경영환경의 급속한 변화와 정보시스템의 발달로 인해 기업은 경쟁력 강화를 위해 끊임없는 노력과 혁신을 하고 있다. 최근에는 국내외 많은 기업들이 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 ERP(Enterprise Resourse Planning)를 이미 도입하였거나 또는 도입할 예정으로 있다. 2) 이러한 ERP시스템이 이전에는 대형 기업을 중심으로 한 시스템 구축이 주류를 이루고 있었다. 하지만 최근에는 국내 ERP업체들의 활성화로 인해 독자적인 ERP 패키지의 개발로 중소기업을 위한 ERP구축 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 이렇게 기업 경쟁력을 제고시키는 수단으로 각광을 받고 있는 ERP 시스템은 제조, 물류, 유통, 인사/회계 관리 등의 업무프로세스를 정보기술로 구현한 대형기술로 제조기업의 모든 기능을 망라한 전사적인 통합솔루션으로서 단순히 정보 기술차원의 접근 방법이 아닌 정보기술과 비즈니스의 조화를 이루려는 경영 전략 차원의 접근 방법이다. 3) 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템의 성공적인 구축 경험을 바탕으로 I기업(중소기업)을 대상으로 ERP 구축 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 먼저 I기업의 정보화 수준 측정을 통해 ERP 구축 전 기업의 경영환경과 정보시스템 활용도 및 사용자 만족도를 파악하고, ERP 시스템을 도입하게 된 배경과 구축 과정 및 결과와 기대 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 마지막으로, ERP 시스템 구현의 성공적인 요인들을 찾아내어 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시하려 한다.

생산, 연구개발, 디자인, 마케팅, 재무관리 등 기업의 주요 기능이 지리적으로 전 세계에 흩어져 있는 글로벌 기업에 있어서 기업 전체를 관리하고 통제하는 일은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 특히, 어떤 글로벌 기업은 표준화된 글로벌 업무 처리 프로세스를 전 세계에 공통으로 적용하기를 원하는 반면, 어떤 글로벌 기업은 ERP를 이미 지역별 공장에 구현한 상태에서 글로벌 통합 ERP시스템을 구현하고자 하는 상황에 있다. 본 논문은 첫째, 글로벌 ERP 아키텍쳐 설계와 선택에 있어서 고려해야 하는 환경 요인과 내부 요인들에 어떤 것들이 있는가 살펴보고, 둘째, 이러한 요인을 고려하여 가장 적절한 글로벌 ERP 아키텍쳐를 구성하는 프레임워크을 제시하고자 한다. 글로벌 기업의 통합 ERP 구축 사례, 솔루션 업체에서 제공하는 권장 안, 기존 논문에서의 분석 결과를 참조하여 전략 프레임워크을 제공하고자 한다.

In these days ERP is essential fundamental system of most companies which want to take part in e-business. But few companies are running ERP systems successfully because ERP can not manage knowledge of running that system but only data. In this paper, we propose a model of three layed knowledge ontology and a system to manage our knowledge ontology. We interface the our system with a commercial ERP system and then install and run these systems on a manufacturing company. We show the possibilities of effective running of ERP system using a knowledge ontology and it's management system.

It is a time honored value proposition that in rapidly changing business environment, only proactive and active companies will survive. Enterprise resource planning(ERP) system has been a competitive necessity. However, small and medium companies in Korea still need practical guidelines regarding on successful ERP implementation, especially in process issue identification and business goal setting. This case study investigates how Secui.com as an information security company founded in 2000 implemented an ERP system from the strategic perspective. Also it proposes the guidelines of how to establish an information system infrastructure and realize the benefits of IS-based management by ERP implementation.

