The study used four basic formats classified based on the four principles on costumes discussed in the paper 'Human Beings and Arts Phenomena' by Oskar Schlemmer who studied the relationships between stage space and the human body as an analysis tool with regard to analyses on the abstraction of human body in contemporary dance costume. Abstraction of human body expressed in costume for contemporary dance is as follows: Expansions caused by unclear boundary between spaces and costumes, and the principles of three-dimensional abstract spaces based on a geometric cube change heads, trunks, arms and legs to achieve expansions. Similar mechanical shape is a type of shape made in a succession of functional principles of human body in relationships with spaces. As mechanical mechanism is added to the geometric transformation of a specific part of human body, mechanicalness is contained in it. Motion organisms are geometric simplification of moving traces in a space based on conversion into mechanical organisms based on principles of motion, and as mechanical rotation, consecutive speed caused by refraction and directionality are suggested, mobility is achieved. Immaterial shape is based on change into a metaphysical form, and it is converted into animals, plants or a third life that symbolize body parts. It has metaphysical significance in each body part and extends sensibility. As a result of the study, development into abstract succession and a techno art mode has been confirmed. Combination of geometric cubic figures with the organic human body and configuration of the human body pursued by Oskar Schlemmer's geometric abstraction through the proactive accommodation of mechanical aesthetics has been succeeded and expressed in the contemporary dance costumes.

Recently, earthquakes have occurred throughout the entire region of Korea and seismic analysis studies have been actively conducted in various fields. SSI analyses studies considering ground have been carried out consistently. However, few comparative analyses have been performed on the dynamic behavior of buildings according to numerical analysis method in the case of the previous dynamic analyses considering grounds. Therefore, in this study, the dynamic analyses were performed on a high-rise building by using both a finite element program MIDAS GTS NX and a finite difference program FLAC 2D. The results were compared and analyzed each other. As a result, both the maximum compressive and tensile bending stresses of above ground and below ground part were estimated to be a little larger by MIDAS GTS NX than by FLAC 2D. However, the maximum horizontal displacement value, the horizontal displacement distribution, and the position of weak part were turned out to be similar in both analysis programs. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no difference in using either a finite element program or a finite difference program for the convenience of a user for a dynamic analysis.

