate' green business performance via economic, environmental and social aspects through employees' green personal-social identification. The findings suggest that green corporate communication through visual identity, employee behaviors, culture, policy products and services in response to environmental forces and drivers to create the green corporate identity is deemed to systematically work. Furthermore, the findings also suggest that employees' green identification on both personal and social levels can be a significant issue that the managers in automobile manufacturers should pay attention as well.

북중무역에서 정체성 저글링: 중국 단둥 소재 조선족 무역상을 사례로 (Identity Juggling in the North Korea-China trade: A Case Study of Korean Chinese(Chosonjok) in Dandong, China)

  • 문화인류학 관점에서 단둥은 민족 정체성 혹은 국민 정체성이 상이한 조선족, 한국사람, 북한사람, 북한화교 등 네 집단이 공존함으로써 국경의 의미가 재구성되는 예외적인 공간으로 정의되었다. 또한 경제학 일각에서도 단둥소재 기업들의 대북 무역과 투자활동을 분석함에 있어 기업주의 민족-국민 정체성 조합을 기준으로 한족, 조선족, 북한화교, 기타 기업으로 분류하고 사업 규모와 활동에 있어 차이가 있음을 밝혔다. 하지만 기존 연구는 민족-국민 정체성 조합이 상이한 집단을 구분하고 집단별 활동에 있어 차이만을 주목하여 개별 집단이 어떻게 자신의 이중 정체성을 상황과 현안에 따라 활용하는지 밝히지 못했다. 본 연구는 조선족 대북무역상을 대상으로 타집단과 상이한 자신의 이중 정체성을 선택적으로 활용하는 '정체성 저글링(identity juggling)'의 구체적 양태를 살펴보았다. 설문과 심층 인터뷰를 통해 조선족 무역상이 대북무역에서 우위를 점하기 위해 이중 언어 구사 능력을 활용하고 있음을 확인했다. 또한 비록 한국에 의해 정의되었지만 한민족으로서의 민족 정체성과 중국 공민으로서의 국민 정체성을 한국과 북한을 왕래하는 데 활용하면서 이동성을 높이고 있었다. 이와 더불어 향후 한반도 긴장 완화와 북한의 개혁개방 시 조선족 자신의 역할에 대한 기대에서도 정체성 저글링을 확인할 수 있었다.

경찰 정체성 접근론에 관한 논의 (Discussion about the approach to Police Identity)

  • 우리나라 경찰은 근대화를 거침으로써 일제식민지 시대의 대륙법계 경찰체제를 거쳐 해방 후 미정 경찰체제를 받아들임으로써 혼재한 상황에서 전란으로 한국의 경찰 정체성을 확립하기보다 체제완성에 집중해온 것이 사실이다. 이후 정치적, 경제적, 사회적 외부 환경이 안정화를 갖춤에 따라 현대사회 경찰활동을 지향하기 위해 내부적 성찰을 통한 경찰활동의 철학 즉, 경찰 정체성이 필요하게 되었다. 그러나 대부분의 경찰 정체성 정립을 위한 접근은 주요 변수를 찾는 것에 치중하여 단계적 계측을 중시해 왔다. 이러한 단적인 계측 연구를 통한 경찰조직의 정체성은 복제(replication)을 수행할 수 없을뿐더러 이상적 정체성을 내재화하는 것에 한계를 가졌었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 경찰 정체성 확립의 필요성과 접근론의 형성을 논의하기 위해 경찰관이 정체성을 내재화하기 위한 인식으로써 어떠한 수단에 의존하는지와 의존수단에 따른 경찰활동 반영성을 분석하고 결과를 제시하였다.

노인의 일에 대한 주관적인 평가와 자아존중감 간의 관계 (A study on Self-esteem and Subjective Evaluations to Work among Elderly Persons)

  • The purpose of this study was to look into correlations between subjective evaluation on the work and self-esteem of the elderly so as to provide information for finding out ways of developing their self-esteem. The subjects of this study were 318 elderly persons in Chonnam and Kwangju city. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation reliability stepwise and multiple regression analysis through the SAS package program. the major findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1) The self-esteem of elderly persons was 25,9 which was above the median 24. 2) According to the results related to subjective evaluations on the work among the elderly the positive correlation was by education level family situation economic state social activity level and health state while the negative correlation was by sex, age, and spouse. 3) According to the results related to subjective evaluations on the work among the elderly the positive correl tion was by worker identity job satisfaction quality of work time. 4) In model 1. variable affecting their self-esteem were health sate education level economic state health state age social activity level and sex. In Model 2, variables affecting their self-esteem were worker identity education level economic state age health state social activity level job satisfaction and sex. Especially self-estee of elderly was highly correlated with subjective evaluations on the work among the elderly persons.

치과위생사의 전문직업적 정체성과 관련 요인 (Professionalism identity and related factors of dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the professionalism identity and related factors in dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 347 dental hyfienists from March 5 to May 31, 2015. Except incomplete 39 answers, data were analyzed by frequency analysis, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. The questionnaire comprised 25 items including professionalism scale by Hall, Snizek, and Anderson by Likert 5 point scale. Results: Professionalism scale revealed self-regulation($3.65{\pm}0.58$), service conviction($3.64{\pm}0.62$), skills and training($3.21{\pm}0.70$), sense of professional vocation($3.20{\pm}0.65$), and thought about professional group($3.08{\pm}0.78$). The professionalism identity by general characteristics showed significant differences and there were positive correlations in main factors. The identity level was influenced by internal factors rather than economic compensation. Conclusions: There were positive correlation in main factors. The identity level was influenced by internal factors.
