병원간호사의 환경문제인식이 감염성폐기물 관리 실천 및 친환경의료서비스 지향성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Supervising Infectious Medical Waste and Eco-Friendly Health Care Service Orientation as Perception of the Environment Problem of Hospital Nurse)

  • Purpose. To examine the orientation of the eco-friendly Health care service on korean Hospital nurses Methods. Between October 2012 and November 2012, two hundred eighty five nurses (mean age, $25{\pm}17$ years; age range, 22~42yrears) were enrolled in this study. They performed a questionnaire which related to environmental problem, hospital infectious wastes manage and eco-friendly care service orientation. Results. Within the results, There were statistically significant correlation between "Hospital infectious wastes management" and "environmental problem awareness"(r=0.45, p<.001), "eco-friendly care service orientation"and "environmental problem awareness" (r=0.48, p<.001), and "eco-friendly Health care service orientaton" and "Hospital infectious wastes management"(r=0.50, p<.001). Conclusions. In current study, these results express that it is necessary to promote environmental problem awareness and hospital infectious wastes management practice for the "orientation of the eco-friendly Health care service on korean hospital nuurses.

충남지역 친환경 급식의 날 운영에 따른 초·중학생의 친환경 농산물에 대한 인식 및 급식만족도 (Perception of Eco-friendly Agricultural Products and Food Service Satisfaction of Elementary and Middle School Students According to Eco-friendly Food Service Day in Chungnam)

  • 본 연구에서는 학교급식에서 친환경 급식의 날을 운영하는 초등학교와 중학교, 운영하지 않는 초등학교와 중학교 학생의 친환경 농산물에 대한 인식과 학교급식 만족도를 조사하여 친환경 급식의 날 운영 특성과 문제점을 파악하고 학교급식의 질과 만족도 향상에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하고자 실시하였다. 친환경 급식의 날을 운영하는 초 중학생의 친환경 농산물에 대한 인식에서 운영교 학생은 친환경 농산물이란 유기농산물이라고 답한 비율이 높은 반면, 비운영교 학생은 무농약 농산물이라고 답한 비율이 높았다. 친환경 농산물을 선택하는 방법은 초 중학생 모두 품질인증 표시를 보고 구분한다는 응답이 가장 높았다. 가정에서 친환경 농산물을 사용하는 빈도는 초등학생의 경우 친환경 급식의 날 운영교에서 매일 사용한다는 응답이 42.1%로 비운영교의 25.0%보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.01). 학생의 친환경 급식의 날 운영에 따른 급식만족도는 친환경 급식의 날을 운영하는 초등학교와 중학교가 운영하지 않는 학교에 비해 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 이상의 연구결과를 종합할 때 친환경 급식의 날을 정기적으로 운영하는 초등학교와 중학교의 학생들의 학교급식 만족도가 비운영교의 학생에 비하여 높았다. 앞으로 학교급식에서 학생들의 기호를 고려한 메뉴 개발 및 조리법의 다양화 등으로 우수하고 안전한 친환경 농산물의 사용을 보다 폭넓게 확대하는 방안에 대한 노력이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Has Eco-friendly Management Influence on the Customer's Purchasing Intention at Franchise Korean-restaurant

  • The purpose of this article was to study the influence of eco-friendly management on customer's purchasing-intention at franchise Korean restaurants. In this research, factor analysis and multi regression analysis were used. Eco-friendly management was divided into 4 factors. Eco friendly service affected positively brand image (p<0.05). Energy saving positively affected brand image (p<0.005). Contribution to local society positively affected brand image (p<0.05). Menu composition affected the most positively brand image (p<0.001). At last, brand image had positive influence on purchasing intention (p<0.001). According to these results, we confirmed that the factors of eco friendly management influenced significantly on the customers' perception of brand image. As a result, food service corporations need to deal with the factors of eco friendly management efficiently. The findings of this research would help business management to build effective service marketing strategies and to satisfy the needs of customers at franchise Korean restaurants.

