Objectives : Terminal stage cancer patient from primary hepatocellular carcinoma metastasized into lungs was administered with cultivated wild ginseng herbal acupuncture for 5 months and observed progression. Methods : Cultivated wild ginseng herbal acupuncture was administered 5 times a week at about 150cc dosage per week. Dynamic CT was taken and interpreted at a university hospital. Results : Above patient was diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma and received one procedure of lobectomy and three procedures of TACE, but because of metastasis, chance of improvement was very obscure. Intensive treatment of cultivated wild ginseng herbal acupuncture five times a week for five months in association with moxibustion was done on the patient. Near elimination of the cancer cells metastasized into lungs were confirmed in terms of radiological impression through dynamic CT. Conclusion: From the results obtained in this study, cultivated wild ginseng herbal acupuncture can be an effective measure against terminal stage cancer. But this is a single case study and lack of extensive follow-up must be compensated by further researches.

회화적 렌더링의 궁극적인 목적은 주어진 영상을 가지고 사람이 직접 그린 듯 한 회화적 느낌을 표현하는 것이다. 이러한 회화적 느낌을 표현하기 위한 요소에는 브러시의 굵기, 방향, 질감, 그리고 생성된 브러시가 캔버스에 그려질 것인가를 판단하는 기준설정 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 에지 밀도를 이용해 브러시가 캔버스에 그려질 것인가를 판단하는 기준을 설정하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 에지밀도란 일정 영역에서의 에지의 양을 나타낸다. 이와 함께 정적 격자 단위로 그려질 위치를 찾는 것이 아닌 동적 격자단위로 찾아가는 방법을 사용하고 브러시의 일관된 방향성을 위해 방향 보간을 한다. 또한 텍스처를 가진 다양한 브러시를 사용하여 질감을 표현한다. 에지의 밀도정보를 이용한 그려질 판단 기준설정, 통적 격자에 의한 위치선정, 일관된 브러시의 방향, 그리고 텍스처를 사용한 질감 표현 과정들을 통해 더 사실적인 오일 페인팅(oil painting)의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

The target of this research is the analysis about Santiago Calatravas works in harmony with the dynamics of architectural technology and aesthetics in contemporary architecture. His first design process in works starts from the observation about the from of nature. He expresses the dynamics of architecture through using the Curve freely. His works express the dynamic movement, the quality of the unique inspiration and the rhythmical impression. As both scientist and artist, Calatrava could be called a classical architect and a man of his times simultaneously. Consequently, contemporary architectural designs shall be gradually focused in the dynamics of the technology and aesthetics as Calatravas ones.

Car HVAC is one of main factors influencing a potential customer's first impression. It should be fault-free, which requires the most stable control performance. So, the control algorithm consists of a proportional feedback only, not with an integral action needed for elimination of steady-state errors. To reduce the errors and make the response faster, feedforward algorithm based on predicted thermal load is added. To evaluate the performance, car HVAC is dynamically modelled and its control logic is simulated. The results shows that the proportional feedback leads to about $4^{\circ}C$ of steady-state error. When the feedback is combined with the feedforward algorithm and with a set value update based on disturbances, it predicts less than $1^{\circ}C$ of control error and improved thermal comfort.

심하게 흡수된 치조제에서 안정적으로 유지될 수 있는 의치를 제작하기 위해서는 적절한 교합의 형성뿐만 아니라 주변근육 조직과의 조화를 고려한 적절한 연마면의 형성에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 중립대 인상 기법을 통해 기능하는 동안 혀, 볼, 입술에 대한 근신경계가 평형을 이루는 잠재적인 영역을 고려하여 인공치아를 배열하고, 연마면 형태가 동적인 근육의 해부학적 형태를 따르도록 할 수 있으며, 이는 의치의 안정과 유지 및 심미성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 증례는 심한 잔존 치조제의 흡수를 보이는 환자에게 중립대 개념을 적용하여 기능과 심미적인 측면에서 임상적으로 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하고자 한다.

There is so much difference in the way we perceive nature whether from eastern or western, present or past standpoint. however, awareness of coexistence between human beings and nature along with the concept that the most natural is th e most beautiful remain unchanged. The desire to describe the beauty of nature have existed all through the ages, but the (new) naturalism movement was spawned in our time when so much devastation and side effects took place for the expediency of nature, and field of display has been trying new interpretation of nature with direct or applied method. Naturalism trend is studied using the categories such as relationship between human and nature, space concept in western and eastern society, and the definition of view of nature in modern time. Elements of naturalism display are classified into the element of physical properties and element beyond the physical properties, and then methodology on naturalism display is investigated, using the illustration of display examples, in order to know the most essential elements of display, which are the physical properties such as space, light, object, glass, are expressed based on the elemental concept like nature, an accident, dynamic state, variability. As mentioned above, Naturalism display consists of physical properties and phenomenon. How to ive strong impression to a spectator depends on the ability to create effective space applying these elements. The significance of this study comes to surface in a time when the tremendous emphasis is put on the importance of nature and concerns about the role of display has become even greater.

