The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of e - commerce technology characteristics and personal values on purchasing behavior by information security importance. The results of the empirical study that examined the university students in 2006 and 2016 are as follows. First, personal value is centered on personal values, such as self - esteem and self - esteem in 2006. In 2016, however, personal values such as self - fulfillment and personal relationship with others are important. Transactional ease and product service serve as the main value of the fun and pleasure of life, but the sense of accomplishment as the core value of information protection. Second, the technical characteristics of e-commerce are as follows. In terms of ease of transaction and product service, technology characteristics are simplified and directly effected over time. On the other hand, information protection works very closely with individual value, There was a strong tendency to enjoy benefits. Especially in 2006, if you want to enjoy transactional convenience through transaction information security or benefit from product service, it has been changed to recognize the importance of information security through payment in 2016.

This study is to analyze e-commerce issues and how to settle arbitration dispute resolution. Considering internet related business spread out worldwide, the dispute is incurred in variety areas. To resolve the dispute of e-commerce, government has been released several laws for protecting legal transaction, information exposure, and internet security, etc. However, internet related technology is changing rapidly and dispute issues are coming out at many different models. Upon that environments, law and rules could not be followed to meet the technology change. That issues are made for this study. In this study, outlook of e-commerce, status of domestic and overseas of internet business, e-commerce and security issues were analyzed, and empirically comparative analysis was driven out and variety dispute cases were studied. Upon that study the resolution methods were suggested and arbitration settlement was proposed prior to legal sue. This study results are how to minimize the disputes and the method of dispute settlement. Therefore, a role of arbitration proposed and emphasized. To protect the dispute in advance, it's suggested to revise rules timely following on technical changes, and emphasized that the dispute has to lead to arbitration settlement not for consuming unnecessary time and finance for enterprises and consumers.

The internet industry is gradually increasing according to the explosive explosion of internet and development of information communication industry. Specially, The payment method of settlement means is diversed with development of e-commerce. In this paper, we propose a settlement method using e-settlement in the network. and we suggest a security method for efficiency of e-money. Also, we propose a reform plan of e-settlement system.

Purpose - The purpose of the study is to propose a theoretical framework of cross-border e-commerce ecosystems based on blockchain technology. The ecosystem includes five systems, namely, crossborder supply chain intelligent system, cross-border logistics system, cross-border payment system, cross-border product quality traceability system and cross-border customs supervision system. Design/methodology - This study firstly derived the main improvement factors for the new ecosystem based on blockchain through prior research and expert interviews on cross-border e-commerce. Then explored the use of virtue of decentralization, anti-counterfeiting traceability, consensus mechanism, smart contract and other means of the core technology of blockchain to overcome the bottleneck of cross-border e-commerce development among Korea, China, and Japan. Finally, proposed valuable implications in both theoretical and practical perspectives. Findings - As a result, we combined with the problems existing in cross-border e-commerce among Korea, China and Japan, this paper proposes a solution based on blockchain. On this basis, it constructs a cross-border e-commerce ecosystem among these three countries, including five systems. In addition, we discuss the main problems existing in the current blockchain, such as low transaction concurrency, security loopholes, and inconsistent standards, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed from the technical level, security level and industry standards. Originality/value - This study is the first to apply the blockchain technology to solve the cross-border e-commerce problems in Korea, China and Japan, which is of pioneering significance in both literature and practice. Block chain technology is in the ascendency. This study provides technical solutions for promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce import and export trade between Korea, China and Japan.

온라인 거래에서, 투명성은 전자상거래에 대한 과세나 고객의 권리를 위한 주요 요소이다. 오프라인에서 거래에 대한 신뢰성은 금전등록기 개념을 사용해서 이루어지고 있는 것처럼, 우리는 거래의 투명성을 위한 온라인 개념의 거래 등록기 모델을 연구하였다. 비록 온라인 거래 등록기가 전자상거래법과 관련되어서 사용될 수 있지만, 여기서는 등록기의 메카니즘에 대한 연구만을 고려하였다. 거래 등록기는 디지털 영수증을 발행하며, 영수증은 본 논문에서 개발한 모델로 진위가 판별될 수 있다.

Fraud in e-commerce transaction increased in the last decade especially with the increasing number of online stores and the lockdown that forced more people to pay for services and groceries online using their credit card. Several machine learning methods were proposed to detect fraudulent transaction. Neural networks showed promising results, but it has some few drawbacks that can be overcome using optimization methods. There are two categories of learning optimization methods, first-order methods which utilizes gradient information to construct the next training iteration whereas, and second-order methods which derivatives use Hessian to calculate the iteration based on the optimization trajectory. There also some training refinements procedures that aims to potentially enhance the original accuracy while possibly reduce the model size. This paper investigate the performance of several NN models in detecting fraud in e-commerce transaction. The backpropagation model which is classified as first learning algorithm achieved the best accuracy 96% among all the models.

To have a complete and comprehensive understanding of the research subject and to form an integrated legal framework for it, I have sought comprehensively to cover the major written literature on the issue under consideration. I also benefitted from a wide range of research and academic studies pertaining to the same topic, although that literature did not specifically address the issue of consumer rights in electronic contracting in the Saudi e-commerce system. Rather, it addressed only the civil and criminal protection of the consumer in e-commerce. I have divided the reviewed literature into two sections according to the sources.

E-commerce in Korea has grown steadily in recent years. E-commerce has provided firms with an effective method to approach potential customers by overcoming geographical and physical barriers. However, despite the rapid growth, many e-commerce businesses closed their businesses and were not able to survive. This study aims to empirically examine the factors that determine the survival of e-commerce businesses in Korea. In particular, this study focuses on the factors related to the notion of institution-based trust that includes delivery, privacy, and security management. This research used the data set about 31,295 e-commerce businesses that have been registered in Seoul. We found that the e-commerce business that does not require extra personal information beyond the standard terms and conditions or provides a feedback mechanism by having an online board to submit a complaint has a higher chance of survival. In addition, the e-commerce business that has a secured web server, shows the specific information about the date of delivery, or provides escrow services is likely to survive longer than others. The research has extended the extant literature on the importance of trust in e-commerce by empirically examining the effects of the institution-based trust factors on the actual survival of e-commerce businesses.

E-Commerce is a buzzword well known for electronic commerce activities including but not limited to the online shopping, digital payment transactions, and B2B online trading. In today's digital age, e-commerce has been playing a very important and vital role in areas such as retail shopping, sales automation, supply chain management, marketing and advertisement, and payment services. With a huge amount of data been collected from various e-commerce services available, there are multiple opportunities to use that data to analyze graphs and trends. Strategize profitable activities, and forecast future trade. This paper explains a contemporary approach for collecting key data metrics and implementing cost-effective automation that will support in improving conversion rates and sales performance of the e-commerce websites resulting in increased profitability.

Through the increment of requirement for EC(Electronic Commerce) oriented communication services, security multicast communications is becoming more important. However, multicast to EC environment is much different from unicast concept most network security protocols. On the network security, using mandatory access control of multilevel architecture which assigns a specific meaning to each subject, so we accomplish access control. In this way, access control security based on the information security level is proposed. A security protocol based on the architecture proposed in this paper would be utilized in security multicast communications, group key management service and leveled security service through multilevel EC security policy, Also we discuss and propose the security level scaleability and key management method on the network.
