The globalizing economic processes based on knowledge-based economic systems have changed the environment of competition between corporations fundamentally. As a result, all corporations must carry out their own activities for innovation in order to strengthen their competitiveness continuously. However, it may be difficult for the companies to meet the demand of rapidly changing markets as well as technological changes by themselves. Therefore, most of companies intensify their interdependent collaboration with other corporations for carrying out innovative activities. This is a process of building innovation networks. Innovation networks can provide opportunities to learn latest technologies and at the same time reduce uncertainties for the future. In fact, innovation networks enable not only to provide information about technology, market etc. but also to create learning processes between innovative actors. Thus, innovation networks are the most significant factor to stimulate innovative activities as well as to generate the growth of companies. This paper argues about impacts of innovation networks on the result of innovative activities. Furthermore, this focuses on the analysis of characters of corporations as well as patterns between innovation networks and innovation results.

Through the action of Major Barbara, Shaw advocates the improvement of human race and civilization through fabian eugenic socialism in the based on the Galtonian eugenics and social Darwinism in late Victorian period. In the play, Shaw contrasts two ideologies, Barbara's spiritual institutionalized Christianity with Undershaft's worldly power to control the conventional society. For the dramatic purpose, Shaw symbolically combines the power of the munitions maker, the intellect of the scholar and the faith of the Salvationist. Shaw seems to believe that the best way of improving the human society can be comprised by effective eugenic agencies regarded Shavian trinities. In relation to the eugenic discourses for social betterment, this essay explores how Shaw's ideas on social eugenic is perceived in Major Barbara through main characters as spiritual, intellectual and economic agencies in terms of social Darwinism for the progress of the human society. As always, Shaw's evolutionary agencies are disillusionized from the idealistic faith through the realistic awareness of economic facts, which is manifested in their practices to advance the institutional society Shaw attacked. It is obvious that the significant facts of eugenic socialism/social eugenics based on social Darwinism are promoted by Barbara, Cusins and Undershaft in Major Barbara to maintain a worthy evolution of society and humanity.

가잠육종의 선발에 대한 유전적 Parameter를 추적학 ldnl해 누에 일본종계통 3, 중국종계통 4 모두 7개 품종을 이면교배하여 주요 견성과 사질의 유전력과 유전상관을, 그리고 유전상관의 값을 이용하여 여러 형질이 직접 또는 간접적으로 견사량에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위한 경로계수를 추정하였다. 원잠종을 재료로 한 각 형질의 유전력은 F1, F2세대에서 5령경과, 단견중, 견층중, 견층비율, fibroin량, 견층연감율, 견사량 등이 모두 76.65% 이상이었다. 형질상호간의 상관관계를 F1, F2 세대에서 자웅별로 보면 표현형상관과 유전상관의 값은 대체로 정의 방향이었고, 유전상관의 값이 표현형상관의 값보다 일반적으로 높았다. 견사량과의 형질상호간의 상관관계에서 단견중, 견층중, 견층비율, fibroin량 등은 F1, F2세대의 자웅이 모두 0.727 이상의 높은 유전상관 값을 보였다. 주요 형질들의 유전력이 대체로 높고 유전상관의 값이 정의 방향이므로 이들 형질은 선발이 용이할 것으로 기대된다. 경로계수는 견사량에 관여하는 직접효과가 F1세대에서 자의 견층중이 0.991, 웅의 단견중이 0.803이고, F2세대에서 웅의 견층비율이 0.938, 웅의 fibroin량이 0.930으로서 정의 방향으로 그 효과가 크게 표현되었다. 경로계수에서 견사량에 관여하는 직·간접효과가 세대간과 자웅간에 차이는 있으나 주로 증량적 형질인 단견중, 견층중 등의 영향이 컸을 것으로 평가된다.

