각종토성별 경제적용수량 결정시험연구 (Experiment for Various Soils on Economic Duty of Water in Paddy Fields)

  • 우리나라에서 답용수량(畓用水量)을 측정(測定)한 것은 이미 60년전(年前)이 였으며 그동안 몇군데서 시험(試驗)한 것이 있으나 모두 엽수면증발량(葉水面蒸發量)이 중심(中心)이었다. 그런데 품종개량(品種改良), 재배관리(栽培管理)의 향상(向上), 계기(計器)의 발달(發達)과 학술(學術)의 진전(進展)으로 과거(過去)에 측정(測定)한 값을 지금까지 준용(準用)하기는 어느정도 반성(反省)이 필요(必要)하며 더욱이 품종별(品種別) Data는 있으나 토성별(土性別) 시험치(試驗値)가 없어서 토성별(土性別) 용수량(用水量)은 전연(全然) 모르고 있었으며 강하침투량(降下浸透量)이 적은 습답(濕畓)에서는 엽수면증발량(葉水面蒸發量)이 답용수량(畓用水量)을 좌우(左右)하므로 엽수면증발량(葉水面蒸發量)의 측정(測定)만으로 좋으나 그렇지 못한 보통답(普通畓)은 엽수면증발량(葉水面蒸發量)보다 오히려 강하침투량(降下浸透量)이 지배적(支配的)인 역할(役割)을 하고 있다. 따라서 앞으로 엽수면증발량(葉水面蒸發量) 중요(重要)하지만 강하침투량(降下浸透量)도 직접측정(直接測定)하여 현실적(現實的)이고 경제적(經濟的)인 용수량(用水量)을 측정(測定)하여야 할것으로 생각한다. 이 강하침투량(降下浸透量)은 다시 지하수위(地下水位)의 고저(高低)와 관계(關係)가 깊으므로 아울러서 지하수(地下水)의 변동(變動)도 측정(測定)할 것이다. 이와같은 취지(趣旨)에서 본연구(本硏究)를 추진(推進)한 즉 다음과 같은 사항(事項)을 지적(指摘)하게 되었다. (1) 토성별(土性別) 경제적(經濟的) 용수량(用水量)을 결정(決定)하자면 몽이구역내(蒙利區域內)의 토성조사(土性調査)를 명백(明白)히 할것이며 토성(土性)에 따른 엽수면증발량(葉水面蒸發量)과 증발계증발량(蒸發計蒸發量)의 비(比)는 식양토(埴壤土) ET/V=1.11, 양토(壤土) ET/V=1.64 사양토(砂壤土) ET/V=1.63이었다. (2) 감수심(減水深)은 엽수면증발량(葉水面蒸發量), 강하침투량(降下浸,透量) 논두렁 침투량(浸透量)으로 구성(構成)되는데 이중 논두렁침투(浸透)는 재차(再次) 이용(利用)이 가능(可能)하나 엽수면증발량(葉水面蒸發量)과 강하침투량(降下浸透量)도 측정(測定)할 것이다. (3) 토성별감수심(土性別減水深)은 식양토(埴壤土) 9.3mm/day, 양토(壤土) 13.5mm/day, 사양토(砂壤土) 13.5mm/day이었다. (4) 강하침투량(降下浸透量)은 토성(土性)과 지하수(地下水)이 고저(高低)에 따라 다르다. (5) 토성별(土性別) 강하침투량(降下浸透量)의 변화(變化) 식양토(埴壤土) $1{\sim}2mm/day$ 양토(壤土) $2{\sim}3mm/day$, 식양토(埴壤土) $3{\sim}4mm/day$이다. (6) 지하수위(地下水位)의 변동(變動)은 식양토(埴壤土)보다 양토(壤土), 사양토(砂壤土) 순(順)으로 민감(敏感)하여 강수(降水)가 있으면 급(急)히 지하수위(地下水位)가 상승(上昇)하였다가 서서히 하강(下降)한다. (7) 지하(地下) 수위(水位)의 변동범위(變動範圍)는 25cm정도이었다. (8) 증발비(蒸發比)는 식양토구(埴壤土區) 168.8, 양토구(壤土區) 255.6 사양토구(砂壤土區) 272.5이었다.

