5.5kW이하의 소형분쇄기 차단기 접속부의 접촉불량에 의한 전압강하 및 열적 특성 분석 (Analysis of Voltage Drop and Thermal Characteristics for Poor Connections at Electrical Connector of Circuit Breaker of Small Size Pulverizer below 5.5kW)

  • This paper describes the characteristics of voltage drop and thermal for poor connection on electrical connector of circuit breaker in control box of small size pulverizer. In order monitor, we did the changes of RMS in voltage and temperature value with video and made normal state over $2.5N{\cdot}m$ and poor connections state below $0.2N{\cdot}m$ by screw gage. In case of voltage signal, the voltage drop was increased when the current was increased due to poor connections. In case of temperature signal, the temperature difference indicates ten times at 5A and fourteen times at 15A in the normal state. According to increase thermal energy, the insulation of electrical wiring and connector of circuit breaker can be carbonized. The results of this study will be useful to the development of preventive devices and system for electric fire by poor connection at small size pulverizer.

하지 근육 시너지 분석 기반의 FES 시스템이 보행 시 뇌졸중 환자의 족하수 개선에 미치는 영향: 사례 연구 (The effect of lower limb muscle synergy analysis-based FES system on improvement of the foot drop of stroke patient during walking: a case study)

  • Foot drop is a common symptom in stroke patients due to central nervous system (CNS) damage, which causes walking disturbances. Functional electrical stimulation (FES) is an effective rehabilitation method for stroke patients with CNS damage. Aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of 6 weeks FES walking training based lower limb muscle synergy of stroke patients. Lower limb muscle synergies were extracted from electromyography (EMG) using a non-negative matrix factorization algorithm (NMF) method. Cosine similarity and cross correlation were calculated for similarity comparison with healthy subjects. In both stroke patients, the similarity of leg muscle synergy during walking changed to similar to that of healthy subjects due to a decrease in foot drop during. FES walking intervention influenced the similarity of muscle synergies during walking of stroke patients. This intervention has an effective method on foot drop and improving the gait performance of stroke patients.

  • The accelerated corrosion by Flow Accelerated Corrosion (FAC) has caused unexpected rupture of piping, hindering the safety of nuclear power plants (NPPs) and sometimes causing personal injury. For the safety, it may be necessary to select some pipes in terms of condition monitoring and to measure the change in thickness of pipes in real time. Direct current potential drop (DCPD) method has advantages in on-line monitoring of pipe wall thinning. However, it has a disadvantage in that it is difficult to quantify thinning due to various thinning shapes and thus there is a limitation in application. The machine learning approach has advantages in that it can be easily applied because the machine can learn the signals of various thinning shapes and can identify the thinning using these. In this paper, finite element analysis (FEA) was performed by applying direct current to a carbon steel pipe and measuring the potential drop. The fundamental machine learning was carried out and the piping thinning model was developed. In this process, the features of DCPD to thinning were proposed.

출.입구 위치에 따른 배플을 갖는 원통내 유동특성에 대한 수치해석 (Numerical Analysis of Flow Phenomena in Cylindrical Shell with Baffle according to the Position of Inlet and Outlet)

  • A numerical simulation on the flow field was carried out on the cylindrical shell with baffles. The steady incompressible 3-D Navier-Stokes solution is obtained with the actual operational condition and geometry of the heat exchanger. The effect of the location of inlet and outlet on the cylindrical shell with baffle is investigated by varying flow rate. The angle between the location of In/Outlet and baffle cutting part is $0^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$, $120^{\circ}$, $150^{\circ}$ and $180^{\circ}$. The present results show that the pressure drop is dependent on Reynolds number in the inlet area and position of inlet and outlet; i.e., the pressure drop increases with increasing Reynolds number and the pressure drop decreases with increasing angle between baffle cutting part and position of inlet and outlet.

  • ATM 망으로 연결된 하나의 서브 네트워크에서 MCS(Multicast Server)에 의한 멀티캐스팅은 전송 폭주에 대해 효율적인 제어방식을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 MCS를 이용하여 TCP 패킷에 대한 멀티캐스팅을 구현하고 버퍼의 효율적 전송제어를 위해 공통 버퍼를 가지는 EPD + SPD방식 (Early Packet Discard-same Source Packet Discard)을 제안한다. MCS에서 전송 버퍼에 대한 임계치를 넘어서면 버퍼에 오버플로우가 발생하기 이전에 셀을 폐기시키는 것으로 손상된 패킷의 전송을 막기 위하여 부분적 셀 폐기 대신 손상된 패킷 전체를 폐기하는 방식(EPD-Early Packet Discard)을 제공한다. 또한 TCP 패킷의 재전송 중복에 대한 부하를 줄이기 위해 동일한 송신측의 패킷을 폐기하는 방식 (SPD-same Source Packet Drop)을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 결과에서는 전송 데이터 폐기에 대한 기존의 방식(Tail Drop), EPD 방식을 고려한 DFF(Drop From Front)와 본 논문에서 제안한 EPD + SPD방식과의 성능 분석을 한다.

