1D-2D 통합 도시 침수 해석 모형을 이용한 침수 원인 분석에 관한 연구 (Simulation and analysis of urban inundation using the integrated 1D-2D urban flood model)

  • 고정확도의 도시침수 모의를 위해서는 물리적 개념에 기반한 통합적 수치해석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 Lee et al. (2015)이 개발한 1차원 하수관망, 2차원 범람 모형의 국내 적용성을 검토하고, 과거 도시 홍수 사상의 침수 원인 분석을 수행하였다. 본 모형은 이중배수 개념에 기반하여 멘홀 대신 집수구를 지표면과 하수관망 사이의 교환유량 산정 지점으로 이용하므로 보다 실제와 유사하게 침수 과정을 모의할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 지표면 범람 해석시 건물에 의한 차단 효과를 고려할 수 있다. 개발된 모형의 적용성은 서울 사당 유역에서 발생한 침수 사상에 대해서 재현 모의를 통해 검증하였다. 적용 결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 모형은 실제 침수 피해 영역을 실제와 유사하게 모의 하였을 뿐만 아니라 침수 원인을 보다 자세히 분석할 수 있는 장점을 보여주었다.

직장암환자에서 지속성 경막외차단 후 발생한 경막외 농양 -증례 보고- (Epidural Abscess Following Continuous Epidural Analgesia in Patient with Rectal Cancer -A case report-)

  • Although the incidence of epidural abscess is low, patient requiring continuous epidural analgesia for control of acute and chronic pain is increasing rapidly. Therefore we anticipate more frequent encounters with epidural abscess patients in future. Once epidural abscess formation begins, early diagnosis and treatment is very important to prevent permanent neurologic damage. The authors encountered a case of epidural abscess after continuous epidural analgesia for control of perineal pain due to rectal cancer. Forty-eight hours after the block, patient began to suffer severe low back pain, local tenderness, and fever. So the catheter was removed and culture sensitivity test was done with blood and local drainage. The test results identified methicillin susceptible staphylococcus aureus. Antibiotics were administered. Ten days after the block, left ankle jerk disappeared, and force of dorsiflexion of great toe decreased, but numbness or anesthesia appeared at $L_5$ dermatome. Laminectomy was performed, and abscess and necrotic fat material was removed from left $L_5$ nerve root. The patient was discharged 12 days after operation without any neurologic sequalae.

Influence of complex geological structure on horizontal well productivity of coalbed methane

  • Complex geological conditions have a great influence on the mining of coalbed methane (CBM), which affects the extraction efficiency of CBM. This investigation analyzed the complicated geological conditions in the Liujia CBM block of Fuxin. A geological model of heterogeneities CBM reservoirs was established to study the influence of strike direction of igneous rocks and fault structures on horizontal well layout. Subsequently, the dual-porosity and dual-permeability mathematical model was established, which considers the dynamic changes of porosity and permeability caused by gas adsorption, desorption, pressure change. The results show that the production curve is in good agreement with the actual by considering gas seepage in matrix pores in the model. Complicated geological structures affect the pressure expansion of horizontal wells, especially, the closer to the fault structure, the more significant the effect, the slower the pressure drop, and the smaller the desorption area. When the wellbore extends to the fault, the pressure expansion is blocked by the fault and the productivity is reduced. In the study area, the optimal distance to the fault is 70 m. When the horizontal wellbore is perpendicular to the direction of coal seam igneous rock, the productivity is higher than that of parallel igneous rock, and the horizontal well bore should be perpendicular to the cleat direction. However, the well length is limited due to the dense distribution of igneous rocks in the Liujia CBM block. Therefore, the horizontal well pumping in the study area should be arranged along the direction of igneous rock and parallel plane cleats. It is found that the larger the area surrounded by igneous rock, the more favorable the productivity. In summary, the reasonable layout of horizontal wells should make full use of the advantages of igneous rock, faults and other complex geological conditions to achieve the goal of high and stable production.