수치모델을 이용한 Last Glacial Maximum의 동아시아 기후변화 연구 (Study of East Asia Climate Change for the Last Glacial Maximum Using Numerical Model)

  • 미국 해양대기청의 CCM3 기후모델을 이용하여 마지막최대빙하기 (Last Glacial Maximum (LGM))의 동아시아기후변화를 시뮬레이션 하였다. 이용된 수치모델의 수평해상도는 약 75km로 동아시아의 비교적 상세한 지형 및 기후 기작들이 표현된다. 현재 기후는 미국 해양대기청 에서 제공한 월평균 표층해수가 경계조건으로 이용되었으며, LGM 실험은 CLIMAP 프로젝트에서 복원된 표층해수가 경계조건으로 이용되었다. 또한 LGM실험에서는 현재 의 이산화탄소농도(330 ppm) 보다 낮았던 대기 이산화탄소농도 (200 ppm)가 적용되었고, 대륙빙하를 포함한 LGM 지표지형이 표현되었다. LGM 경계조건하에서 한국 서해와 동해의 대륙사면에서는 표층 온도가 겨울철에 약 18도 정도 현재보다 낮게 나타나며, 여름철에는 약 2도 정도 높게 나타나는데, 이와 같은 온도 변화는 한국 서해가 빙하기때 해수면 하강에 따라 지표로 드러남으로서 표층 열용량의 차이가 나타나기 때문이다. 전체적으로 마지막최대빙하기에 동아시아 내륙에서는 표층온도가 약 4-6도 감소하며, 주변해역을 포함하여 약 7.1도 하강하는 것으로 시뮬레이션 되는데, 이와 같은 온도감소는 이산화탄소농도 감소에 따른 장파복사량의 증가에 기인한다. 표층의 온도감소는 물수지의 약화를 초래하는데, 겨울철 아시아의 남동부에서 강수량이 약 1-4 mm/day 감소하며, 여름철에는 중국에서의 감수감소가 나타난다. 대체로 마지막최대 빙하기동안 동북아시아에서 현재보다 약 50%정도 감수가 감소하는 것으로 시뮬레이션 된다. 증발량도 감소하는 것으로 나타나지만, 강수의 감소가 더 커서 지난빙하기동안 동아시아는 대체로 건조한 기후가 나타나며, 이와 같은 결과는 다른 지역에서 보이고 있는 결과와 잘 일치한다. 결론적으로 고해상도 수치모델은 전 지구 영역 하에서 동아시아의 기후변화를 잘 시뮬레이션 하고 있다.mu}M$에서 $9.1{\mu}M$까지, 알테미아 경우 $16.13{\mu}M$에서 $45.8{\mu}M$까지, 그리고 배합 사료 공급시에는 $36.5{\mu}M$에서 $120.1{\mu}M$까지 상승하였다. 일간 수질 변화에 따른 용존 무기 질소(로티퍼; 7.0 g/일, 알테미아; 24.7 g/일, 배합 사료; 140.9 g/일)와 인(로티퍼; 0.7 g/일, 알테미아; 0.7 g/일, 배합 사료; 2.2 g/일) 배출량은 배합 사료 공급 시기에 유의적으로 높았다(P<0.05). 이와 같은 결과는 상업적 볼락 대량 종묘 시설에서 사육 시스템 내 수질 및 사육 관리를 위한 중요한 정보를 제공할 것이다.였다. 2종의 박하 추출물 투여군들 사이에는 혈청 GPT 활성에 대한 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 7.과산화물질 (TBARS)의 함량은 정상군에 비해 음성대조군에서 약간의 함량 증가가 관찰되었으나 유의적인 수준은 아니었으며 대부분의 박하 추출물 투여군과 Silymarin 투여군에서 과산화지질이 비슷한 수준으로 증가하여 박하는 알콜에 의한 과간화지질생성에 대한 저해효과가 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. 8. 상대간장중량은 각 실험군별로 상대간장중량에서의 차이는 다소 있었으나 유의성은 없었다.mg/ml로 한 EtOAc 분획물은 26의 돌연변이 유발성을 보였다. 이상의 결과로 부터 뽕나무를 이용한 식용 제품생산을 고려할 때 추출물들의 제조와 선택을 가름하는 자료로서의 활용이 기대되며 앞으로 in vivo test 등 더욱 연구할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다.0^{-4}\;pg/cell$로 60 kHz로 병행 추출한 복분자 water 분획층의 $19.5{\times}10^{-4}\;pg/cell$보다 높은 분비량을 나타내었다.

