본 연구는 데이지 독서보조기기 개발 사업 추진함에 따라 발생되는 비용과 효과를 추정하여 타당성 분석을 실시하였다. 필수 기능만을 탑재한 저가의 데이지플레이어기기의 경우 하드웨어/시제품 및 소프트웨어 개발비용은 총 \307,101,664원으로 추정 되며, 생산비는 대당 \112,000원이 될 것으로 추정되었다. 데이지뷰어소프트웨어 및 입출력 보조기기의 경우 애플리케이션 개발비용은 총 \284,294,080원으로 추정되었으며, 입출력보조기기는 대당 \6,600원에 구매 가능함을 확인하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 경제적 파급 효과를 파악하여 데이지 독서보조기기 개발 사업 추진이 장애인들에게 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구 결과는 사업의 추진여부에 대한 검토의 근거 자료로 향후 사업 진행 시 환경 변화에 따른 능동적 대처를 위해 유용한 정보가 되기를 기대한다.

This study analyzes the effect of demographic changes on economic growth. We use the supply-side output identity to forecast the growth potential of the Korean economy. According to the results, even based on optimistic assumptions and prospects, the economic growth rate is likely to fall drastically starting in 2020. Of course, to maintain growth potential, efforts to increase productivity are necessary. However, given the historical experience of developed countries, it is not clear whether the huge trend of demographic change can be offset by efforts to increase productivity. In the so-called '30-50 club' countries, both labor productivity and growth rate tend to fall after reaching the per capita income of $30,000. The degree of decline in the growth rate is closely related to changes in the working age population and the prime-age workforce. The results are similar when tracking the path of changes in total factor productivities of the economy. When a certain level of income is reached, the increase in total factor productivity also tends to slow down. The ripple effects of rapid changes in demographics will indeed be extensive. The negative impact is likely to be concentrated at a time when the working age population, the prime-age workforce, and the total population shrink simultaneously. Above all, it is necessary to use the government's fiscal space to block the possibility of a rapid fall in the growth rate. In addition, it is important to continuously implement various reform tasks that should be promoted, such as improving the education system and strengthening the social safety net.

This study analyzes the effects of road transportation networks on the local economy in korea. The analysis methods are SNA and spatial panel regression model. The subjects of this study are inland areas of Korea, and the research period is from 2010 to 2019. The network analysis showed that the connection centrality of Gyeongg-do was high internally and externally. Gyeonggi-do has played a central role in the domestic road freight transportation industry. The results of spatial panel regression analysis showed that there was economic competition between regions. Domestic road transportation industry has been competitive among regions and has economic ripple effect. And Internal cargo has been shown to boost the economy of the region. But internal cargo has been shown to lower the economy of surrounding regions, but external cargo has been shown to increase the economy. In order to revitalize the local economy, it is necessary to increase road cargo.

An analysis of the railroad industry for R&D investments has been insufficient whereas there are lots of analysis of accumulation of technology, economic performances and ripple effects for macroscopic view and other industry of R&D investments. This study decided intellectual rights, patent, and paper as common indicators of scientific and technological performances for setting up performance targets through surveying and analysis of preceding study and verified a appropriateness of scientific and technological performances for railroad R&D 11 projects which were successfully finished. Preceding study has been set up performance targets by research investments as input, but this study made a performance target by model through a cross-sectional and residual analysis of performances of railroad R&D 11 Projects in applying research investments, capital investments, inner labor cost and inner labor cost per man and research time as inputs, and verified a validity and a empirical analysis through analysis of other project.

As the number of deteriorated infrastructures increases, research on decision-making methods for efficient budget allocation is required. Thus, this study considered the application of utility theory for asset management of deteriorated infrastructure. In decision-making, methods that enable quantitative measurement were proposed, attributing the aging, economic feasibility, and ripple effects. This study is meaningful as a basic study of decision-making methods, and we will conduct research applied to case studies in the future.