Modeling of a rockburst related to anomalously low friction effects in great depth

  • A rockburst is a common disaster in deep-tunnel excavation engineering, especially for high-geostress areas. An anomalously low friction effect is one of the most important inducements of rockbursts. To elucidate the correlation between an anomalously low friction effect and a rockburst, we establish a two-dimensional prediction model that considers the discontinuous structure of a rock mass. The degree of freedom of the rotation angle is introduced, thus the motion equations of the blocks under the influence of a transient disturbing force are acquired according to the interactions of the blocks. Based on the two-dimensional discontinuous block model of deep rock mass, a rockburst prediction model is established, and the initiation process of ultra-low friction rockburst is analyzed. In addition, the intensity of a rockburst, including the location, depth, area, and velocity of ejection fragments, can be determined quantitatively using the proposed prediction model. Then, through a specific example, the effects of geomechanical parameters such as the different principal stress ratios, the material properties, a dip of principal stress on the occurrence form and range of rockburst are analyzed. The results indicate that under dynamic disturbance, stress variation on the structural surface in a deep rock mass may directly give rise to a rockburst. The formation of rockburst is characterized by three stages: the appearance of cracks that result from the tension or compression failure of the deformation block, the transformation of strain energy of rock blocks to kinetic energy, and the ejection of some of the free blocks from the surrounding rock mass. Finally, the two-dimensional rockburst prediction model is applied to the construction drainage tunnel project of Jinping II hydropower station. Through the comparison with the field measured rockburst data and UDEC simulation results, it shows that the model in this paper is in good agreement with the actual working conditions, which verifies the accuracy of the model in this paper.

연약지반 위에 포설된 고화차수재의 응력-변형 특성 (Stress-strain Behavior of Hardened Barrier on Soft Soil)

  • Settlement with crack on the hardened liners may occur in the weak clay due to waste load since the stiffness of the hardened liner is greater than that of the clay layers. Way of reducing deformation crack in the hardened liner is investigated using two computer programs, CONSOL and FLAC. The computer program CONSOL estimates the magnitude of settlement with time in clay layers and FLAC analyses the stress and deformation relationship between the foundation of landfill and waste load. The results show that a representative block of the analyzed area reaches the consolidation settlement of 1.32m, 8.8 years after the disposal of waste started with the degree of consolidation U=90%. The stress within the hardened liner exceeds the allowable vertical stress of 5kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and horizontal stress of 1.67kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at the concave part of the liner where the main and branch drainage pipes of leachate are located. It was recognized that the thickness of the interested area should be enlarged or the strength of the same area should be improved to tolerate the planned waste load.

심방중격결손증의 임상적 고찰 (Clinical Evaluation of Atrial Septal Defect)

  • Twenty eight patients with atrial septal defect operated on from May, 1983, to July, 1986 at the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Chungnam National University Hospital, were analyzed retrospectively. Among the 28 patients of atrial septal defect, 8 were male and 20 were female. Their ages ranged from 4.6 years to 52.5 years old with the mean of 15.3 years. The main clinical symptoms on admission were exertional dyspnea [82%], frequent respiratory infection [75%], palpitation [54%] and easy fatigability [25%]. Electrocardiographic findings were as follows: Regular sinus rhythm [100%], RVH [54%], RBBB [25%] and first degree of A-V block [4%]. Hemodynamic studies were performed in all cases and mean pulmonary systolic arterial pressure was 34.1*11.8mmHg. and mean Qp/Qs was 2.6*0.9. All 28 patients were operated under direct vision using extracorporeal circulation. 23 cases were secundum type defect and a single hole was found in 22 cases. The associated cardiovascular anomalies were found in 11 patients: ventricular septal defect in 3, patent ductus arteriosus in 1, partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage in 2, mitral regurgitation in 2, tricuspid regurgitation in 1, anomalous left atrial septation in 1 and valvular pulmonary stenosis in 1. The defect closed directly in 22 cases and with patches in 6 cases. Postoperative complications were wound infection, arrhythmia bleeding, intracardiac patch detachment, pneumothorax and urethral injury. But there was no operative mortality.

