사례를 통해 살펴본 기술혁신형 기업의 해외출원 전략 (A Case Study on the Overseas Patent Application Strategies of Korean Innovative Companies)

  • 치열해지는 글로벌 시장에서 국내 기업들도 경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 기업의 경영전략과 연계된 선제적 해외 특허출원 및 확보 전략의 수립은 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 해외출원 경험이 있는 바이오생명, 제조업, 정보통신업, 정보서비스업의 중견, 중소, 창업 기업의 기술 혁신형 기업을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 수행하였다. 기업의 내·외부 환경에 따른 출원루트 선정, 출원국선정, 비용절감방안, 대리인활용, 심사청구 시기 조정에 대한 해외특허출원전략을 분석함으로써 해외시장진출을 고려하는 기업의 해외출원 전략수립의 방향성을 제시하였다.

  • BPM(Business Process Management)에 대한 관심이 커지면서 BPM 시스템의 상호운용성을 확보하기 위해 프로세스 모형화, 실행과 운영, 모니터링과 통제 측면에서 여러 표준들이 등장하고 있다. 본 연구의 목표는 BPM 표준의 도입전략을 제시하고, BPM 표준 도입기업이 활용할 수 있는 세부적인 BPM 표준 적용 가이드라인을 개발하는 것이다. 프로세스 모형화 측면의 BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation), 프로세스 실행과 운영 측면에서의 BPEL(Business Process Execution Language), 모니터링과 통제에 초점이 맞춰진 BPQL(Business Process Query Language) 등의 BPM 표준 도입 전략을 제시하고 각 표준들의 활용 가이드라인을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 표준 도입 전략과 활용 가이드라인을 활용하여 기업들은 BPM 표준을 자사의 솔루션에 적용하는 과정에서의 시행착오를 줄임으로써 보다 효율적인 개발이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 최근 해양 분야에서는 안전항해에 대해 e-Navigation 전략을 개발하고 있다. e-Navigation 전략이 구현되면 새로운 소프트웨어에 대한 요구가 증가할 것이다. 국제해사기구에서는 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성을 인식하고 소프트웨어 품질 보증 가이드라인을 공식문서로 승인하였다. 이에 따라 해양산업분야에 가이드라인을 적용하기 위해서 실무 지침의 제작이 필요하다. 본 논문은 실무 적용 지침의 명확한 정보전달을 위해 품질 표준을 기반으로 하여 요구사항 분석단계의 구체적인 활동을 도출하고 개선하는 방안을 제안한다.

e-Marketplaces를 통한 물류서비스 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of the Logistics Service through e-Marketplaces)

  • Although logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment, there are still a lot of question: what variables determine the extent of logistics service effect, how difficultly do the determinants affecting logistics service effect and how accomplish the decision making in the implementation of inter-organization information system. The purpose of this study is to examine a model to utilize the application and effect of logistics service through e-marketplaces. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, among the interorganization information system factors, four variables(top management support in organization characters, competitive degree in environment characters, relative advantage and information efficiency in innovation characters) have been shown to be primary determinant of the effect of logistics service quality. Second, the type of independent variable used results in a significant difference in the effect of logistics service quality. Third, Korean firms have to pursue the corporate strategy focused on logistics service quality.

  • It is needed to search the electronic commerce standardization and to analysis its policies to meet the international situations strategically and forecast the technology surroundings for electronic commerce. This study aims at searching the current state of electronic commerce standardization and analyzing policies on electronic commerce by the driving subject, that is, government and private organization, major countries, and standard classifications of electronic commerce technologies such as e-documents, e-catalog, e-payment, and e-process. The government and private organizations get information for the current state and policies for standardization on electronic commerce and put them practical use to make policies and strategy applications.

  • This paper deals with control system design strategy for electrolmaginetic suspension (E.M.S.) system. For a successful control of E.M.S. system, the nature of E.M.S. system is deeply studied in the view point of non-linear, open-loop unstable, time-varying, non-minimum phase system. To find a special control treatment for E.M.S. system, analyses and simulations for various models are carried out. As one of the successful candidates, adaptive control concept is introduced and sample hardware system using digital signal processor is implemented.

