The recent development of IT, consolidation of communications and multimedia technology have brought enormous changes in many organizations. These changes are enabling the new educational environments such as distance learning and virtual education. Particularly e-Learning has grown rapidly in business training fields. In this regard, the primary purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of e-Learning influence education and training in business organizations through an empirical survey. The results show that most of hypotheses get significant support. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

본 연구는 기존의 전통적인 교육훈련의 전이(transfer of training)모델을 e-Learning상황으로 재해석하여 기업이 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 보다 실질적인 성과를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하며, 또한 오늘날 지식 정보화 사회에서 기업 경쟁력의 원천인 지식자본의 확대를 목적으로 하는 e-Learning이 되기 위해서 학습조직 요인의 중요성을 확인하고, 앞으로 기업이 학습조직의 향상 방향으로 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 전통적 교육훈련의 전이모델과 e-Learning의 성과에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 기업에서의 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 추출하는 연구모형을 통해 각 요인들 간의 상호관계와 실무전이에 대하여 학습효과를 매개로 하는 관계를 분석함으로써 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 관한 영향 관계를 보다 체계적이고 포괄적으로 밝히고자 하며, 다음으론 e-Learning이 기업 교육훈련의 학습효과와 실무전이에 영향을 미칠 때 학습조직이 상황적 요인으로 추가되면 e-Learning의 학습효과와 실무전이 성과를 Leverage할 수 있는지 각 요인별 조절효과를 검증하고자 하여 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

e-learning which is beyond time and space restrictions as a new education tool, has been practically used in many fields in order to support instrument or displacement for traditional education. This research shows that the survey on the significance and the effect of e-learning to teachers who have experience in e-learning through the internet compared with effect of tradition education. Furthermore, we investigate variable factors affecting on effect of e-learning, the correlation of factors and coefficient of correlation between factors associated with effects of e-learning based on the results of our survey.

In this study, the survey from nationwide universities, e-learning service companies, and students who take e-learning courses was proof-analyzed. Sufficiency, variety, usability, accessability, and interaction with instructors were the criteria for analyzing the effectiveness of e-learning education. For this, the factors about effectiveness of e-learning education between the SCORM contents users group and normal contents users group were compared and analyzed. The differences between those two groups were appeared.

Effectiveness of the e-learning hands-on practice in the engineering education depends on the quality of the contents of which simulation is a part and the teaching strategy of the instructor. Instructors who develop and use the simulation-included e-learning content should employ various teaching and learning activities which would make online simulation practice effective. Thus, the strategy for the effective e-learning simulated practice in engineering courses should be known and used effectively. The aim of this paper is to classify the development methods of the simulations and the teaching and learning activities of the development types classified. The comparison of the teaching and learning activities leads to suggestion on teaching and learning strategy for effective use of the online simulation in engineering education.

본 연구에서는 개 방, 참여, 공유를 기 본 가치로 하는 Web 2.0의 대표적 트렌드인 UCC(User Created Contents)를 e-Learning에 접목하여 비즈니스 모델 설계시 고려해야 할 사항들을 분석하였다. 현재 초중등은 물론 대학, 직장, 평생교육의 주류를 형성하고 있는 것은 e-Learning이다. 그러나 기존 e-Learning 모델들은 콘텐츠의 다양성 미흡, 감성의 부재, 흥미 부족 등 해결하기 어려운 문제들을 가지고 있다. 이에 기존 e-Learning 모델의 단점들을 보완해 줄 수 있는 UCC의 개념을 통합함으로써 교육효과를 극대화하고 교육 주체자들의 교육활동을 보다 편리하게 도와줄 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육 주체자들이 제작한 콘텐츠를 Web2.0 플랫폼에 적용하여 참여와 공유를 이끌어 내고 궁극적으로 교육효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델을 설계시 고려해야 할 사항을 분석하여 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 on-line을 통한 교육방법의 하나인 e-learning(Web Based Instruction)을 활용한 음악과 수업모형을 개발하여 교육적 활용 효과를 검증하였다. 웹 기반 교수학습 자료를 구축하고 각종 학습 자료를 탑재하여 수업에 활용하였으며, 교육 효과를 보다 정확히 알아보기 위해 수준별(상,중,하) 3개 그룹으로 나누어 e-learning 기법을 적용 사전평가 및 사후평가를 통하여 얻어진 결과를 통계 처리하여 검증하였다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 능력과 필요에 따라 능동적인 학습이 이루어지도록 하였다. 개별학습, 반복학습 및 자기주도적 학습을 진행할 수 있도록 구성하였으며, 그 결과 구체적이고 실질적인 학습 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. e-learning 활용수업을 실시한 실험 집단 전체에서 off-line 수업을 실시한 통제집단보다 학습 성취도에 있어서 효과적인 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 상위, 중위 그룹의 학생들에게는 웹 기반 교수학습 활용수업이 학습효과에 있어서 큰 차이가 없었지만 하위 그룹의 학생들에게는 크게 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

Along with developments of information and communication technologies, internet has spread not only all over the society, but also our everyday life deeply. Also requirements for e-learning using internet in the educational aspect have a great influence on the changes of school educations. The benefits of e-learning are many, including cost-effectiveness, enhanced responsiveness to change, consistency, and timely contents. Therefore, the e-learning has been introduced to the universities. However, the e-learning is operated inefficiently because of introduction to the university with no definite idea about effects of education and economy in the university. Therefore, in this paper we analysed the category of e-learning based the curriculum operation forms in the university, surveyed tests about students preference and the studied what is desirable e-learning operation forms.

최근 기업에서는 기업경쟁력 강화의 일환으로 다수의 업무처리솔루션을 활용하여 업무처리의 효율성과 효과성을 제고하기 위해 노력하고 있다. ERP 시스템 또한 이러한 맥락으로 기업에서 활용하는 기업형 솔루션으로서 현재 대부분의 기업에서 이를 활용하여 업무를 처리하고 있으며 많은 연구문헌으로 그 효과가 널리 알려져 있다. 이러한 ERP 시스템은 도입이 중요한 것이 아니라, 도입후의 활용으로 효율성을 증대하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 업무처리능력의 향상. 비용절감효과, 재고의 감소 등 실질적인 성과를 위해서는 시스템의 도입뿐만 아니라 유지보수, 시스템 교육과 같은 사후 관리가 절실히 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업의 ERP 시스템의 활용을 지원하기 위한 방안으로서 e-learning을 제안한다. 기업에서의 e-learning 활용방안에 대한 문헌은 다수 있지만, ERP 시스템의 지원을 위한 e-learning 활용방안은 부족한 현실이다. 따라서 ERP 시스템과 e-learning 시스템과의 연계모델을 제안하고, ERP 시스템 교육을 위한 방법으로서의 e-learning의 우수성을 증명하고자 한다.

The purpose of the study was to suggest policy implications to support K-12 education, especially weak areas, through e-Learning, With the literature review and discussions among experts in the field of K-12 education, we identified three areas - support for neglected students, preference-based curriculum, and gifted education - as the ones e-Learning may contribute much, and discussed current situations and problems for the each area followed by policy implications accordingly. In addition, we suggest strategic bases for the policy implications, which were reform of the law and polices, contents sharing, and quality control of e-Learning.
