This study analyzes the Baekche official costume system, including the dress, cap and belt systems, by relating documentary records with the results of excavations. The study shows that the system differed depending on the time. A system of dress based on official ranks was instituted during the region of King Goi in the third century. The rap amd belt systems were begun in the first half of sixth century The official costume system, as recorded in the Chinese history $Sus{\u{o}}$, included many subdivisions of cap colors, which followed belt colors. According to $Gudangs{\u{o}}$, dress and cap systems changed in the seventh century. The official costume consisted of a $jacket(j{\u{o}}gori)$, trousers(baji), and coat(po). The coat had wide sleeves and reached below knees. Its collar had straight neckline. Officials of all rank wore silk caps and belts of matching colors. Officials above sixth rank used silver flower decorations on their caps. Officials wore wide-crouch trousers and generally adjusted the hems of the trousers, but this practice stopped in the sixth century. Officials wore shoes or boots depending on occasion. From a historical viewpoint, Baekche is important for having been the first Korean kingdom to establish a government organization. The salient feature of the system of organization established in A.D. 260(the twenty-seventh year of the region of King Goi) was the application of different colors to identify different ranks.

National efforts responding to climate change is directly connected to competitiveness of the urban environment. Practice in the daily life of the individual citizens is prerequisite for the paradigm shift that can be made by the reduction of the city's energy consumption and low-carbon green growth. Therefore, the comprehensive understanding combined with the educational programs is required on the issue of the ecological environment and the urban environment competitiveness. In this paper, the meaning and role of urban ecological environment will be researched first. it also takes a look at the content of curriculum and analyses domestic policies related to environmental education of primary and middle schools. In addition, video documentary on urban ecological environment will be analyzed for the development of educational media dealing with environmental training in schools. Consequently, urban ecological environment shown in video media content will be identified and the advantage of this possibility as a medium of education is to be proposed.
With the current evolution from paper to electronic records the documentary credit market has been looking to ICC to provide guidance in this transition. To allow bankers and traders to familiarize themselves with this trend, eUCP has come into force from April 1st 2002. The eUCP provides definitions to allow current UCP terminology to accommodate the presentation of the equivalent of paper documents electronically and to provide necessary rules to allow the UCP and eUCP to work together. It is important to understand that many of the Articles of the UCP are not impacted by the presentation of electronic equivalent of paper documents and do not require any changes to accommodate electronic presentation. When read together the UCP and the eUCP will be broad enough to allow for developing practice in this area. The eUCP is not a revision of the UCP. The UCP will continue to provide the industry with rules for paper letters of credit in conjunction with the eUCP. This study comments that some characteristics of the eUCP have unique properties, such as juncture, envelope, homotheticity functions, and some applicable interpretations including abstraction of letter of credit, notice of completeness, notice of discrepancies and corruption of electronic records.
In the history of the study of Shakespeare's texts the eighteenth century marked the emergence of editors, and in the history of Shakespearean editing Edmond Malone's emphasis on documentary evidence inaugurated a new stage. Malone's antiquarian scholarship sought to establish Shakespeare in the theatrical context of his age and a historically informed view of the physical circumstances under which he wrote his plays. Malone's editorial use of historical sources in terms of Shakespeare's past formulated a new mode of ascertaining his authorship: the construction of Shakespeare as a man of the theatre as well as of literature. Malone was the first scholar to recognize Shakespeare's merits as an actor, and to introduce the concept of the theatrical Shakespeare, which has become the scholarly norm since. In this respect this paper is designed to demonstrate that Malone's editorial principle and practice are characteristic of the identification of the factual documents of Shakespeare's biography, the authentication of his material to attain his true text, and the construction of his personal experiences through intensive readings of his plays. In conclusion, Malone's new criteria laid the foundation for the progress towards authorizing Shakespeare, thereby canonizing him as a figure of the theatrical and literary authority.

This study aimed at overviewing the situation of information literacy education and research in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region, and developing an ASEAN network model on information literacy. This research used documentary and qualitative research methods. Key resources consisted of twenty bibliometric studies and related documents and two groups of key persons. The first group consisted of twenty-seven purposive key persons from eight countries, and the second group consisted of seven key persons from five countries. The research instruments comprised a data collection form and focus group/ interviewing forms. Data was collected by focus group discussion and online interviews, and qualitative content analysis was used in data analysis and presented descriptively. Research findings showed that: 1) information literacy education and research in the ASEAN region varied across countries and placed importance on the educational context. Singapore was found to be the most leading and productive country in ASEAN in information literacy with the highest number of journal articles on the international scale, and was among the most contributing groups at the regional and global level; 2) the ASEAN Network on Information Literacy (ASEAN-NIL) has been developed as a model with its principles, objectives, management system, activities, and promotion strategies. Its strengths are an integrated scope, multidimensional orientation, and interdisciplinary and collaborative partnerships at the national, regional, and international level, suitable for the ASEAN context, the online environment, and the digital educational ecosystem.
Objectives :The Shishimilu is a clinical treatise, published in 1687 by Qing period doctor, Chensiduo. The purpose of this study is to report the newly discovered Korean translation to the academic world and discuss its significance. Methods : The newly discovered Korean translated version was examined in detail focusing on bibliography and content items. In addition, the time of introduction of the Shishimilu to Joseon was studied philologically. Results : 1. The time of completion was during the period of the Korean Empire. 2. The original text was faithfully translated. 3. The book was rearranged from the original document to make it easier to apply in clinical practice. 4. Experiences of Joseon medicine were reflected, mainly prescriptions. 5. According to documentary evidence, the Shishimilu was first introduced to Korea only in the late 19th century, and was widely distributed during the Japanese colonial period. Conclusions : he Korean translated version of the Shishimilu was the earliest among known Korean translations of Chinese medical texts, and while faithfully translating the original text, the compilation was rearranged to make it easier to apply clinically. In addition, the experience of Joseon medicine was reflected mostly in prescriptions. It could be determined that if contents of the Shishimilu appear in Korean literature whose writing period is unknown, it can be historically verified to have been written after the late 19th century.
The purpose of this paper is to study the concept of public interest in broadcasting, which has been approached only from a policy or legislative perspective in Korea, through analysis of the program content itself. To this end, this study focuses on French broadcasting, which has a long history of public service, has learned the concept of 'public interest' during its long growth process, and has specifically put this concept into practice through program production. Analysis of French TV programs that have been broadcast over the past 10 years categorizes the concept of public interest that French broadcasting has embodied into the following three categories. The first is the characteristic of 'freedom of speech: 'participation' and 'generality' in the public sphere' shown by discussion programs or talk shows. The second is the characteristic of 'transmission of cultural identity', which is shown even in entertainment programs. The third is the characteristic of 'social capital: spreading the value of social solidarity' shown in documentary or discussion programs. In addition, we examine how French broadcasting is implementing public interest at a time when digital media such as YouTube or Instagram are becoming the center of the media environment, and a digital public social media called 'Culture Prime' created by public institutions.

