SCAI(spent CANDU fuel bundle serial number identifier) was developed to read serial numbers of spent fuel bundles in the spent fuel storage. For the purpose of effectively identifying the serial number of fuel bundle. SCAI was composed of underwater camera & light part. guiding & supporting part and control & monitor part. So it is easy to assemble and disassemble, and operate. It was tested to read serial numbers of spent fuel bundles loaded in basket during the recent spent fuel transfer campaign at Wolsong Unit 1. And it was also applied to read serial numbers of spent fuel bundles discharging from the initial core at Wolsong Unit 3 by slight change of camera and light. Inspectors could easily operate SCAI after several practices in the storage pond, which was a user friendly. And SCAI provided clear and immediate picture for identification of serial numbers of spent fuel bundles. It was interally evaluated that SCAI greatly contributed to cut inspection efforts for national and international safeguards at Wolsong power plant.

Agricultural products are one of the major food, But in recent years, It's not easy for Consumers to buy them. Cause there are not sure about the quality of the cheap foreign agricultural product imported. There are not even sure where they have been produced, Some excessive use of domestic pesticides, And Environmental pollution caused by soil contamination of plantation, It's not only matter with the conscience of the Sellers and producers. The government recommends agricultural producers to attach the mark to identify where the products are made originally. However, if producers do not comply with the recommendation, it become useless. Recently, because of the increased interest to health and food, Consumers want accurate and reliable information about The agricultural products, They buy. In this paper, Based on the RFID technology, RFID tags attached to agricultural products when consumers buy, Through the RFID reader to read RFID tags, Which make Easy to accurately convey Production of agricultural information and safety information to consumers. These features have been implemented with the traceability system.

Do loanword properties emerge in the acquisition of a foreign language and if so, how? Classic studies in adult language learning assumed loanword properties that range from near-ceiling to near-chance level of appearance depending on speech proficiency. The present research argues that such variations reflect different phonological types, rather than speech proficiency. To investigate the difference between learner speech and loanword phonology, the current research analyzes the speech data from five different proficiency levels of 92 Korean speakers who read 19 pairs of English words and sentences that contained loanwords. The experimental method is primarily an acoustical one, by which the phonological cause in the loanwords (e.g., the insertion of [$\Box$] at the end of the word stamp) would be attested to appear in learner speech, in comparison with native speech from 11 English speakers and 11 Korean speakers. The data investigated for the research are of segment deletion, insertion, substitution, and alternation in both learner speech and the native speech. The results indicate that learner speech does not present the loanword properties in many cases, but depends on the types of phonological causes. The relatively easy acquisition of target pronunciation is evidenced in the cases of segment deletion, insertion, substitution, and alternation, except when the loanword property involves the successful command of the target phonology such as the de-aspiration of [p] in apple. Such a case of difficult learning draws a sharp distinction from the cases of easy learning in the development of learner speech, particularly beyond the intermediate level of proficiency. Overall, learner speech departs from loanword phonology and develops toward the native speech value, depending on phonological contrasts in the native and foreign languages.

A barcode is a representative means of cognition. It is either printed on the package of a product or attached to it as a sticker. It is used for the fast cognition of a product at a store. It is considerably cheap to make a barcode. Also, it is possible to read it fast by using a barcode reader. Because of such convenience provided by the barcode, a new system using the barcode as a means of settling payments like a currency or a credit card has been developed. However, due to its characteristics, it is easy to reduplicate, forge or falsify a barcode easily. Therefore, this study focuses on the case of applying the system using barcodes as a means of settling payments without providing solutions for the potential weaknesses. Also, this study suggests various points to consider regarding the creation of safe barcodes as one of the related measures, while providing various methods using additional means of certification other than the one of using barcodes in addition to the way of applying complexity with barcode numbers. Throughout this study, it will be possible to safely establish and operate the payment-settlement system using barcodes.

Shareholders solely depend on annual reports to make investment, credit and other decisions. Investors expect that information should be reliable, relevant, comparable, consistent and thus easy to use for decision making. But whether the importance of annual reports to all shareholders is equally significant is a question of research. Thus, this research study tries to find out the importance of reading annual reports to the investors. A questionnaire survey is conducted on investors considering thirty one general shareholders and six brokers. This research based survey finds that most of the shareholders have no knowledge about accounting or finance and they have little knowledge about capital markets due to lack of training. This study also finds that general shareholders read an annual report at least moderately except value added statement, chairman's review, director's report and rumor. This study recommends human resource should be developed through adequate training, and annual reports should provide transparent and quality information which will ultimately increase the confidence of investors.