  • While the pinch instability theory (PIT) has been widely employed to analyze the spray transfer mode in the gas metal arc welding (GMAW), it cannot predict the detaching drop size accurately. The PIT is modified in this work to increase the accuracy of prediction and to simulate the molten tip geometry to be more physically acceptable. Since the molten tip becomes a cone shape in the spray mode, the effective wire diameter is formulated that the effective diameter is inversely proportional to current square. Modifications are also made to consider the finite length of the liquid column and current leakage through the arc. While the effective diameter influences drop transfer significantly, the current leakage has negligible effects. The effects of modifications on drop transfer are analyzed, and the predicted drop diameters show good agreements with the experimental data of the steel wire.

공기흡입식 추진기관용 연료조절밸브 시스템 안정성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Stability Improvement of Fuel Metering Unit for Air Breathing Engine)

  • 본 논문에서는 공기흡입식 추진기관용 연료공급 시스템의 연료조절 밸브 시스템을 제안하였으며, 제안된 시스템은 서보밸브에 의해 구동되는 차압유지 밸브와 미터링 밸브로 구성되어 있다. 시스템 성능 및 안정성에 영향을 미치는 인자를 찾기 위해 비선형 및 선형 해석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 미터링 밸브 오리피스 양단의 차압 유지량 ${\Delta}P$가 시스템 안정성에 영향을 미침을 예측하였고 실험 및 비선형 전산모사를 통하여 입증하였다. 해석 및 실험 결과차압 유지량 ${\Delta}P$를 줄이고 동시에 이등변 삼각형 형상의 오리피스를 차압유지 밸브에 적용함으로써 요구 유량에 따라 유량이득이 조절되도록 하여 시스템의 안정성을 높일 수 있었다.

FOG SYSTEM 을 이용한 여름철 온실냉방 (Greenhouse Cooling by Fog System)

  • This study was performed to improve underirable warm greenhouse environment by fog cooling system in summer season. The resultsof droplet size analysis and cooling effects for fog cooling system are summarized as follows ; 1. At the pump pressure of 70kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ , the mean (SMD) drop size was 22.6${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and the maximum and minimum drop size was 45.68${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and 1.73${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ , respectively, and almost all of the drop size was less than 40${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. 2. The temperature of fog cooling greenhouse with 60% shading was dropped more than 2$^{\circ}C$ below the ambient temperature , while the greenhouse temperature without shading was 1$^{\circ}C$ higher than the ambient temperature. 3. It was found that fog spraying intervals were significantly influential on cooling effect. 4. When the greenhouse was ventilated sufficiently by natural vent system, green house temperature could be maintained by 2.5$^{\circ}C$ lower than the ambient temperature, while it was difficult to drop the greenhouse temperature below ambient temeperature without sufficient ventilation. 5. It was found that the temperature of experimental greenhouse could be maintained 3$^{\circ}C$ to 14$^{\circ}C$ lower that of control greenhouse though there were variations depending on experimental and weather conditions.

고전압 Non Punch Through IGBT 및 Field Stop IGBT 최적화 설계에 관한 연구 (The Optimal Design of High Voltage Non Punch Through IGBT and Field Stop IGBT)

  • An IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) device has an excellent current-conducting capability. It has been widely employed as a switching device to use in power supplies, converters, solar inverters, and household appliances or the like, designed to handle high power. The aim with IGBT is to meet the requirements for use in ideal power semiconductor devices with a high breakdown voltage, an on-state voltage drop, a high switching speed, and high reliability for power-device applications. In general, the concentration of the drift region decreases when the breakdown voltage increases, but the on-resistance and other characteristics should be reduced to improve the breakdown voltage and on-state voltage drop characteristics by optimizing the design and structure changes. In this paper, using the T-CAD, we designed the NPT-IGBT (non punch-through IGBT) and FS-IGBT (field stop IGBT) and analyzed the electrical characteristics of those devices. Our analysis of the electrical characteristics showed that the FS-IGBT was superior to the NPT-IGBT in terms of the on-state voltage drop.

  • This paper presents the DOD (Drop-On-Demand) characteristic using the electrostatic field induced inkjet printing system. In order to achieve the DOD characteristic of electrostatic field induced inkjet printing, applied the bias voltage of 1.4 kV and the pulse voltage of $2.0\;kV\;{\sim}\;2.7\;kV$ using high voltage pulse generator. Electrostatic field induced droplet ejection is directly observed using a high-speed camera and for investigated DOD characteristic, CNT ink used. The electrostatic field induced inkjet head system has DOD characteristic using pulse generator which can be applied pulse voltage. The bias voltage has a good condition which form meniscus and has micro dripping mode for small size micro droplet. Also, the droplet size decreases with increasing the applied pulse voltage. This paper shows DOD characteristic at electrostatic field induced inkjet head system, Therefore. electrostatic DOD inkjet head system will be applied industrial area comparing conventional electrostatic inkjet head system.
