전사적 자원 관리 또는 기업 통합 정보시스템으로 해석되는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템이 최근 들어 널리 확산되고 있으며, 향후 그 정도가 커질 것으로 예상되고 있어, ERP에 관한 지식을 가진 인력의 요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 필요성을 충족시키기 위해, 본 연구에서는 가상 기업을 대상으로 한 시나리오를 바탕으로 기본적인 업무 흐름과 ERP를 통해 처리될 때의 과정을 업무프로세스, 사용자 화면 및 동영상을 통해 학습할 수 있는 교육시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교육시스템은 크게 ERP 개요, ERP 사용법, 비즈니스 프로세스, 적합화(Customization)의 4부분으로 구성되어 있으며, 향후 Web 환경에서도 쉽게 사용될 수 있도록 수정될 경우 교육의 효과가 클 것으로 기대된다.

급변하는 환경 속에서 기업은 경영환경변화에 따라 새로운 경쟁력 강화 방법들을 모색하고 있으며 불안한 환경에서의 생존을 위하여 끊임없는 노력과 혁신을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning : 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 재고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다. ERP 시스템의 도입은 회사 내부의 업무 프로세스에 대해 전반적인 변화를 가져올 만한 시도이며, 도입의 실패 시 막대한 물적 피해가 야기되므로, 성공적 구축을 위한 노력이 절실히 요구된다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 ERP 시스템 도입을 위해 요구되는 인력 및 자금이 부족한 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중소기업에서의 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위한 방법론으로서 산ㆍ학 협력모델을 제안한다. ERP 시스템 구축을 위해 기업과 학교가 산ㆍ학 협력체제를 구축함으로서 기업측과 학교측 모두에게 이득이 되는 전략을 마련하고자 한다.

Earned value management(EVM)는 프로젝트 진행 상태를 파악하기 위해 주로 비용과 일정 편차, 성과지표를 통합하여 분석하는 것으로 비용/원가 관리를 위해 발전되어 사용되어 왔다. ERP 프로젝트는 국내 솔루션 시장의 가장 높은 점유율을 차지하고 있지만, 수행에 대한 성과평가 및 일정예측 가능한 신뢰성 있는 Tool 은 알려지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 프로젝트의 EVM 성과지표를 분석을 통해 ERP 프로젝트가 원가측면의 계획대비 수행 적합성이 높으며, 국내 ERP 프로젝트는 분석단계에서 일정 지연이 발생한다는 것을 발견하였다 향후 본 연구를 통해 EVM 성과 지표를 이용한 현재 시점의 프로젝트 상태를 점검하며, 향후 일정과 원가를 예측하여 성공적인 ERP 프로젝트 수행에 도움이 되고자 한다.

제조업에서 신제품을 개발하는 데 있어 제품개발의 초기부터 제품의 라이프 싸이클 내내 일관된 개발 프로세스로 개발을 지원하고 관리할 수 있게 하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 또, 이러한 프로세스를 유기적으로 관리할 수 있는 In-House System을 특정 제조업체에서 개발 하기에는 어려운게 우리나라의 실정이었다. 다행히 전사 자원관리 시스템(Enterprise Resource Planning)의 출현으로 연구 개발 업무를 제외한 거의 모든 부분의 프로세스 관리가 용이하게 되어 기업이 추구하는 CALS로 다가갈 수 있는 가능성이 열리게 되었다. 당사에서는 이러한 CALS의 정의와 기업의 니즈에 부응하기 위해 연구개발 업무의 CALS 지원 시스템인 EIM (Engineering Information Management)을 개발하여 이를 ERP와 통합하여 글로발 기업화의 Infra 구축을 가능케 하고자 한다.

