  • Door lock system is used for the conventional method by using a key or a card, a pad Replication, loss, and the risk of damage, and has a problem that exposure to others. In this paper, Bluetooth communication and OTP built into smartphones in order to complement the existing door lock system problems OTP(One-Time-Password), Hide-Key utilizing the authentication method and the Arduino smartphone-based design of wireless OTP door lock system by enabling users it allows for more convenient and safe life free from the risk of theft and robbery.

  • In this thesis, an automatic door lock system using a dual tone multiple frequency(DTMF) signal generated as pushing the key button of mobile phone is proposed and implemented. This system consists of a transmitter module and a receiver module for processing the DTMF signal of mobile phone. The DTMF signal of mobile phone connected with ear-phone jack enter into the input terminal of DTMF receiver and those are encoded by a code-converter with 4-bits binary format in the DTMF receiver. The encoded output signals are transmitted to the amplitude shift keying(ASK) modulator of transmitter module and the modulated ASK signals which are converted into radio frequency(RF) signals propagate in a free space. The RF signals passed through a free space are demodulated by the ASK demodulator of receiver module and the demodulated ASK signals are sent to a micro-controller unit(MCU). The output signals processed by the MCU are compared with the secreted identification number which is prerecorded in a microprocessor and are transferred to a power relay. If the result is the same, the automatic door lock system opens a door. In the opposite case, it maintains closing the door. The implemented automatic door lock system operates well in mobile environments.

  • We studied smart door lock of triple security system that strengthened the security capability as it is thought that the criminal case by security vulnerability of door lock is serious in modern society. Remote locking/unlocking function, voice recognition function through mobile phone application built on Eclipse App and optical fingerprint recognition function are implemented in the door lock. Finally, it was confirmed that the security of the door lock can be strengthened through evaluation results of the app-based operation test, the voice recognition operation test, and the fingerprint recognition operation test on the experiment-made door lock system.

  • Since existing Internet of Things(IoT) is vulnerable, it may cause property damage due to the information leakage. Especially, the smart door lock system built on the IoT can cause more damage. To solve these problems, this paper classify the data generated by the sensor according to the condition and send an alarm message to the user's smartphone through Google Cloud Message (GCM). We made it possible to check the images in real time through the smartphone application and control the door lock using the TCP / IP protocol. Also, we applied OTP-Based Matrix SEED algorithm to door lock system to improve security.

  • The paper attempts to design and implement the system which can remotely check visitors' speech or Image by a mobile phone. This system is designed to recognize who a visitor is through the automatic calling service, not through a short message, via the mobile phone, even when the home owner is outside. In general, door locks are controlled through the home Server, but it is more effective to control door locks by using DTMF signal from a real-time point of view. The technology suggested in this paper makes it possible to communicate between the visiter and the home owner by making a phone call to tile home owner's mobile phone automatically when the visiter visits the house even if the home owner is outside, and if necessary, it allows for the home owner to control the door lock remotely. Thanks to the system, the home owner is not restricted by time or space for checking the visitor's identification and controlling the door lock. In addition, the security system is improved by changing from the existing password form to the combination of password and speaker verification lot the verification procedure required for controlling the door lock and setting the environment under consideration of any disadvantages which may occur when the mobile Phone is lost. Also, any existing problems such as reconnection to tile network for controlling tile door lock are solved by controlling the door lock in real time by use of DTMF signal while on the phone.

  • The door-lock switch is one of the most important part in the front-load washer. As an safety system, it keeps the door locked while the front-load washer or the dish washer is working and generating heat and spin. The door of front-load washer needs the emotionality as well as the safety because the consumers always get feels when using it. In this paper, We study about emotional factors in the door of front-load washer and analyze the difference of emotionality as the structure of the door-lock switch changed. For this, we analyze the force graph by using the software and the jig which can measure the force while the door is opened or closed.

  • Automation is being progressed rapidly in various fields with the advancement of IT technology. Home automation is a typical application and is being used in a variety of ways now. Most of digital door lock systems simply support to open and close a door using the methods of password and a particular magnetic key. In this paper, we propose a intelligent digital door lock system using face recognition technology. Our proposed system can control the locking device opening and closing from a remote location after confirming the identification of the visitor via a smart device, and support the reliable and secure control of door systems.

  • The research is on progressing to operate digital door lock with the method to guarantee the security and safety in the meantime to use digital door lock conveniently using Internet of Things (IoT) standardizing various service providing technology using IoT in home network currently. In this study, compose home network interconnecting Raspberry-PI and web server reflection this trend and composed the system to control the door lock after connect Arduino substituting converter function. Making Raspberry-PI using dynamic IP address using existing open source easily maintain DNS information and possible to connect internet network in home network ethernet and finally, making the smartphone can control door lock remotely entering designated address after connect the internet. The connection between home network and Arduino is executed by Raspberry-PI and bluetooth pairing as 1:1 and make random user's access to be impossible. Especially, to make open/close the door lock with smartphone not by using password on the keypad or using RFID card is judged as the method increasing the security make random user's access to be impossible and also increased the usefulness making remote control to be possible.

  • Recently, there was an increasing demand for an integrated access control system which is capable of user recognition, door control, and facility operations control for smart buildings automation. The market available door lock access control solutions need to be improved from the current level security of door locks operations where security is compromised when a password or digital keys are exposed to the strangers. At present, the access control system solution providers focusing on developing an automatic access control system using (RF) based technologies like bluetooth, WiFi, etc. All the existing automatic door access control technologies required an additional hardware interface and always vulnerable security threads. This paper proposes the user identification and authentication solution for automatic door lock control operations using camera based visible light communication (VLC) technology. This proposed approach use the cameras installed in building facility, user smart devices and IoT open source controller based LED light sensors installed in buildings infrastructure. The building facility installed IoT LED light sensors transmit the authorized user and facility information color grid code and the smart device camera decode the user informations and verify with stored user information then indicate the authentication status to the user and send authentication acknowledgement to facility door lock integrated camera to control the door lock operations. The camera based VLC receiver uses the artificial intelligence (AI) methods to decode VLC data to improve the VLC performance. This paper implements the testbed model using IoT open-source based LED light sensor with CCTV camera and user smartphone devices. The experiment results are verified with custom made convolutional neural network (CNN) based AI techniques for VLC deciding method on smart devices and PC based CCTV monitoring solutions. The archived experiment results confirm that proposed door access control solution is effective and robust for automatic door access control.

  • Doors are to be the most basics of our lives from opening, closing and even keeping our property. Hence, doors have been innovated to blend in and make our daily lives more convenient. However, we find it difficult to open and close the doors manually of offices or tour zones, where they open and close at a precise time everyday. To solve this, we added a dimension of time to previous Door Locks. By this, every door with this specific door lock will open and close at a certain time we want them to open or close. Also, through the application you can control the time or use it to open and close the doors remotely. In order to do this, we systemed the door lock time system based on Java Programing language to make it easy to communicate and open or close the doors through smart phone applications, with the C programming language for the ATmega128 which will open and close the doors.
