  • 1. Purpose Between "HamsanSachon Dongyi Suse Bowon GaboGubon" and ShinChukbon "Dongyi Suse Bowon", there are many differences and changes of contents. It is due to the changes of Dong-Mu's recognition about symptoms. Therefore, this study will aim to compare constitutional symptoms of Soyangin's with Taeumin's about sweating and pissing. 2. Methods In ShinChukbon "Dongyi Suse Bowon", I found contents about sweating and pissing, and compared constitutional symptoms of Soyangin's with Taeumin's about sweating and pissing. 3. Result and Conclusion 1) In ShinChukbon "Dongyi Suse Bowon", I concluded that Soyangin who has interior disease may piss lesser than Soyangin who has ordinary symptoms. Otherwise, Taeumin who has interior disease may piss more than Taeumin who has ordinary symptoms. 2) In ShinChukbon "Dongyi Suse Bowon", I concluded that Soyangin who has interior disease sweats more than Soyangin who has ordinary symptoms. Otherwise, Taeumin who has interior disease may sweat lesser than Taeumin who has ordinary symptoms. 3) The results of this study was to compare Soyangin with Taeumin on ShinChukbon "Dongyi Suse Bowon". More studies are demanded in other writings of Dong-Mu's.

  • 1. Purpose 'Gu-Bon' of ${\ulcorner}$Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ found lately was written in 1940, through comparing with 'Gu-Bon' and 'In-Bon'.   • 1. Objectives This paper was tried to find out Dong-Mu's recognition systemfor Sasang Structure about "Dongyi Suse Bowon" and "Gyukchigo" 2. Methods The study was researched through comparative studying in a structural manner between "Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物) and "Dongyi Suse Bowon" 's Heaven-Human-Nature-Order(天人性命). 3. Results and Conculusions "Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物) should be understood as Dong-Mu's change process of thinking scheme before writing the book of "Dongyi Suse Bowon" and it is somewhat difficult to make a connected attachment in a lump between "Dongyi Suse Bowon" 's Heaven-Human-Nature-Order(天人性命) and "Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物). Just "Dongyi Suse Bowon" 's Heaven-Human-Nature-Order(天人性命) can be understood as a new recognition systemto encompass" Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物).

동무공(東武公)의 학문(學問)과 철학사상(哲學思想) -유학적(儒學的) 배경(背景)에서 한 평생 노력을 통해서 완성(完成)한 사상적(四象的) 인간학(人間學)- (The Thought of Master Dong-mu on Scholarship and Philosophy)

  • Greeting the 100 year celebration of the death of Master Dong-mu, through investigating his thoght on Scholarship and Philosophy, and his new view of human being based on Sasang, I tried to reevaluate him as a Confucianist of practical mind. The conclusions were as followings ; 1. Dong-mu's recognition system of things is that based on the mind of summarizing things in view of Affair-Mind-Body-Object originated from Confucianism, and It developed 'the Marvel of Easiness & simpleness based on Yin-yang' into 'the Marvel of Easiness & simpleness based on Sasang' 2 Through understanding old Confucianism newly, Dong-mu summarized human being as having a natural character in view of Nature and Order and an autonomical character in view of Knowledge and Deed, and emphasized an autonomical character in view of Knowledge and Deed 3. In view of Knowledge and Deed, Dong-mu presented How to Say and Behave, and took it as a model of behavior in the new Confucianism. Also he presented the view of Knowledge and Deed based on Constitutions, and took it as a new mind of treatment. 4. Dong-mu can be estimated highly, in that he completed a new confucian view-point of Human being in the period of philosophic chaos, and executed the mind of General health maintenance and the mind of control others through a confucian self-control.

  • 음성 인식 제어 시스템은 사용자의 음성을 인식하여 주변 장치를 제어하는 시스템이다. 최근 음성 인식 제어 시스템은 스마트기기 뿐만 아니라, IoT(: Internet of Things), 로봇, 차량에 이르기까지 다양한 환경에 적용되고 있다. 이러한 음성 인식 제어 시스템은 사용자의 음성 외에 주변 잡음에 의한 인식률 저하가 발생한다. 이에 본 논문은 사용자의 음성 외에 주변 잡음을 제거하기 위하여 MEMS(: Microelectromechanical Systems) 마이크로폰용 이중 채널 음성 빔포밍 하드웨어 구조를 제안하였으며, 제안한 하드웨어 구조를 TowerJazz $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS(: Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) 공정을 이용하여 ASIC(: Application-Specific Integrated Circuit)을 설계하였다. 설계한 이중 채널 음성 빔포밍 ASIC은 $48mm^2$의 Die size를 가지며, 사용자의 음성에 대한 지향성 특성을 측정한 결과 4.233㏈의 특성을 보였다.

