Water Quality Modeling of the Eutrophic Transition Zone in a River-Type Reservoir Paldang (부영양화된 하천형 호소(팔당호) 전이대의 수질모델링)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the main cause of water quality deterioration during the spring season in the transition zone between the South Han River and the river-reservoir Paldang. A water quality model modified from QUAL2E (U.S.EPA) was used, and the model showed that eutrophication and algal production in the low flow season affected about 60% of the organic pollution at the downstream of the South Han River. This result means that phosphorus control is prior to external organic material management to ameliorate the deterioration of water quality in the water body.

Estimation of Habitats Suitability Index based on Hydraulic Conditions (수리조건을 이용한 생물서식처 적합도 지수 산정 -홍천강을 대상으로-)

  • This study developed a HSI for the creatures in Hongcheon River in order to analyze the conditions proper for habitats. For the index, the investigator identified a total of seven items encompassing hydraulic characteristics such as flow velocity and water depth, and water quality characteristics such as water temperature, BOD, DO, TN, and TP. The subject river was simulated, inspected, and revised with a two-dimensional river model (RMA-2) and water quality model (QUAL2E). Using GIS, the developed index was divided by section by reflecting river characteristics and compared and analyzed with the statistics. The river was divided into a total of 29 reaches by reflecting the basic characteristics and the features of the hydraulic coefficient on the cross-sections of the river. According to the analysis results, the fish scored the highest mean of the overall habitat suitability index of 0.769 at reach 27. Each of the variables had the following mean values: 0.122 m/s for flow velocity, 0.782m for water depth, $14.3^{\circ}C$ for water temperature, 0.68 mg/l for BOD, 10.3 mg/l for DO, 2.4 mg/l for TN, and 0.0121mg/l for TP.

  • 유역의 자연 유출량이 줄어드는 갈수기 동안 낙동강 본류의 수질은 상류지역의 댐 방류량에 큰 영향을 받는다. 따라서 수질이 취약한 중 하류부지역의 수량과 수질을 종합적으로 고려한 낙동강 수계의 물 관리를 위해서는 댐 방류량과 하류 수질의 정량적인 관계에 근거한 다목적댐군의 연계운영이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 정상상태 하천수질모델을 이용하여 낙동강수계 다목적댐군의 방류량과 하류 하천의 수질 관계를 정량적으로 분석하고, 갈수기 동안 낙동강 수질개선을 위해 필요한 적정 댐 용수공급 시나리오를 제시하는데 있다. 낙동강수계 댐 군의 하류 하천 수질을 고려한 저수지운영 계획 수립을 지원하기 위하여 1차원 정상상태 수질예측모델인 QUAL2E를 구축하고 실측 유량과 수질자료를 이용하여 모델을 보정하고 검증하였다. 검증된 모델은 낙동강수계 상류에 위치한 안동댐, 임하댐, 그리고 중 하류 지류에 위치한 합천댐과 남강댐의 용수공급 시나리오별 하천 수질개선 효과를 분석하는데 적용하였다. 연구결과 낙동강 수질이 악화되는 갈수기 동안 중 하류부에 위치한 상수원의 수질을 개선하기 위해서는 합천댐과 남강댐에서보다는 상류에 위치한 안동댐과 임하댐에서 용수를 추가 공급하는 것이 더욱 효과적인 것으로 평가되었다. 댐 방류량 증감에 따라 수질영향을 가장 크게 받는 하천구간은 수질오염도가 가장 크게 나타나는 금호강합류점${\sim}$고령교구간인 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 낙동강과 같이 수량이 부족한 하천은 오염부하량 삭감 대책과 함께 갈수기 유량조절이 매우 중요한 요소임을 보여주며, 주기적인 수질악화를 겪는 낙동강 중 하류 지역의 수질개선을 위한 상류 다목적댐군의 연계운영 계획 수립에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.치모의 결과와 현장에서 관측한 유속장을 비교함으로써 본 연구에서 제시한 실제 탁수배제능력을 검증하였다.를 구축하였다는데 의의가 있다.로와 접하는 건물의 경우 모서리부 광고 효과가 지배적이며 대부분 곡선돌출형이 사용되고 있었다. 그러므로 모서리 저층부를 필로티로 계획하여 보행흐름을 원활하게 하고 대신 입면을 투명하게 하여 간접광고(내부전시) 효과를 유도하는 것이 좋다. 특히 원형모서리는 건물 특화 성격이 강하므로 불가피할 경우 소형 액센트 광고 위치를 미리 벽면으로 할애하는 것이 경관 및 입면계획에 유리한 것으로 분석되었다. 불확실도 해석모형 등의 새로운 기능을 추가하여 제시하였다. 모든 입출력자료는 프로젝트 단위별로 운영되어 data의 관리가 손쉽도록 하였으며 결과를 DB에 저장하여 다른 모형에서도 적용할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 HyGIS-HMS 및 HyGIS-RAS 모형에서 강우-유출-하도 수리해석-범람해석 등이 일괄되게 하나의 시스템 내에서 구현될 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 HyGIS와 통합된 수리, 수문모형은 국내 하천 및 유역에 적합한 시스템으로서 향후 HydroInformatics 구현을 염두에 둔 특화된 국내 수자원 분야 소프트웨어의 개발에 기본 토대를 제공할 것으로 판단된다.았다. 또한 저자들의 임상병리학적 연구결과가 다른 문헌에서 보고된 소아 신증후군의 연구결과와 큰 차이를 보이지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 자극에 차이가 있지 않나 추측되며 이에 관한 추후 연구가 요망된다. 총대장통과시간의 단축은 결장 분절 모두에서 줄어들어 나타났으나 좌측결장 통과시간의 감소 및 이로 인한 이 부위의 통과시간 비율의 저하가 가장 주요하였다. 이러한 결과는 차가운 생수 섭취가 주로 결장 근위부를 자극하는 효과를 발휘하는 것이

