Finance Companies are operating a security solution such as E-DRM(Enterprise-Digital Right Management), Personal information search, DLP(Data Loss Prevention), Security of printed paper, Internet network separation system, Privacy monitoring system for privacy leakage prevention by insiders. However, privacy leakages are occurring continuously and it is difficult to the association analysis about relating to the company's internal and external distribution of private document. Because log system operated in the separate and independent security solutions. This paper propose a systematic chains that can correlatively analyze business systems and log among heterogeneous security solutions organically and consistently based on security documents. Also, we suggest methods of efficient detection for Life-Cycle management plan about security documents that are created in the personal computer or by individual through the business system and distribution channel tracking about security documents contained privacy.

The diffusion of internet infrastructure and a fast increase of Population to use it is becoming a base of the service that can use various information, data and digital contents which were provided through off-line physically and used. Recently, the. techniques for copy deterrence and copyright protection have been important in e-commerce because various contents in digital form can be duplicated easily. The Access Control(AC) technique that only a user having the qualifications can access and use contents normally has been studied. The Conditional Access System(CAS) used in a satellite broadcasting md Digital Right Management System(DRMS) used for contents service are representative models of current commercialized access control. The CAS and DRM can be considered as an access control technique based on the payment based type(PBT). This paper describe the access control method of payment free type(PFT) suggested in ［5］ which are independent on the payment structure. And then we suggest a new access control method of payment free type which is more efficient than the previous one.

Rapid development of information technology has generated a new industry and market. In particular, network technology such as the Internet and other computer networks made transaction activities switched from traditional offline commerce to e-commerce. Among them, digital content is bit-based object which is created and distributed through electronic environment. In particular, many entertainment contents such as the music, the movies, and the computer game softwares are main products. Although digital content commerce has high potential demand, it lacks the consideration about the factor related to maintaining existing customer such as customer loyalty and switching costs. There has been a number of research on customer loyalty and other factors affecting it in the traditional electronic commerce environment, but there is a lack of research which examines the characteristics of digital content. The study about the effect of switching costs on customer loyalty in digital content commerce is necessary because the customers of digital content commerce market are from those of other e-commerce market or traditional offline commerce market. In addition, customer loyalty and switching costs are important factors because they may build up greater customer retention. For that reason, this study focused on examining the relationships among switching costs, antecedents for switching costs, and customer loyalty in online digital music service industry. The study has three major purposes: (1) to find antecedents of switching costs on digital content commerce and examine effect of antecedents for switching costs; (2) to identify effect of switching costs on customer loyalty in digital content commerce and examine moderating effects of alternative attractiveness; (3) to identify the differences of antecedents for switching costs by contents transmission type(streaming service and downloading service). And, the online digital music service industry is selected in this study since there are many users and transactions incurring. To accomplish these purposes, a survey questionnaire was developed and distributed to 256 informants. Survey instrument was developed based on previous research and pre-established survey items. Total of 206 surveys are collected and used in the data analysis. Among the respondents, 56.8% is male and 43.2% is female. Also, 86 responses were streaming service user group and 120 responses were download service user group. These data was analyzed using regression analysis. Major findings of empirical analysis can be summarized as follows. First, switching costs have positive effect on customer loyalty in digital content commerce environment. Second, the influence of switching costs on customer loyalty increases under conditions of high alternative attractiveness. Third, DRM convenience and breadth of use have positive effect on switching costs. The findings imply that the digital content provider should pay more attention to switching costs in addition to customer satisfaction in order to attract customers. Also, increasing the convenience of DRM use by securing the convenience of user interface and expanding the support device and increasing the service use scope by providing diverse value-added service helps to create a switching barrier. The result of the study can become a practical use in marketing strategy for maintaining existing customer. In particular, switching barrier is very important under conditions of high competition in the online music service market. This study can be used as a basis for further studies about customer retention in digital content commerce.

본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 암호화키를 Puzzle기법을 사용하여 Puzzle을 재배치하고 재배치한 조합도를 공개키로 암호화 하여 유선을 통하여 전송하고, 조합을 위해 사용된 해쉬값을 OTP를 생성하여 무선으로 사용자에게 전송하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 재배치된 Puzzl 및 OTP를 E-mail과 Mobile phone을 이용하여 높은 수준의 안전성을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 후 성능 평가를 위해 다양한 콘텐츠 파일을 이용하여 실험을 수행하여 제안한 시스템이 기존 시스템에 비해 높은 보안성을 검증하였다.

