The Purpose of this study is to clarify what a difference the individual family value and relationship make on the inheritance consciousness by focussing on right succeed property among the inheritances rights of family. Questionnaire were distributed to about 450 married person with children over 40 year and among them 384 cases are used in final analysis. Inheritance consciousness of the Korea family shows that the property inheritances to greatly different from the inheritance the family head rituals according to consciousness of the individuals. That is to say the succession of the property is decided by inheritances of the individuals where-as these of the family head and rituals are done by the family norm. such results tend to be made due th the fact that Koreans think of a duty to father a son and make him succeed th the heat of the family on the basis of the strong blood tie of the family that Koreans think t important to keep their family fame and to contain the fam ly existence I. e. they respect their patriarchal system.

The aim of this article is to investigate the relationship between insurance and economic growth at aggregate and disaggregate level for the period 1982-2018. Very few studies have been carried out in this field, with contradictory results and using an aggregate data while, according to different authors, an aggregate data might provide spurious results. The author used Ordinary Least Squares Regressions (OLS) and Granger Causality tests to explore the strength and direction of the relationship between insurance and economic growth at an aggregate level. To check the relationship at disaggregate level life insurance, marine insurance, and property insurance are regressed on trade openness and investment, respectively. Non-life insurance at an aggregate level plays a positive and significant role in promoting economic growth, but life insurance has an insignificant impact on the Pakistan economy. On the other hand, non-life insurances at a disaggregated level such as marine insurance negatively affect a vital part of economic growth, i.e., trade. At the same time, property insurance has a significant and positive role in boosting investment. Life, marine, and property insurance Granger cause economic growth, trade, and investment in a single direction. Nevertheless, is a bi-directional relationship between economic growth and non-life insurance.

The object of this paper is to emphasize the role of 'common limit range property' and utilize the same with variants of R-weakly commuting mappings for the existence of common fixed point under strict contractive conditions in metric spaces. We also furnish some interesting examples to validate our main result. Our results improve a host of previously known results including the ones contained in Pant [Contractive conditions and common fixed points, Acta Math. Acad. Paedagog. Nyhàzi. (N.S.) 24(2) (2008), 257-266 MR2461637 (2009h:54061)]. In the process, we also derive a fixed point result satisfying $\phi$-contractive condition.

This is to study intellectual property(IP) protection of contents which is related with transactions upon internet network. Issues of electronic transaction and infringement cases were studied and analyzed for intellectual property protection. Upon those study, utilization and activation of contents, dispute settlement and method of IP protection were suggested. To achieve this study purpose, it consists of 5 chapters. In chapter 1 introduction, it's mentioned purpose, scope, and method of this study. In chapter 2, outline of contents and e-Commerce, and subject of IP protection upon internet were studied. In chapter 3, issues and dispute factors of IP were discussed and infringement cases were analyzed. It found out that infringements would be variety and complex due to technology rapidly changes. In chapter 4, IP protection plan and responsibility of webmaster were studied and emphasized to protect IP upon Internet. Also, protection against infringement and method of dispute resolution were studied and suggested the method. In this study, the protection plan was suggested because IP protection of contents in internet would be many cases upon internet technology. It found out that technology was important for business expansion of contents, e-Commerce and IP protection, and to enact a law related with IP. In chapter 5 conclusion, this study was summarized and further research was suggested. This study results are 1. IP related laws had better enact or revise to meet internet technology changes for IP protection timely, 2. local laws are to change and develop to harmony with international norm and trends, 3. consolidation of IP related laws for unification of IP statement should be incurred to avoid unnecessary energy of legislation and not to create dispute matters. That's also for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, not to incur ADR and for IP protection of contents, IP related laws would be promptly made or revised, according to technology change trends and for international harmony, That's for internet related industry development and customer satisfaction.

In this paper, we introduce closure operators [${\cdot}$]c and [${\cdot}$]a on a space and study some relations among [${\cdot}$]c, [${\cdot}$]a and countable tightness. We introduce the concepts of a strongly sequentially closed set and a strongly sequentially open set and show that a space X has countable tightness if and only if every strongly sequentially closed set is closed if and only if every strongly sequentially open set is open. Finally we find a generalization of the weak Fr$\'{e}$chet-Urysohn property which is equivalent to countable tightness.

Sand filter is a key unit process for particle removal in water purification treatments. Its long-standing use is due to on-site customized retrofit. Proper selection of filter media is one of the retrofit approaches to improve filter performance. This study described a series of controlled laboratory column tests and examined the effects of media property on filtration and backwash. When sand media of 0.51 mm in effective size was replaced by sand of 0.60 mm, the filter run increased up to 5 times in the given bed depth. The change of media property required an increase of backwash rate by 0.05 m/min to satisfy the requirement of bed expansion, more than 20%. When the anthracite was changed with lower effective size and uniformity coefficient, correlation with sand in the filter bed could be satisfied within the permissible error between media and bulk characteristics. Besides, this selection resulted in a well-stratified configuration of media layers after bed expansion. The column study showed that the correlation of property between the dual media had a significant effect on the filter productivity and backwash interval.

A series of experimental studies are conducted on the deformation and shear strength property of compacted loess. The results reveal that the relationships of both the initial moisture content (w) and the initial degree of compaction (K) of compacted loess with cohesion (w) and the angle of internal friction (${\varphi}$) are linear. The relationship between the secant modulus ($E_{soi}$) and K is also linear. The relationship between $E_{soi}$ and w can be fitted well by a second-order polynomial. Further, when the influences of w and K are ignored, the relationship between the confined compression strain (${\varepsilon}$) and vertical pressure (p) can be expressed by a formula. A correction formula for the deformation of compacted loess caused by a change in w and K is derived on the basis of the study results.

The new green and red phosphors for PDP application activated by T $b^{3+}$ and E $u^{3+}$ were synthesized, and their photoluminance properties were investigated. It was found that the brightness of $Al_3$Gd $B_4$ $O_{12}$ :T $b^{3+}$ green phosphor under 147nm VUV irradiation was higher than that of commercial Z $n_2$ $SiO_4$:M $n^{2+}$ phosphor. But the emitting intensity of A1$_3$Gd $B_4$ $O^{12}$ :E $u^{3+}$ red phosphor was inferior to the commercial (Y,Gd)B $O_3$:E $u^{3+}$. $Al_3$Gd $B_4$ $O_{12}$ Phosphor had a strong excitation band at 160nm associated with the host absorption, and also the photoluminance excitation intensity of $Al_3$Gd $B_4$ $O_{12}$ :T $b^{3+}$ was higher than that of Z $n_2$ $SiO_4$:M $n^{2+}$, but the intensity of $Al_3$Gd $B_4$ $O_{12}$ :E $u^{3+}$ phosphor was smaller than (Y,Gd)B $O_3$:E $u^{3+}$ phosphor In the VUV range. C $e^{3+}$ co-doping in A1$_3$Gd $B_4$ $O^{12}$ :E $u^{3+}$ and substitution of $Al^{3+}$ by G $a^{3+}$ A1$_3$Gd $B_4$ $O^{12}$ :E $u^{3+}$ phosphor were tried, but they did not improved the optical property .d the optical property .ty .