The Effect of E-SERVQUAL on e-Loyalty for Apparel Online Shopping (재망상복장구물중전자(在网上服装购物中电子)E-SERVQUAL 대전자충성도적영향(对电子忠诚度的影响))

  • With an exponential increase in electronic commerce (e-commerce), marketers are attempting to gain a competitive advantage by emphasizing service quality and post interaction service aspects, which leads to customer satisfaction or behavioral consequence. Particularly for apparel, service quality is one of the key determinants in encouraging customer e-loyalty, and hence the success of apparel retailing in the context of electronic commerce. Therefore, this study explores e-service quality (E-SERVQUAL) factors and their unique effects on e-loyalty for apparel online shopping based on Parasuraman et al' s (2005) framework. Specific objectives of this study are to identify underlying dimension of E-SERVQUAL, and analyze a structural model for examining the effect of E-SERVQUAL on e-loyalty for online apparel shopping. For the theoretical framework of service quality in the context of online shopping, literatures on traditional and electronic service quality factors were comparatively reviewed, and two aspects of core and recovery services were identified. This study hypothesized that E-SERVQUAL has an effect on e-loyalty; customer satisfaction has a positive effect on e-service loyalty for apparel online shopping; and customer satisfaction mediates in the effect of E-SERVQUAL on e-loyalty for apparel online shopping. A self-administered questionnaire was developed based on literatures. A total of 252 usable questionnaires were obtained from online consumers who had purchase experience with online shopping for apparel products and reside in standard metropolitan areas, in the United States. Factor analysis (e.g., exploratory, confirmatory) was conducted to assess the validity and reliability and the structural equation model including measurement and structural models was estimated via LISREL 8.8 program. Findings showed that the E-SERVQUAL of shopping websites for apparel consisted of five factors: Compensation, Fulfillment, Efficiency, System Availability, and Responsiveness. This supports Parasuraman (2005)'s E-S-QUAL encompassing two aspects of core service (e.g., fulfillment, efficiency, system availability) and recovery related service (e.g., compensation, responsiveness) in the context of apparel shopping online. In the structural equation model, there are five exogenous latent variables for e-SERVQUAL factors; and two endogenous latent variables (e.g., customer satisfaction, e-loyalty). For the measurement model, the factor loadings for each respective construct were statistically significant and were greater than .60 and internal consistency reliabilities ranged from .85 to .88. In the estimated structural model of the e-SERVEQUAL factors, the system availability was found to have direct and positive effect on e-loyalty, whereas efficiency had a negative effect on e-loyalty for apparel online shopping. However, fulfillment was not a significant predictor for explaining consequences of E-SERVQUAL for apparel online shopping. This finding implies that perceived service quality of system available was likely to increase customer satisfaction for apparel online shopping. However, it was not supported that e-loyalty was determined by service quality, because service quality has an indirect effect on e-loyalty (i.e., repurchase intention) by mediating effect of value or satisfaction in the context of online shopping for apparel. In addition, both compensation and responsiveness were found to have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, which influenced e-loyalty for apparel online shopping. Thus, there was significant indirect effect of compensation and responsiveness on e-loyalty. This suggests that the recovery-specific service factors play an important role in maximizing customer satisfaction levels and then maintaining customer loyalty to the online shopping site for apparel. The findings have both managerial and research implications. Fashion marketers can establish long-term relationship with their customers based on continuously measuring customer perceptions for recovery-related service quality, such as quick responses to problem and returns, and compensation for customers' problem after their purchases. In order to maintain e-loyalty, recovery services play an important role in the first choice websites for consumers to purchase clothing. Given that online consumers may shop anywhere, a marketing strategy for improving competitive advantages is to provide better service quality, maximize satisfaction, and turn to creating customers' e-loyalty for apparel online shopping. From a researcher's perspective, there are some limitations of this research that should be considered when interpreting its findings. For future research, findings provide a basis for the further study of this important topic along both theoretical and empirical dimensions. Based on the findings, more comprehensive models for predicting E-SERVQUAL's consequences can be developed and tested. For global fashion marketing, this study can expand to a cross-cultural approach into e-service quality for apparel by including multinational samples.

