This study reviews several innovative electronic reference services that will be transformed in the age of the virtual library. This study focused on reference service via E-mail and electronic bulletin board which is regarded as the most important service in a variety of electronic reference services. Through E-mail and the electronic bulletin board, the user submits questions and the librarian responds with the answer. Though interest in using E-mail and electronic bulletin board as a basis for reference service has grown considerably in recent years, it is still in its infancy in Korea. Thus the purpose of this study is to propose a model electronic reference service system using E-mail and the electronic bulletin board for university libraries in Korea. This system consists of the following modules: electronic reference services policy, open reference service via electronic bulletin board, closed reference service via E-mail, and FAQ. This system is meant to be a guide for those considering implementing such a service.

본 논문에서는 LMS나 고비용의 콘텐츠를 사용하지 않고 기본적인 상호작용 도구인 게시판을 개선하여 블렌디드 러닝에서 학습효과를 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 제안한 E-BoardII는 게시판의 기능을 개선하여 학습자의 성취 정도의 실시간 점검, 피드백 기능 수행, 수업 콘텐츠의 자동 생산 및 실시간 활용, 학습 동기 부여 및 분위기 환기 등의 효과를 가진다.

Some blind spots of information were occurring because important information such as school events, employment information, attendance information, and major school schedules were currently communicated through home communication messages only. To address this problem, an e-Board prototype was designed to incorporate P2P-based Internet of Things technology in a wired and wireless network based on a survey of data on smart education based on the Internet of Things. In each classroom, necessary information, such as school events, was received in real time from the classroom and shared in the classroom. They also want to design an e-Board prototype for Internet of Things-based smart education because they are easily accessible to anyone even if they do not know how to use e-Board.

This paper disscusses about the e-commerce and the various types of e-commerce disputes. Through empirical examination on the dispute consiliation system and by comparative analysis it is derived out of the weakness of current system and finally some suggestions for improvement. First, it is recommended that the more sophisticated knowledge concerning e-commerce should be proliferated through the existing institutions. For example, disputes for B2C could be managed by the consiliation system of consumer dispute consiliation in Consumer Protecion Board of Korea, while B2B by the arbitration system of the Korean Commercial Arbitraion Board. Second, the role of Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce established for the purpose of consiliation of e-commerce disputes is much emphasized. For successful achievement, it is necessarily required to reinforce the related laws, systems, institutions and human resources. Finally, it is also suggested that the the Korean Commercial Arbitraion Board and Consummer Protection Board of Korea fully cover consiliation and arbitration, while Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce activates its proper role of consulting and ad hoc arbitration by using electronic information. The paper points out the last one as the most desired practice.

In this paper Wifi robot car working as web sever on wifi network was implemented using NodeMCU ESP-12E board and its operation was verified using web browser of smart phone and PC. Current research result can be applicable to Wifi home automation applications with ESP-12E board.

When testing various images outdoors with an infrared imaging system, it is necessary to save the tested images for comparison. In addition, after the test, it should be possible to easily connect to the PC and download the stored data. With the recent development of the memory system, it is possible to design an infrared image storage board for an outdoor test by using the eMMC memory that can be easily used in the form of an on board. In this paper, we describe the design of a portable image storage board that can easily store and download infrared images, and describe the GUI program that can connect to a PC and download the stored images.

In this study, fire resistance performance of high strength concrete specimen with fireproof gypsum board was investigated for possible use in upgrading fire-resistant performance of the existing building and repair of fire damaged structures. Fire test of eight identical high strength concrete columns were carried out for 180 minutes in accordance with ISO-834. The temperature distributions in longitudinal reinforcement and concrete temperature at various depths were recorded. The fireproof performance of gypsum board and explosive spalling of concrete were observed. The specimens with 15 mm thick twoply fireproof gypsum board spalled after gypsum board crumbled regardless of fastening methods. However, when the thickness of fireproof gypsum board was more than 30 mm, it was possible to prevent the explosive spalling and control the rebar temperature. Although the effect of cover thickness could not be compared because the explosive spalling occurred, there seemed to be no difference in insulation efficiency.

There are researches are in progress on ensuring the safety of the high impact concrete in cases of fire which is a current rising social problem and this research institute also developed PFB technology, the explosion preventing technology. PFB technology is to apply POSCO E&C Fire Board, a fireproof board, with an adhesive agent on the construction site, and this technology passed 3-hour fireproof test and this technology was proven from a previous research that the temperature of main root is maintained under 200 ℃. Therefore, tests on basic contents to be examined before the actual construction in this research by with a wooden prototype of a full scale to apply PFB technology to actual construction sites and tests are being done on the workability of fireproof board, the adhesive power, the resistance against imprint of wooden nail, the heat conductivity and etc. As the results of those tests, PFB technology was proven to have an excellent workability at a construction site and to be easy for processing and also this technology was proven to have a great the resisting power against imprint of wooden nail, so this research has confirmed that PFB technology has no problem to be applied on a construction site.

Like traditional commerce, disputes are bound to arise in the course of conducting an e-commerce transaction. At present of June 30, 2001, 259 cases of dispute on e-commerce have been applied for the mediation of Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee, types of them are 170 cases of delayed delivery of commodity, 21 cases of contract cancellation and refund, 16 cases of personal information protection, 16 cases of false and exaggerated advertisement, 14 cases of commodity defect. The settlement systems of e-commerce dispute are litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR). ADR encompasses mediation, arbitration, and similar private tools for resolving disputes. ADR offers many perceived advantages. Speed of resolution and low cost are often cited as the primary benefits. Therfore e-commerce disputes may be settled more effectively by litigation. The settlement systems of e-commerce dispute by ADR are the mediation of Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee, the mediation of Consumer Dispute Mediation Commercial Arbitration Board, and the arbitration of Korean Commerical Arbitration Board. E-commerce sets up the probability that its merchants and customers will not exist in the same legal jurisdictions. The confusing application of laws and wide geographical dispersion of these parties will necessitate a faster and cheaper dispute resolution methodology. Therefore, online ADR may be effective for e-commerce dispute resolution. The examples of online ADR opetation are the cyber mediation of Electronic Transaction Dispute Resolution Committee, the cyber mediation of Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, the cyber mediation of Click N Settle, the online ADR of BBB online, and the cyber arbitration of virtual Magistrate.