In this study, we introduce a new architecture of fuzzy inference system. In the fuzzy inference system, we use Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm to form the premise part of the rules. The membership functions standing in the premise part of fuzzy rules do not assume any explicit functional forms, but for any input the resulting activation levels of such radial basis functions directly depend upon the distance between data points by means of the Fuzzy C-Means clustering. As the consequent part of fuzzy rules of the fuzzy inference system (being the local model representing input output relation in the corresponding sub-space), four types of polynomial are considered, namely constant, linear, quadratic and modified quadratic. This offers a significant level of design flexibility as each rule could come with a different type of the local model in its consequence. Either the Least Square Estimator (LSE) or the weighted Least Square Estimator (WLSE)-based learning is exploited to estimate the coefficients of the consequent polynomial of fuzzy rules. In fuzzy modeling, complexity and interpretability (or simplicity) as well as accuracy of the obtained model are essential design criteria. The performance of the fuzzy inference system is directly affected by some parameters such as e.g., the fuzzification coefficient used in the FCM, the number of rules(clusters) and the order of polynomial in the consequent part of the rules. Accordingly we can obtain preferred model structure through an adjustment of such parameters of the fuzzy inference system. Moreover the comparative experimental study between WLSE and LSE is analyzed according to the change of the number of clusters(rules) as well as polynomial type. The superiority of the proposed model is illustrated and also demonstrated with the use of Automobile Miles per Gallon(MPG), Boston housing called Machine Learning dataset, and Mackey-glass time series dataset.
The purpose of this study is to bring light on the characteristics of the transition in the Ddeulzip. The subject of this study is clan village of Pungsan Kim's family in Andong Cultural Area. Architectural transition of Ddeulzip is analyzed into three part. The first part is settlement of family. In this process, there is a background and many types of settlement. The second part is the extension of family. The extensional types are 'near-by branch' and 'far-away branch'. The last part is variation of housing. Spacial requests of residence are changed endlessly. Thus the spacial types of Ddeulzip are changed by the construction time of building. In many case, we couldn't decide the building period. The genealogy of Chosun Dynasty is the base of family history. In this study, the construction activity of Ddeulzip is based on the genealogy. The phylogenetic tree of Ddeulzip in clan village is constructed by the genealogy. The figures of the type of bunch of grapes is made by phylogenetic tree based on the genealogy. Omi Village in Andong was settled at first in the 15C. The cause of settlement is the aim of escape from political oppression. For long time, Omi Village is developed gradually. There area is divided in some small family boundary. There spacial types are contained the characteristics of many times. Orock Village in Bonghwa is settled for search of best environment in the last of 17C. At that time, a lot of families of same clan are gathered in that village. For short time, Orock Village is enlarged quickly. Thus there spacial type is similar each other. But boundary of entire space of outdoor is constructed clearly by pavilion area, housing area and sanctuary area.
As urban function has become diversified and complicated, multifunctional complex facilities to satisfy new functional desires are necessary. Since local autonomy started, many facilities previously run and managed by central administrative agencies are now under management of localities, and functionally, the necessity for governments complexes town to satisfy diverse taste of populace such as creating local community becomes imminent. Analyzing characteristics by space composition factor of the public health center, newly built as part of such governments complexes town and understanding required area of each part, this project is to be used as basic material for construction plan of public health center that is equipped with local characters while devising construction of the public health center in the governments complexes town. Research method is to analyze four public health center facilities located in governments complexes town sites built after 2007, among twenty five public health centers in Seoul, by spatial functions. Also, based on statistical documents of usage of public health center facilities, research over spatial compositional factors and area composition has been conducted. As a result, connectivity between local government building located inside the governments complexes town and public health center and that of spatial composition factor by part, area ratio by part and floor type of public health center are comprehended. Connectivity type of public health centers are divided into horizontal and vertical connectivity and it is found that spatial composition of public health center is compartmentalized into low level, mid level and high level, to make access by users easier. Level type is decided as radial, rotational and combined by hallway connecting facilities.
The purpose of this study was to develop brassiere pattern designed to fit the breast shapes based on ESMOD pattern. It has three quarters cup round shape and also consists of three parts; upper cup, lower cup, and wings. Breast types are classified into five shapes; ideal breast, flat breast, upper developed breast, lower developed breast, and projecting breast. Two subjects for each breast type wore the brassiere, and they evaluated the appearance and wearing twice. Type I for research pattern designed to fit into the breast shape reflecting details of breast size were assessed as superior to the divided commercial type. However, wings' tightness of Type I for research pattern brassiere was high. Thus, to improve wearing satisfaction, extra was added to wing. Based on the results of wearing experiments of Type I for research, we adjusted and modified Type II for research pattern. Subsequently, its appearance and wearing were evaluated, in order to be improved. For upper developed breast pattern, we extended the length of lower part to balance upper and lower part, as the upper part was somewhat long. The lower developed breast has the closest feature to the ideal breast, suggestive that implies it does not require much improvement Projecting breast pattern has minimal space in the lower part, so we added the support to lift them to be similar to the ideal breasts. For all the breast shapes, we reduced the wings' tightness from 8% to 7% so that we could extend the length of the wings.
A shock absorber with magnetic effects is suggested for a lunar space-ship expected to launch in 2025. The device consists of a copper steel combined tube, two magnets, and a piston. The piston is designed to move a magnet through the tube when it is pushed by an external impact. While the magnet is moving in the tube, it generates the eddy current force with the copper part of the tube and it also makes the large friction force with the steel part of the tube. Beside, it gets resistive forces against its movement such as the magnetic force with a steel-ring at the first time of the movement and the repulsive force with a same pole opposed magnet at the end time of the movement. In this thesis, results of analyses and experiments of each force are represented and the expected performance of the electromagnetic shock absorber is drawn from the results.

In order to reduce the number of casualties by improving the survivability of the combat vehicle, the vulnerability analysis of the combat vehicle is needed. However, the actual test for the vulnerability analysis requires large experimental space and expensive equipment costs long time and large expense. It is needed to develop a new method that can replace the actual test. In the paper, we suggested a new approach to analyzing the vulnerability using the M&S method instead of the actual test. To analyze the vulnerability, the shot line analysis is performed to find out which part is penetrated by the bullet. The component of the parts is simplified to "Single-Target", "Double-Target", "Air gapped-Target" and can be performed the penetration analysis using the ANSYS Explicit Dynamics. The penetration depth and the residual velocity of the bullet are calculated by analyzing penetration of each part of the combat vehicle. The penetration data calculated the penetration analysis can be used to define the damage level of the combat vehicle. The purpose of this paper is to collect penetration data for various targets and bullets. And "7.62mmAP" is used as the bullet, "7075-T6" is used as a target.

The objective of this study is to investigate freight forwarders' airline choice behaviors in the Korean air cargo transportation market. This study identifies the major factors affecting airline choice and their relative importance by analyzing the data gathered by the survey from freight forwarders in Seoul. The questionnaire of the survey is composed of two parts; the first part is to identify the significant variables of airline choice and the second part is to gather the data about airline choice using stated preference techniques. The relative importance of major variables considered in forwarders' airline choice is estimated by the logit models calibrated with stated preference data. To strength the reliability of the analysis, this study segments the market by three routes; Seoul-Los Angeles, Seoul-Amsterdam and Seoul-Hongkong. The five major variables that are considered seriously in airline choice are reliability, space availability, frequency, cost and flight schedule. The utility trade-offs between variables are estimated by the ratio analysis of coefficients of logit model of each route, and the results of ratio analysis is interpreted as reflecting the reality of market conditions.