초등학교 예비교사의 환경친화적 태도와 환경지식 분석 (Analysis of Environmental Friendly Attitude and Environmental Knowledge on Pre-service Elementary Teacher)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out eco-friendly attitude and level of knowledge about environment of pre-service elementary teachers and find relationship between these. In this study, we investigate and analyse with surveys about eco-friendly attitudes and environmental knowledge questionnaire targeting the 2nd semester of 2013 32 people of fast stream class 2nd grade. Also, we analyzed correlation between environmental knowledge and the test results of eco-friendly attitudes. Results for the analysis are as follows. First, pre-service elementary teachers' average of eco-friendly attitudes test result is 'cognitive area(60.22)> definitional area(53.69)> behavioral area(52.72)'. These results are re-service elementary teachers are knowledgeable about the environment, but they are passive at the execution act about environment. Second, the average of pre-service elementary teachers' environmental knowledge result is the highest to the protect the environment, for the average(26.25). It is interpreted that they acquired the most the knowledge related to the conservation of the environment. Third, It is no significant correlation between pre-service elementary teachers' eco-friendly attitudes and environmental knowledge. It means that although they acquired a lot of knowledge related to the environment, it is not affected to environmental friendly attitude putting ideas into action about environment.

생태계서비스 기반 국립공원 생태복지 개념정립 및 정책방향 설정 (Concept and Policy Developments on Eco-welfare of National Parks based on Ecosystem Service)

  • 생태복지는 인간의 복지와 건강한 생태계의 상호관계성에 대한 국제적 담론에서 시작되었다. 본 연구는 국립공원이 생태복지의 최대 실현가능 지역이라는 점에서 국립공원에 적합한 '국립공원 생태복지' 개념을 정립하고 정책방향을 설정함으로써 향후 국립공원에서의 생태복지 실현을 도모하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사전워크숍과 총 2회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 '국립공원 생태복지'는 국립공원에서 생태계의 지속가능성과 생물다양성을 유지하며, '국립공원 인간복지'와 '국립공원 생태계복지'의 조화를 지향하는 복지로 정의되었다. 2차 델파이 결과 모든 항목에서 평균 4.00 이상, 내용 타당도(CVR) 0.37 이상, 변이계수(CV) 0.5 미만으로 타당한 내용으로 확인되었다. 국립공원 생태복지의 정책방향을 설정하기 위해 생태복지의 바탕이 되는 생태계서비스의 요소들 중 국립공원에 적합한 주요 요소를 도출한 결과 공급서비스에서 먹이 식량, 물, 유전자원 3항목, 조절서비스와 기반(서식지)서비스의 모든 항목, 문화서비스에서 미적정보, 휴양관광, 심신치유, 지식체계 교육적 가치 4항목이 최종 도출되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 국립공원 생태복지의 개념과 향후 국립공원 생태복지 정책이 어떻게 나아가야할지 방향성을 제시하였다. 그러나 이를 실현하기 위해서는 향후 이에 대한 구체적인 단위사업에 대한 실행계획이 수반되어야 하며 이를 위한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것이다.

The Effect of Early Morning Delivery's Logistics Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction: The Moderating Effect of Eco-Friendly Attitude

  • 본 연구에서는 새벽배송의 물류서비스품질(주문품질, 배송품질, 사후서비스품질)과 고객만족 간의 영향 및 친환경 태도의 조절효과를 살펴보기 위하여 선행연구를 바탕으로 변수를 구성하였다. 새벽배송 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌으며 210개의 설문지를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0에 의해 분석되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 새벽배송의 물류서비스품질은 고객만족에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로, 새벽배송의 배송품질이 고객만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 새벽배송 물류서비스품질과 고객만족과의 관계에서 친환경 태도의 조절효과를 검정한 결과, 물류서비스품질 중 주문품질의 경우 친환경 태도에 따른 그룹 간의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

  • U-Eco City is promoted nation-wide by development of recent IT technology, method of effective countermeasure disasters, which real-time wire/wireless communication network, and 3D-Web GIS shall be connected that massive database, intelligent service be perceived. U&V-City is the four-dimensional future city that actualizes an intelligent daily ubiquitous computing service by embodying 3D-Virtual City, the reproduction of real world U-City while using Digital map, satellite image, VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language), which are presentation tool to describe city components and by efficiently catch and cope about nature and human disasters while employing EAI(External Authoring Interface) that provides HTML&JAVA, and interface for efficient removal/process of massive information/service and also by employing GPS/LBS/Navigation in support of the world-wide orientation concept, and RTLS(Real Time Location System).

