This paper describes the architecture, the basic operation principle and detailed experimental results of digitally programmable high-voltage generators that can be used in monolithic low-power high-voltage bistable LCD drivers. Two different design approaches, depending on whether the application allows the use of external passive components or not, are analyzed.

본 논문에서는 강원도 기초자치단체 18기관 가운데 4개 주요시에 대하여 자치법규의 개인정보 요구 실태를 파악하였다. 자치법규정보시스템(ELIS)을 활용하여 지자체의 자치법규에서 별지서식을 대상으로 전수조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 슈퍼키인 주민등록번호를 포함하여 거부감이 있는 스마트폰 번호, 자택 전화번호 등의 개인정보 요구가 심각한 상태로 조사되었다. 개선방안으로 PIMS 준수와 개인정보 자동검색엔진의 시급한 개발을 제안하였다.

본 논문은 모양 특성을 이용한 효과적인 식물 잎 이미지 검색 시스템을 제시한다. 잎 이미지의 더 효과적인 표현을 위해 개선된 MPP 알고리즘을 제안하고, 매칭에 소요되는 시간을 줄이기 위해 기존의 Nearest Neighbor(NN) 검색을 수정한 동적인 매칭 알고리즘을 제시한다. 특히, 더 나은 정확율과 효율성을 위해, 잎 모양과 잎차례를 스케치하여 질의할 수 있도록 하였다. 실험에서는 제안한 알고리즘과 기존의 알고리즘인 Fourier Descriptor, Moment Invariants, MPP와 비교하였다. 1000여개의 식물 잎 이미지를 통한 실험결과는 제안한 방법이 기존의 기법보다 더 좋은 성능임을 보였다.

이 연구는 지자체의 자치법규에서 정보공개제도와 기록물관리의 상관성을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 자치법규정보시스템(ELIS)과 국가법령정보센터를 통해 지자체의 정보공개와 관련된 자치법규를 전수 조사하여, 337개의 자치법규를 분석하였다. 그 결과, '기록 유지(회의록 작성)', '이관된 기록물에 대한 정보공개 절차'와 '청구 접수부서'의 측면에서 '공공기록물법'과의 상관성을 찾을 수 있었다. '기록물유지(회의록 작성)'는 자치법규와 공공기록물법의 항목이 유사했으며, '청구 접수부서'는 '기록관리부서'로 기술되었다. 그러나 '청구 접수부서'는 부서명만 보면 민원부서의 성격이 강했으며, '회의록 작성'의 측면에서는 '공공기록물법'의 조항이 명시되지 않았고, '다른 법령과의 관계'에서는 '정보공개의 비대상'만 기술하고 있다.

A hardware architecture is presented of a wavelet based multiple line addressing driving scheme for passive matrix displays using the FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays), which will be integrated in the scalable video coding $architecture^{[1]}$. The incoming compressed video data stream will then directly be transformed to the required column voltages by the hardware architecture without the need of employing the video decompression.

The Inner Arch developed several softwares: $\circ$ One dedicated to solid propulsion project : APSOL $\circ$ One dedicated to liquid propulsion projects ELIS A third one, PERFOL, is used to optimize the trajectory and the propulsion parameters The paper will describe the main software used for this study and illustrate the interest of these tools to make the first design of a new version of a launch vehicle with optimisation both of intrinsic propulsion parameters and of the trajectory.

본 연구는 50대 공직자 500명의 일상에서의 정보탐색행태와 패턴을 탐색하고자 하였다. 구조방정식을 활용한 설문자료분석은 은퇴예정집단으로서 베이비붐세대의 개인정보환경, 개인정보추구태도, 온라인정보태도, 정보추구의 장애, 은퇴기대와 도서관기대라는 6개의 변수간의 상호 연관관계 모형을 보여주고 있다. 그 중 개인정보환경과 정보추구태도는 은퇴기대와 유의미한 관계가 있음을 입증하였다. 이 연구결과는 노령사회를 대비하여 새롭게 부상하게 될 도서관이용자집단에 대한 도서관정책개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Wood from tropical plantation forests has lower physical and mechanical properties than mature wood. Furfuryl alcohol (FA) impregnation into the wood could help to enhance hydrophobic properties, dimensional stability, and structural strength. Furfurylation was applied to specimens of the following four fast-growing tropical wood species: jabon (Anthocephalus cadamba), sengon (Falcataria moluccana), mangium (Acacia mangium), and pine (Pinus merkusii). The discoloration and physical and mechanical properties were subsequently measured, and the results showed that furfurylated wood had a darker color and better physical and mechanical properties than untreated wood. Specifically, the furfurylated wood had higher density, modulus of elasticity, and hardness and lower moisture content, water absorption, swelling, and shrinkage. The furfurylation significantly enhanced physical and mechanical properties.

Bioinformatics education can be defined as the teaching and learning of how to use software tools, along with mathematical and statistical analysis, to solve biological problems. Although many resources are available, most students still struggle to understand even the simplest sequence alignment algorithms. Applying visualizations to these topics benefits both lecturers and students. Unfortunately, educational software for visualizing step-by-step processes in the user experience of sequence alignment algorithms is rare. In this article, an educational visualization tool for biological sequence alignment is presented, and the source code is released in order to encourage the collaborative power of open-source software, with the expectation of further contributions from the community in the future. Two different modules are integrated to enable a student to investigate the characteristics of alignment algorithms.

본 연구는 일상생활 정보탐색의 맥락에서 개인에게 생활의 모니터링 도구로 기능할 수 있는 주변 사람과의 반복적 접촉인 일상적 만남에 대해 탐색한 연구이다. 의도적 정보행위와 비의도적 정보행위의 조합인 일상적 만남의 특성을 밝히기 위해 일상생활 정보탐색 이론에 관한 연구를 바탕으로 9명의 기러기엄마와 일대일 면접을 수행하였다. 결론적으로 일상적 만남에서의 정보요구, 정보탐색과정, 정보탐색행위의 특성 등을 밝혀내고, 연구 참여자의 해석에 기초한 일상적 만남의 레퍼토리를 분석함으로써 정보원으로서의 가치를 살펴보았다.
