E-Commerce constitutes an important part of all commercial activities. Online Alternative Dispute Resolution(Online ADR) or Online Dispute Resolution(ODR) is a new method of dispute, resolution which, is provided online. Most Online ADR services are alternatives to litigation. In this respect, they are the online transposition of the methods developed in the ADR movement such as negotiation, mediation and arbitration. But there are also online courts which are really normal courts in which the contesting parties communicate essentially online. This paper deals with the current operation of Online ADR and the ways to, activate it. They include (1) die establishment of legal stability regarding Online ADR, (2) the enhancement of system security in providing Online ADR services, (3) the introduction of Online ADR service platform for providing the various services through single window on a national, or global basis, and (4) the introduction of Online ADR online monitoring system for systematic dispute resolution services.

A certificate is important media for the purpose of offering user-authentication service on PKI system. In the paper we analyzed management implement which could make the efficient use of a certificate. This implement called ClientCA will make efficient use of the service about user-authentication consisting of the basis in the age of information through efficient management and partial use of each certificates. Especially, ClientCA could be used efficiently by grafting a small group of PKI system which is operated with particular purposes.

We are using a certificate, OTP(One Time Password), Security Card etc. for safety on E-commerce. However, These are not perfectly protect Confidentiality, integrity, user authentication, and nonrepudiation. In this paper, we are proposed authentication scheme by certificate and OTP.

자계 검출 센서는 여러 가지 종류가 있으나 벽면에 흐르는 미소 자계 및 차폐 전선에서 검출이 가능한 구조는 초전도 양자 간섭 소자(SQUID)가 주로 사용되지만 가격 및 물성 재료 특성으로 인하여 특수 용도로 사용되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전선으로부터 발생되는 저주파 자장을 검출할 수 있고 휴대성 및 가격이 저렴한 구조인 코일형 자계측정기를 개발하기 위해 자기 코어 및 코일 Turn수 변화에 따른 자계 검출 감도를 조사하여 최적의 구조를 설정하였다.

많은 디지털 서명 알고리즘들이 제안되었지만, 내제된 위험 요소들은 여전히 해결되지 않고 있다. 그 중 해쉬 함수의 충돌(Collision)문제가 있는데, 중요한 것은 이 문제로 인해 메시지가 일단 위조되면 어느 누구도 그 메시지의 위법성을 증명할 수 없다는 것이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하는 방법에 대해 연구하고 새로운 디지털 서명 방식을 제안한다. 제안된 디지털 서명 방식은 해쉬(Hash) 알고리즘의 안전성 정도에 상관없고 오직 공개키 암호의 안전성에 연관되기 때문에 계산 속도가 빠른 해쉬 알고리즘을 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 이 방식은 기존 디지털 서명 알고리즘과 함께 사용될 수 있어서 E-commerce를 더욱 활성화시킬 것으로 예상된다.

This study designs a load balancer via direct routing that share a virtual service on a single IP address in the Linux system and suggests an efficient load balancing method to improve transmission speed in the web server cluster environment. It will increase performance and scalability with fast packet transfer and removing bottleneck problem by using TCP Splicing and Content-Aware Distributor method. This method is expected to be the noticeable technology that provides an important interface, which make application services for e-commerce effectively be applied to high-speed network infrastructure. At this time, it is required to study further on the optimum balancing method in the web server cluster environment so as to apply the hybrid (optimum load balancing method by software and hardware) method and improve the reuse of security cession based on high-speed TCP connections.

코로나 시대에서의 비접촉 기조 확산으로 인해서, 전자상거래 업계는 ux/ui를 보다 소비자친화적으로 변화시킴으로써 성장을 도모하고 있다. 전자상거래 시장은 몇년간 엄청난 성장을 거듭해왔고, 혁신에 혁신을 거듭하여 간편결제의 보편화를 이끌었다. 하지만 현재 IT업계에서는 loger4j 그리고 크로니움 브라우저 관련 제로데이 공격이 만연한 만큼, 보안에 대한 관심도가 높아진 상태이다. 전자상거래 상에서의 간편결제에서 보안이슈는 돈과 직결된 이슈이며, 그렇기 때문에 단순히 그의 UX/UI를 사용자 편의성 측면에서만 보아야하는가에 대해서 많은 의견이 있으며, 이는 이미 업계의 화두이다. 따라서 우리는 업계의 현황에 대해서 알아보면서, 사회적으로 이를 어떻게 바라보는지 그리고 이 이슈는 왜 어떻게 발생했고, 쉽게 해결될 수 없는지에 대해서 알아본다.

A Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is security standards to manage and use public key cryptosystem. A PKI is used to provide digital signature, authentication, public key encryption functionality on insecure channel, such as E-banking and E-commerce on Internet. A soft-token private key in PKI is leaked easily because it is stored in a file at standardized location. Also it is vulnerable to a brute-force password attack as is protected by password-based encryption. In this paper, we proposed a new method that detects private key compromise and is probabilistically secure against a brute-force password attack though soft-token private key is leaked. The main idea of the proposed method is to use a genuine signature key pair and (n-1) fake signature key pairs to make an attacker difficult to generate a valid signature with probability 1/n even if the attacker found the correct password. The proposed method provides detection and notification functionality when an attacker make an attempt at authentication, and enhances the security of soft-token private key without the additional cost of construction of infrastructure thereby extending the function of the existing PKI and SSL/TLS.

In this study, a study was carried out to see what influence low-cost carrier's e-service quality has on low-cost carrier customers' perceived value and customer satisfaction and what impact the results have on customer loyalty based on the results of previous studies related to e-SERVQUAL, an e-SERVQUAL measurement model for general e-commerce. In addition, a survey of consumers who have experienced using low-cost carrier experience through web sites was conducted. For the analysis of the data collected, SPSS 18.0 was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis and thus to test a hypothesis. Research findings showed that perceived value and customer satisfaction are closely related to customer loyalty, and it was also observed that the reliability factor on the service provided on the web site acts as an important influencing factor for customer loyalty in the perceived value and security factors such as payment by credit cards and protection of personal information serve as important one in terms of customer satisfaction. This study has its limitation in that samples of users who have experienced low-cost carrier are concentrated on specific ages and professions. In the future, it is required to conduct further studies on whether difference is made on the importance of measurement factors related to e-service quality by gender, age group, occupation, and e-service quality.