늑막강내 카테터를 이용한 난치성 상복부통증의 치료경험 2예 (Interpleural Catheter in the Management of Chronic Refractoy Upper Abdominal Pain -A case report-)

  • Since Reiestad and Str$\ddot{o}$mskag reported interpleural installation of local anesthetic solutions as a technique for the management of postoperative pain in the patients undergoing cholecystectomy, renal surgery and breast surgery, many physician applied this technique for upper abdominal pain from various reasons such as technically simple, effective pain relief, less respiratory depression. So we tried interpleural analgesia in two patients who suffered from severe upper abdominal pain. One had upper abdominal pain due to chronic pancreatitis and the other had right upper abdominal pain after PTBD (percutaneous transhepatic bile drainage) for biliary cirrhosis and systemic jaundice. Both were injected 10 ml of 1% lidocaine and infused continuously with 1% lidocaine (2 ml/hr) using 2-Day Baxter$^{(R)}$ infusor. After bolus injection of lidocaine, pain scores (VAS 0~100) were recorded below 25mm and had not exceed that level during continuous infusion. After removing the catheters, two patients were all satisfied with this therapy. Our experiences with this technique showed that continuous infusion of local anesthetics through an interpleural catheter is effective in the control of refractory upper abdominal pain without any complication.

분산식 우수관리를 위한 침투통 개발 및 적용효과 분석 (Development and Application of the Rainwater Infiltrating Equipment for the Decentralized Stormwater Managements)

  • To manage rainwater environmentally friendly, it is necessary to let the rainwater be infiltrated naturally and make reservoirs to detain it in the chosen spot. Not only should it be prepared to handle the city flood, but also it be a necessary alternative for establishing the ecological water circular system in cities. Therefore, considering the present rainwater. management system, this study analysed the status of products which can be interchanged from existent systems to rainwater infiltrating systems. In this study, the infiltrating equipment that is applicable to the Korean drainage system was developed. The case was studied out to investigate the effects of infiltrating and the detaining ability of the developed product. The case site, block 6 of Sang-am residence, was selected and analyzed. The amount of infiltration and detention per unit of the introduced facilities, i.e., infiltrating pipes and tanks were calculated. In this research, the amount of each infiltrating tank was revealed to be 1.353 m/hr and the amount of detention as 0.299 m/hr. And the amount of each infiltrating pipe was found to be 0.541 m/hr and the amount of detention was 0.118 m/hr. To examine the effects of the system, the total amount of the outlet before and after installing was compared and calculated. In doing this, a basis for deciding the arrangement and number of tanks and pipes of the infiltrating system was made.

문경의 자연지리 (Physical Geography of Munkyung)

