주행 경로의 가혹도에 따른 소형 경유 자동차의 배출 특성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Emission Characteristics for Light-duty Diesel Vehicle According to the Severity of the Test Route)

  • The EU (European Union) was introduced Euro-6e in 2023. Recently, the EU prepare to introduce Euro-7. One of difference Euro-6e and Euro-7 is test route condition. This study developed 5 test routes that have different characteristics and severity. The severity of test routes was made by traffic and road gradient. And this study was conducted RDE test on 5 test routes for Light-Duty diesel vehicle (Euro-6d). Based on the test results, the emission characteristics of CO2 and NOx were analyzed according to the severity of the test routes. Especially, 4 test routes were satisfied normal driving condition of Euro-7 and other test route was satisfied extended driving condition of Euro-7.

연약갯벌 차량용 주행장치 개발에 관한 연구 (Study on Driving System for Tidal Flat Vehicle)

  • This paper presents a design approach of driving system for tidal flat vehicle. Firstly, topographic and geological survey of tidal flat zone was accomplished. 'Anac' located in the west-south coast of South Korea was chosen for the survey area. From the survey, the basic design data such as distribution of gullies size and bearing pressure was obtained. To figure out the shape of driving system, numerical simulations were carried out. Through the numerical dynamic simulations using $Recurdyn^{TM}$, the performance of various concepts of driving system was analyzed. From the results, we propose the conceptual design with the functions: a) low contact pressure, b) powerful driving force transmission, c) adaptation to the ground undulation. To satisfy these functional requirements, the driving system adopts rubber tracks, sprockets, tires and suspensions. The static structural analysis of the frame structure was executed as well, from which the detailed design was drawn out. To validate the performance of the designed driving system, the test vehicle which has gasoline engine of 27HP and mechanical transmission was constructed. The driving tests of the vehicle were performed twice at the "Anac" area, and unveiled its capability.

  • Purpose: This article provides an efficient cushion molding method for improving reliability of the rotation driving system. Method: Allowable stress level for cushion is calculated by using physical characteristics of the rotation driving system. In addition, various test units are manufactured and used to conduct the rebound resilience, the burst pressure and the alternating load test. Results: Actual allowable stress level and test results of the rebound resilience, the burst pressure and the alternating load test are provided. Conclusion: The cushion manufactured by the compression molding method gives more preferable characteristics for improving the reliability of the rotation driving system.

대형캐비테이션터널(LCT) 실물 구동펌프 성능시운전 (Performance Trial-Test of the Full-Scale Driving Pump for the Large Cavitation Tunnel(LCT))

  • The objective of the present study is to analyze the results of the trial-test for the full-scale driving pump, which is arranged in the LCT (Large Cavitation Tunnel). Firstly, the reasons of selecting the final design pump are introduced in terms of the performance analysis in model tests. The trial-test items for the full-scale driving pump are measurements of output current/voltage at the inverter of the main motor and the flow velocity in the LCT test section. The test results show the increase in flow rate of about 10.7% and the decrease in pump head of about 26%, compared with those of final design-pump specification. The motor power has the margin of about 22%. The performance analysis for the full-scale pump is conducted using the commercial code (CFX-10). The delivered power calculated with CFX-10 shows good agreement with that extracted from the full-scale pump test. It is found that CFX-10 is useful to analyze a full-scale pump.

운전운동평가-기반 연령별 운전자 행태 분석 연구: 20대부터 70대까지 (A Study of Driver Test Station-based on Driver Behaviors Assessment: from 20s to 70s)

  • 고령운전자의 운전행동은 신체적 및 인지적 기능의 저하로 돌발 상황이나 시내주행에서 안전운전에 취약하다고 보고되고 있다. 본 연구는 성인 자가운전자를 대상으로 연령대에 따라서 운전행동양상에 차이가 있는지 알아보고 정상적인 노화로 인하여 발생하는 운전에 관한 신체적 기능변화를 제언하기 위함이었다. 연구 참여자는 운전면허를 소지하고 실제로 자가운전을 하는 75명(20세-39세 21명, 40-64세 40명, 65세 14명)을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 참여자는 자기-기입 설문지를 통하여 성별, 우세 손, 약물복용 여부, 운동 여부, 연령 및 운전 기간을 응답하였다. 또한 조용한 운전능력 실험실에서 운전운동평가 기기를 통하여 조향, 가속 및 제어 등의 운전운동평가를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 파워검사는 연령대에 따라서 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 타이머검사 및 응급제어검사의 총 시간은 연령에 따라 유의미하게 차이가 있으며, 20세~39세에서 가장 빠르고, 65세 이상의 노인에서 가장 느리게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 정상적인 노화는 고령 운전자의 운전행동양상과 연관된 지각-인지과정에 영향을 미친다고 제언하는 바이다.