미국 중소기업의 SCM전략과 Best Practice 실행 현황조사 연구 (SCM Strategy and Best Practices Implementation in SMEs)

  • Over the last decade, the field of supply chain management (SCM) and e-business has received an enormous amount of attention from practitioners and academicians. However, little has been known about how and to what extent small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are implementing SCM initiatives and e-business practices. This paper proposes a comprehensive research model and presents the survey results of these practices of SMEs located in Wisconsin and illinois, U.S., In terms of competitive strategy and priority, value chain activity priority, supply chain and e-business integration focus, SCM best practices implementation focus and challenges, and business performance. The analysis reveals several valuable insights into how SMEs should run their businesses in today's volatile, rapidly changing customer economy.

동북아 e-Trade 활성화를 위한 e-ADR에 의한 분쟁해결에 관한 연구 (Dispute Resolution by e-ADR for e- Trade in the Northeast Asia)

  • Korean Government is increasingly focusing on the Northeast Asia Business and Logistics Hub strategy to create a competitive advantage. A key element of this strategy is creating or leveraging distribution and logistics hubs that act as centres for distribution in Northeast Asia. A Northeast Asian e-Hub Policy is required for business hub and logistics hub in the Northeastern Asia. An e-Hub is an integrated, sophisticated set of e-Biz, information and e-trade facilities and services that provides access to a marketplace and exchangee the e-trade data. To study the e-Hub policy, Pan Asian e-Commerce Alliance, Korea-Japan e-Trade Hub project, and ASEM e-Trade project are considered. E-trade via cyberspace may need new methods of dispute resolution to reduce transaction costs for small value-related disputes and to erect structures that work well across national boundaries. Voluntary Mediation Councils and cyber tribunals should be encouraged by governmental sectors to continue developing private sector mechanisms to resolve e-trade disputes. Government-sponsored online cross-border dispute resolution systems may be also be useful to complement these private sector approaches. E-trade in Northeast Asia results in disputes owing to the incompleteness of e-trade law in the countries. These disputes contain disputes regarding e-trade model, central title registry, authentication body. To resolve these disputes in the Northeast Asia, a variety of electronic alternative dispute resolution bodies must be organized under cooperation of Korea, Japan, China. This study deals with the e-ADR construction in the Northeast Asia to resolve the disputes in the e-trade and to activate the e-trade in the Northeast Asia.

A Study on the Competitive Advantage Strategy of Convenience Store (CVS) in Japan: Focusing on 7-Eleven

  • Purpose - This study aims to analyze 7-Eleven's specific competitive advantage strategy according to changes in the Japanese convenience store industry by selecting 7-Eleven, a leading company in the Japanese convenience store industry, as a representative case study. Research design, data, and methodology - Due to the current COVID-19 situation, fact-finding such as interviews with key managers through visiting surveys was not possible, so this case study was carried out based on the literature such as official and unofficial data collected from the companies through e-mail and articles that have been published outside. Result - As a result of the analysis, the researcher found that five competing strategy factors, such as dominant strategy, innovative logistics system strategy, information system development strategy, joint product development strategy, and direct communication strategy have closely maintained the mutual relation to form a combined strategy focusing on the franchise development strategy. Conclusion - The competitive advantage of 7-Eleven is thought to have secured its competitive advantage by combining the five competitive strategies complementarily for rapid response to change, cost advantage, and differentiated advantage. The management implications specified in this study can be considered a reference for establishing a competitive strategy for sustainable growth of the convenience store industry in the fierce competition and saturated market environment of Korean convenience stores.

  • e-Market 플레이스에서 타 업체와 차별화하는 가장 중요한 전략적 수단으로 e-Service가 강조되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 e-Business 환경변화와 맥을 같이하여, 서비스 마케팅의 기본 개념이라 할 수 있는 서비스 특성을 살펴보고, 이어 e-Service의 정의와 범위를 알아 본 후, 현재 제기되고 있는 e-Service 운영에 있어서의 몇 가지 전략 유형을 살펴봄으로써 향후 e-Service에 대한 활발한 논의가 이루어지는 단초를 제공하고자 한다.
