지식 베이스를 이용한 CAD 도면에서의 BOM 자동생성 (Automatic Feneration of BOM Using Knowledge-Based System)

  • This paper is concerned with an automatic generation of BOM (Bill Of Material) for a bicycle frame set using a knowledge based system. The major components module system includes : (1) Part information retrieval in CAD drawing, (2) BOM code generation rule, and (3) Database interface. The knowledge based system includes a rule base and a fact base. The fact base consists of basic, variant, and optional components of the standard BOMs of frame sets. The rule contains rules for generating new BOM code in case that the specified is not in the database. The system was implemented on a SUN workstation under Open Windows environments. AutoCAD for CAD drawing was also used.

설계정보 유출방지를 위한 정보보안시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Information Security System to Prevent Leakage of Drawing Information)

  • Recently, security incidents are growing rapidly in which internal employees let the drawing leak out to competitors or other countries. This type of security incidents has a characteristic that it occurs less frequently than other types of security incidents such as network or server security incident, but the damage is a lot more serious. The existing information security technologies to prevent internal information from being leaked out are only applicable to general documents(office documents, web pages and image files in which data are encrypted one by one). However, architectural drawings made up of collection of files with various formats(extensions) have problems with the process speed of en(de) cryption and accuracy, so the developments of security technologies by new methods are required. In this study, we design and develop a security technology based on work area with which users can protect the leakage of critical information in the kernel level while maintaining their work environment when they have to use sharing information that cannot be managed by the unit of file. As a result, we developed the "Virtual Secure Disk" which allows only authorized users and applications to have an access to drawings, and have verified its security by applying it to the actual company.

  • 지형공간정보시스템(GSIS)을 지적 전산화작업에 적용하기 위해 지적정보를 수치 전산화하여 토지대장의 On-Line시스템화에 운용할 수 있도록 시도하는데 의의가 있다. 그리고 지적정보의 D/B 구축을 위해 연구대상 지를 일부 선정하여 지적측량 시 D/B 화할 수 없는 지적 불부합지를 일반측량에 의한 현황도와 항공사진측량에 의해 제작된 GSIS 도면을 이용하여 실지 지적기초점을 내려 현황 측량한 성과에 의해 비교 분석하고 그 상관성을 해석함으로써 장래 지적 정보 D/B 구축 시 측량기법의 정확도 향상을 도모하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

XML을 이용한 건축정보관리 시스템 설계 (A Design of Architecture Information Management System Using XML)

  • This paper describes an architecture information management system using XML. The purpose of the system is to manage the information stored in standard format, XML, that has many valuable properties. The proposed architecture information consists of project information, drawing information, and material information. Each information is expressed using XML and for each information, XML schema is presented in this paper. In this system, detail information of materials that exists on the supplier's homepage can be displayed when the user of the system wants to check the detail information. Also, drawings stored in STEP data can be browsed in this system. The reports of each information are prepared using XSL. The proposed system shows that XML can be used for a format to store architecture information and various functions can be implemented based on XML related standards.

CAD도면에 따른 소요부품 산출 컴포넌트 시스템 구현 (A Component-based System Implementation for Calculating BOM by CAD Drawing)

  • 본 논문은 도면관리 시스템과 BOM 시스템간의 데이터 공유를 통하여 효과적인 BOM산출을 시도하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 CAD도면을 이용한 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구의 결과로는 BOM 산출을 하는데 있어서 여러 번의 시행착오를 거쳐야하는 문제점들을 현저히 감소시켰다. 특히 본 연구의 결과로는 BOM의 산출 기간이 2주에서 2일로 단축되었으며, BOM 산출의 정확도는 95%에 도달하였다. 본 논문에서는 이 이외에도 다음과 같은 효과를 가져왔다. 첫째, 컴포넌트 개발 방법으로 인한 프로그램의 재사용성, 유지/보수 및 수정의 용이성 둘째, 웹 기반 개발 기법으로 인한 원격지에서의 시스템 운영 가능, 셋째, 이미지 및 텍스트 데이터베이스 구축으로 인한 데이터 관리의 효율화 넷째, 도면관리의 체계화, 다섯째, 회사에 적합한 맞춤형 BOM시스템 구현 등이다.

  • In CAD/CAM system, many efforts are made to automate the converting process from drawling information to manufacturing Information. The most difficult step In this procedure is utilizing 2 dimensional drawing information In order to formulate 3 dimensional w&ling information. This paper emphasizes to mWe automatically series of convertirg steps which provide 3 dimensional wire frame, surface and solid modeling using feature recognition rules. With the standardization of design process and the recognition rule as preceding steps, it shows a good application tool to interface the design and manufacturing procedures in PC-Level CAD/CAM system.

  • In machining a part in CAD/CAM system, it is required that the drawing information should be automatically generated, modified, deleted, and thus be used as an general information throughout the entire manufacturing process. This research addresses basic entities(point, line, circle, arc) for design feature and combination of this features, based on GT concepts, with minimum user's manual input. This paper deals with the generalization of operating system which can cover the s parts which appears in mechanical part handbook and the basic constitutional part of sold base. The system developed shows a strong application impact on automatic process planning system of medium - size injection sold companies.

  • 분산 환경에서의 공동 작업을 위한 CSCW (Computer Supported Cooperative Work) 시스템은 전자 결재에서부터 공동 저술, 공동 의사 결정 등의 분야에서 다양하게 이용된다. CSCW 시스템 중에서 특히 공동 작업 드로잉(drawing) 도구는 의사 소통, 공동 디자인, 교육 등의 분야에 적용될 수 있기 때문에 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 공동 작업 드로잉 도구는 시스템 구성, 병행성 제어 등의 부분에서 유연성이 부족하다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 병행성 제어 정책 및 뷰(view)에 관한 정보를 가지는 "자율 객체(autonomous object)"와 유연한 시스템 구성을 지원하는 서버와 클라이언트를 소개한다.

Geometric CAD Watermarking System Using Line, Arc, Circle Components in Architectural Design Drawings

  • In this paper, we presented geometric CAD watermarking scheme for Architectural design drawings using line, arc, and circle components to prevent infringement of copyright from unlawfulness reproductions and distribution. The conventional CAD watermarking scheme can be applied to both line and arc components. But the proposed scheme consists of line, arc and circle watermarking schemes for three basic components of CAD design. After extracting line, arc and circle components from designed drawing, the watermark is embedded into the length of Line component, the angle of arc component, and the radius of circle component considering the robustness against various geometric transformations. The embedding strengths in each component are determined to be preserving the transparency of the watermark. By experimental result, we confirmed the robustness and the invisibility of embedded watermarks in several conversions of architectural design drawing.

Utilization of Spatial Weather Information System for Effective Air Operations

  • In this paper, we propose the methodology and system to show weather information to spatial system. When using the spatial information system, it is easy and convenient to show information such as target location, mission contents, enemy threats and so on. However, drawing 1-dimensional weather information on 3-dimensional space in spatial information system is hard task. To fuse data, we need to add a spatial layer including weather information to spatial layers and perform space modeling for showing weather information as spatial data in a virtual space. The virtual space is shown by receiving meteorological data and then changing in real time through weather database linkage.
