연령대별 가독(加讀)기능을 위한 실내공간의 백색 LED조명환경 연구 (A Study on White LED Lighting of Interior Space for the Readability by Age)

  • The experimental study of the white LED lighting focused on the readability in interior space according to age group is conducted realizing importance of the lighting environment and necessity of lighting study depending on the user situation. The results of study represent that a teenager does not show sensitive reaction to change of the color temperature and illuminance. The people in 20s and 30s prefer neutral white LED lighting and are very sensitive to change of the light environment. The people in 50s and 60s prefer high illumination and cool white LED lighting series. People of all ages highly appraise 6000K of 700 lux and 4000K in the illuminance range of 700 lux to 1000 lux for readability. The white LED lighting of color temperature 4000K is estimated as a suitable environment for readability in a wide range of illumination.

  • Human's sight holds the most extents among other senses. It will become more beneficial in person's emotion or body, if we form much better environment to human in connection with visual information as importance of visual information. Human is using a lot of display units on modern society. Basic colors that compose these are Red, Green and Blue. Using these three colors, we can change color sense of monitor or brightness degree. Suitable color degree by individual's environment can reduce person's stress or give comfortable feeling. So Factors by human's emotion and environment are standardized using fuzzy and the method that is to apply the result of Intelligent Color Control(ICC) on display is proposed.

  • CCTV를 사용하여 저조도와 같은 열악한 환경에서도 범죄 예방 및 특정 대상을 정확히 확인하는 것이 최근 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 저조도 환경하의 CCTV 응용에서는 눈에 거슬리지 않는 근적외선 조명을 이용하여 영상을 획득하는데, 이 경우, 비록 사람 눈에는 어두운 저조도 환경이지만 근적외선 조명을 사용하기 때문에 영상의 상세 텍스처 정보를 얻을 수 있는 장점은 있지만, CCTV 영상내의 물체 판별이나 인물 확인을 위하여 매우 요긴한 정보인 색상 정보는 얻기 힘들다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 저조도 환경에서 근적외선 조명을 사용하여 얻은 CCTV 영상으로부터 DCGAN을 사용하여 색상정보를 획득하는 방법과 이때 재구성된 색상 영상에 생기는 색상 잡음을 제거하는 방법을 제시한다.

  • 본 연구는 공주대학교 내 설치된 공공환경조형물과 설치환경, 학내 이용자가 조형물을 관람하고 느끼는 감성이미지, 색채 계획 시 선호하는 색상과 감성이미지를 측정 분석하는 연구이다. 연구는 학내 설치된 조형물 분석 및 학생들을 대상으로 한 설문으로 진행되었다. 연구 결과 학내 환경조형물에 대한 이용자의 인식 및 조형물 제작 시 고려되어야 할 지향점을 제안할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 학내 설치된 공공 환경 조형물의 색채에 대하여 학술적으로 접근하고, 향후 색채계획단계에서 유의해야할 요소들을 제안하고 있다. 따라서 학내 조형물을 설치 기획할 때에 적절한 가이드라인을 제시 할 것으로 기대된다.

무주 태권도원 현장 색채계획 시공단계 프로세스 적용사례연구 (A Study on the Case of Application of a Process at the Construction Stage of the Color Planning at the Construction Site of Muju Taekwondo Park)

  • In order to maintain and protect professionalism in color planning, the present study examined the process at the time of realization of color through color inspection and supervision in the actual construction site and suggested plans for improvement. Reflecting the characteristics that the governing body of the construction site is not a private person but an organization, the present study aims to provide institutional measures so that the supervisor of color construction at the actual site of construction can propose concerns related to proper construction at the right time, and the matters cannot be decided from the perspective of a layman. The institutional measures are proposed through the case of application of a process at the construction stage of the color planning at the construction site of Muju Taekwondo Park. First, the process clarified where the responsibility lies by specifying special conditions concerning color inspection on the field guide and color contract. Second, the sample for building materials was selected after obtaining it from a company capable of supply and is appropriate for the planned unit cost so that it could play an important role in realizing colors at the stage of basic design. Third, the process of construction was ensured not by temporary selection of colors but by continuous approval of colors in consideration of the conditions of construction site through letter of approval of color at each stage and point of time. Fourth, coordination of various color elements of other fields including landscape, interior, and electricity ensured construction of the whole structure in one color concept. Fifth, color inspection through the mock up of the site will minimize erroneous construction and reconstruction and prevent decrease in productivity. Sixth, this study also suggested more comfortable and positive color environment through evaluation by experts and users. The researcher of this study expects that color experts actively participate in the stage of construction to contribute to improvement of the color environment.

