Phylogenetic analyses were carried out using four Indonesian native chicken breeds; Kampung, Bangkok, Pelung and Kedu. Gene frequencies of four blood group (A, B, D and E) and eight electrophoretic loci (akp, Akp-2, Es-1, Amy-1, Alb, Tf, Pas and Pa-1) were examined. Geographical and breed specific trends in the gene frequencies were not found in the local population of Kampung breed or in four native breeds. The values of average heterozygosity were estimated as 0.35-0.45. Genetic distances among the local populations of Kampung breed and other native breeds were comparatively small. In a cluster analysis, the Bangkok breed and Kampung E population showed distance from another cluster. The coefficient of gene differentiation for local populations of Kampung breed was estimated as 0.099.

Recently, digital camera module has been extensively utilized in mobile devices. The digital camera module should be smaller and lighter than digital still camera module to be used in mobile device. But, mobile camera can't get high quality image as good as the one of digital still camera due to the optical limitation of minimized module. Especially, AE system of mobile camera occurs excessive hunting and oscillation due to miniaturization of module. In this paper, improved AE algorithm which is applied fuzzy PI control is suggested to compensate this point.

The red cell X-protein, NADH-diaphorase 1, malic enzyme and serum arylesterase phenotypes of 50 Thai Longtail and 53 Cameroon X Thai Longtail ($F_1$) crossbred sheep were determined by horizontal starch gel electrophoresis. None of the economic traits was influenced by DIA1, ME and EsA phenotypes. However, XP phenotypes showed a highly significant association with body weight, body height, heart girth and back girth, with mean values of XP+ve phenotype greater than XP-ve. The $XP^+$ allele was associated with greater body weight, body height, heart girth and back girth.

Coupling of non-linear oscillators have long been an interesting problem for physicists. The coupling phenomena have been frequently observed in Josephson junction series array, which have been used for Josephson voltage standard. Interestingly pronounced self-generation effect has been found during recent development of Josephson arrays for programmable Josephson voltage standard. But the coupling effect between the self-generations is not fully understood yet. We present harmonically approximated analytical solutions for coupled self-generations in the Josephson arrays, i.e., Superconductor-Insulator-Normal metal-Insulator-Superconductor (SINIS) array, externally shunted Superconductor-Insulator-Supercondctor (es-SIS) array, Superconductor-Normal metal-Superconductor (SNS) array. We find that the coupling between the self-generated Josephson oscillations through microwave transmission line plays critical role in microwave property of the Josephson array.

Purpose: This study investigated the effects of trunk muscle activity with power grasping during one leg stance. Methods: Twenty-eight subjects participated in this study. Subjects were divided into two groups, one that performed power grasping, and another that did not. An investigator measured the activities of a subject's trunk muscle such as internal oblique (IO), external oblique (EO), erector spinae (ES), and gluteus medius (GM) while a subject was doing one leg stance. Results: An independent t-test was used to analyze trunk muscle activities with power grasping during one leg stance between the experimental group and the control group. Only the EO activity differed significantly between groups (p<0.05). Conclusion: The results indicate that one leg stance with power grasping affected trunk muscle activity. Therefore, this is a useful method for providing lumbar spine stability.

Recently, web services concept is rapidly rising as new solution to solve the integration problem among heterogeneous application systems . This web servic es concept is adaptable in the field of 4S application systems integration that handles the spatial information of GIS, SIIS, GNSS and ITS. So, this paper suggests a new 4S web services model for the infrastructures of nationwide spatial clearinghouse, which is mainly based on the OGC and W3C web services specifications. Conclusively, this proposed model that could serve various spatial data and services has some advantages of being flexibly and powerfully capable of integrating the 4S application systems owing to adapting the international standard specifications of OGC and W3C.

Dieser Aufsatz ist ein Versuch, Konrad Fiedlers Theorien der bilden Kunst von ihrem kunstphilosophischen Ansatz her systematisch zu rekonstruieren und ihre Bedeutung fur die Entwicklung der modernen abstrakten Malerei klar darzulegen. Fiedler $z\"{a}hlt$ zwar zu den theoretischen Wegbreitern der abstrakten Malerei, aber in dieser Beziehung linden sick bisher nor wenige $zusammenh\"{a}ngende$ $Er\"{a}rterungen$ seiner Arbeiten. Yon der Ansicht ausgehend versucht der Verfasser die Kerngedanken seiner kunstphilosophischen Lehren in semen Haupschriften, <$\"{U}ber$ den Ursprung der kunstlerischen $T\"{a}tigkeit$>, <$\"{U}ber$ die Beurteilung von Werken do, bildenden Kunst> sowie $k\"{u}nstlerische$ Wahrheit> usw., kritisch zu analysieren und zosammenfassend darzustellen. Dabei handelt es sich letztlich darum, in seiner Bestimmung des Wesens der bildenden Kunst als 'freier Gestalting der reinen Sichtbarkeit' den Anhaltspunkt $f\"{u}r$ abstrakten Malerei herauszufinden, die in der gegestandslosen ihren $H\"{o}hepunkt$ erreicht.