  • Authors investigated the pathogenesis and treatment of dennatosurgical diseases in the ImJeungJiNamUiAn(臨證指南醫案). 1.   • 이와같은 방법(方法)에 의(依)하여 얻은 몇가지 시험결과(試驗結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 어느 시험구(試驗區)를 막론(莫論)하고 건조진행(乾燥進行)은 표층토(表層土)가 라지구(裸地區)보다는 초지구(草地區)가 그 진행속도(進行速度)가 좀빠른 경향(傾向)을 나타냈다. 2. 건조과정(乾燥過程)에 강우(降雨)가 있으며 토양수분(土壤水分)은 강우침투경로(降雨浸透經路)를 통(通)하여 포장용수량(圃場容水量) 또는 수분당량(水分當量) 부근(附近)으로 회복(回復)하고 있다. 3. 성층토양(成層土壤)에서 하층토(下層土)의 토성(土性)이 상층토(上層土)의 건조(乾燥)에 미치는 영향(影響)은 다음과 같이 설명(說明)된다. 가. 하층토(下層土)가 S이고 토층토(土層土)가 CL 또는 SL인 경우에 이 CL 또는 SL의 건조(乾燥)는 포장용수량(圃場容水量)이 적은 하층(下層)의 S가 어느정도(程度) 모관수공급(毛管水供給)의 차단층(遮斷層)이 되어 하층토(下層土)가 SL 또는 CL로 되었을 때보다 훨씬 건조(乾燥)가 빨리 진행(進行)하며 CL보다는 SL쪽이 현저(顯著)하게 빨리 건조(乾燥)한다. 나. 하층토(下層土)가 SL이고 상층토(上層土)가 S 또는 SL인경우에 이 S 또는 CL의 건조(乾燥)는 포장용수량(圃場容水量)이 비교적(比較的) 크고 또 모관수전도도(毛管水傳導度)도 비교적(比較的) 원활(圓滑)한 하층(下層)의 SL로 인(因)하여 그 진행속도(進行速度)가 가장 완만하며 S보다는 CL쪽이 더빨리 건조(乾燥)하는 경향(傾向)이다. 다. 하층토(下層土)가 CL이고 상층토(上層土)가 S 또는 SL인 경우에 이 S 또는 SL의 건조(乾燥)는 포장용수량(圃場容水量)이 가장 크나 모관수전도도(毛管水傳導度)가 가장느린 하층(下層)의 CL로 인(因)하여 그 진행속도(進行速度)가 비교적(比較的) 빠른 편(便)이며 S보다는 SL쪽이 더 발리 건조(乾燥)하는 경향(傾向)이다. 4. 상층토양(上層土壤) 및 하층토양(下層土壤)에서의 함수비(含水比)에 대(對)한 1일간(日間)의 시간적(時間的) 변화(變化)를 보면 상층토양(上層土壤)이 CL 및 SL에 있어서는 기온(氣溫)이 상승(上昇)하는 $12{\sim}15$시(時) 사이 까지는 함수비(含水比)가 감소(減少)되고 18시(時) 이후(以後)부터는 약간(若干) 회복(回復)하는 경향(傾向)을 보이는데 이에 반(反)하여 S에 있어서는 기온(氣溫)이 상승(上昇)하는 $12{\sim}15$시(時)에 함수비(含水比)가 Peak점(點)을 이루는 경향(傾向)을 보였으며 하층토양(下層土壤)에서의 함수비(含水比)는 CL, SL 및 S모두 기온상승(氣溫上昇)에 따라서 약간감소(若干減少)하는 경향(傾向)을 나타냈고 구름낀날의 함수비(含水比)의 변화(變化)는 CL, SL 및 S공(共)히 맑은 날에 비(比)하여 약간(若干) 작은 경향(傾向)을 보였다. 5. 적산계기증발량(積算計蒸發量)에 대(對)한 적산토양수분소비율(積算土壤水分消費率)은 일반적(一般的)으로 화지구(華地區)가 라지구(裸地區)보다 큰 경향(傾向)을 보였으며 시일(時日)의 경과(經過)에 따라 그 율(率)이 감소(減少)하는 경향(傾向)을 보였고 또 그것은 초기(初期)에는 주(主)로 상층토양(上層土壤)의 토성(土性)에 좌우(左右)되고 후기(後期)에는 하층토양(下層土壤)의 토성(土性)에 많이 좌우(左右)되는 경향(傾向)이었다. 6. 적산토양수분소비율(積算土壤水分消費率)은 하층토(下層土)가 SL 또는 S이고 상층토(上層土)가 CL인 경우(境遇)에 하층(下層)이 SL인 경우(境遇)가 S인 경우보다 변화폭(變化幅)에 컸으며, 하층(下層)이 CL, 또는 S이고 상층(上層)이 SL인 경우(境遇)는 가장 큰 값을 나타냈는데 하층(下層)이 CL인 소우(塑遇)의 그 값은 S인 경우보다 약간(若干)큰 경향(傾向)을 보였다. 또한 하층(下層)이 CL 또는 SL이고 상층(上層)이 S인 경우는 위에 말한 두 경우보다도 작은 값을 보였으며 하층(下層)이 CL인 경우(境遇)가 SL인 경우보다 더욱더 작은 값을 나타내는 경향(傾向)을 보였으며, 즉(卽) 본시험(本試驗)에서의 토양수분(土壤水分) 소비율(消費率)은 대체(大體)로 SL/CC> SL/S>CL/SL> CL/S$\fallingdotseq$S/SL> S/CL>의 순위(順位)로 되었다.