In this study, we analyzed the process of pre-service science teachers' designing and implementation of lessons in teaching practice from the perspective of CHAT. Five pre-service teachers attending the Department of Chemistry Education at the College of Education in Seoul participated in this study. We observed their teaching practice, collected documentary data, and conducted in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using the constant comparative method based on grounded theory. The analyses of the results reveal that, due to the lack of authority to make decisions for lesson design, pre-service teachers faced difficulties and had direct conflict with teachers. In addition, it was difficult for them to obtain sufficient contextual information for lesson design even through subject orientation and classroom observation, which made it difficult for them to design lessons. When consecutive lessons were taken by several pre-service teachers, there were many problems such as poor continuity of lessons. Given limited authority to assess students, they conducted additional assessments. They showed a lack of professionalism when conducting assessments. The cause of this could be found in the curriculum of the College of Education. Some ways to provide better teaching practice based on the results are discussed.
In this study, pre-service science teachers' difficulties in teaching practice were investigated from the perspectives of pre-service teachers and cooperating teachers. Nine pre-service teachers who were attending a department of chemistry education at a college of education in Seoul and participated in teaching practice, and two of their cooperating teachers participated in the study. Teaching practice were observed, documentary data were collected, and interviews were conducted. The collected data were analyzed using analysis method of grounded theory. As results of the analysis, the pre-service teachers had difficulties in preparing and executing lessons which include experiments, because education related to experiments in middle and high schools was insufficient at the college of education and environments of cooperating school were unfamiliar to them. They had difficulties in encountering various responses from students in student-centered activities and tried to control students. Cooperating teachers did not provide specific assistance to ensure the autonomy of pre-service teachers, so that pre-service teachers suffered. Guiding science club activities was a meaningful experience to pre-service teachers, but it was a burden on both pre-service teachers and cooperating teachers. Educational implications of these findings were discussed.
Even though there are some discrepancies in detail with the legal characteristic of the issuing bank's notice to the beneficiary of opening of the letter of credit, article 25 of "the Korean Private International Act(hereunder, 'KPIA')" can be applied to the legal relation between the issuing bank and the beneficiary or the negotiating bank. According to article 26 of the KPIA, if there is no agreement between the issuing bank and its opponent party as to the governing law issues, a state's law which has the closest relationship with the subject case may be applied. In the latter case, given the facts that the issuing bank plays important roles in every phasis of the sale of goods by the letter of credit, a law of place where the issuing bank's business premises is situated(the $lex$$situs$) can be the applicable law. Meanwhile, "the Korean Supreme Court(hereunder 'KSC')" held that the beneficiary or the negotiating bank can claim any damages arising due to the refusal or deferred payment of the issuing bank, and the law which governs the above mentioned situation is the same law that is applicable to the legal relation between the issuing bank and the beneficiary or the negotiating bank. The main reason of the KSC's ruling is that the nature of the legitimate interest rate which is stated in article 3 of "the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition etc. of Legal Proceeding(hereunder 'ASCELP')" is substantial matters, not procedural. Taking into account, however, that the main object of ASCELP lies in expedition of legal proceeding, prompt realization of people's rights and duties, and prevention of delayed legal proceeding, it is recommendable that ASCELP, instead of the law applicable to the legal relation between the issuing bank and the beneficiary or the negotiating bank, should be applied to the cases in which the malicious debtor's only and main purpose is delaying the legal proceedings. On the other hand, even if the issuing bank's duty of examination of the documents which were tendered by the beneficiary or the negotiating bank is restricted to the formality and strict conformity of the documents and not the substantiality of the documents, the issuing bank still has to examine the documents with due diligence that is required to the banks whose main business is sales of documents, not the real goods. In this regard, under the circumstances where the document lacked the regularity and/or the formality on its face because of the forgery of the document and where it was expected that an ordinary banker might have easily found any faults with the document, the issuing bank must compensate any parties for damages when it pays money without due diligence as a banker who engaged in the sales of documents.
