A Quantitative ERRC Analysis Method via Requirements Cost Estimation (요구사항의 비용산출을 통한 정량적인 ERRC 분석 방법)

  • Value-based requirements engineering process, called The ViRE(Value-Innovative Requirement Engineering) was suggested to create an uncontested market using ERRC(Eliminate, Reduce, Raise, Create) requirements analysis. But ViRE did not provides a quantitative data analysis method for ERRC decision so as to make objective decisions for customers. In this paper, to solve this problem, we suggest a quantitative ERRC analysis method by estimating requirements cost. Our method defines user requirements and decides their weight. Then, it makes quality level table for all the identified requirements and function modules and estimate implementation cost based on their quality levels. Finally, assess each requirement's impact and then evaluate ERRC value. We could get the more objective ERRC values by evaluate the requirement weight. functional module weight, and implementation cost. And we proved the efficiency of our model by a case study, smart student ID system.

  • 경쟁이 없는 블루오션을 개척하기 위하여 블루오션 요구공학 방법론과 세부 접근법인 ERRC Analysis 기법이 제안되었다. 하지만, 기존에 제안된 기법은 정량적인 데이터를 근거로 하는 분석방식을 제시하지 않기 때문에, 고객에게 객관적인 판단기준을 제시하기 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 요구사항의 비용산출을 통한 정량적인 ERRC 분석 방법에 대하여 제안하였다. 제안된 방법에서는 요구사항을 구현하는 비용을 산출한 다음, 이를 요구사항별 가중치와 비교하여 요구사항에 대한 ERRC 수치를 정량적으로 산정하는 방법을 적용하였다. 유효성 검증을 위하여 "스마트카드를 이용한 학생증 시스템"에 적용한 사례를 제시한다.

  • According to the change of customer needs, integration with other systems, and the advent of new technology, it is inevitable for the existing system requirements to be requested to redesign. However, there are actually no methodologies and processes to be able to reorganize the existing requirements or integrate a number of requirements different from each other. The traditional requirements processes do not work when solving such problems. Thus, since the existing approaches to develop requirements are not helpful, many traditional requirement engineering processes can not help falling in Red Ocean. In this paper, in order to solve such the problems, we propose a novel requirements engineering process applying Blue ocean strategy which is used to open a non-competition market not discovered yet. Blue Ocean approach is a novel effective method to elicit and build up new requirements from customers. In order to accomplish the strategy, this paper presents a framework and processes to discover new perspectives and analyze the corresponding requirements. In addition, some pieces of case study are presented to introduce how our approach is applied to practical system developments and the evaluation analysis for how valid it is.

  • As brand has increasingly influenced on marketing activities, local government, agricultural enterprises, and individual farmhouses autonomously develop and promote their own brands in the field of agrifood. Among developed brands, however, it could be possible for products with having no competitiveness and continuous control to lapse in the marketing. This study aimed to try develop to brand equity model in order for agri-food brands to evaluate and complement in the agricultural company. For doing this, ERRC were administered to interview the brands experts to discuss rice. The results of the analyses indicated that the areas with attribute weight of assets may consider bonding with customers for enhancing the value in the brand equity.

  • 많은 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트가 고객의 요구를 정확히 반영하지 못한 이유 때문에 실패하거나 설계변경 등의 다양한 문제를 발생 시키고 있다. 실패의 궁극적인 원인은 고객 가치 중심의 요구사항 재정의에 실패 한데에 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 기존 시스템에 새로운 가치를 부여하여 기존고객 뿐만 아니라 새로운 고객까지 만족 시킴으로써 경쟁이 없는 시장 공간을 창출하는 것이 가장 효과적인 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 블루오션 전략 프레임워크의 핵심인 ERRC(Erasure Reduce Raise Create) 분석 방법을 적용하여 고객가치를 창출할 수 있는 블루오션 요구공학 프로세스를 제안하였다. 또한, 정량적이고 체계적인 분석을 위하여 DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) 방법론을 적용하고, 제안된 접근법을 실제 정보시스템 개발 시 적용한 사례를 제시하고 적용결과의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 시스템 사용자에 대한 실증 분석결과를 제시하였다.