초등학교 건축물 외부색채에 대한 초등학생들의 선호도에 관한 연구 (A study of the elementary students' preference of exterior color of elementary school buildings)

  • This study tried to search the defferences between color designer's intentions of the exterior color design in elementary school design and the students' recognitions. I made a questionare for the elementary school students who are in the 3 schools which are located in the north Kyung-Gi Do. I got the some conclusions as follows. First, the elementary students have different recognitions of the exterior color of the school from coloer designers' intentions. Second, with fixing the Hue, changing the Value and Chroma, the students have more preferances than before. And they have more preferances in high value higher than N8, and they have more preferance lower than 4 in chroma. But in chroma, they have highest preferance in existing status which are low chromas. Therefore, when exterior color designing in elrmentary school design, designer must consider high value higher than N8, and low chroma lower than 4.

  • The purpose of this study is the realization of LED light environment closely resembling the Autumn daylight which people feel comfortable with. This research was conducted through an optical experiment and Emotional evaluation through human's eyes. Human beings are affected by the color of light, quality and light intensity. Unlike the past when human beings have worked mainly in daylight, the urbanites today spend most of the time in indoor spaces. Therefore, the artificial light is needed to strive toward a spectrum of daylight. This study is purposed to provide the pleasant light environment for human beings and build its database. This study course is expected to contribute to the new design methodology of the related fields under the development of the LED emotional lighting color.

아파트거실공간에서의 거주자 행태를 고려한 조명색 변경에 관한 연구 (The Study on Change of Lighting Color for Behavior of Residents in Living Room Space of Apartment)

  • Today, apartment is the most common residence type and various behavior occurs in living room space of apartments. Active usage of living room in modem life increases user's desire of wanting a better environment and leads to find various methods such as remodeling. At the point when considering moving or remodeling, this study focuses on the change of lighting color as it is one of the methods for initial stage with moderate price. As living room is easily influenced by lighting, providing active environment to support inhabitant's behavior through the use of various lighting sources will cut down unnecessary remodeling costs and may be the most simple method to actualize lighting environment for inhabitant's behavior. To give change with the least effort, change in artificial lighting environment was attempted with combinations of lighting color and switching on lights according to illuminating location. This study suggested the capability of changing lighting environment of previous living room area by exchanging lighting sources in lighting equipment in order to satisfy the required behaviors of inhabitant.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the functional properties of Changhoji with natural dyeing. This research would provide a basic information for interior material Changhoji. To estimate functional properties of super eight colors Changhoji, water staining, lightfastness, and floodlight color test were executed. In term of the water staining test, blue color showed the clear and other colors showed the little spot. As a result of measuring the lightfastness, Magenta color dyed with sappanwood showed the worst. But blue color dyed with indigo and Turquoise color dyed with indigo and Pagoda tree flower showed the highest. As a result of floodlight color test was no difference between sample color and floodlight color.

증강현실 환경에서 손 가림 해결을 위한 피부 색상 정보 획득 (Construction of Skin Color Map for Resolving Hand Occlusion in AR Environments)

  • In tangible augmented reality (AR) environments, the user interacts with virtual objects by manipulating their physical counterparts, but he or she often encounters awkward situations in which his or her hands are occluded by the augmented virtual objects, which causes great difficulty in figuring out hand positions, and reduces both immersion and ease of interaction. To solve the problem of such hand occlusion, skin color information has been usefully exploited. In this paper, we propose an approach to simple and effective construction of a skin color map which is suitable for hand segmentation and tangible AR interaction. The basic idea used herein is to obtain hand images used in a target AR environment by simple image subtraction and to represent their color information by a convex polygonal map in the YCbCr color space. We experimentally found that the convex polygonal map is more accurate in representing skin color than a conventional rectangular map. After implementing a solution for resolving hand occlusion using the proposed skin color map construction, we showed its usefulness by applying it to virtual design evaluation of digital handheld products in a tangible AR environment.
