This paper presents an edutainment robot for young children. The edutainment robot called 'Mon-e' has developed by the Central R&D Laboratory at KT. The main services of the Mon-E robot are autonomous moving service, object card and story book telling service and videophone service. The RFID technology was introduced for easy interface to young children. The face of Mon-E robot is mounted with an RFID reader. The RFID tag is pasted on story book and object card. If you approach a book or an object card to the face of Mon-E, the Mon-E robot recognizes the identified code and plays its service. In autonomous moving, if the Mon-E robot meets obstacles, it moves back and turns left or right or half rotation. In videophone service, if young children approach an RFID card to the Mon-E, the Mon-E can make a call to the specific number, which is contained in the RFID card. The developed Mon-E robot has tested in real world environment and is evaluated young children and their parents. In the result of evaluation, the feeling of satisfaction was high to main services of Mon-E robot.

E-Card Service for Child Nutrition Program is one of the main public policy services nowadays. In case of inconvenience during the use of the e-cards, it is recommended to cooperate with related organizations in order to promptly handle and provide guidance, and thoroughly manage child feeding service such as hygiene, nutrition and kindness etc. To do so, it is very important to provide food service that meets local actual conditions and children's needs in a cost effective manner for the underage who are worried about the poorly-fed by understanding the pattern of child feeding e-card service. Hence. this paper aims to investigate how child feeding e-card service efficiently provides meals according to the local situation and children's needs through big data analysis and to propose a method of identifying welfare conditions according to the purpose of service with actual application examples. The results suggest that, first of all, this study is able to judge appropriateness of public institution's policy in a timely and repetitive manner through non-standard data analysis such as Naver News and transaction data. Secondly, this paper proposes a multi-layered analysis framework, which performs online open data analysis to detect policy issues, visualizes retrieval and preprocessing of real data, and performs abnormal pattern recognition. These will be worthy of reference to other similar projects.

최근의 웹 서비스 기술은 주문을 받아서 만드는 클라이언트 애플리케이션을 위한 서비스 수단을 제공하기 위해 기능이 향상된 솔루션으로 개발되고 있다. 특히 웹 서비스는 현재의 웹 포털 사이트보다 서버들로 융통성 있는 접근을 제공한다. 즉 웹 서비스를 사용하는 것은 클라이언트 애플리케이션이 인터넷을 단순하게 표시하는 기능만을 하는 것이 아니라 시스템간의 정보 교환을 자동화함으로써 프로세스의 성능을 향상시키는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 웹 서비스 기반 eCard 메일 전송 시스템을 기술하고, 시맨틱 웹 서비스 언어를 이용하여 eCard 웹 서비스를 표현하는 것에 대해 기술한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a record service based on the characteristics and production context of presidential records. To this end, we first looked at the design direction and characteristics of the e-jiwon system and then analyzed the structure and characteristics of records produced by the e-jiwon system. There are six types of records to be analyzed: e-jiwon document card, memo, schedule, diary, instruction card, and individual business system_speech DB. Next, through analysis of the Presidential Records Portal's records service, it was pointed out that the current records service does not fully reveal the production context and characteristics of records. Accordingly, as a service strategy based on the characteristics and context of presidential records, a service centered on each record card (e-jiwon document card, etc.) and a service that focuses on structural understanding of records and linkage between records were proposed.

e-Trade Payment system has been transformed by quickly and effectively. The e-trade Payment system such as TradeCard System, Bolero Surf, Identrus Eleanor and e-Escrow and e-letter of Credit issued by SWIFT System enable partly sellers, buyers and service providers. This paper studies for SWIFT, Surf, TradeCard, Eleanor, e-Escrow as international trade payment, As reason following : The First, Bolero is a neutral secure platform enabling paperless trading between exporter, importer, and their logistics service and bank partners, insurance company. The Second, TradeCard is to manage procurement-to-payment worldwide, that is exporter, importer and connected partners, paperless platform. The Third, Identrus is the global leader in trusted identity solutions, recognized by global financial institutions, commercial organizations and bank partners around the world. The Forth, Escrow payment have effect to L/C issue and enter into electronic contracts in internet bank. Trader practice use Escrow Bank as the same bank that rules to Issuing Bank and Advising Bank and payment, acceptance. This paper of these electronic payment have studies new international trade payment to approach such as eUCP rules and TradeCard System, Surf of bolero, eleanor of Identrus, SWIFT.

Development of Information and Communication technology coming to activity of internet banking and electronic business, and smart card of medium is generalized prevailing for user authentication of electronic signature certificate management center with cyber cash, traffic card, exit and entrance card. In field that using public network, security of smart cart and privacy of card possessor's is very important. Point of smart card security is use safety for smart card by user authentication. Anonymous establishment for privacy protection and denial of service attack for availability is need to provision. In this paper, after analyze for Hwang-Li, Sun's, L-H-Y scheme, password identify element is a change of safety using one time password hash function. We proposed an efficient new smart card authentication protocol against anonymity and denial of service.

When producing a business card, there is always a risk for exposing personal information as the information from the business card application is saved in the computer of the printing agency. The information that goes into the business card application file, such as name, mobile phone number, and e-mail address is not encrypted, which makes it easy to access. This study was conducted in order to find a way to automatize the business card application process by encrypting the information entered into the business card application file, simplifying the business card application process, minimizing the workload and by directly linking to the print shop to remove the print file after completing the printing of the business card.

The international trade industry is on the brink of a radical Internet-driven transformation. TradeCard is a payment and settlement system that is an alternative to letters of crdeit. That is, TradeCard is a business-to-business e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet. Paperless, payment-guaranteed international trade transactions - which eliminate the traditional letters of credit with electronic certifications - are widely considered the most difficult B2B transactions to conduct. The TradeCard system was initially built to accommodate and process this complex, cross-border payment type at a US$100 service fee for each transaction of up to US$100,000 since November 1999.

The online banking service handles a banking business over the internet, it is necessary to ensure that all financial transactions are processed securely. So, there are various authentication technique for e-banking service : a certificate, a personal identification number(PIN), a security card and a one-time password(OTP). Especially, the security card is most important means including secret information. If the secret information of card is leaked, it means not only loss of security but also easy to attack because security card is a difficult method to get. In this paper, we propose that a multi-channel security card saves an secret information in distributed channel. Proposed multi-channel security card reduces vulnerability of the exposed and has a function to prevent phishing attacks through decreasing the amount of information displayed and generating secret number randomly.
