Spinning process is a chipless metal forming method for axi-symmetric parts, which is more economical, efficient and versatile method of producing parts than the other sheet metal forming process such as stamping or deep drawing. It is a point deformation process where a metal disc. cylinderical workpiece. or preform in contact with a rotating chuck is plastically deformed by axial or axial-radial Motions of a tool or roller. in this study the variation of spring back with respect to various forming roller corner radius(Rr) and angle of roller holder($\alpha$) is investigated. Good as a result will help to get more precise shape by control of spring back.

An algorithm and its computer program are developed for the computer aided automatic conversion from 2 dimensional (2-D) design drawings to a 3 dimensional used to generate the tool path of NC machine. The algorithm and its computer program developed were applied to several real objects for their feasibility check and showed satisfactory results. As the results of this study, it was proved that a foundation work to prepare the data base for CAD/CAM integ- ration can be established so as to improve the productivity.

One-step inverse methods based on deformation theory causes some amount of error. The amount of error is generally increased as the deformation path is more complex. As a remedy, a new three dimensional multi-step inverse method is introduced for optimum design of blank shapes and strain distributions from desired final shapes. The approach extends a one-step inverse method to a multi-step inverse method in order to reduce the amount of error. The algorithm developed is applied to square cup drawing to confirm its validity by demonstrating reasonably accurate numerical results.
Tube hydroforming is recently drawing attention of automotive industries due to its several advantages over conventional methods. It can produce wide range of products such as subframes, engine cradles, and exhaust manifolds with cheaper production cost by reducing overall number of processes. h successful tube hydroforming depends on the reasonable combination of the internal pressure and axial load at the tube ends. This paper deals with the optimal process design of hydroforming process using the genetic algorithm and neural network. An optimization technique is used in order to minimize the tube thickness variation by determining the optimal loading path in the tube expansion forming and the tube T-shape forming process.
This paper deals with scheduling problems which are the most important subtask in High-Level Synthesis. Especially, we have concentrated our attentions on the data-path scheduling which can get the structural informaion trom the behavioral algorithm as a first step in synthesis procedure.
Suggest Forward scheduling methode is executed the ASAP and ALAP scheduling to use the fifth - order elliptic wave filter of a standard benchmark moedl, and then it is drawing up T.N matrix table by the number resource and control-step, using the table extract of the simple than down-limit value of the control-step for the number of given resource th use this table.
All of existing list scheduling techniques determine the priority function first, and then do the operation scheduling, But, the suggested forward scheduling technique does the schedule first, and determines the priority functions if needed in scheduling process.
In this paper, an integrated system of optimal design, performance evaluation, and die design and manufacturing of axial fans for cooling tower is presented. The design and performance evaluation are developed based on three dimensional flow analysis so as to ensure low noise and high efficiency. The methodologies are implemented on computer as a GUI system including 3-D surface modeling and 2-D drawing file output modules. The CAD/CAM system is engaged to design the die and generate NC tool path, but the processes are also automated and integrated into the system by means of a part program coded from the design data. It is shown that the newly developed fans have superior performance and shortened lead-time compared to the existing dead-copied fans.

The sensitivity method has been utilized to find initial blank shapes which transform into desired shapes after forming. From the information of die shapes, target shape and material properties, the corresponding initial blank which gives final shape after deformation has been found. Drawings of a trapezoidal cup, a cross-shaped cup and an oil pan have been chosen as the examples. At every case the optimal blank shape has been obtained only a few times of modification without any predetermined deformation path. With the predicted optimal blank, both computer simulation and experiment are performed. Excellent agreements are recognized between simulation and experiment at every cases Through the investigation, the sensitivity method is found to be effective in obtaining optimal blank shapes in drawing of complex shapes.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate geometrical and volumetrical changes of liver due to breathing and its impact to NTCP. In order to attain better treatment results it should be considered deliberately during planning session. Mehtods and Materials : Seven patients were examined in this study who have done TACE for accurate tumor margin drawing. After contrast media injection, C-T scan data were obtained in supine position during breathing free, inhalation and exhalation, respectively. For all patients C-T scan were done with same scanning parameters- 5 mm index, 5 mm thickness and pitch 1. Based on C-T data we have measured differences of each variables between breathing status such as changes of total and remained liver volumes, GTV, beam path length and superior to inferior shift. NTCP were calculated using Lyman's effective volume DVH reduction scheme and for this NTCP calculation, the V50 was computed from DVH and each m, n value were referred from Burmans data. Results : The measured total tilter volume and the remained liver volume changed between inspiration and expiration about $1.2-7.7\%(mean+2.7\%)$ and $2.5-13.23\%(mean=5.8\%)$ respectively, and these results were statistically significant(p>0.1). The GTV difference in each patient varied widely from $1.17\%\;to\;30.69\%$, but this result was not statistically significant. Depending on the breathing status, the beam path length was changed from 0.5 cm to 1.1 cm with the average of 0.7 cm, and it was statistically significant(p=0.006). The measured superior to inferior shifts were ranged from 0.5 cm to 3.74 cm. The NTCPs were changed relatively small in each patient, but the variation was large between the patients. The mean NTCP difference was $10.5\%$, with the variation ranged from $7\%\;to\;23.5\%$. Conclusion : Variations of liver volume and of beam path length were changed significantly depending on the breathing statues and the range of variation itself was very different between the patients. Since this variance could seriously affect the clinical outcomes of radiation treatments, the breathing of patients need to be accounted when a final treatment planning is derided.
A Digilog Book is an augmented reality (AR) based next generation publication supporting both sentimental analog emotions and digitized multi-sensory feedbacks by combining a conventional printed book and digital contents. As a Digilog Book authoring software, ARtalet provides an intuitive authoring environment through 3D user interface in AR environment. In this paper, we suggest ARtalet authoring environment based trajectory editing method to generate and manipulate a movement path of an augmented 3D object on the Digilog Book. Specifically, the translation points of the 3D manipulation prop is examined to determine that the point is a proper control point of a trajectory. Then the interpolation using splines is conducted to reconstruct the trajectory with smoothed form. The dynamic score based selection method is also exploited to effectively select small and dense control points of the trajectory. In an experimental evaluation our method took the same time and generated a similar amount of errors as the usual approach, but reduced the number of control points needed by over 90%. The reduced number of control points can properly reconstruct a movement path and drastically decrease the number of control point selections required for movement path modification. For control manipulation, the task completion time was reduced and there was less hand movement needed than with conventional method. Our method can be applicable to drawing or curve editing method in immersive In-Situ AR based education, game, design, animation, simulation application domains.
