  • 1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to find out associations between "HamsanSachon DongyiSuseBowon GaboGubon" and "SangGyoHyeonTo DongyiSuseBowon" 2. Methods A comparative study of authors, colophons, tables of contents and texts of "HamsanSachon DongyiSuseBowon GaboGubon" and "SangGyoHyeonTo DongyiSuseBowon" was made. 3. Results and conclusions 1) There was a close connection between "HamsanSachon DongyiSuseBowon GaboGubon" and "SangGyoHyeonTo DongyiSuseBowon", compared their authors, colophons, tables of contents, texts, and so on. 2) It is supposed that "SaSangInByeonJeungRon" of "HamsanSachon DongyiSuseBowon GaboGubon" was not added any touches and "SaSangInByeonJeungRon" of "DongyiSuseBowon" (GyeongJaBon) was not revised. 3) "DongyiSuseBowon GaboGubon BokWonBon" and text of "SaSangUiHak" shold be amended partially.

  • 1. Purpose Between "HamsanSachon Dongyi Suse Bowon GaboGubon" and ShinChukbon "Dongyi Suse Bowon", there are many differences and changes of contents. It is due to the changes of Dong-Mu's recognition about symptoms. Therefore, this study will aim to compare constitutional symptoms of Soyangin's with Taeumin's about sweating and pissing. 2. Methods In ShinChukbon "Dongyi Suse Bowon", I found contents about sweating and pissing, and compared constitutional symptoms of Soyangin's with Taeumin's about sweating and pissing. 3. Result and Conclusion 1) In ShinChukbon "Dongyi Suse Bowon", I concluded that Soyangin who has interior disease may piss lesser than Soyangin who has ordinary symptoms. Otherwise, Taeumin who has interior disease may piss more than Taeumin who has ordinary symptoms. 2) In ShinChukbon "Dongyi Suse Bowon", I concluded that Soyangin who has interior disease sweats more than Soyangin who has ordinary symptoms. Otherwise, Taeumin who has interior disease may sweat lesser than Taeumin who has ordinary symptoms. 3) The results of this study was to compare Soyangin with Taeumin on ShinChukbon "Dongyi Suse Bowon". More studies are demanded in other writings of Dong-Mu's.

  • 1. Objectives This study classifies xylographica of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ written by Lee, Je-Ma from 1901 to 1945. 2. Methods Through researching the phrases, I collected and analyzed data from rare book lists for this study 3. Results and Conclusions 1) The first edition of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ was issued in 1901, and the second, the third, the forth, the fifth, the sixth, the seventh, in 1911, 1913, 1914, 1921, 1936, 1941 respectively. 2) The popularized printed editions of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ are not the forth and the seventh, but the fifth and the seventh. 3) The xylographica of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ was mainly issued in Seoul and Hahmhung 4) No further data except the first to seventh editions were found in Korea, although some appear to be in error.

  • Puporse This study is intended to distinct of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang on the Shinchukpan Dongyi Suse Bowon through compare with early books' prescription by studying use of Sanyak and Yeonjayuk. Method This study is reserch to use of Sanyak and Yeonjayuk in early books, Dongyi Suse Bowon-Sasang-chobonkyeon, Gapobon Dongyi Suse Bowon, Shinchukpan Dongyi Suse Bowon and Dongyibogam, Taepyungheymin-hwajegukbang in sequence of date. with this, we study a base of virtue of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang. Result and conclusion 1. Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is a prescription of treatment Gonscratia and CVA. 2. Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is base on Chungsimyeonjaum in Dongyibogam. 3. The chief virtue of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is accord with all prescription after 1894's Gapobon Dongyi Suse Bowon.

  • 1. Purpose We can find the Newly created prescriptions of ShinChukBon DongyiSuseBowon which is not described at the Discourse on the Constitutional Symptoms and Diseases and still more not exist symptom in charge. And some of prescriptions of Discourse on the Constitutional Symptoms and Diseases is not described the composition. So how can we understand that prescriptions is the purpose of research. 2. Methods All the prescription of ShinChukBon DongyiSuseBowon is analyzed by many directions and compared with early books which is DongyiSuseBowonSasangChoBonKywun, GaBoBon DongyiSuseBowon etc. 3. Result and Conclusion We can find the analysis of prescriptions of ShinChukBon DongyiSuseBowon as follows. All prescriptions can't be make clear the base of the Discourse on the Constitutional Symptoms and Diseases as only ShinChukBon DongyiSuseBowon. And that is made at the different period More research is need that how can we understand the Newly created prescriptions which is not described at the Discourse on the Constitutional Symptoms and prescriptions of Discourse on the Constitutional Symptoms and Diseases which is not described the composition. So we must expain again in view of the varies period.

  • 1. Objectives This paper was tried to find out Dong-Mu's recognition systemfor Sasang Structure about "Dongyi Suse Bowon" and "Gyukchigo" 2. Methods The study was researched through comparative studying in a structural manner between "Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物) and "Dongyi Suse Bowon" 's Heaven-Human-Nature-Order(天人性命). 3. Results and Conculusions "Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物) should be understood as Dong-Mu's change process of thinking scheme before writing the book of "Dongyi Suse Bowon" and it is somewhat difficult to make a connected attachment in a lump between "Dongyi Suse Bowon" 's Heaven-Human-Nature-Order(天人性命) and "Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物). Just "Dongyi Suse Bowon" 's Heaven-Human-Nature-Order(天人性命) can be understood as a new recognition systemto encompass" Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物).