The present writers have raised some basic questions related to writing. Do the theses produced in the library and information science field tell our story\ulcorner Are they field-oriented\ulcorner Are they easy to be read and to be a n.0, pplied by the librarians\ulcorner Problems in writing include research theme, research method and writing style. The present writers have a n.0, pplied phenomenological a n.0, pproach to these problems, using the observation of 'Co-workers Team' and interpretation of the 'Term Paper Collection'(vol.1-vol.5). Co-workers Team members consist of professors and graduate students in the Department of Library, Archives and Information Studies of the Pusan National University. We have made some proposals in this paper: First, we should not talk about American story. We should talk about our own story, and go back to basic themes. This proposal is related to the innovation of research theme. Second, qualitative research method should be introduced extensively in library and information science. Third, the strict 'thesis-oriented' and 'text-oriented' writing style should be overcome. The prevalent writing style in our field is so uniform that they are not capable of describing the intricate problems like "our living library".ary".uot;.

The purpose of this study was to develop nutrition education program that promotes eating behavior of preschool children. 118 parents of preschool children were surveyed to understand of children's food preferences and prejudices. The preference for vegetable showed the lowest score(2.345) and fruit was the favorite food(4.11). These results imply the consequence of teaching balanced diet with emphasizing vegetables for preschoolers. Thus, nutrition education program including teaching material were developed to provide the preschoolers with cognitive, affective, and psychomotor activities in order them to the familiar with vegetables. The program were consisted of following five parts: 1. Read-A-Story includes six stories with follow-up activities. 2. Grow-A-Plant gives instructions for growing vegetables. 3. Play-A-Game stimulates children's imagination and learning. 4. Take-A-Trip suggests places to visit that grow, sell, and prepare vegetables. 5. Eat-A-Treat presents easy ways to prepare and enjoy vegetables. Twenty one-Standardized recipes for vegetable dishes were also developed for preschooler's luncheon and snack in daycare center.

The purpose of this study is to improve the writing skills through activities to read and summarize the internet children newspaper article. The subjects of study are the college students of A2-B1 level in the French writing classes. The range of study was as follows: - As the previous activity of writing, activities of teaching and learning of vocabularies to comprehend the internet children newspaper article. - learn about the rules of summary - writing the summary The children's newspaper used in this study has the advantage that can increase the learning motivation of learners as having a topicality by itself and a level of easy language. The summary activities can be called a comprehensive activities of teaching and learning that combine the critical reading ability that can distinguish important information and secondary one with the creative writing ablility that can reconstruct one's own style from the selected content. In addition, the summary assists the understanding of a text and is a help to its memory. It is the strategy of reading comprehension and also is simultaneously the strategy of writing that can write with one's own vocabulary by newly structuring the text. The results of this study will provide a vitality for the education environment and field of study of French language that have been neglected the writing ability. Moreover it will be the motivation to propose a way of a balanced French language communication to our French language learners weighted on oral communication.

E-books have been popular and common in everyday life during past a decade, and the market is expected to grow much more because of the popularity of tablet computing devices such as iPad. With the helps from the devices, people want to read or experience more interactive, fun, and informative e-book contents. In order to meet those needs, we introduce requirements of an e-book viewer system that supports user interaction, 3D modeling view, and augmented reality. We also introduce some design issues of the system and its concept proof prototype system. We determine to adopt HTML5 for e-book content format because it already supports content rendering, multimedia, and user interaction. Furthermore, it is easy to implement e-book viewer because there is already Webkit component for HTML5. We also discuss design issues for integrating an Augmented Reality viewer with Webkit-based e-book viewer. This paper will give e-book viewer developers and contents developers some guidelines for new e-book systems.

This paper is to study the inverted pendulum system of cart type by using the method of PID control. This system is that inverted pendulum maintain a constant balance from unstable state by moving a cart. It is controlled via the PID controller. PID controller is proposed to maintain a constant balance for nonlinear system such as the inverted pendulum system so PID control is widely used in the industrial field because of superior control performance, easy implementation and relatively simple structure. To design this system, it consist of Encorder and DC motor. Encorder is used to read the angle of the pendulum and DC motor is used to change the angle. We can verify results of experiment through the Matlab simulator via the inverted pendulum system of cart type.
