The enterprise resource planning(ERP) system becomes more popular as a vehicle of realizing an integrated information system, because this system not only facilitates the reengineering of processes in a firm but also provides the function of generating consolidated financial statements. However, ERP vendors have unsuccessfully provided methodologies on the customization of ERP packages although one of the important issues during the implementation of an ERP package is how to customize it. The purpose of this paper is to build a strategy on the successful customization of ERP packages. The result from the analysis of interviews with 25 consultants and experts in the ERP field recommends 14 customization strategies of an ERP package in the four areas of a firm: management, technology, organization, and environment. The analysis of the feedback from the consultants and experts generates the ranking of the 14 customization strategies.

중소기업의 ERP도입에 관련된 많은 요인들에 대한 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 대부분의 연구들이 중소기업이 독립적으로 ERP를 도입하게 되는 경우를 다루고 있으나, 많은 중소기업들이 자금을 비롯한 다양한 이유로 독립적으로 ERP도입을 결정하지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 협력대기업이 공급사슬관리차원에서 공급사인 중소기업들의 ERP도입을 지원하고 있다. 협력대기업이 중소기업의 ERP 도입을 지원하는 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 방안과 과정상의 문제에 대해 국내 대기업의 지원사례와 ERP를 도입한 중소기업의 도입사례를 연구하여 중소기업 ERP도입에서의 협력대기업의 역할에 대한 탐색적인 연구를 수행하였다. 협력대기업의 지원방안으로는 도입자금지원, 도입벤더선정, 도입과정도움, 도입후 시스템 개선과정 도움, ERP활용교육 등을 활용하고 있다.

정보기술의 급진적인 발달로 경쟁이 점점 심화되어져가고 있는 환경 속에서 경쟁적 우위를 갖기 위한 기업들의 끊임없는 노력은 계속 되고 있다. 이러한 시점에 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 제고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있으며 최근 기업뿐만 아니라 대학에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이미 국외의 많은 대학들이 ERP시스템을 도입한 실정이고, 국내에서는 정보화 사업의 일환으로 연세대학교가 일반 행정 업무의 효율화를 위해 SAP R/3를 도입했고 향후 학사 행정 시스템과의 통합을 모색 중이다. 정부에서도 국$\cdot$공립 대학들의 행정업무 효율성 제고를 위해 차세대 행정업무시스템으로 ERP 시스템 도입을 본격화하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보화를 추진하고자 하는 국내 대학에 ERP 시스템의 도입을 제안하였고, 기존에 선행 연구된 연구 자료를 비교$\cdot$분석하여 기업의 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인을 정리하였다. 본 논문은 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학의 ERP시스템 도입에 대학이 나가야 할 방향을 제시하였고, 앞으로 국내 대학의 ETP시스템 도입이 증가할수록 이에 대한 보다 심도 있는 연구가 계속 되어야 할 것이다.

This study has focused on the introduction each stages of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation for an agricultural company's knowledge management & innovation. We have analyzed the company's background and found some conflicts and problems caused by the stockholders while implementing ERP systems. This case study has noted well how an agricultural company including between a provider and a stakeholder could be able to settle the ERP system with an necessary customizing work into the organization. Finally, ROSEPIA's implemented ERP systems have increased not only productivity but also archived the factuality and data reliability. This study give us an implication of how an export oriented and agricultural company, ROSEPIA made its company innovated and run its organizations through knowledge management using its ERP.

This study attempts (1) to analyze the changing pattern of organizational control by investigating the impacts of ERP implementations on the determinants of organizational control types and (2) to compare the performance variances based on the fitness between implementation of ERP and the changed mode of organizational control. Research results reveal that firms with ERP shows high degree of information integration, which partially affects the determinants of organizational control types. Also, results indicate that firms now with ERP shows the higher levels of both behavior and output control than without ERP, and the magnitude of change in behavior control level was greater than that of output control level. Finally, this research suggests that while the firms that implemented ERP for the purpose of quality and service improvement need to more focus on behavior control than on output control, the firms for the purpose of cost reduction need to excercise more output control in order to establish a cost effective control strategy.

ERP는 Enterprise Resource Planning의 약자로서 '전사적 자원관리'라고 하며, 재무관리, 회계관리, 생산관리, 판매, 재고관리, 인사관리 등 전사적인 데이터를 일원화시켜 관리할 수 있고 또한 경영자원을 계획적이고 효율적으로 운용하여 생산성을 극대화하는 새로운 정보시스템이다. 국내에서도 많은 기업들이 ERP를 근간으로 하는 산업의 e-비즈니스화를 촉진하고 있다 본 논문에서는 우리나라 중소기업의 ERP도입 현황과 특징 그리고 도입의 필요성 등을 알아보고, ERP도입 성과와 성공적인 구축방안으로 산학연계의 방안을 제시한다.

To develop a generic ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system which can accommodate various types of manufacturing enterprises, object-oriented methods are commonly applied from analysis to implementation. The objective of OO-ERP (Object-Oriented ERP) systems is the reusability of business objects(components). In practice, one of the critical features for the reusable OO-ERP system would be the capability of interfacing with distributed, heterogeneous data repositories. Consequently, it is essential to provide data repository transparency in OO-ERP systems - business objects do not take care of the locations and types of data repositories. In this paper, we propose Data Object Layer(DOL) that supports such transparency. DOL is a horizontal component through which OO-ERP systems can be seamlessly connected with diverse data repositories.

Effective Training has been recognized as one of the most important success factors for enterprise resource planning (ERP) system operations. However, both ERP system vendors and user companies have failed to provide an effective training method for users because practical business process cases cannot be formalized. Also, incomplete testing by ERP system vendors results in insufficient and ineffective user training. This paper suggests a scenario framework for ERP testing and training (SF-ETT). SF-ETT is constructed by expanding the practice-based ERP testing scenario construction framework designed for uniERPII. SF-ETT contains concrete business process entities that users understand actually and provides practice definition, notation, and architecture.

경영환경의 변화에 대한 기업의 대처능력이 곧 생존에 직결되고 있는 시점에서 이에 대한 해결책으로 통합업무 프로세스를 지향하는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)을 통하여 경쟁력을 강화하려는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 ERP는 적용상의 어려움과 실제 업무와의 차이점으로 인하여 막대한 노력을 들이고도 성공적으로 업무에 활용되지 못하는 사례가 많은 실정이다. 특히 건설업의 경우는 주문생산 방식의 프로젝트 특성 및 영세한 외주업체와 협업해야 하는 환경요인으로 인해 전산환경과 정보화에 많은 제약사항들을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설업체 D사의 예를 들어 건설업 ERP 패키지를 도입하여 업무 개선에 적용한 사례를 소개하였다. 건설사 고유 업무인 공사관리 업무 및 일반관리 업무를 대상으로 현행 프로세스를 진단하고 문제점을 도출하였으며 ERP의 Best Practice를 바탕으로 프로세스 개선방안을 제시하였다. 회사는 ERP와 유기적으로 연결된 개선안의 추진을 통해 지속적인 경영혁신 활동의 토대를 구축하였으며 이에 따른 정성적, 정량적인 성공요인을 분석하였다.