  • 본연구(本硏究)에서는 연구(硏究)의 대상(對象)을 저습답(低濕畓)에 두기보다는 지하수위(地下水位)가 낮은 점질토(粘質土)의 건답(乾畓)에 두고 이 점질토(粘質土)논에 대(對)한 수잉전(移秧前)의 처리(處理)에 있어서 심경(深耕)을 한 것 답면(畓面)을 건조(乾燥)시켜 구열발달(龜裂發達)을 기(期)하게한 것 및 암거(暗渠)가 설치(設置)된 곳에서의 답면(畓面)을 건조(乾燥)시켜 구열발달(龜裂發達)을 기(期)하게 한 것 중에서 어떤 처리방법(處理方法)을 적용(適用)한 것이 뿌리신장(伸長)이 심층화(深層化)되여 벼의 수량(收量)을 높일 수 있고 동시(同時)에 지하배수기능(地下排水機能)이 제대로 발휘(發揮)되여 수확작업(收穫作業)에 대형기계(大型機械)를 도입(導入)하였을 때 농업기계(農業機械)의 주행성면(走行性面)에서 유리(有利)한가를 발견(發見)코저 한 것이다. 그래서 시험구처리(試驗區處理)에 있어서는 (1)이앙(移秧) 39일전(日前)에 경운(耕耘)하여 풍건(風乾)시킨 것(경운구(區)) (2) 이앙(移秧) 39일전(日前)에 경운(耕耘)하여 물로 포화(飽和)시켜 쓰린후(後) 구열(龜裂)을 발생(發生)시켜 이앙(移秧) 2일전(日前)에 15cm 깊이로 경운(耕耘)한 것(균열구(區)) (3) 이앙(移秧) 39일전(日前)에 암거설치(暗渠設置)와 동시(同時)에 경운(耕耘)하여 물로 포화(飽和)시켜 쓰린후(後) 구열(龜裂)을 발생(發生)시켜 이앙(移秧) 2일전(日前)에 15cm 깊이로 경운(耕耘)한 것(균암구(區))의 3요인(要因)에 15cm. 25cm, 35cm 깊이의 3수준(水準)으로 하고 15cm 깊이 경운구(區)를 Control구(區)로 정(定)하였는데 이에 의(依)하여 얻은 시험결과(試驗結果)는 대략(大略) 다음과 같이 요약(要約)될 수 있다. 1. 소비수량(消費數量)은 균암구(區)에 있어서는 경운구(區) 및 균열구(區)보다도 소비수량(消費水量)을 나타냈다. 따라서 유효우량은 균암구(區)에서 가장 크고 경운구(區), 균열구(區)의 순(順)으로 작은값을 나타냈고 순용수량(純用水量)에 있어서는 여전(如前)히 균암구(區), 경운구(區), 균열구(區)의 순(順)으로 작어저 균암구(區)가 가장 큰 양(量)을 나타냈다. 심도(深度)에 불구(不拘)하고 순용수량(純用水量)의 크기는 균암구(區)에서 105cm 내외(內外), 경운구(區)에서 70cm 내외(內外), 균열구(區)에서는 45cm 내외(內外)를 나타냈다. 2. 뿌리중량(重量)이 구열최대심도(龜裂最大深度)에 예민(銳敏)하게 영향(影響)을 받고 있는 경향(傾向)으로 미루어 볼 때 뿌리 발달(發達)은 답면상(畓面上)의 구열(龜裂)에 의(依)하기 보다는 구열심도(龜裂深度)에 더 큰 영향(影響)을 받는 것으로 되어 있다. 따라서 깊은구(區)일수록 뿌리중량(重量)은 커지는 경향(傾向)을 가졌고 처리간(處理間)에는 균열구(區), 균암구(區), 경운구(區) 순(順)으로 증대(增大)하는 경향(傾向)을 가졌다. 3. 초장(草丈)의 신장(伸長)에 있어서는 어느구(區)를 막론(莫論)하고 생육초기(生育初期)(분얼최성기(分얼最盛期))에는 별(別)로 차이(差異)를 발견(發見)할 수 없으나 생육중기(生育中期)(분얼종료기(分얼終了期)부터 유수형성기(幼穗形成期) 사이에서는 심도(深度)가 깊은구(區)일수록 그 성장(成長)이 떨어지고 생육후기(生育後期)(수잉기)(穗잉期)에 접어들면서 부터는 도리여 심도(深度)가 깊은구(區)가 얕은구(區)보다 더 왕성(旺盛)한 신장(伸長)을 하였다. 