최근 초고속 인터넷의 발전과 더불어 영화, 게임, 음악, e-Book 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 디지털 컨텐츠 산업이 발전하고 있다. 바야흐로 21세기는 컨텐츠가 하드웨어를 지배하는 시대이며, 가치를 창출하는 시대로 변화할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 컨텐츠 기술 및 시장에 대한 개요를 간단히 살펴본 후, 최근에 컨텐츠의 유통과 보호 측면에서 유망 기술로 주목을 받고 있는 CDN과 DRM 기술의 동향, 그리고 컨텐츠 산업의 발전 전망을 살펴보기로 한다.

A novel neuropeptide was isolated from the skin of the snakehead Channa argus using the dorsal retractor muscle (DRM) of a starfish Asterina pectinifera as a bioassay system. The amino acid sequence of the purified peptide was analyzed using automated sequencing and MALDI-TOF mass spectrophotometry. The primary structure of the purified peptide was determined to be Pro-Ala-Leu-Ala-Leu. To investigate the complete primary structure of this peptide, Pro- Ala-Leu-Ala-Leu-OH and Pro-Ala-Leu-Ala-Leu-NH2 were synthesized. The chemical and pharmacological properties of the synthetic peptides were compared with those of the native peptide. Both the native peptide and synthetic Pro-Ala- Leu-Ala-Leu-OH had identical behaviors on the reverse-phase and cation-exchange HPLC chromatograms. Synthetic Pro-Ala-Leu-Ala-Leu-OH showed contractile activity on the DRM, and the threshold concentration of this peptide was approximately $10^{-8}$ M. The maximal contractile effect ($E_{max}$) of this peptide was $294{\pm}45.4$% at $10^{-5}$ M.

Nowadays, starfish is one of problems about interruption of marine ecosystem, so many researchers are focusing on application of the starfish (Asterias amurensis). In this study, we investigated the contractile and relaxant activity of the smooth muscles and the antimicrobial and antioxidant activity of six different tissues (muscle, gut, liver, tube feet, gonads, and body) of A. amurensis. Frozen samples were extracted with distilled water containing 1% acetic acid. Extracts from all the tissues, except the body tissue, showed potent antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli D31. The dorsal retractor muscles (DRM) of muscle and gut extracts showed strong contraction responses. On the other hand, contractile activity on esophagus of squid Todarodes pacificus could be detected in all tissues tested. The contractile activity of the liver extract was higher than that of the other tissues. The body, tube feet, and liver extracts showed the contractile activity on the intestine of the panther puffer fish (Takifugu pardalis). Relaxation response on the DRM of starfish (A. pectinifera) was observed in all tissues tested. Increased antioxidant activity was observed in the gut, liver, and body extracts. The results suggest that the starfish (A. amurensis) is a potential source of novel bioactive compounds.

Today, many domestic companies often face the lawsuits from the U.S. companies as they expand their business in the U.S. market and it is necessary for the domestic companies to prepare for the e-Discovery process in the systematic manner. Yet, the e-discovery system has not been properly established in Korea, however, domestic companies are growing more and more interests in e-Discovery processes and procedures so that they are seeking for the appropriate actions that they should take when facing lawsuits. When adopting the e-Discovery system in Korea, there are three main considerations including the differences in laws and regulations, enterprise system and language and company culture. This study aims to draw the problems for the Korean domestic companies in responding the U.S. lawsuits and to suggest the specialized e-discovery processes and procedures to effectively overcome them.

일반적으로 대학생들은 연간 약 50만원이 소요되는 전공 서적 구매비용에 부담감이 있는 것으로 조사된다. 이러한 대학생들을 위해 비교적 저렴한 교재용 전자책 서비스를 전문적으로 제공해 주는 애플리케이션이 없다. 본 논문에서는 대학생들을 위한 전공 및 교양 교재를 대상으로 대여를 포함한 전자책 제공 서비스가 가능한 모바일 앱을 설계한다. 제시하는 서비스 앱은 교재용 전자책을 대상으로 온라인 서점, 출판사, 도선관 등으로부터 전자책 정보를 수집하여 사용자에게 제공하고, 이를 대상으로 대여 또는 구매가 가능한 서비스를 제공한다. 제공되는 전자책 파일은 불법 배포를 방지하기 위해 DRM 방식을 사용하여 전용 뷰어를 통해 제공되어지도록 설계한다. 개발되는 앱을 통해서 대학생이 겪는 문제 중 하나인 교재비용 경감과 더불어, 종이책 생산을 줄임으로써 지구환경 보존에 기여할 수 있다.
