블록체인 기반 예술품 거래 플랫폼의 발전은 최근 암호화폐 시장의 회복에도 불구하고 다시 활성화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기반 예술품 거래 플랫폼이 활성화되지 못하고 있는 원인을 암호화폐 가격의 큰 변동성에서 찾았으며, 그 해결책으로서 Stablecoin 형태의 암호화폐와 기존 암호화폐를 이원화하여 거래하는 시스템을 제안한다. 암호화폐 이원화를 통해 제안하는 시스템은 예술품 가격의 안정성과 블록체인 시스템의 가치 성장이라는 사용자의 요구사항을 모두 만족시킬 수 있다. 또한, 제안하는 시스템은 이원화된 두 가지 암호화폐의 사용과 시가총액의 비율이 시장 원리에 따라 조절되어 안정적으로 균형을 이룰 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 마지막으로 제안하는 암호화폐 이원화는 거래 대상의 가치 안정성과 블록체인 시스템의 가치 성장이 동시에 요구되는 다른 응용 분야에서도 쓰일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

본 논문은 장력 센서 시스템으로 구성된 장력펜스에 무선모듈을 설치하고, 경보발생시 데이터를 무선으로 전송하는 알고리즘을 연구한다. 유선 통신 시스템은 높은 정확성과 응답속도를 가지지만 초기 설치비용이 비싸고 연결이 복잡하며 연결선이 유실되는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 Zigbee 무선통신 기술을 이용하여 유선 통신 시스템의 문제점을 보완하고 무선 통신이 가지는 응답속도 지연 및 배터리 문제에 관해 연구하여 이를 적용하고자 한다.

Radiologic technologists working at the second and third medical institutions are classified as radiation-related workers and radiation workers according to their working departments, and are subject to double regulation by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Nuclear Safety Commission. We will try to understand the system of dualization and to understand the investigation of recognition. The dualized system of radiation-related workers and radiation workers includes the difference in name and terminology, the effective dose limit, the maintenance education and training of radiologic technologists, the period of medical examination, the radiation zone, dose of the woman whose pregnancy is confirmed in radiologic technologists, the qualification criteria of the safety officer, and the period of the regular inspection of the radiological equipment. In the questionnaire survey on the dualization system, there were various items showing significant differences between the radiation-related workers and radiation workers Overall, the radiation workers were more aware of the radiation workers' education and related terms than the radiation-related workers.

In this paper, a fault-tolerant Mini-MAP system with high reliability is proposed. For fault-tolerance, the LLC sublayer, MAC sublayer, and physical layer of the Mini-MAP system are dualized. The detection of faults, the replacement of the failed network, and the management of the network are three major functions required for the dualization, and they are performed by ESM(Error Supervisory Machine), EMM(Error Management Machine), and NMM(Network Management Machine) of the proposed fault-tolerant Mini-MAP system, respectively. The ring maintenance function of the MAC sublayer is used for the detection of the faults. In the proposed fault-tolerant Mini-MAP system, the data are received from both of the dualized networks and transmitted to the selected one of the two. We analyze the reliability and the MTTF(Mean Time To Failure) of the proposed fault-tolerant Mini-MAP system and show that it has better performance compared to a general Mini-MAP system.

Software defined technology (SDx), which defines the IT infrastructure based on software and controls that are not dependent on a specific hardware, and provides a rapid and flexible IT infrastructure, is increasing. SDx features centralized control, a common commercial product infrastructure, hardware-software dualization, and programmability. With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, in which various application services are emerging based on IT infrastructure, interest in SDx is gradually increasing as the need for infrastructure flexibility and an agile business environment is increasing. This paper reviews the market trends of software defined anything using SDx and the trends of major vendors.

Since Industrial Revolution, the sudden industrialization and population explosion have brought about a serious environmental pollution on the air of the earth, the quality of water and the soil, and the greenhouse effect by the destruction of the ozone layer and the greenhouse gas, the organism diversity decline, the desertification by the ruining of woods and the overall global environmental pollution such as the contamination of the ocean and rivers have been come to the front. So the new recognition on the environment is being spreaded in construction business and the efforts for certification acquisition of ISO 14000 being followed by ISO 9000 are progressing, Accordingly, with an example of H Company where integration system is built so that it can minimize the efforts and cost at the construction of the management system, operation and management after the fact, this paper shall suggest the practical scheme of 3 steps through a study to integrate both existing quality management system and new environmental management system. As the integration system of the quality and environment which is constructed by this method is executed, the number of the established and managed document is cut by about a third and so the disorder to encounter between these documents is prevented and unnecessary efforts is reduced in constructing a system, consequently the efficiency of the system is accomplished. Also as the dualization of quality management system and environmental management system additionally needs more men and money after certification acquisition, the non-construction of the integration system may give rise to a cause to aggravate the burden of the company and hereafter when a new system is imported, it may be very difficult to integrate the system. This system integration enables a efficient and effective system to be constructed , operated , and managed after the fact.

