This paper presents an investigation of satellite radio access technology for beyond IMT-2000 systems. Although we could not see any active role of a satellite system in the 3G networks, satellite system will provide strong advantages in future systems for certain applications. Because a satellite link has longer round trip delay than a terrestrial link, we need technologies that would make the satellite component especially efficient. After presenting the satellite radio interface of the 3G system, we suggest several points which need to be considered in the beyond 3G systems. We also suggest a few candidate technologies with various simulation results.

이동국에서 받은 되먹임 정보를 바탕으로 하는 차단 적응 전송 기법을 쓸 때, 여러 반송파 부호분할 다중접속/주파수분할 다중방식의(multi carrier code division multiple access/frequency division multiplexing: MC CDMA/FDM 내림 연결 성능을 알아본다. 셀이 하나일 때 직교 서명수열을 쓰면, 제안한 기법은 여러 반송파 직접 수연 부호분할 다중접속(direct sequence/code division multiple access: MC DS/CDMA) 방식과 적응 주파수 뜀/직접 수열(frequency hopping/direct sequence: FH/DS) 방식보다 성능이 더 좋다. 셀이 여럿일 때에도 직교 서명수열이나 확률 서명수열을 쓰면, 제안한 기법이 적응 주파수 뜀/직접 수열 방식보다 성능이 더 좋다.

중국정부는 중의약의 발전을 도모하고자, 1988년에 중국중의약관리국을 개설하여 매년마다 전국중의약통계적편(全國中醫葯統計摘編)을 대내외에 공개하고 있다. 이것은 중국의 중의약 인프라에 대한 체계적인 관리를 통해 중의약을 향후 세계시장에서 선점하고자 하는 의도로 판단된다. 전국중의약통계적편(全國中醫葯統計摘編)의 통계는 초기에는 구성도 체계화되지 못하였으나, 해를 거듭할수록 통계의 구성 내용이 다양화되었으며, 체계화 및 표준화되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 중의자원, 중의 의료기구 운영 및 서비스, 중의교육, 중의약과학연구 및 사업비에 대한 투자를 증가시켜 동양의약의 주도권을 잡기 위한 노력을 엿볼 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중국중의약관리국에서 매년 발표하는 전국중의약통계적편(全國中醫葯統計摘編)에 대한 구성 체계, 구축현황, 통계작성 제도에 대한 구성분석과 연도별 중의자원, 중의의료기구 운영 및 서비스, 중의교육, 중의약과학연구 및 사업비에 대한 변동 추이에 대한 내용분석으로 나누어 중국의 중의약 발전을 위해 어떤 노력을 하고 있는지 알아보고자 하였다.

Because the coins of about 920 billion are hoarded during these ten years, the national treasury of about 35 billion wons is wasted in minting coins every year. In this paper we promote to revitalize the circulation of coins through the connection with the financial world. Firstly embedded software that is contained in the coin banking ATM is developed. Then we developed new business process model that does customer spend coins efficiently in online through this system. The system constructed in this paper can contribute to the public interest and the marketability of the nation because of reducing waste of the national treasury and improving utilization and negotiability of coins.

In this paper, downlink capacity of time duplex division (TDD) based cellular wireless networks utilizing fixed hopping stations is investigated. In the network, a number of fixed subscriber stations act as hopping transmission stations between base stations and far away subscribers, forming a cellular and ad hoc mobile network model. At the radio layer, TDD code division multiple access (CDMA) is selected as the radio interface due to high efficiency of frequency usage. In order to improve the system performance in terms of downlink capacity, we propose different time slot allocation schemes with the usage of fixed hopping stations, which can be selected by either random or distanced dependent schemes. Performance results obtained by computer simulation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed network to improve downlink system capacity.

This study is aimed at examination and analysis of current status of university library's line and staff organization especially the private university's. Motivation for this study is based on the following facts : First, the library work now is changing from the conventional one to automated one. Second, librarians in the front line must be trained in the newly set work because of the separation of work process in automated libraries. Methodologies of this study, apart from theoretical aspects, were visiting and interviewing librarians at 30 university libraries, examining the current status and problems of the line and staff organization of the university libraries. The result from the study is as follows: First, interviewing reveals that 35% of the 75 private university library is having 'associate directorship by librarian' system. Benefits from this system are described, recommending other University libraries adopt this system. This system su n.0, pplements the weak point of concurrent director's office of lay professor, as well as encourages librarian's morale by promotion. Second, the current organization of the university libraries are to be reformed. Namely, 1) the name of each division must be newly and a n.0, ppropriately set of changed suiting for the work of automated library, thus reforming the division. This must be conducted via collection of opinions of the Korean Library and Information Science Society' and associated organizations. 2) Newly formed division(for example, administrative division or division of operation and management, division conducting digital library work, etc.) must be added to the line and staff organization. 3) For information service division, there must be a certain number of subject specialists. 4) Status of the directorship of university library, librarianship, issue of renaming of university library are also described.

컴퓨터 통신이 보조통신 수단에서 주 통신 수단으로 변하고 있는 지금 메신저는 그 선두에 서있다. 꿈이라 생각 했던 얼굴을 보면서 대화 한다는 것이 컴퓨터를 통해 이루어 졌다. 이 두 가지 기능을 합쳐 놓은 것이 멀티 메신저이다. 이 논문에서 구현된 멀티메신저는 기존의 메신저들과 경쟁력을 두기 위하여 각각 차세대 언어라 할 수 있는 .NET 와 강력한 MFC을 사용하였다. 또한 메신저 기능뿐 만이 아니라 화상 채팅 기능을 포함했다.

Secure digital payment is critical in the successful shaping of global digital business. Digital payments are increasingly being used as a substitute to traditional payments, contributing markedly to the efficiency of the economy. The focus of every digital business transaction is to minimize risks arising from transactions. It is essential to ensure the security of digital payment whether used in internal networks or over wireless Internet. This paper analyses secure digital payment methods from the viewpoint of systemic security and transaction security. According to comparative analysis of digital payment models, this paper proposes a comparative analysis framework to investigate and evaluate secure digital payment. In conclusion, the comparative analysis framework, comparison of digital payment models and mobile payment models proposes a useful academic and practical foundation to enhance the understanding of secure digital payment methods. It also provides academic background and practical guidelines for the development of secure digital payment systems.

The world is in the process of a structural change related to ICT convergence knowledge industries. ICT is leading to the creation of new products and services, and is making our lives more convenient, safer, and more efficient. In advanced countries, many studies have been conducted with the goal of developing new business models converged with ICT, and this is also the case in the food industry. Korea possesses world-leading ICT, and if this ICT is applied to the food industry, a world-class new business model can be developed. The u-Food System, which is in the process of development in Korea, is a next-generation food system that can allow food providers, consumers, and distributors to access various types of information about food products, including traceability, distribution, safety, quality, and freshness, and manage this information. It is a future food system that converges ICT, biotechnology and sensing technology with food. Based on the u-Food System, this paper will introduce the status of current smart quality distribution technologies that converge ICT (such as sensor tag, sensor network, LBS, GIS, and CDMA) with food technologies (such as traceability, quality, distribution management) to manage the safety and quality of fresh food in the distribution process.