  • 자연지리학은 '인간과 자연환경간의 관계'를 다루는 학문으로서, 조직화된 단일체(unity)로서 연구되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 유역분지를 자연지리의 기술 틀로 인식하고, 유역분지 내 자연환경의 차이에 따른 주민생활의 차이를 기술하여, 생활단위(지역단위)로서의 유역의 의미를 검토하였다. 문경시는 지세에 따라 산간분지와 중산지 및 대분지 주변 구릉지 등 3지역으로 나뉜다. 이들 지역내외 세분은 특히 산간분지의 경우 하계망 분포와 밀접히 연관되어 있어, $3{\sim}4$차수 하천들이 합류하는 지점을 중심으로 발달하였다. 따라서 동일한 유역에 속하지 않는 일부 행정구역은 생활의 편리를 도모하기 위하여 과감히 조정할 필요가 있다. 산간분지는 북동-남서 방향의 문경단층을 따라 북쪽에 노출된 석회암 지대에 신북천-소야천-가은천-농암천의 곡지를 이룬다. 소하천들은 북북동-남남서 및 서북서-동남동 방향을 띠는 지질구조선의 영향을 많이 받았다. 따라서 이 지역에 뚫린 계림령로 새재길 이화령로 등은 지질구조선을 따라 통한다. 산간분지로 유입하는 지류들의 하곡에는 범람원이 넓게 발달한다. 신북천과 조령천, 양산천의 경우에는 논과 과수원으로 많이 이용되나, 농암천 주변에서는 주로 논이나 채소밭으로 이용된다. 분지의 가장자리에는 구릉지가 널리 분포한다. 마성과 가온의 석회암 구릉지는 저평한 현 범람원과 불연속이어서 대부분 산림지나 밭으로 이용되고, 고요리의 화강암 구릉지는 현 범람원과 연속되어 취락지와 밭으로 이용된다. 중산지는 북쪽의 고생대 평안계누층군과 남쪽의 조선계 석회암, 그리고 소백산편마암복합체 가운데 호상편마암 및 편암으로 구성된 구릉성 산지이다. 평안계누층군 지대는 비교적 험준하며 지질구조선을 따라 발달한 생육사행이 나타난다. 조선계 석회암 지대는 하나의 지형면을 이루며, 여러 가지 용식지형이 잘 발달해 있다. 산지에서는 밭농사가 이루어지나, 특히 호계에서는 하곡이 깊숙하고 산지와 불연속이어서 논농사가 우세하다. 그리고 선캠브리아기의 영남지괴에 속하는 편암류 지대는 험준한 산지를 이룬다. 대분지 주변 구릉지는 봉화-영주-예천-함창-상주로 이어지는 침식분지의 가장자리에 위치하는 구릉지대이다. 이 지역은 고도 $50{\sim}100m$의 구릉지들로 구성된 저위평탄면에 속한다. 구릉지는 과수원과 밭으로 이용되고, 구릉지들 사이의 완만한 개석곡지는 논으로 이용되고 있다.

지역별 강우분포를 고려한 블록포장지역의 유출계수 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Runoff Coefficient of Block Paved Area with Considering Regional Rainfall Distribution)

  • 합리식은 배수시설을 설계하기 위한 기본방정식으로 이용되고 있으며, 유출계수, 강우강도와 유역면적의 함수이다. 본 연구에서는 조경공간의 배수시설설계에 이용되는 합리식의 유출계수를 블록포장지역을 대상으로 지역적 강우분포를 고려하여 산정하였다. 합리식의 유출계수는 강우강도와 유출량의 비로 나타낼 수 있다. 강우강도는 재현기간과 강우지속기간의 함수로, 강우의 특성상 지역에 따라 변한다. 따라서 합리식의 유출계수는 동일한 재현기간과 강우지속기간일지라도 지역에 따라 강우강도가 변하므로 지역에 따라 변한다. 또한, 강우강도와 유출량의 비는 강우량에 대한 손실량에 따라 결정되므로, 손실량을 산정하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 Horton의 침투법칙 중 종기침투능을 이용하였다. 블록포장지역의 침투는 줄눈을 통하여 발생하며, 줄눈은 시간이 지남에 따라 황사, 오염물질, 꽃가루 등에 의하여 공극이 메워지고, 답압 등에 의하여 다져질 것이므로, 침투능은 감소할 것이다. 시공연한이 다른 6개 지역의 블록포장지역을 대상으로 Horton의 종기침투능을 산정하여 시간이 지남에 따라 침투능이 감소하는 것을 확인하였고, 지역별 재현기간 10년에 대한 강우지속기간 10, 20 및 30분에 해당하는 강우강도를 선정하여, 합리식의 유출계수를 산정하였다. 본 연구의 결과로, 산정 된 블록포장지 역의 유출계수 범위는 재현기간 10년, 강우지속기간 10분의 경우 지역에 따라 $0.94{\sim}0.84$의 범위를 가진다.