  • This paper was written in order to study the correlation of Taeumin's symptomatic phamacology to Chinese Febrile medicine. Through the symptoms and Clinical cases, treatments of the epidemic febrile disease in ${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Suse $Bowon\{lrcorner}$ , the symptomatic phamacology for Taeumin was compared with chinese febrile medicine. The following conclusions were reached as a result of comparing the epidemic febrile disease in Taeumin with Chinese febrile medicine. 1. The concept of the epidemic febrile disease in Chinese febrile medicine is wider than that of the epidemic febrile disease in ${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Suse $Bowon\{lrcorner}$ 2. The cause of the epidemic febrile disease in Chinese febrile medicine is fevershiness almost, but the So-byung(An Natural-Ordinary Disease) of Taeumin in ${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Suse $Bowon\{lrcorner}$ is the basic method to diagnose the symptom of the epidemic febrile disease. 3. The So-byung of Taeumin in ${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Suse $Bowon\{lrcorner}$ is divided into feverish symptom and cold symptom according to the so-byung. 4. In ${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Suse $Bowon\{lrcorner}$, The method of a curative means is based on differing dimensions of the Visera and bowels, but Chinese Febrile Medicine has a equal curative means irrelevant to a patient's character.

Methods We analysed Soyangin Prescription with Poria in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Chobonkwon(東醫壽世保元 草本卷)${\lrcorner}$ , ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Gabobon(東醫壽世保元 甲牛本)${\lrcorner}$ , ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Sinchukbon(東醫壽世保元 辛丑本)${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Sasang Sinpyun(東醫四象新編)${\lrcorner}$ based on the efficacy of Poria written in ${\ulcorner}$DongMugo YakSungGa(東武遺藁 藥性歌)${\lrcorner}$ . 3. Results and Conclusions 1) Red Poria and White Poria seems to be different in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 2) Poria in Soyangin Prescription had used from the traditional medical point at the beginning, in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Chobonkwon(東醫壽世保元草本卷)${\lrcorner}$ , but its usage was changing until ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Sinchukbon(東醫壽世保元辛丑本)${\lrcorner}$ as the point of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 3. It is necessary to use Poria in Soyangin Prescription as the essence of Soyangin's life because it effects on the whole body without any distinction from body's upper part with lower part and body's exterior part with interior part.

  • 1. Objects : This paper was written in order to understand of Taeumjowitang(太陰調胃湯). 2. Methods : We analysis prescription's combination of Taeumin's experior diseases through pathology and new prescription in DongyiSuseBowonSasangChoBonKywun(東醫壽世保元 四象草本卷), DongyiSuseBowon GabObon(東醫壽世保元 甲午本), DongyiSuseBowon ShinChukBon(東醫壽世保元 辛丑本). 3. Results and Conclusions : 1) The origin of Taeumjowitang(太陰調胃湯) is BoPyeSaengMacTang(補肺生脈湯) which is combination of SaengMacSane(生脈散) and SanYakHwaWiJun(山藥和胃煎). 2) BoPyeSaengMacTang(補肺生脈湯) was changed to GilGyungSaengMacSan(桔梗生脈散) in DongyiSuseBowon GabOBon(東醫壽世保元 甲午本). GilGyungSaengMacSan(桔梗生脈散) was changed to HanDaYulSoTang(寒多熱少湯) and Taeumjowitang(太陰調胃湯) in DongyiSuseBowon ShinChukBon(東醫壽世保元 辛丑本). 3) Taeumjowitang(太陰調胃湯) is combination of BoPyeWonTang(補肺元湯) which help Exhale Dispersing Qi of Lung, and adlay(薏苡仁), dry nut(乾栗) and radish seed(羅葍子) which help Stomach Qi, calamus(石葍蒲) which regular Qi, ephedra(麻黃) which is exhale experior cold Qi.

사상의학초본권(四象醫學草本卷)과 동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)에 나타난 이제마(李濟馬)의 사상의학관(四象醫學觀)에 관한 비교고찰(比較考察) (A Comparative Study on the View of Lee Je-ma's Constitutional Medicine expressed Sasang ChobonGuen and Dongyi Suse Bowon)

  • Purpose: This studied by the comparative method the view of Lee Je-ma's Constitutional Medicine expressed Sasang ChobonGuen and Dongyi Suse Bowon. 2. Method: I studied the view of Lee Je-ma's Constitutional Medicine classified broadly 'General view of life' and 'Constitutional view of life expressed SangChonbonGuen and Dongyi Suse Bowon. 3. Results & Conclusion: Sasang ChobonGuen gathered 'Seongmoung-Ron', 'Sadan-Ron', 'Hwakchoong-Ron', 'Byeonjeong-Ron' and a part of 'Jangbu-Ron' of Dongyi Suse Bowon. It is insufficient the explanation of 'CheonGi', but the fundamental spirit is same. The study of Soyangin is done earlier, the studies of Soeumin, Taeumin, Taeyangin is done later.