Kinetics of Binding of LPS to Recombinant CD14, TLR4, and MD-2 Proteins

  • TLR4 together with CD14 and MD-2 forms a pattern recognition receptor that plays an initiating role in the innate immune response to Gram-negative bacteria. Here, we employed the surface plasmon resonance technique to investigate the kinetics of binding of LPS to recombinant CD14, MD-2 and TLR4 proteins produced in insect cells. The dissociation constants ($K_D$) of LPS for immobilized CD14 and MD-2 were $8.7{\mu}m$, and $2.3{\mu}m$, respectively. The association rate constant ($K_{on}$) of LPS for MD-2 was $5.61{\times}10^3M^{-1}S^{-1}$, and the dissociation rate constant ($K_{off}$) was $1.28{\times}10^2S^{-1}$, revealing slow association and fast dissociation with an affinity constant $K_D$ of $2.33{\times}10^6M$ at $25^{\circ}C$. These affinities are consistent with the current view that CD14 conveys LPS to the TLR4/MD-2 complex.

The outlook on human of Sasang Constitutional Medicine was completed in the base on Confusianism and it recognized that human is consisted with congenital element based on 'Human nature-shape' and acquired element based on Knowledge-Acting. Dong-mu emphasised acquired element than inborn element. 2. Sasang Constitutional Medicine is thought that we ran overcome inborn limitation of each constitution through moral culture of aposteriori Knowledge-Acting. and that self-correction is methods which is applied to treatment of disease recovering Essential Qi of each constitution with moral culture of personality 3. Sasang Constitutional Medicine is recognizing Essential Qi by main standard that foretell prognosis of disease and emphasize recovery of Essential Qi through self-correction than way of 'Assisting-Good Qi' and 'Removig-Bad Qi' in treatment of disease. 4. Self-correction can be divided into non-herbal self-correction and herbal self-correction. Non-herbal self-correction is to control greed by aposteriori Knowledge-Acting and herbal self-correction is to recover Essential Qi by herb. 5. It is thought that the present constitutional disease is consisted by accumulating life habit nature of a disease of ordinary times, and Sasang Constitutional Medicine that present constitutional disease is treated through administration of life habit nature of a disease of ordinary times in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 6. Treatment mind to correct oneself into Golden Mean through controlling Knowledge-Acting in Sasang Constitutional Medicine may get into important treatment guide of gene medicine age.

  • 1. 연구목적 동무(東武) 이제마(李濟馬)는 사상체질의학(四象體質醫學)을 통해 인간과 생명에 대한 새로운 시각을 제시하여 기존의 의학과는 다른 관점에서 인간의 질병을 해결하고자 하였다. 그러므로 사상체질의학(四象體質醫學)을 임상에 적용하기 위해서는 그의 의학관(醫學觀)을 정확히 이해하는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 그러므로 본 논고에서는 인간(人間), 생명(生命) 그리고 질병(疾病)에 대한 그의 의학관(醫學觀)을 살펴 사상체질의학(四象體質醫學)의 임상 적용에 도움을 얻고자 하였다. 2. 연구방법 동무(東武) 이제마(李濟馬)의 저서로 밝혀진 "격치고(格致藁)", "동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)", "동의수세보원사상초본권(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)", "동무유고(東武遺藁)" 등의 문헌을 통해 그의 생애(生涯)와 의학관(醫學觀)을 살펴보았다. 3. 결론 (1). "주역(周易)"의 사물(事物)에 대한 인식체계는 도교적(道敎的) 배경에서 나온 음양론적(陰陽論的) 요약정신(要約精神)의 인식체계로 음양적(陰陽的) 역간지묘(易簡之妙)를 구현한 것이고 동무(東武) 이제마(李濟馬)의 사물(事物)에 대한 인식체계는 유학적(儒學的) 배경에서 나온 사심신물적(事心身物的) 요약정신(要約精神)의 인식체계로, "주역(周易)"의 것을 발전시켜 '사상적(四象的) 역간지묘(易簡之妙)'로 발전시켰고 이를 의학적 차원에서 완성시켰다. (2) 동무(東武) 이제마(李濟馬)의 생애는 어려웠던 시대상황 속에서 유학철학(儒學哲學)의 새로운 경지를 정립하였고, 이를 바탕으로 새로운 의학(醫學)을 창안하였으며, 더 나아가 현실참여를 통해 광제정신(廣濟精神)을 구현하고자 했던 것이라 할 수 있다. (3) 동무(東武) 이제마(李濟馬)는 '음양적(陰陽的) 역간지묘(易簡之妙)'를 터득하여 기존의 다양한 유형의 인간관(人間觀)을 천인생명(天人生命)의 사심신물적(事心身物的) 요약정신(要約精神)으로 정리하고, 이를 생명론적(生命論的), 지행론적(知行論的), 체질론적(體質論的), 인간관(人間觀)으로 제시하였다. (4) 동무(東武) 이제마(李濟馬)는 새롭게 '명맥실수(命脈實數)', '장(臟)의 본상지기(本常之氣)' 및 '생식윤보지도(生息允補之道)'의 개념으로 설정함으로써 인간수명(人間壽命)에 대한 구체적인 생명관(生命觀)을 제시하였다. (5) 동무(東武) 이제마(李濟馬)는 사상인(四象人)의 지행적(知行的) 조절(調節), 생식윤보지도(生息允補之道)의 섭생 및 치심치병(治心治病)을 통한 넓은 의미의 '광제의학정신(廣濟醫學精神)'과 새로운 사상체질병증휴계(四象體質病症休係)의 확립을 통한 '질병야요정신(疾病冶療精神)'을 제시하여 의학(醫學)에서의 '역간지묘(易簡之妙)'를 구현하였다.

