This paper presents an edutainment robot for young children. The edutainment robot called 'Mon-e' has developed by the Central R&D Laboratory at KT. The main services of the Mon-E robot are autonomous moving service, object card and story book telling service and videophone service. The RFID technology was introduced for easy interface to young children. The face of Mon-E robot is mounted with an RFID reader. The RFID tag is pasted on story book and object card. If you approach a book or an object card to the face of Mon-E, the Mon-E robot recognizes the identified code and plays its service. In autonomous moving, if the Mon-E robot meets obstacles, it moves back and turns left or right or half rotation. In videophone service, if young children approach an RFID card to the Mon-E, the Mon-E can make a call to the specific number, which is contained in the RFID card. The developed Mon-E robot has tested in real world environment and is evaluated young children and their parents. In the result of evaluation, the feeling of satisfaction was high to main services of Mon-E robot.

E-Card Service for Child Nutrition Program is one of the main public policy services nowadays. In case of inconvenience during the use of the e-cards, it is recommended to cooperate with related organizations in order to promptly handle and provide guidance, and thoroughly manage child feeding service such as hygiene, nutrition and kindness etc. To do so, it is very important to provide food service that meets local actual conditions and children's needs in a cost effective manner for the underage who are worried about the poorly-fed by understanding the pattern of child feeding e-card service. Hence. this paper aims to investigate how child feeding e-card service efficiently provides meals according to the local situation and children's needs through big data analysis and to propose a method of identifying welfare conditions according to the purpose of service with actual application examples. The results suggest that, first of all, this study is able to judge appropriateness of public institution's policy in a timely and repetitive manner through non-standard data analysis such as Naver News and transaction data. Secondly, this paper proposes a multi-layered analysis framework, which performs online open data analysis to detect policy issues, visualizes retrieval and preprocessing of real data, and performs abnormal pattern recognition. These will be worthy of reference to other similar projects.

최근의 웹 서비스 기술은 주문을 받아서 만드는 클라이언트 애플리케이션을 위한 서비스 수단을 제공하기 위해 기능이 향상된 솔루션으로 개발되고 있다. 특히 웹 서비스는 현재의 웹 포털 사이트보다 서버들로 융통성 있는 접근을 제공한다. 즉 웹 서비스를 사용하는 것은 클라이언트 애플리케이션이 인터넷을 단순하게 표시하는 기능만을 하는 것이 아니라 시스템간의 정보 교환을 자동화함으로써 프로세스의 성능을 향상시키는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 웹 서비스 기반 eCard 메일 전송 시스템을 기술하고, 시맨틱 웹 서비스 언어를 이용하여 eCard 웹 서비스를 표현하는 것에 대해 기술한다.

본 연구는 대통령기록의 특성 및 생산맥락에 기반한 기록서비스를 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 e지원시스템의 설계 방향 및 특징을 살핀 후 e지원시스템에서 생산된 기록의 구조와 특징을 분석하였다. 분석 대상 기록 유형은 e지원문서카드, e지원메모, e지원일정, e지원일지, e지원지시카드, 개별업무시스템_말씀록DB 등 6종이다. 다음으로 대통령기록포털의 기록서비스 분석을 통해 현재의 기록 서비스는 기록의 생산맥락 및 특징을 온전히 드러내지 못함을 지적하였다. 이에 대통령기록의 특성과 맥락에 기반한 서비스 전략으로 각 기록건의 카드(e지원문서카드 등)를 중심으로 한 서비스, 기록의 구조적 이해와 기록의 연계에 주목한 서비스를 제언하였다.

e-Trade Payment system has been transformed by quickly and effectively. The e-trade Payment system such as TradeCard System, Bolero Surf, Identrus Eleanor and e-Escrow and e-letter of Credit issued by SWIFT System enable partly sellers, buyers and service providers. This paper studies for SWIFT, Surf, TradeCard, Eleanor, e-Escrow as international trade payment, As reason following : The First, Bolero is a neutral secure platform enabling paperless trading between exporter, importer, and their logistics service and bank partners, insurance company. The Second, TradeCard is to manage procurement-to-payment worldwide, that is exporter, importer and connected partners, paperless platform. The Third, Identrus is the global leader in trusted identity solutions, recognized by global financial institutions, commercial organizations and bank partners around the world. The Forth, Escrow payment have effect to L/C issue and enter into electronic contracts in internet bank. Trader practice use Escrow Bank as the same bank that rules to Issuing Bank and Advising Bank and payment, acceptance. This paper of these electronic payment have studies new international trade payment to approach such as eUCP rules and TradeCard System, Surf of bolero, eleanor of Identrus, SWIFT.

정보통신기술의 발전은 인터넷뱅킹과 e-business의 활성화를 가져왔고 그 매체로써의 스마트카드는 전자서명 인증관리센터의 사용자인증용으로 전자화폐, 교통카드, 출입카드 등으로 널리 보급되어 보편화되고 있다. 정보통신 공중망을 이용하는 분야에서는 스마트카드에 대한 보안과 카드 소지자의 프라이버시 보호가 매우 중요하다. 스마트카드 보안의 핵심은 사용자 인증으로 스마트카드에 대한 안전한 사용이다. 프라이버시 보호를 위한 익명성 보장과 가용성을 위한 서비스거부공격에 대한 대책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Hwang-Li's, Sun's, L-H-Y scheme을 분석한 다음 일회용 해시함수를 사용하여 세션마다 안전하게 패스워드 확인자를 변경하고 익명성과 서비스거부공격에 안전한 보다 효율적인 새로운 스마트카드 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다.

When producing a business card, there is always a risk for exposing personal information as the information from the business card application is saved in the computer of the printing agency. The information that goes into the business card application file, such as name, mobile phone number, and e-mail address is not encrypted, which makes it easy to access. This study was conducted in order to find a way to automatize the business card application process by encrypting the information entered into the business card application file, simplifying the business card application process, minimizing the workload and by directly linking to the print shop to remove the print file after completing the printing of the business card.

온라인 뱅킹 서비스는 금전과 관련된 업무를 처리함으로 정보교환에 있어서 안전한 보안이 제공되어야 한다. 현재 안전한 전자 금융 거래 서비스를 위해 공인인증서와 비밀번호, 보안카드, 일회용 비밀번호생성기(OTP) 와 같이 여러 가지 사용자 인증 방법이 존재한다. 특히 보안카드는 금융거래를 진행함에 있어서 모든 비밀정보를 포함하는 가장 중요한 비밀 매체이고 한 번 노출이 되고 나면 보안카드로써의 기능을 상실할 뿐 아니라 공격자는 획득하기 가장 어려운 비밀정보를 가지게 되므로 보다 높은 확률로 공격을 성공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 물리적인 보안카드가 가지는 비밀정보를 다른 채널에 분할하여 저장하는 기법을 통해 정보 유출의 위험성을 줄이는 방안을 제시한다. 제안하는 멀티채널 보안카드는 표시되는 비밀 정보의 양을 줄이고, 동적으로 생성하는 방법을 이용하여 비밀 정보 노출의 취약성을 줄이고 피싱 공격을 예방하는 기능을 가진다.
