본 논문에서는 중국의 소비자가 e-비즈니스에 대한 행태를 설문조사를 통해 분석하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 크게 e-비즈니스에 대한 만족감, 신뢰도, 개인정보유출에 대한 태도, 그리고 온라인 소비에 대한 제약 요인 네 가지 측면에서 조사하였다. 조사결과에 의하면 중국의 소비자는 e-비즈니스 이용에 대해서는 비교적 만족하고 있으나 상대적으로 e-비즈니스에 대한 신뢰도는 만족감보다 낮게 나타나고 있다. 개인정보유출에 대해서는 비교적 긍정적이지만 남성보다는 여성이 상대적으로 소극적인 태도를 보이고 있다. 그리고 온라인 소비를 제약하는 가장 중요한 요인으로 제품의 품질에 대한 보장으로 나타났다. 이는 온라인 거래에 있어서 제품에 대한 보장이 결국은 e-비즈니스의 신뢰도를 높이는 가장 중요한 조건으로 해석할 수 있다.

E-Business has, nowadays, become a common commerce transaction. In the beginning, e-Biz has known as Electronic Commerce and has expanded its territory to department store's shopping mall, travel, finance, stock, and even luxury goods as car sales market. Considering these trends, this paper researched the environment of korean e-Biz market and suggested the picture of the matured and sound e-Biz market in Korea. We surveyed matured level of Critical Success Factors of e-Biz in terms of management. We also surveyed time based Critical Success Factors to analyze level of the Korean e-Biz market. These study's may provide us the knowledge about the prediction and preparation for changes in e-Biz market in the future.

The person who realize e-business must understand Information Technology(IT) and business process. Current policy and system should be attained new change for domestic e-business manpower training. Divided for manpower training in new dimension justice about present e-business manpower and manpower classification. The capacity about course of study of e-business manpower and program development classified in a new comer, expert, administrator, manager's process. And the process divided ten details job according to business and functions that achieve in enterprise and major in university. Present capacity that needs in details line of duty by ASK(Attitude, Skill, Knowledge) model and focused for program development.

In order for companies to survive rapidly changing business environment, it is expected that the activities in an enterprise must be reorganized around business processes; the information infrastructures are based on Web Services; and information systems are re-built around the BPMS (Business Process Management System). In this research we suggest major directions of e-business enhancement especially based on SOA(Service Oriented Architecture). Then we investigate the correlation between BPM functionalities and e-business technologies, and suggest priorities among the evolving directions of BPM functionalities via an intensive expert survey. The results of this study can be used by BPM solution vendors, prospective buyers and IT policy makers.

Global economy is moving to digital economy accelerated by the rapid development of ICT (information and communication technology). However, the progress in e-business in developing countries has been slow due to the lack of experience, technology, and basic infra structure. One way to solve this problem is to provide them with customized e-business solution, training, and contents service. In this paper, we design an E-business Training Supporting System (E-TSS) for developing countries. It consists of a simple business blog to support business web page and a customized e-business solution. The E-TSS is customized for individual country. This customization becomes more effective utilizing an intelligent agent based upon recognizing unique characteristics such as language and time. The E-TSS is implemented and utilized by APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) Women's e-Biz Center.

This study proposed the approaches to business process redesign and business network redesign in e-business environment through the case analysis of e-Transformation performed in Kolon Gloteck, Inc. which has been managed and operated in a traditional mode. The proposed e-Transformation approaches of the traditional firm in this study were as following: 1) Network-focused business process redesign; 2) Introducing ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) as e-Business backbone; 3) Establishing transparence of business functions through using shared database; 4) Understanding customer and constructing IT(Information Technology) infrastructure for customer satisfaction; 5) Performing data and process standardization; 6) Applying the best suitable IT(Information Technology) such as JSP(Java Server Pages) and VPN(Virtual Private Network). The findings of this case study are thought to be useful as a practical guideline in carrying, out e-Transformation of the typical traditional firm and to provide significant basis for constructing the theoretical framework of e-Transformation methodology.

e-비즈니스에서 사용되는 정보교환 문서는 효율적으로 정보를 전송하고 시스템에 독립성을 갖고 있어 거래 파트너간 상호 운용성을 향상 시켜야 한다. 기존의 정보 교환 전자 문서는 e-비즈니스에서 사용함에 있어서 정보교환 및 상호 운용성 측면에서 문제점들이 발생하였다. XML의 등장으로 정보 교환 및 상호 운용성에서 발생되었던 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 계기가 되었다. XML문서의 논리적인 구조를 표현하기 위해서는 문서 원형을 정의 할 수 있는 DTD문서가 필요하다. 각 e-비즈니스 XML 문서에 맞는 DTD 문서들이 존재하며 이러한 DTD 문서를 보다 쉽고 효율적으로 작성 할 수 있는 e-비즈니스 DTD문서 편집 시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 e-비즈니스 XML 문서에서 사용되어지는 DTD문서를 보다 쉽고 효율적으로 편집 할 수 있는 DTD문서 편집 시스템의 설계 및 구현 하였다.

ebXML(Electronic Business XML) is a global eBusiness framework standard which provides solutions to interoperability problem between heterogeneous eBusiness systems. ebXML framework includes Business Process Specification, Core Components, Registry/Repository and Messaging Service as its major components. Based on this framework, ebXML business transactions are executed by exchanging appropriate business documents as specified in Business Process Specification. And required business documents are generated by assembling Core Components at the Business Process design time. In this paper, we present technical architecture of ebXML framework and Core Component technology, and then explain design and implementation issues of ebXML business document generation tool.

Interest of Business Model has been increased continuously in the enterprise ever since IT(Information Technology) is introduced in the Business sector. Though lots of company's effort to build Business Model which expected to give profit to company, there are no guarantee of Business Model's success. In the situation of shortest lifecycle of new technology, it's hard to guarantee Business Model based new technology will return profit with the result of excellent evaluation of technology. After find Timmers model, Julta model, Rappa model, Electronic Commerce Profit model, B2E Model and Affliation, Affliated B2E Business Frame, will propose advantage and disadvantage of these models. Comraded B2E Business Model will be extracted for Mobile Solution Company to achieve success in the market through analysis of relationship between Technology appraisal and business model.