The Effect of Predictive Reaeration Estimation Equation on Stream Water Quality Modeling

  • DO concentration in the aquatic system is important for the water quality management perspective. Water quality model uses available reaeration coefficient (K2) estimation equations in calculating DO, however, they might include inevitable uncertainty that the model output can be less reliable. In this study, the calibrated QUAL2E model for the Passaic River in New Jersey, U.S., was used to examine the effect of K2 estimation equation on the output DO concentration of the river. The model was run with six commonly used equations separately with all the other conditions remained same. The result showed that the output DO concentration profiles varied widely with different equations, and maximum difference was 4.96 mg/L for the same location which is unacceptably large. It implies that the development of reliable equation is required for proper water quality management. The unreliable model output can lead to a wrong decision in water quality management such as unnecessarily high or too low treatment of wastewater, which will cause serious effect on the community economically and socially in either case. Generating more reliable model output with slight investment to develop a site specific K$_2$ equation can improve the decision making process significantly and is highly recommended.

  • The quality of service in ERP services is a key issue in innovating the ERP performance as an IT service for corporations. Currently, most of the research works for this area are based on the existing quality models such as SERVQUAL, which are said not to measure service quality properly. Also, it does not consider the factor of the system acceptance, which is thought to be closely related to the quality of service in this type of IT services. Therefore, a research model is required, which can address the issues related to the ERP service quality measurements. In this paper, new research models have been proposed, and empirical data obtained from SME's ERP users have been applied to the proposed model to analyze the causal relationship between quality factors and to identify the most suitable quality measures. Also, the relationship between the service quality and the system acceptance was analyzed using a combined model. The results show that factors such as productivity and convenience affects the quality mostly and that the most appropriate measure for the service quality of ERP service is satisfaction. Also, for the system acceptance, the ease-of-use is the main factor. And, the service quality and system acceptance shows a strong correlation. This means that, in order to enhance the quality of ERP services, the service provider needs to provide customers with productivity-enhanced user-friendly IT services and active product support. The work of this research can help to improve the service quality and the user acceptance of ERP services and to lead further research works in this area.

A Study on the Consumer's Importance and Satisfaction by Service Quality Factors in Online Bookstores : Focused on IPA Analysis (온라인 서점의 서비스 품질 요인에 따른 소비자 중요도 및 만족도 분석 : IPA 분석을 중심으로)

  • With the advancement of technology, the market size of online bookstores is constantly increasing in Korea. Despite the importance of the quality of services provided by online bookstores as many customers use online bookstores, many existing studies have approached only from a linear perspective that satisfying service quality factors will lead to customer satisfaction. In addition, the service quality of online bookstores has only been addressed in general and universal service situations, such as SERVQUAL and e-SERVQUAL and WebQual, or online situations. This study was conducted to consider the specificity of online bookstores and to establish specific strategies for improving service quality. In this study, we present six higher dimensions of service quality for online bookstores and 25 lower dimensions to measure it, and we confirm strategic direction for service quality elements through IPA analysis. As a result of the analysis, a total of 12 factors were included in the first quadrant, which required maintenance of service quality due to the high importance and satisfaction perceived by customers. Next, the importance of customers is high, but their satisfaction is low, so the second quadrant that should be improved first had a total of two factors. Third, the third quadrant was an area where customers perceived low importance and satisfaction, and a total of nine factors were involved. Finally, the fourth quadrant was an area where the customer was satisfied but perceived low importance, with a total of two factors. The results of this study can be used as basic data for strategic use of online service quality factors.

  • Despite the implementation of TMDL, the water quality in lower watershed of Nam river dam has worsened continuously since 2005. Multifarious pollution sources such as cities and industrial districts are scattered around it. Nam river downstream bed slope is very gentle towards the downstream water flow of slows it down even more, depending on the water quality deterioration is accelerated eutrophication occurs. In this study, the mainstream in lower watershed of Nam river dam region to target aquatic organic matter by phytoplankton growth contribution was evaluated by statistical analysis. and statistical evaluation of water quality and the accuracy of forecasting, model calibration and verification procedures by completing QUALKO2 it's eutrophic phenomena that occur frequently in the dam outflow through scenarios predict an increase in water quality management plans to present the best should.