A study has been made to know the effect of a phytoecdysteroid 'Sampoorna' on uniform maturation of silkworms during spinning and its effect on diseased silkworms infected by major silkworm disease viruses, Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus (BmNPV) and Bombyx mori infectious flacherie virus (BmIFV). In the present investigation, the effect of the phytoecdysteroid "Sampoorna" on Grasserie disease caused by BmNPV have shown an average cocoon melting of 11.91% with a disease incidence of 5.83%. The values of 't' test for different treatments of BmNPV indicated low survival rate and cocoon traits were drastically reduced. Another major disease Flacherie caused by BmIFV has shown considerable levels of larval disease incidence (22-32%) and cocoon melting (3-7.67%) with an average melting of 12.95% and 20.24% disease incidence. There is a drastic reduction in survival rate, cocoon yield and other economic traits. The control batches were indicated negligible values for disease incidence and cocoon melting with Sapoorna application and without the inoculation of the two disease-causing viruses. The application of Sampoorna on already infected batches with major pathogens triggered high mortality and disease incidence and melting percentage was also significantly increased with reduced economic traits. Hence, it is suggested that application of Sampoorna in infected batches should be done only in the extreme conditions of rearing. Application of Sampoorna on healthy batches led to uniform maturation and improvement in productivity with the added advantage of better quality cocoons and labour saving.

Train to Busan(2016) and Seoul Station(2016) contain trans-media properties in terms of the expansion of 'possible worlds' from the original story, and show the cultural and economic potential of the domestic trans-media contents with industrial systems added to the artist's competence of Dir. Yeon Shang-ho, an animator and film director. But they also have limits of the lack of continuity in time and characters between each media, various derived contents and suitable marketing strategy. For the development of Korean trans-media contents, it is necessary to extend the range of contents, find changes in production time and style, and improve the distribution environment to encourage a user to integrate contents from each platforms.

A number of Chinese, Japanese and European silkworm strains with coarse size filament were used for breeding the coarse size variety. Through cross breeding combined with pedigree selection within thirteen generations, a pair of coarse size silkworm variety, named ${CU_1}{\times}{CU_2}$, was obtained after five years. Laboratory trials showed that the filament size of its 4F_1$ hybrid was over 4.3 D, and the other economic characters were also good.

Seeing inadequate disinfection and unhygenic condition in rearing area, use of disease resistant silkworm variety is the best option. In order to this, an attempt has been made to develop the resistance to Bombyx mori densonucleosis virus (BmDNV-2) into a susceptible silkworm breed Zhenon1 by cross breeding with a resistant silkworm breed SU12 and exposing the subsequent generations to BmDNV-2 followed by the selection of individuals from the surviving batches. After seven generation the evolved DNV-2 resistant strain showed the significantly higher resistance to BmDNV-2 than control Zhenon1. The economic characters of both of the breeds were almost on par.

This study is a review of the clothing behavior of kidult group that is a new minority group in 21st century. Kidult is the compound word of kid and adult and refers the persons who have become adults but with the inclination to focus on childlike culture and consumption. As the background of the appearance of the kidult group these days, the prevalence of throwback fashions, high valuation of appearance, the phenomenon to prefer light things caused by economic depression, the individualism that does not care about others and the ageless phenomenon that the consumptions are mind age oriented, may be pointed out. The most prominent cloth behavioral characters of the kidult group are that they enjoy bounding color combinations such as candy color and. that cute t-shirts, crop pants and volume skirts of girlish look are easily found. Also, they enjoy toy-like ornaments and illustrated clothes or accessories and the school uniform fashion implying nostalgia for girl-hood and lovely make-up indicate the kidult inclination.

On the side of that necessity, it is known that the development of Amorphous metal take effects on lowering eddy current loss in a core system. If a amorphous transformer and a motor to which "Amorphous Metal" is applied be widespread, electricity saving should be enormous with the several hundreds billion won of economic effects like cutting the cost of power plants and the unhealthy gases. This research analyzes the types of resident's satisfaction and the preferred rental housing types in Gwangju. The results are summarized as follows : This study devided the characters of resident's satisfaction into four factors and classified the types of residents into three specific groups by the factors of resident's satisfaction : high dwelling density and management improvement demanding type, medium size and general satisfaction type, environmental improvement demanding type The first type includes the lowest income group and relatively high income group coincidently. They need wider living space or want improvement of the level of management service. The second type omnipresently satisfies not only medium sized living space but also other items. This type will be regarded as the inducement standard for the rental housing policy. The third type includes the lowest group in economic and physical level who wants the general upgrade of living space and management level. And, residents need long-term rental housing and wider housing area by 5 pyong.