이것은 시험처리별(試驗處理別)로 볼 때 생육중기(生育中期) 이후(以後) 균열구(區)는 어느 다른 구(區)보다 떨어지고 균암구(區)와 경운구(區) 간(間)에는 별차이(別差異)는 없으나 균암구(區)가 여간(與干) 초장신장(草丈伸長)이 우세(優勢)한 경향(傾向)을 나타냈다. 4. 경수(數)에 있어서는 전생육기간(全生育期間)을 통(通)하여 심도(深度)가 깊은구(區)일수록 그 수(數)가 적어지는 경향(傾向)을 나타냈고 이것을 시험처별(試驗處別)로 볼 때 균열구(區)는 늘 균암구(區)와 경운구(區)보다 떨어졌으며 또 경운구(區)는 균암구(區)보다 약간(若干) 우세(優勢)한 경향(傾向)을 나타냈다. 5. 수량(收量)(조곡중)(租穀重))에 있어서는 시험처리별(試驗處理別) 각(各) 시험구(試驗區)의 수량(收量)을 Control 구(區) 15-경운구(區)와 대비(對比)할 때 35-경운구(區)에 있어서는 17%, 35-암거구(區)에 있어서는 10% 기타구(其他區)에 있어서는 모두 Control구(區)와 같거나 떨어졌다. 그리고 전체적(全體的)으로 볼 때 심도(深度)가 깊은구(區)일수록 수량(收量)은 증가(增加)하였고 경운구(龜)는 균암구(區)보다, 균암구(區)는 균열구(區)보다 수량(收量)이 높았으며 심도구(深度區)에는 1%의 유의성시험처리(有意性試驗處理)에는 5%의 유의성(有意性)이 존재(存在)하였다. 6. 조곡중(粗穀重)에 더 많은 영향(影響)을 주는 감수심(減水深)은 후기감수심(後期減水深)이며 15cm 구(區)에서는 2.7cm/day 이내(以內)에서 25cm 구(區)에서는 3.0cm/day 이내(以內)에서 35cm 구(區)에서는 3.3cm/day이내(以內)의 범위(範圍)에서 감수심(減水深)이 증대(增大)하면 조곡중(粗穀重) 증대(增大)하였고 동시(同時)에 동일감수심(同一減水深)에서는 심도(深度)가 깊은구(區) 일수록 조곡중(粗穀重)은 증대(增大)하였다. 따라서 동일감수심도(同一減水深度)가 깊은구(區)일수록 수량면(收量面)에서 유리(有利)함을 암시(暗示)하고 있다. 7. 뿌리중량(重量)에서 비례(比例)하여 조곡중(粗穀重)은 증대(增大)하였으며 벼뿌리중량(重量)이 동일(同一)할때는 심도(深度)가 깊은구(區)일수록 조곡중(粗穀重)은 증대(增大)하는 경향(傾向)을 보여주고 있다. 또 시험처리별(試驗處理別)로 볼 때는 벼뿌리 중량(重量)은 균열구(區), 균암구(區), 경운구(區)의 순(順)으로 컸고 따라서 조곡중(粗穀重)도 역시(亦是) 같은 순(順)으로 컸다. 그리고 조곡중(粗穀重)은 중간낙수기간(中間落水期間)의 최소함수비(最少含水比)와 그때의 평균지온(平均地溫)에 관계(關係)되나 함수비(含水比)가 40%이하(以下)에서는 평균지온(平均地溫)은 함수비(含水比)에 비례(比例)하여 증가(增加)하는 경향(傾向)이 있음으로 주(主)로 최소함수비(最小含水比)에 영향(影響)을 받는바가 크다. 8. 짚조곡중비(粗穀重比)는 심도(深度)가 얕은구(區)일수록 커지는 경향(傾向)을 보였고 또 벼뿌리중량(重量)에 역지수함수적(逆指數函數的)으로 증대(增大)하였다. 