Light creates ambiance that affects our impression of space. Before the modern age, the role of light is a religious factor and a primitive state to see. In the modern space design, light is used to achieve the continuous transformation and translation of building's image. Ever-changing space is a flexible corresponding of space to its environment, caused by certain dynamic light. The space turn into some other thing from what it was before, or just changing its character. approaching men and society with different meanings. The purpose of this study is to explore the relation between light(natural and artificial) and ever-changing space through the case study. The impacts of light on ever-changing in today's space design can be summarized as follows. 1) Materialization of light in space design. Nowadays light becomes a form itself. The geometric properties of the space form playa secondary role as compared to the importance assigned to light. 2) Pixelization of space by a light effect. The impacts of digital technology on the space design have come through enhancing the 'pixelization' of the surface from which buildings are made their responsiveness and adaptability to changing needs. The surface with ever-changing lights that blur the boundary of space and expand the image of space.

거대설은 일반적인 보철 수복을 진행하는 데에 장애물이 되는 요소 중의 하나이다. 이러한 환자에서 통상적인 방법으로 제작된 의치는 유지와 안정을 얻기 어려울 뿐 만 아니라, 기본적인 저작의 효율 또한 얻기 힘들 것이다. 이러한 경우 안정적인 의치를 제작하기 위해서는 의치의 교합뿐 아니라 주변 근육 조직과의 조화가 중요한 요소가 될 수 있고, 이를 위해서 연마면을 적절히 형성하는 것이 필요하다. 중립대(neutral zone)는 혀가 밖으로 미는 힘과 볼과 입술이 안으로 미는 힘이 평형을 이루는 근신경계 기능에 의한 잠재적 영역으로 정의되며, 총의치의 인공치가 이 영역에 위치되고, 연마면 형태가 동적인 근육의 해부학적 형태를 따른다면 근육의 움직임은 의치를 안정시키는 요소로 작용할 뿐 아니라 안면 지지를 통하여 심미성 또한 향상될 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

The Mevelana sect is a spiritual Islamic group experiencing spiritual transaction with their god through a peculiar dancing as a form of religious ritual. The Mevelana, a sect of Islamic Sufism, has their head mosque in Konya in Turkey. Although Mevelana sect is regarded as heretic of Islam, it has exerted considerable influence on the Islamic religion through its peculiar religious worshiping form constituted in dancing and reciting poems. Nowadays, Turkey recognizes the Mevelana dancing as their precious cultural legacy of a long history, exerting public information efforts to give it for wider publicity of Turkey to the world. The Mevelana dress with ornament attired for the ritual dancing performance is regarded to symbolize a spiritual medium, which leads to conciliation with the eternity. The straight lines and curved line characteristic of the Mevelana dancer's trousers, skirt, jacket and such mirrors the image of the Orientals, which is in peculiar contrast with the white and gray colors of the dress with ornament. The impression of the spiritual Mevelana dressing in harmony with the dynamic dancing motion goes beyond mere a religious dressing. It is expressive of a graceful and sophisticated modern formative art, of which the mystic design gives an inspiration to the modern fashion. After Poiret, Islamic factors have emerged in the modern fashion. For instance, a hat with Arabic fashion lapel, a Fez hat of Turkish style, harem pants and such are still popular in the modern fashion. It seems probable that the Iraq War would far more activate the influence of Arabic culture to the modern fashion. By making an analysis on the religious background and formative characteristics of the Mevelana dressing, and by giving design examples on how the Mevelanan dressing has been applied to the modern fashion, this research suggests working out new designs by making a renewed application of their characteristics to the modern fashion.

악안면 수술에 있어서 악관절 및 교합은 미용적 측면에서 뿐만 아니라 그 기능적 측면에서 더욱 중요하다. 특히 하악이 고정된 경우뿐만 아니라 움직일 때 악관절 및 기능적 교합상태까지 보존 및 재건하고 정확한 수술을 하기 위해서 수술 전후에 적절한 MMF는 필수적이다. 이를 위해 저자들은 치열활봉에 대한 그 동안의 경험을 바탕으로 치열의 흐름에 대한 기본적 이론, 교합을 고려한 치열활봉의 거치방법 및 복잡한 교합평면을 가진 악안면 수술 환자들에 대해서 술전 인상을 이용한 치열활봉 거치법을 제안하는 바이다.
