Today, data subjects should be considered to utilize various personal data. To support this paradigm, the concept of "My Data" has proposed and has realized in various industrial sectors, including medial sectors. Based on the concept of the medical My Data, this paper proposes a personal health record (PHR) and an electronic medical record (EMR) data trading model. Particularly, this paper proposes a system model to support the medical My Data environment and relevant procedure among stakeholders for PHR/EMR data trading that ensures the rights of data subjects. Based on the proposed system model, this paper also proposes various mathematical models to analyze the behavior of stakeholders and shows the feasibility of the proposed data trading model that satisfies the requirements of both data subjects and data consumers.

The growth of using smartphone and tablet pc has enabled variety kinds of realtime applications. In these applications, the data which we called data stream is multidimensional, continuous, rapid, and time-varying. However the traditional Database Management System (DBMS) suffers from processing the real time and complex application, in this paper we proposed the framework for CCR Data Stream Server's design and implementation that compiled with Data Stream Database Management System (DSMS) and DBMS in EMR system. The system enables users not only to query stored CCR information from DBMS, but also to execute continues query for the real-time CCR Data Stream.

We are living in Ubiquitous society now. There is also trend of integration in medical field that is largely affected by outside environment. At this time, it is necessary to rightly understand the abstract, function, expected effect and management method of Integration Medical Information System(IMIS) to use this system effectively for solving many hospital information system problems and disadvantages. It is fact that large-sized hospitals are improving the quality of service for treatment of patients through building integrated Medical Information System. So it is necessary to change this individual system that is previously developed and used for treatment assistance, hospital affair or general management respectively to integrated management system, modify patient information or treatment information data to the data suitable for new system and build the integrated medical information system suitable for the hospital service with treatment data and integrated medical information. This paper suggested and designed abstract of integrated medical information system, the organization of system, the character of system and the plan and materialization of IMIS when building integrated medical information system. And the context of this paper is suggested trend of industry and solution of integration EMR, HIS, PACS. Therefore this paper is suggested development strategy, implemented integration medical information system.

Recently Many technologies of the P.L.N (Power Line Network) are introduced for an efficient communication. P.L.N transmits information using power line channel. A medical information transmission system is proposed in this paper for the effective transmission. The Power Line Networks have an advantage in low cost because it uses existent power line. It can be easily applied anywhere that a power line socket is available. But the power line channel is very noisy, because many electronic devices in generate electronic noise in modulated signals. This problem should be considered carefully in the design of medical information transmission system using P.L.N. The proposed system can be applied...I propose a telemedicine system using the power line network.

To keep the online medical records available to anyone without constraint of time and space, introducing EMR (Electronic medical record), which is a clinical support management system. The purpose of this study is to develop interface standard of clinical test device. Integration and sharing of medical information is faced with enormous obstacles because medical organizations and associated companies are separately developing the interface. I hope that multi-function management system with workstation concept is operated to efficiently transmit clinical device result data based on this study. Transfer of precise medical result data available for decision making will improve quality of health care service.

Managing electronic medical record is very difficult, because the currently electronic medical system is not designed standard that is uniform and proper. In this paper, in order to overcome this situation, we propose meta-data for the management of the electronic medical record as a single system. To this end, we first analyzed the research on electronic medical records and related standards. Second, we, on the basis of the analysis result, abstracted electronic medical record and entities related on electronic medical, and we designed an entity-relationship model. And finally, we have to complete the meta-data through the setting attributes in this entity-relationship model. Through this study, it was possible that we can complete metadata highly expressive medical records, and suggest an alternative for problem of current medical records systems.

Objectives The aim of this study was to offer the fundamental data for the physical therapies of Korean medicine through analyse the database of one university hospital. Methods As this study was retrospective analysis, following items were selected and analysed in the electronic medical record (EMR) database. (1) sex, (2) inpatient or outpatient, (3) medical department, (4) diagnosis, (5) kind of insurance. Results Although all kind of physical therapies were used, interferential current therapy (ICT) was the most used physical therapy. And department of rehabilitation medicine of Korean medicine prescribed physical therapies most among the 8 specialty departments. As physical therapies were used in various kinds of diseases, they were especially used in musculoskeletal diseases and nervous system diseases. Conclusions The analysis of actual condition of using physical therapies in a real clinical setting of Korean medicine could be a useful fundamental data for the application of modernized physical therapies.

Purpose: To improve outcome of severe trauma patient, the shortening of transport time is needed. Although helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) is still a subject of debate, it must also be considered for trauma system. The aim of this study is to assess whether transport method (HEMS versus ground EMS) is associated with outcome among inter-hospital transport. Methods: All trauma patients transported to regional emergency center by either HEMS or ground EMS from September 2011 to September 2014. We have classified patients according to two groups by transport method. Age younger than 15 years and self-discharged patients were excluded. Results: A total of 427 patients were available for analysis during this period. 60 patients were transported by HEMS and 367 patients were transported by ground EMS. HEMS group had higher mortality than ground EMS group (23.3% vs 3.5%; p<0.001), and included more patients with excess mortality ratio adjusted injury severity score (EMR-ISS) above 25 (91.7% vs 48.8%; p<0.001). In the multivariable regression analysis, HEMS was not associated with improved outcome compared with ground EMS, but only EMR-ISS was associated with a mortality of patients (odds ratio, 1.06; 95% confidence interval, 1.04-1.09). Conclusion: In this study, helicopter emergency medical services transport was not associated with a decreased of mortality among the trauma patients who inter-hospital transported to the regional emergency center.

Objectives : This Study aims to extract the actual prescriptions used frequently in the clinical settings and the frequently used prescription list of textbook on herbal formulae by comparing the prescriptions recorded in the textbook on herbal formulae, and to examine the range of the efficacies of the corresponding prescription on the basis of the records of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Methods : By making comparison of the herb weight ratios of the prescriptions recorded in the textbook on herbal formulae with those recorded in EMR, the frequency is measured on the basis of the textbook on herbal formulae prescription and the frequency indication is computed for the clinical prescriptions with lower level of differences. Results & Conclusions : On the basis of the details of the clinical prescriptions used at the P Hospital, Yugmijihwang-tang, Samlyeongbaegchul-san, Jugyeobseoggo-tang, Maegmundong-tang, Olyeong-san and Baegho-tang, among the similar prescriptions for which the title prescriptions of the textbook on herbal formulae and the herbal composition coincide by more than 80%, are not included in the list of prescriptions covered under the national health insurance system even though they are frequently used prescriptions.

Recently, university hospitals have problems as patient datas grows. And it is difficult that medical staffs check patients living on their prescription. Patients don't often remember their prescription, and don't know how to apply the prescription to their life. To solve these problems, To solve these problems, it is customized healthcare service platform using MQTT push notification. It is provided in form of a web application having good accessibility that. Based on doctor's prescription, the patients take notifications that is the timing of medication, medical appointments, and other prescription informations. The results can be entered into the web application. The healthcare professionals can check that the patients are following their prescription well. In this paper, we provide the above functions via the web application and a RESTful API server platform, and notification function can be efficiently performed by MQTT Broker. So we checked the customized healthcare service can be effectively provide.