A Vehicle Stop-and-Go Control Strategy based on Human Drivers Driving Characteristics

  • A vehicle cruise control strategy designed based on human drivers driving characteristics has been investigated. Human drivers driving patterns have been investigated using vehicle driving test data obtained from 125 participants. The control algorithm has been designed to incorporate the driving characteristics of the human drivers and to achieve natural vehicle behavior of the controlled vehicle that would feel comfortable to the human driver. Vehicle following charac­teristics of the cruise controlled vehicle have been investigated using real-world vehicle driving test data and a validated simulation package.

  • The fuel economy estimates essentially serve two purposes : to provide consumers with a basis on which to compare the fuel economy of different vehicles, and to provide consumers with a reasonable estimate of the range of fuel economy they can expect to achieve. The current fuel economy label values utilize measured fuel economy over city driving cycles. However, this test driving mode can not be evaluated the variety factor of the real-world. These factors include differences between the way vehicles are driven on the road and over the test cycles, air conditioning use, widely varying ambient temperature and humidity, widely varying trip lengths, wind, precipitation, rough road conditions, hills, etc. The purpose of this paper is to account for three of these factors on the fuel economy : 1) on-road driving patterns (i.e. higher speeds and more aggressive driving (higher acceleration rates)), 2) air conditioning, and 3) colder temperatures. The new test methods will bring into the fuel economy estimates the test results from the five emissions tests in place today : CVS-75, HWFET, US06, SC03 and Cold CVS-75. Based on these new test methods, this paper discusses the characteristics of driving condition on Hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). And this paper assesses the fuel economy label of HEV.

  • 본 논문에서는 V2X 통신 기반의 상용차 자율협력주행 플랫폼 평가환경 구축 연구의 내용을 소개한다. V2X 통신 기반의 자율협력주행 플랫폼 평가를 위해서는 다양한 주행 시나리오를 적용할 수 있는 도로 및 V2X 인프라 등의 테스트베드 구축과 함께 시험평가를 위한 각종 제반 규격 및 표준, 지침 등이 개발되어 피시험자에게 제공되어야 한다. 또한, 이를 기반으로 실제 시험평가를 진행할 수 있는 각종 레퍼런스 장비와 시험장비 등이 개발되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 V2X 통신 기반 상용차 자율협력주행 플랫폼 평가환경을 구성하기 위해 개발된 다양한 기술과 규격, 장비 그리고 구축 인프라를 소개한다.

  • Recently EU has been recognized that there is a difference of emission quantity between emission certification test mode and real-road driving test. Accordingly the European Commission is currently preparing to require real-road testing as part of the passenger car type-approval process in the EU. vehicle manufacturers from 2017 are expected to test new vehicles not only under laboratory conditions but also on the real-road, using PEMS equipment. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the emission and Fuel Economy of CVS-75 mode test using chassis dynamometer and RDE test using PEMS equipment by PHEV passenger car.

한국형타격콘관입시험법의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Developement of Korean Driving Cone Penetrometer Test(DCPT) Method)

  • 일반적으로 다양한 원위치 지반조사 방법들이 각 지반의 특성치 산출에 활용되고 있으나 토사지반과 암반지반의 중간 전이지반인 중간지반(IGM; Intermediate Geo-material)에 대한 그 방법들의 적용은 미비하거나 한계가 있다. 국외에서는 IGM지반에 대한 지반조사기술인 텍사스콘관입시험 (TCPT; Texas Cone Penetrometer Test)을 말뚝기초의 설계에 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 장비와 지반에 맞게 개량된 한국형 타격콘관입시험 (DCPT; Driving Cone Penetrometer Test)방법을 개발하였으며 이를 국내 지반에 적용한 결과를 다양한 원위치 지반조사 방법들과 비교 평가하고 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 DCPT와 SPT 결과와의 관계에서는 양호한 관계가 나타났으며 지반종류에 따른 DCPT의 특성치 범위도 적절하게 나타낼 수 있었다.