A Comparison of the Relianility Analysis Mitheds in Stream Water Quality Modeling (강물의 수질오염 Modeling에 사용되는 신뢰도 분석방법에 대한 비교연구)

  • 공학분야에 널리 사용되고 있는 신뢰도 분석 방법 중에서 Monte Carlo simulation (MC), Mean-value First-Order Second-Moment Method(MFOSM), and Advanced First-Order Second-Moment(AFOSM) method들을 강물의 오염물질 농도와 수질기준치사이의 신뢰도 분석에 적용하였다. 미 환경 보건국에서 개발 보급한 QUAL2E를 이용하여 Mew Jersey에 위치한 Passaic강의 수질예측에서 4가지 주요인자(용존산소, 생물학적 산소요구량, 암모니아 그리고 조류)들이 정해진 수질기준치를 유지 할 수 있는 확률을 세가지 방법에 의해 추정한 후에 상호 비교하였다. MC방법에 의해 2,000회 simulation시켜서 그 결과가 시스템의 추계학적 성질을 잘 반영한 것으로 판단하여 비교기준으로 삼고 MFOSM과 AFOSM에 의해 추정한 결과와 비교하였다. MFOSM의 결과보다는 AFOSM의 결과가 전체적으로 MC의 결과에 더 근접하였으며, 이유는 AFOSM의 계산방법이 MFOSM의 선형근사로 인한 오차를 줄일 수 있었기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. MC방법의 결과와 다른 방법들의 결과사이의 차이가 입력 변수들이 평균값에서 멀어질 때가 많았는데 이는 MC의 경우 입력 변수들이 일정범위를 벗어나서 비현실적인 상황이면 model이 정지하는데, 다른 방법들은 simulation에 의한 것이 아니고 수학적인 계산에 의해서 신뢰도가 추정되기 때문에 이러한 상황이 반영될 수 없기 때문이다. 강물의 수질을 취급하는 공학적인 측면에서 보면, 이중에 가장 간편한 MFOSM이 많은 simulation이 필요한 MC나 계산방법이 상대적으로 복잡한 AFOSM에 비해 오차가 크지 않아서 이들을 대시하여 사용될 수 있다고 판단된다. 유래의 PAF가 분비된다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 이러한 인자는 동결처리에서도 그 기능은 전혀 변하지 않는다고 본다. 이후에 있어서 mouse LIF의 첨가는 돼지의 수정란을 배반포 이후의 단계에까지 발달시킬 수 있었다. 있어서 더 적합한 것으로 판단되었다. 5. 개발된 모형은 논 관개의 물리적 측면과 관리목표 모두를 고려한 것으로 계산된 효율은 벼, 생육 각 단계에서의 효율 비교에 양호한 방법임을 알 수 있다.은 Sharpsburg 점질양토에 대한 S.C.S 한계허용치 10ton/ha/year 이내로 나타났다. 비처리구에서의 토양유실량은 평균 2.56ton/ha/year로 높게 나타난 반면 3개의 서로 다른 추리구인 비수구, 초생수로구 및 Bromegrass구에서는 각각 0.152, 0.192 및 0.290ton/ha/year로 낮은 결과를 가져왔다. 6. 평균 침전량에 대한 L.S.D. 검정 걸과 전시험구중 비처리구가 고도의 유의차를 나타낸 반면 비수구, 초생수로구 및 Bromegrass 목초구 간에는 아무런 유의차가 인정되지 않았다. 7. 농지보전 처리구인 배수구와 초생수로구는 비처리구에 비해 낮은 침두 유출량과 낮은 토양유실량을 나타내었다.구보다 14% 절감되는 것으로 나타났다.작용하는 것으로 사료된다.된다.정량 분석한 결과이다. 시편의 조성은 33.6 at% U, 66.4 at% O의 결과를 얻었다. 산화물 핵연료의 표면 관찰 및 정량 분석 시험시 시편 표면을 전도성 물질로 증착시키지 않고, Silver Paint 에 시편을 접착하는 방법으로도 만족한 시험 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.째, 회복기 중에 일어나는 입자들의 유입은 자기폭풍의 지속시간을 연장시키는 경향을 보이며 큰 자기폭풍일수록 현저했다. 주상에서 관측된 이러한 특성은 서브스톰 확장기 활동이 자기폭풍의 발달과 밀접한 관계가