일회용 컵 보증금 제도의 친환경행동: 그림자노동, 지각된 효능감, 환경의식, 에코 죄책감을 중심으로 (Eco-Friendly Behavior of the Disposable Cup Deposit System: Focusing on Shadow Work, Perceived Efficacy, Environmental Consciousness, and Eco-guilt)

  • Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19, self-service technology is widely used in Korea, and demand for disposable cups is increasing significantly. Waste and recycling of disposable cups have become a social concern for Koreans and Korea implemented the "Disposable Cup Deposit Systems" again in December 2022. Whether the emergence of this system can change the way people behave in environmental protection is a question to be examined in this study. Companies participating in the disposable cup deposit system are hoping that customers will actively recover cups through self-service in the process of collecting disposable cups. The government, along with businesses, transfers recovery work to customers through self-service technologies and schemes. Due to the increase in Shadow Work and the strengthening of consumer environmental protection consciousness, this paper focuses on how unmanned service types such as self-service technology can affect people's environmental protection behavior. An empirical analysis with 477 samples examined how the characteristics of shadow work, perceived efficacy, environmental awareness, and ecological guilt affect user's environmental protection behavior. Perceived efficacy that acts as a mediator and ecological guilt that plays as a moderator are investigated. Although there have been many studies on the effects of shadow work on customer behavioral intentions before, it has been very rare to study the effects of shadow work perceived by people on environmental behavioral intentions from an environmental protection perspective. This study shows that the higher the perceived efficacy of consumers, the more people prefer self-service technology and the stronger the environmental protection behavior. Also, consumers' ecological guilt significantly moderates the relationship between environmental consciousness and eco-friendly behavior. It is expected that companies and governments will be able to understand the impact of shadow work on consumers' environmental protection behavior and further promote environmental protection by appropriate policies and marketing strategies.

친환경 식품 전문점의 점포속성이 지각된 가치와 충성도에 미치는 영향: 배송 서비스의 조절효과 (Effect of Eco-Friendly Food Store Attributes on Perceived Value and Loyalty: Moderating Effect of Delivery Service)

  • Purpose: The online market is growing the most in history due to the expansion of non-face-to-face commerce. In addition, as consumers' interest in health, food safety, and environment increases, interest in and consumption of eco-friendly agricultural products is also increasing. Therefore, in the case of a specialty store that sells eco-friendly organic agricultural products, a marketing strategy that can increase customer loyalty by reflecting these consumer needs is necessary. In this study, the store attributes of eco-friendly food stores are classified into location, assortment, price, quality, and employee service, and the effect of each store attribute on utilitarian and hedonic value is investigated. Research design, data, and methodology: The subjects of this study were customers who visited an eco-friendly food store. Of the 511 survey responses, 311 were used for statistical verification, excluding 200 who had not visited within the last 3 months. For statistical analysis, Smart PLS 3.0 was used, and after checking the validity and reliability of the items, hypothesis testing was performed. Result: As a result of the study, it was found that assortment, quality, and employee service among store attributes had a positive (+) effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Second, location had no significant effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Third, price did not appear to have a positive (+) effect on the utilitarian value, and it was found to have a positive (+) effect on the hedonic value. Fourth, It was investigated whether the presence or absence of delivery service had an effect on store attributes between utilitarian and hedonic value, and it was found that there was a significant effect between employee service and hedonic value. Conclusions: Among eco-friendly food store environment management will be required in order to provide food that meets the tastes and needs of consumers by diversifying the taste, standard, and quality grade of food, and to maintain or improve the quality. In order to unlike other stores, eco-friendly food stores have high price resistance from the point of view of consumers, so it is necessary to diversify promotional media such as YouTube and SNS to raise awareness of eco-friendly organic food.

  • 1인 1미디어 시대에 휴대 저널리즘이라 불리는 1인 저널리즘은 다양하고도 풍부한 내용의 자료를 생산해내고 있다. 기존에 단순히 정보를 습득했던 사용자들이 콘텐츠를 제작해내는 생산자로 변모하면서 그들이 생성한 수많은 콘텐츠는 개개인의 고유한 관심을 반영하며 사회 전반에 걸친 이슈를 다루고 있다. 우리는 이러한 콘텐츠 생산자들이 만들어 내는 방대한 양의 내용 중에서 환경 관련 콘텐츠를 위한 미디어 플랫폼인 EcoMap을 제안한다. 이러한 환경 미디어 플랫폼 EcoMap을 통하여 환경의식 고취, 환경관련 정보 제공 및 정보 공유의 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.