또 같은 심도(深度)의 구(區)에서는 15cm 구(區)를 제외(除外)하고는 짚조곡중비(粗穀重比)는 감수심(減水深)에 비례(比例)하여 증대(增大)하였다. 감수심(減水深)이 어느 한도(限度)까지 증대(增大)됨에 따라 조곡중(租穀重)이 증대(增大)하지만 동시(同時)에 짚조곡중비(粗穀重比)도 증대(增大)함을 보여주고 있다. 9. 동일토성(同一土性)에서 구열량(龜裂量)은 기상조건(氣象條件) 특(特)히 증발량(蒸發量)의 증대(增大)에 따라 증대(增大)하며 답면건조도중(畓面乾燥途中)에 강우(降雨)가 있으면 답면구열량(畓面龜裂量)은 현저(顯著)히 감소(減小)한다. 점질토(粘質土)의 구열량(龜裂量)은 대체(大體)로 함수비(含水比)가 25% 이상(以上)에서는 함량비(含量比)에 역지수적(逆指數的)으로 증가(增加)하는 경향(傾向)을 보였고 구열(龜裂)의 최대(最大) 심도(深度)는 31% 이하(以下)의 함수비(含水比)에서는 일정(一定)한 값을 유지(維持)하는 경향(傾向)이있다. 10. Cone 지수(指數)는 어느 한도(限度)까지는 구열량(龜裂量)에 비례(比例)하는 경향(傾向)이있으나 구열량(龜裂量)이 어느 한도(限度)를 넘으면 약간(若干) 구열량(龜裂量)에 역비례(逆比例)하는 경향(傾向)을 보여주고 있다. 그 한도(限度)의 함수비(含水比)는 25% 근처가 될 것이다. 11. 최종낙수후 (最終落水後)의 Cone 지수(指數)의 경시적(經時的) 증대(增大)는 생육후기(生育後期)의 감수심(減水深)에 비례(比例)하는 경향(傾向)을 보였고 동일감수심(同一減水深)에서 균암구(區)는 다른 두 구(區)보다 큰Cone지수(指數)를 나타냈고 경운구(區)는 심도(深度)가 깊은구(區)일수록 균열구(區)보다 작은 Cone 지수(指數)를 나타냈는데 특(特)히 35-경운구(區) Cone의 지수(指數)는 현저(顯著)하게 작은 값을 나타냈다. 12. 최종낙수후(最終落水後)의 답면건조(畓面乾燥)에 있어서는 함수비(含水比)의 감소상황(減少狀況) 및 Cone 지수(指數)의 증대상황(增大狀況)에 비추어 볼 때 시험처리별(試驗處理別)로는 균암구(區)가 다른 두 구(區)보다 밟르고 경운구(區)는 가장 늦어지고 심도(深度)가 깊은 구(區)에서는 더욱 늦어지고 있다. 농업기계(農業 機械)의 주행(走行)에 지장(支障)을 가져오지 않을 정도(程度)의 Cone 지수(指數)($2.5kg/cm^2$)로 답면건조(畓面乾燥)를 시키자면 최종낙수시기(最終落水時期)를 잡는 시기(時期) 및 낙수기간(落水期間)동안의 강우(降雨)의 유무(有無)에 따라 다르게지만 강우(降雨)가 전혀 없다면 누계계기증발량(累計計器蒸發量)을 기준(基準)으로 잡을 때 균암구(區)에서는 누계계기증발량(累計計器蒸發量)으로 약(約) 44mm가 필요(必要)하고 기타구(其他區)에서는 50mm 이상(以上)이 필요(必要)하게 됨으로 균암구(區)에서의 답면건조진행(畓面乾燥進行)은 대체(大體)로 경운구(區), 균열구(區)보다 2일이상(日以上)이 빠르며 35-경운구(區)와 비교(比較)하면 5일(日) 이상(以上)이나 빠르게 될 것이다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm.
