Purpose - The world economy is changing with FTA. Lots of FTAs are going on between countries and economic blocs in the world economy as the battle field of FTA. This study is aims to suggest a practical data about Korea-China FTA by analyzing an economic ripple effect and main issues on Korea-China FTA negotiation. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzes the economic impact and major issues expected during the promotion period of Korea-China FTA, and promoted the purpose of this research with literature review and comparative analysis. Result - FTA agreement with China is expected to contribute to Korean economic growth by bringing effectiveness of securing and resolving mutual trade conflict, and one-sided trade protection control of Chinese domestic demand market. The potentiality between United States and Korea is also very important issue. Conclusions - To minimize the adverse effects of FTA and to maximize the positive effects on the logistics industry, the Correspondence strategy is suggested based on the effects of FTA after analyzing the entire situation of the logistics. Especially, this article places emphasis on a close cooperation system between the government agencies to get a good conclusion from the negotiation even if the e-Commerce issue to be a critical point under Korea-China FTA.

As the internet and I-commerce have been developing. a novel method for marketing is needed. A new advertisement using E-mail is becoming popular, because it has characteristics with low costs and relative efficiency. However. as the spam mails are increasing rapidly, mail service companies and users are deeply damaged in their mind and economically. In this paper, we design a hierarchical spam mail blocking policy through cooperation of all the participants-user, administrator, ISP to cut off the spam mail efficiently and Propose an efficient model to block and manage the spam mails based on the Policy. Also we prove the efficiencies and effectiveness of the proposed model through evaluation process .

IT 기술의 발전 방향도 전사적 데이터 및 비즈니스 프로세스의 통합을 통하여 전 영역에 걸쳐 신기술을 이용하여 표준화와 통합화로 진보되고 있다. 그러나 글로벌 경쟁체제인 세계화가 가속화 되고 있는 기업들의 품질 경영 활동이 실시간으로 처리되지 못함에 따라 각종 경영혁신 활동에 대한 통제/관리와 비용 절감 노력이 기업 역량 강화에 유기적인 효과를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 일반적으로 제조 부문이나 사무간접(관리)부문에서도 적용 가능한 6시그마 추진 방법론을 기반으로 목표관리 및 방침관리인 Top-Down 프로세스인 순공학 품질경영 활동인 뿐만 아니라, 현장의 창의적인 품질경영 활동을 통한 Bottom-Up 프로세스인 역공학 품질경영 활동에서도 적용 가능한 실시간 동시공학적인 품질경영 활동의 프레임워크를 설계하도록 한다. 또한 가치 흐름 분석을 통해 낭비 요인을 철저하게 제거하고, 프로세스의 흐름을 최적화하여 원하는 품질경영 활동이 프로젝트로 발전하여 기업경영에 실시간으로 반영될 수 있는 전사적 통합 품질경영 활동 시스템을 제안하도록 한다.

In Korea, the market of internet shopping mall rapidly increases. The purpose of this study is how to progressed to internet shopping mall system in Korea and a improvement and characteristics of that through progress and case studies of internet shopping mall. As to the future direction of the market of internet shopping mall in Korea, many of commodity parts will be traded among established participants on internet websites owned by internet shopping mall groups. Finally, for improvement of internet shopping mall industry in Korea I suggested that there are "mutual cooperation of internet shopping mall companies", "maintain the customer's confidence", "attain the profits through a niche market strategy".

전자상거래는 사람들에게 인터넷을 통하여 상품과 서비스를 구매할 수 있게 하였다. 초기의 전자상거래는 일반 소비자를 주요 판매 대상으로 하였다 그러나, 각각의 기업에서 인터넷이 모든 종류의 비즈니스 창구가 될 수 있음 인식하고 관심을 보이기 시작했다. 기업을 대상으로 하는 전자상거래를 B2B(Business to Business)라 한다. 그러나, B2B 분야가 아무리 더 큰 이익을 창출할 수 있다고 해도, 이를 실현하는데는 많은 문제점이 존재하고 있다. 현재 B2B 분야에서는 포괄적이면서도 단일화된 거래환경의 지원이 무엇보다 시급한 문제로 떠오르고 있다. 원활한 B2B 전자상거래 이루어지기 위해서는 세계적으로 인정되는 표준을 바탕으로 완벽한 상호운용성이 보장되며, 기업 내부의 환경에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 프레임워크 기술이 절실히 요구된다. 이러한 기업간 전자상거래의 문제를 해결하고자 하는 목적으로 많은 기업과 단체에서는 각자의 표준을 정립하고, 이를 지원하기 위한 프레임워크를 진행하고 있다. 현재까지 발표된 대표적인 프레임워크로는 CommerceNet의 eCo 프레임워크, RosettaNet, Microsoft의 BizTalk 프레임워크, UN/CEFACT와 OASIS의 듀 XML이 있다. 이들 대부분의 프레임워크들은 XML과 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 것이 특징이다. 본 고에서는 기업간 전자상거래에 관심을 가지고 있는 기업들에게 현재의 기술동향과 향후 방향 설정에 있어서 도움이 될 수 있기 위한 목적으로 현재 발표된 XML 기반 전자상거래 프레임 워크 기술과 향후전망에 대하여 기술한다.