손바닥선인장 추출물의 플라보노이드 구조 규명 및 HPLC-PDA를 이용한 지표성분의 함량 분석 (Identification of Flavonoids from Extracts of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten and Content Determination of Marker Components Using HPLC-PDA)

  • 손바닥선인장으로부터 기능성식품 개발을 위하여 최적의 에탄올 추출물 탐색과 HPLC-PDA 분석방법에 의한 validation을 실시하였다. 지표성분으로 dihydrokaempferol (DHK)과 3-O-methylquercetin(3-MeQ)을 선정하여 표준화를 실시하였으며 검출법 확립을 위한 정량분석은 Luna RP-18 칼럼($4.6{\times}250mm$, $5{\mu}m$)을 이용하여 1% 인산용액과 아세토니트릴을 전개 용매로 사용하였다. 용출은 1.0 mL/min의 유속으로 기울기 용출(gradient elution) 방법을 이용하였으며, 280 nm 파장에서는 DHK를, 360 nm 파장에서는 3-MeQ를 검출한 피크 면적을 이용하여 검량곡선을 작성하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 확립한 분석법으로 특이성, 직선성, 정밀성, 정확성, 회수율을 검색하였다. DHK의 검량선으로부터 상관계수($R^2$) 0.9998의 우수한 직선성과 intra-day와 inter-day 분석에서 97% 이상의 회수율과 3% 미만의 RSD를 나타내 정밀성과 정확성을 입증하였다. 3-MeQ의 검량선으로부터 상관계수($R^2$) 1의 우수한 직선성과 intra-day와 inter-day 분석에서 95% 이상의 회수율과 7% 미만의 RSD를 나타내 정밀성과 정확성을 입증하였다. DHK의 검출한계는 $1.38{\mu}g/mL$, 정량한계는 $4.18{\mu}g/mL$로 나타났으며, 3-MeQ의 검출한계는 $3.49{\mu}g/mL$, 정량한계는 $10.6{\mu}g/mL$로 나타났다. 손바닥선인장 에탄올 추출물(OFSEs)은 70과 $80^{\circ}C$에서 50, 70, 80% 에탄올로 3, 4, 5, 6시간 동안 각각 추출하였으며, 지표물질의 검량곡선을 활용하여 각각의 OFSEs로부터 두 종의 지표물질 함량을 분석하였다. 본 시험법으로 분석한 지표물질의 함량은 $80^{\circ}C$에서 추출한 70% OFSE가 DHK $26.42{\pm}0.65mg/OFS100g$, 3-MeQ $3.88{\pm}0.29mg/OFS100g$의 함량을 나타내 가장 우수하게 나타났다. 다양한 OFSEs에 대하여 DPPH 자유 라디칼 소거효능과 쥐의 간 균질액을 이용한 지질과산화 저해 효능에 대한 항산화 효능은 지표물질의 함량이 가장 높은 70% OFSE에서 우수한 효능을 나타내 본 연구에서 확립한 원료 표준화를 위한 적합한 분석법임이 검증되었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 HPLC-PDA를 이용한 손바닥선인장 에탄올 추출물의 DHK와 3-MeQ의 분석법은 개별인정형 건강 기능식품 기능성 원료 개발을 위한 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 생각한다.