In den letzten Jahren h ufen sich $F\ddot{a}llen$, in denen Luftpostsendungen gestohlen worden oder sonst abhanden gekommen sind. Zumeist handeltes sich urn Sendungen mit hohem Wert, oft genug urn Sendungen, die erhebliche Geldsummen oder gar Diamanten enthalten. Da nach den luftpostrechtlichen Vorschriften nur recht geringf gige $Betr\ddot{a}ge$ von der Post erstattet werden, liegt der Gedanke nahe, den Luftfrachtf hrer in Anspruch zu nehmen. Bei der $Luftpostbef\ddot{o}rderung$ liegt ein klassisches $Dreiecksverh\ddot{a}ltnis$ vor. Folgende Rechtsbeziehungen sind zu unterscheiden : (1) $Verh\ddot{a}ltnis$ zwischen dem Absender und der Post, (2) $Verh\ddot{a}ltnis$ zwischen Post und $Luftfrachtf\ddot{u}hrer$, (3) $Verh\ddot{a}ltnis$ zwischen $Gesch\ddot{a}digtern$ und $Luftfrachtf\ddot{u}hrer$, wobei der $Gesch\ddot{a}digte$ der Absender, $Empf\ddot{a}nger$ oder dinglich Berechtigte sein kann. Gegenstand der Untersuchung ist dieses zuletzt genannte $Rechtsverh\ddot{a}ltnis$. Angesichts der praktischen Bedeutung der hiermit in Zusammenhang stehenden Fragen, angesichts aber auch der Tatsache, $da{\beta}$ die auf erste Sicht umfangreiche (in - und) $ausl\ddot{a}ndische$ Literatur zuni Luftpostrecht wenig $aussagekr\ddot{a}ftig$ ist, erscheint eine genauere Untersuchung ist folgender: $Zun\ddot{a}chst$ wird die Rechtslage nach dem Warschauer Abkommen, insbesondere die Bestimmung des Art.2 Abs.2 WA, untersucht. $Ber\ddot{u}cksichtigt$ weren sodann die $\ddot{A}nderungen$ der genannten Bestimmung im Haag 1955 und Montreal 1975. Sodann wird die bislang vorliegende internationale Rechtsprechung behandelt. Dem $schlie{\beta}t$ sich die Diskussion des hier $ma{\beta}$- geblichen 52 LuftVG an. Besonderes Gewicht wird hierbei auf die Einbettung des Lufttransportrechts in das allgemeine Transportrecht gelegt. Es erscheint an der Zeit, die Vereinzelung der einzelnen Transportrechtsgebiete zu durchbrechen. Es wird sich zeigen, $da{\beta}$ aus dieser $Ber\ddot{u}cksichtigung$ anderer Transportrechtsgebiete sich eine sachgerechte $L\ddot{o}sung$ entwicklen Das Warschauer Abkommen befa t sich in seinem Art.2 Abs.2 $ausdr\ddot{u}cklich$ mit der Bef rderung von Luftpost. Die $urspr\ddot{u}ngliche$ Fassung von Warschau ist im Haag 1955 $ge\ddot{a}ndert$ worden. Eine weitere $\ddot{A}nderung$ ist in Montreal 1975 beschlossen worden.

The goal of this study was to investigate change of thermal decomposition feature of miscanthus (Miscanthus sacchariflorus) after removal of inorganic constituents using distilled water (D.I-w; 30, 60 and $90^{\circ}C$). The carbon content was increased whereas the oxygen content was decreased with the temperature of D.I-w treatment. Moreover, ash content was slightly decreased from 4.6% of control to 3.2% of $90^{\circ}C$ D.I-w treated sample. Results of total monomeric sugar contents and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that structural changes of cellulose/hemicellulose regions did not occurr during D.I-w treatment. Results of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-ES) showed that miscanthus has the largest amount of inorganic constituents such as potassium (5,644 ppm), phosphorus (3,995 ppm), magnesium (1,403 ppm) and calcium (711 ppm). Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) confirmed that the yield of char slightly decreased whereas the yield of volatiles increased with increasing D.I-w treatment temperature. In addition, differential thermogravimetric analysis (DTGA) indicated that the maximum decomposition rate ($V_M$) and temperature ($T_M$) corresponding to VM were varied from $0.82%/^{\circ}C$, $360.60^{\circ}C$ of control to $1.17%/^{\circ}C$, $362.62^{\circ}C$ of $90^{\circ}C$-D.I-w treated sample.