The Internet explosion and the increase in crucial web applications such as ebanking and e-commerce, make essential the need for network security tools. One of such tools is an Intrusion detection system which can be classified based on detection approachs as being signature-based or anomaly-based. Even though intrusion detection systems are well defined, their cooperation with each other to detect attacks needs to be addressed. Consequently, a new architecture that allows them to cooperate in detecting attacks is proposed. The architecture uses Software Agents to provide scalability and distributability. It works in two modes: learning and detection. During learning mode, it generates a profile for each individual system using a fuzzy data mining algorithm. During detection mode, each system uses the FuzzyJess to match network traffic against its profile. The architecture was tested against a standard data set produced by MIT's Lincoln Laboratory and the primary results show its efficiency and capability to detect attacks. Finally, two new methods, the memory-window and memoryless-window, were developed for extracting useful parameters from raw packets. The parameters are used as detection metrics.

The government has funded various types of projects to promote small and medium companies' computerization for several years. Most of these government-supported funds have been free and given small and medium firms good opportunities. The government has made various effects to manage results of these government-supported projects. We have not seen any noticeable research on the performance evaluation of government-supported projects for small and medium companies' computerization. This research proposes an approach that performance evaluations are made in different time based on evaluation area of government-supported information policy. The empirical study has been made by correlation analysis and has shown that the correlations among measurement factors are significant enough. The performance evaluation for government-supported information policy has been made differently in time depending on evaluation subjects such as organizational strategies, internal operations, supporting processes. Th experimental study shows that performance evaluations on organizational strategies, internal operations, supporting processes should be made respectively in long term(step3), mid term(step2), and short term(step1).

This paper proposes an object-oriented software development guidance and an evaluation index for the productivity related to Spring Framework 2.0 and 2.5. Spring Framework is a known successful open source standard model for lightweight container architecture. However, there is no comparison research about the performance of Spring Framework 2.0 and 2.5 with same identical platform. Quantitative analysis is supported as a part of LoC(Line of Code) analysis. There is a limit to develop the updated software with no the specific evaluating index for the productivity of the software. This work proposes an specific index for evaluating the productivity of new version Spring Framework on a platform. Base on the result, the specific guidance of the developing software is obtained.

The environment of IT is, currently, on its developing process to the period of web 2.0 and mashup which not only enable computer and internet to be utilized like the water or the air, but also be a new motivating force for its advance. One of the biggest changes of the industry that lies ahead is consolidated transportation. However, no party outstands as the leading party for nationwide improvement of logistics, nor does the right analysis and design for it. Therefore, successful nationwide logistics model is yet to exist. This study provides individual parties, which consider consolidated transportation model as their implementation and design of the framework, with instructions for logistics information system so that they could be competitive in the market. It also helps companies collect user requirements for logistics information system consolidated transportation, and utilize it for its development. Finally, the study provides a implementation and design of pilot system for consolidated transportation model.

The purpose of this paper is to better understand the socio-economic differentials of Internet access and use. Data from '2008 Korean Internet usage behavior' were used to conduct logistic regression analysis. The findings show that there are significant socio-economic(age, gender, educational attainment, employment situation, and Internet access type) disparity in Internet access(Internet access at home, broadband Internet access). Also socio-economic variables enter in as statistically significant in most specifications for Internet use intensity (Intensive internet use, frequent internet use, less frequent internet use). The gender, household income and education attainment explanations for large differential in Internet use intensity are generally very similar. It is shown that age, education attainment and household income level cause a large digital divide on Internet service use(information use, communication and community use, e-commerce use, Internet banking use).