최근 ERP 시스템이 기업의 전략적 도구로 인식되어지면서, 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이러한 경영환경의 변화로 ERP 시스템 도입에 대한 최고경영자 및 일반직원들의 인식이 이전에 비해 높아지고는 있지만, 사실상 인식만 있을 뿐 이에 대한 실제적인 실천전략이 미흡한 실정이다. 이는 중소기업에서 ERP 시스템 구축을 위해서는 수개월 또는 수년간에 걸쳐서 기업의 많은 자원이 투입돼야하기 때문으로 중소기업이 이를 극복하고 성공적인 ERP 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 중소기업 환경에 적합한 ERP시스템 구축방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존에 선행 연구된 연구자료를 비교ㆍ분석하여 중소기업의 특성에 적합한 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인과 구축전략을 도출하였다. 주요성공요인으로는 교육훈련, 명확한 도입목표 설정, 적합한 패키지 선정, 최고경영진의 참여, 그리고 현업사용자의 참여가 높은 빈도율을 나타냈다. ERP 시스템 구축방법론은 준비단계, 분석단계, 구축단계, 구현단계, 종료단계의 다섯 단계로 나눠볼 수 있으며 각각의 수행단계별로 Activity가 정의되고 이에 대한 산출물이 발생하게 된다. 또한 ERP 도입시 소프트웨어의 자체개발보다는 패키지 도입이, 그리고 이의 접근방법으로는 선정된 모듈을 일괄적으로 적용하는 Big-Bang방식이 중소기업 실정에 더 합리적이며, 구현시기에 있어서는 Big-Bang방식과 더불어 기존업무에 ERP 시스템을 구현함으로써 ERP 시스템이 제공하는 기능과 함께 BPR의 효과도 얻는 방법이 가장 적합할 것으로 사료된다. 끝으로 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템 도입의사가 있어도 기업환경 여건이 따라주지 않아 실천에 옮기지 못하는 중소기업을 고려하여 도입지원방안으로써 산ㆍ학 연계모델을 제시하였다. 중소기업은 ERP 시스템 도입에 필요한 인적ㆍ물적 자원을 대학으로부터 얻음으로써 자체 내 보유능력의 한계를 극복하고, 대학은 현장실습을 통해 풍부한 경험을 쌓음으로써 우수 인력 양성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

ERP system is a fundamental system that is commonly adopted by most companies that intend to take part in e-business. However, few companies are running ERP systems successfully because of inaccuracy in data managed by ERP system. In this paper, we propose a model and the building process of item ontology which organize concepts describing all items managed by enterprises. In addition, we design and implement a system to create and manage item ontologies. We interface our system with a commercial ERP system, then install and run these systems on a manufacturing company. Our item ontologies and management system might help enterprises when they try to take part in e-business.

본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 전자 결재 시스템을 설계, 구현하는 방법을 제시한다. 기존 인트라넷을 기반으로 한 전자적 자원관리(ERP) 시스템보다 공간적인 제약을 덜 받는 웹을 기반으로 한 전자적 자원 관리 시스템의 일부분인 전자 결재 부분을 구현하여 기업내의 업무 효율 증대를 목적으로 하였다. 본 논문에 구현한 전자 결재 시스템은 현재 웹 기반 전자적 자원관리의 한 모듈로서 서비스 되어지고 있다.

Among the various ERP solutions, SAP R/3 solution has been chosen because SAP system follows global standard processes which include most of business solutions for various industries. The ERP education is limited by learning theory only and they are not sufficient for understanding wide scale of business processes. Real world scenarios with hands on experience approach will be the core aspect of this article. As per real world scenarios, "ChungBuk Motors. Corp." has been created and students are asked to create the organization structure and the procurement process for this virtual enterprise. As a result, students attending this class showed better understanding of overall ERP system comparing to the students attended other ERP classes. The hands-on experience with real-world scenarios proved that it is most practical and efficient solution for educating ERP system.

In 1990s, many organizations recognized the ERR system as a key enabler of business strategic accomplishment and it can improve productivity and efficiency of organizations by integrating and managing enterprise resources. These organizations tried to implement the ERP system to hold the competitive advantage. And the ERP system leads to business process reengineering. So it is important to consider both organizational environmental characters and change management in the ERP implementation process. This study is examined in detail about organizational environmental characters and change management in the ERP implementation process, seeks how the difference of these factors related to the ERP success. The sampled companies implemented the ERP system by using the different ERP implementation approaches. This study provides that the ERP implementation approach differs from organizational environmental characters, and change management tactics are different according to the ERP implementation approaches. But, some change management factors are important regardless of the ERP implementation approaches. This study also provides the effects on EPR performance through the change management. The study is of service to the organizations implementing ERP and provides practical contribution for managing organizational changes.