우리 정부에서는 외국 도서관의 운영사례를 참고하여 지역중앙관과 거점도서관, 소규모 분관으로 구분하는 '지역 도서관 서비스 실행 체계'에 관한 추진계획을 수립한 바 있다. 그러나 이에 대한 도서관계의 관심이 저조하고, 무엇보다 운영주체의 이원화로 인한 구조적 문제에 가로막혀 지금까지 어떠한 실행전략도 마련하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 부산광역시를 사례로 하여 지역 공공도서관들을 유기적으로 연계하는 통합 운영체계(안)을 제안하고, 이러한 통합 운영체계 속에서 도서관의 지위에 따른 역할과 기능을 구상하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 구체적으로, (1) 공공도서관의 통합적 운영체계에 대한 그간의 실행계획을 검토하고, (2) 해외 도서관의 운영체계에 대한 면밀한 분석을 시도한 다음, (3) 부산광역시를 사례로 하여 통합 운영체계를 전제로 한 도서관별 지위와 역할 설정 등 현실적인 적용 방안을 제안하였다. 연구에 필요한 자료는 방문조사 및 문헌연구를 통해 수집하였으며, 필요한 경우 이메일 질의와 각종 통계자료로 보완하였다.

최근 100여년이 지난 수은조식 3등대형 개량사업을 거문도 등대에서 시행하였으며 독성 있는 수은제거 및 광원의 LED화, 무중단을 대비한 2중화 시스템등을 설치하였으며 이는 국내 최초의 LED 회전식 등명기 설치 및 운용사례라고 볼 수 있다. 등명기 전체 프레임에 대한 원형 복원이 이루어졌으며 2중구조 베어링 설치와 원격제어시스템을 통해 실시간 현황파악이 가능하다. 설치후 한빛호를 통한 광학측정을 통해 유효광도 200만cd 부동광도 300cd의 광학적 성능을 확보하여 LED 광원을 사용한 국내 회전식 등명기 도입의 효율적인 가능성을 입증했다.

본 연구의 목적은 국립세종도서관 정책정보서비스의 고도화를 위해 서비스 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 개선 전략을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 정책정보서비스 제공자와 이용자를 면담 조사하였으며, 서비스 제공 및 이용 상의 문제점을 파악하였다. 서비스 제공자 면담을 통해 서비스 제공 체계의 분산 및 이원화에 따른 문제점과 서비스 유형별 제공 상의 문제점을 식별하였고, 서비스 이용자 면담을 통해 주요 이용자 유형, 서비스 이용 전반에 대한 인식, 서비스 유형별 이용 상의 문제점, 정책정보 이용절차 상의 문제점을 제시하였다. 연구결과에 기초하여 개선 전략을 여섯 영역(수집, 서비스, 조직, 시스템, 홍보, 협력)으로 나누어 제안하였다. 이들 전략을 바탕으로 정책정보서비스의 개선이 이루어진다면 정책정보 이용자의 정보요구를 효과적으로 충족시켜 서비스 이용의 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

독일의 이원화체제 직업교육이 청년실업률에 미치는 효과에 대한 논의를 통해서 우리에게 주는 시사점이 무엇이며, 현재 한국 직업교육의 문제점 개선을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 독일이 '직업교육훈련법'(Berufsbildungsgesetz)을 근거로 시행하고 있는 이원화체제(duales System) 직업교육제도에 대해 어떤 평가를 받고 있는지, 산·학·관의 협력체제에 대한 구체적인 시스템 구축 형태를 알 수 있었으며, 이러한 제도의 위기와 문제점을 제시할 수 있었다. 독일 직업교육의 이원화 제도에 대한 책임은 국가와 각 주의 교육부에 있으며, 기업의 실무 측면에서는 민간기업 및 상공회의소의 관할 책임이 주어진다. 기업에서의 실무는 기능중심의 교육으로 진행되며, 직업학교에서는 능력중심의 이론교육을 받게 된다. 또한 독일 Idustrie 4.0에 맞는 디지털 직업교육훈련(vocational and education training)과 이원화 학위과정을 통한 고등직업교육의 학위취득에 대한 필요성과 요구를 알 수 있었다. 이러한 모든 수준의 이원적 직업교육훈련(VET)과, 대학의 고등직업교육, 직업계속교육 프로그램 등, 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 인적자원의 개발과 활용이 잘 이루어져 청년실업률이 유럽에서 가장 낮은 것을 볼 수 있었다. 우리나라의 직업교육도 학교와 기업이 동시에 직업교육훈련을 할 수 있는 체제 구축을 통해 실업률을 개선할 수 있을 것이다. 특히 직업학교와 기업의 이원화교육을 위해 우리가 가장 중요하게 생각하고 심도 깊은 논의와 협력을 이끌어 내야할 '노·사·정간의 긴밀한 협의'의 필요성을 독일의 경우를 통해 판단할 수 있었다.