This study examines the issues regarding the selection competition process of offshore wind power operators conducted in Japan in 2020. It also explores the implications of the findings on the legal system of Korea for the introduction of offshore wind power in the future. Drawing on Japan's example, Korea must reconsider the importance of the price aspect when introducing offshore wind power and adopt policies that prioritize balanced industrial development and focus on regional and domestic economic ripple effects.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for establishing a policy to promote the export of Korean goods through the economic ripple effect of the Korean Wave. From 2001 to 2017, cultural goods exports and consumer goods exports data to 102 countries were used to estimate the effect of cultural goods exports on domestic consumer goods exports. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the Gravity Model, we analyzed the effects of domestic film, publishing, music, broadcasting, clothing, cosmetics, processed food, IT products, and automobiles on the export of consumer goods. Results: The empirical analysis estimated the trade creation effect of exports of cultural products driving exports of consumer goods and found that a 1% increase in exports of cultural products increased 0.136% in exports of consumer goods. Conclusions: The average rate of change in consumer goods exports due to changes in cultural product exports was 22.44, which could be interpreted as an increase of $2,244 in exports of consumer goods such as IT products, cosmetics, clothing, and processed foods. According to the analysis of export-driven effects of each consumer item by dividing cultural products by sector, the effects of export of processed foods, clothing, cosmetics, IT products, and film, music, publishing exports were statistically significant.

본 논문에서는 산업연관 분석을 통하여 학교급식의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 크게 세 가지로 구분하면, 첫째, 각종 언론매체에 보도된 학교급식의 현황과 사례를 살펴봄으로써 학교급식의 파급효과를 알아보고자 하였고 둘째, 학교급식의 경제적 효과를 측정하기 위하여 친환경 학교급식의 성공사례로 알려진 전라남도 나주시 초등학교 급식비 자료를 이용하여 산업연관분석을 활용하였다. 마지막으로, 이러한 학교급식의 경제적 효과를 통해 향후 우리농산물의 학교급식 활용이 지역경제 활성화에 가져올 경제적 영향을 제시하고 향후 학교급식 정책의 수립 및 실행에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

본 연구에서는 방송통신위원회에서 지속적으로 추진하고 있는 위치정확도 기준 고시와 관련하여 위치정확도 제고의 경제적 효과를 추정해 보았다. 분석에서는 기업관점의 매출증가효과 및 이를 포괄하는 사회적 관점의 가치창출을 분석하였으며, 산업연관분석을 활용하여 타 산업에의 파급효과까지도 분석을 하였다. 분석의 결과 상당한 수준의 경제적 가치가 확인되었으며, 기업 관점의 가치 대비 사회적 관점의 가치 수준이 매우 높게 나타났다. 이는 LBS가 공공 목적의 서비스 비중이 크며, 기업간, 소비자간 외부성이 큰 서비스라는 직관적 판단을 지지하는 것이며, 위치정확도 제고의 추진에 있어 정부가 적극적인 역할을 해야 함을 보여주는 것으로 해석될 수 있다. 또한, 개략적인 추산이나 위치정확도 제고의 편익-비용비율도 상당히 높은 수준으로 추정할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석을 통해 LBS 위치정확도 제고를 위한 정책의 필요성을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 국회 FM라디오의 신규 재정 투입에 따른 경제적 효과 분석을 하고자 한다. 최근 4차 산업혁명과 뉴미디어 패러다임 변화로 모바일, 인터넷, OTT 등 다매체 다채널로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화하는 대내외적 여건을 반영하여 국회방송에서도 시청자가 공간과 시간적 제약 없이 공공서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 FM라디오 방송의 도입이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 국회 FM 라디오의 신규 정부 재정 투입 소요 예산을 추계하여 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 주요 분석결과는 생산유발계수는 1.661이며, 부가가치 계수는 1.141, 고용유발계수는 7.1로 도출되었다. 수도권권역기준으로 생산유발효과 69.28억원, 부가가치유발효과 47.58억원, 고용유발효과 28.4명으로 분석되었다. 또한, 전국권역기준으로 생산유발효과는 132.57억원, 부가가치유발효과는 91.06억원 고용유발효과는 49.7명으로 추정되었다.