Many organizations experience that the value they gained from IT (information technology) investment is lower than they expected prior to the actual implementation of a system - the value gap between expected value and realized value from IT. Research on the barriers to the expectation and realization is of high importance both in practice and in IS research. This study analyzed such barriers observed in three companies that have adopted such IT systems as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems each. From analyses of the three companies we specifically identified eight types of barriers: barriers related to industry, organization, knowledge, resource, usage, competence, product, and safety. Common barriers among the three cases were classified into six types, e.g. lack of strategic mind-set, improper organizational structure, lack of human resource, etc. We expect that the results help managers in IS investment to minimize the valuation gap and maximize realized values.

Currently, many companies are trying to be more competitive by implementing the most appropriate software package called ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). ERP can support the company's business process. A manufacturing execution system (MES) is an industrial software system, as well as a manufacturing management function in make-to-order and make-to-stock manufacturing environments. This paper presents an architecture of MES. This study develops MES to identify the functional requirements of loading & scheduling in the automobile industry. This study shows the effectiveness of the proposed MES, how to develop MES and interface with ERP package.

현재 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)업계의 동향은 외산 전사적자원관리업체들이 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 시장 공략에 적극 나서고 있다. SAP코리아와 한국오라클이 이미 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업시장을 타갓으로 한 제품을 선보인 데 이어 최근 마이크로소프트(MS)까지 이 시장에 본격적으로 뛰어들었다. 국내 ERP업계는 외산업체들의 공격적인 SMB시장 전략으로 국내 업체들 사이에서 살아남기 위해서는 제품의 완성도를 높이고 보다 주도면밀한 마케팅 전략을 구사하는 등 대응책을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한 기업의 주요 업무에 대한 전산화는 개발요원들이 전산화를 요구하는 부서의 업무를 분석하고 각종 개발 툴을 이용하여 각 부문의 업무 프로세스에 맞게 구축하는 주문식 개발방법이 보편적이었으나, 기업들도 전문 소프트업체의 경영 어플리케이션 패키지(business application package) 제품을 구입해 구축하는 방식으로 변하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 ERP를 운영하고 있는 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 중에 하나인 K업체의 생산관리 모듈을 대상으로 하여 운영상의 문제점을 파악하고, 이에 따른 효율적인 운영을 위한 프로세스를 정의하고자 한다. 또한 K업체의 제조관련부분에 대한 업무분석을 통하여 ERP 프로젝트의 완성을 위한 목표설정과 범위, 실적 평가 기준정립을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Among EC areas. the B2B EC market is being spotlighted as an important interesting research area considering its size and the potential impact on companeies and the whole society. In comparison with private consumers in B2C EC. business buyers in B2B EC have to precisely keep track of the purchase records. and integrate them with the buyer's e-procurement system, which might have been implemented as a part of integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. There are three approaches for such integration between ERP and e-marketplace in B2B EC; Two previous approaches are Inside-Out approach and Outside-In approach. And a newly, one is b-cart approach. In this paper, we try to survey these three approaches and make a comparison analysis. From this research. we identify that the b-cart approach is the most efficient framework in integrating ERP with e-marketplace in B2B EC.

Based on investigating and analyzing the cases of advanced foreign universities that have already included ERP courses in their education systems, this study proposed the ways of incorporating ERP courses into Korean universities' curriculums in terms of the following three areas: 1) development of ERP courses, 2) establishment and maintenance of ERP education environment, 3) continuous evaluation and improvement of ERP education implementation. As reasonable ERP courses, "Introduction to ERP" targeted to educating overall basic concepts in ERP system and business administration, "ERP System Implementation" for fostering business process design and system implementation skills, "ERP Programming" such as ABAP for the purpose of customizing ERP system, and "Strategic Use of ERP" dealing with ERP package selection and implementation methodologies of effective utilization of ERP systems were suggested. Regarding the establishment and maintenance of ERP education environment, single server architecture model that contained both database and application was proposed with the intention of set-up cost saving and maintenance efficiency. As for the evaluation and improvement on ERP education implementation, its methodologies were introduced through analyzing the advanced cases. Finally in addition to the above three areas, critical success factors for effectively launching ERP education in the universities were suggested through reviewing the previous case studies.
