Stick Type Ignition Coil Jacket PET의 접촉응력 해석 (Contact Stress Analysis of Stick Type Ignition Coil Jacket PET)

  • Stick type ignition coil is new development that connect directly with ECU(Electronic control unit), without needing a spark plug cable and distributor. Glass-fiber reinforced ploymeric composites provide the desirable properties of high stiffness and strength as well as low specific weight. Stick type ignition coil jacket is using PBT CF30 resin. PBT CF30 resin is a kind of electric insulation which is a superior engineering plastic that is used to prevent the leakage of the electrical current. If PET receive a mistake of design or excessive force when HV terminal oppress on jacket, it can happen to crack. Local stress concentrations occurring on the contact surface, the contact phenomenon becomes a direct cause to the wear and failure of mechanical structures. When it is cracked, it can allow a leakage of the electrical current. So, in this study, we analyze the contact stress to PBT jacket using ANSYS program, when HV terminal oppress on jacket. We suppose PBT to be Jacket and we analyzed contact stress that happens in PET like PBT analysis method. We compared the use of PBT and PET.

모바일환경에서의 스트리밍 서비스를 위한 DRM 시스템에 대한 연구 (A DRM System for Streaming Services in Mobile Environment)

  • 본 논문에서 모바일 환경에서의 VOD 스트리밍 서비스를 위한 DRM 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 모바일 환경에서 사용되어지기 위해 독자적으로 구축된 클라이언트 서비스를 위한 핵심요소인 DRM 클라이언트 매니저(컨슈머)와, DRM 서비스를 제공하는 DRM 서버로 구성된다. 컨슈머는 이러한 모바일 환경에서 효율과 처리능력을 극대화하기 위해 클라이언트에서 독립적으로 존재하고, 라이센스 서비스, 컨텐츠 서비스, 접근 서비스 그리고 트랙킹 서비스로 구성된다. DRM 서버는 VOD 스트리밍을 위한 스트리밍 서버, 분배자, 라이센스 서버, 그리고 프로바이더로 구성된다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존의 DRM 시스템에서 처리하는데 어려운 모바일 환경에 적합한 구조를 가지고 있으며, 클라이언트 매니저에서 라이센스 매니저를 이용해서 2차 배포문제를 풀 수 있다.

  • Korea District heating corp. recently give an attention to combine the district heating and supply pipes as a two pipe system that are in the present system separated with room heating and warm water supply pipe, and the two pipe system is commonly applied for heating service in European countries. In the new two pipe system, only one heat source is supplied to a house and partitioned into room heating and warm water supply by household substation. So the effective distribution of supplied heat source in accordance to user intention is very important. This paper presents the development and performance test of three-way proportional control valve for a combined heat source system in district heating. The proposed valve is controlled to partition heat source into two different directions : hot water distributor for space heating and household substation for warm water supply in response to the pressure drops of tap water caused by the user. The performance investigation is shown within 3% of error compared to the theoretical model of the three-way proportional valve and its controllability is verified.

  • 현재의 저작권 보호 기술 개발은 디지털 콘텐츠의 최종 소비자인 구매자단을 대상으로 해서 주로 이루어지고 있다. 그러나. 불법복제는 최종 소비자인 구매자뿐만 아니라 디지털 콘텐츠의 유통 가치사슬 중간 단계인 공급자와 배포자단에서도 항상 발생할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 창작자가 콘텐츠를 배포한 시점부터 구매자가 소비하는 시점까지 모든 유통 가치사슬에서 콘텐츠의 저작권 보호를 지원하는 End-to-end 디지털 저작권 보호 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다 제안하는 시스템은 창작자, 공급자, 배포자 단에서도 구매자 단에서와 같이 콘텐츠 저작권을 안전하게 관리하고 콘텐츠의 불법 사용을 방지할 수 있는 기술적 장치를 제공함으로써 각 유통주체의 저작권을 보호하고 소유권 침해를 방지할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.

스마트 폰을 이용한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 보안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Multi-Media Contents Security using Smart Phone)

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트카드를 이용한 모델에서 제안한 방법의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 사용자의 최소한 정보를 이용한 인증과 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 암호화, DRM(Digital Right Management), 접근제어 등의 기술을 이용하여 사용자의 정보를 보호하고, 저작권자와 배포권자, 사용자의 권리를 보호하는 콘텐츠 유통 모델을 제안하였다. 제안한 시스템은 기존 방식의 단점을 해결하였을 뿐만 아니라 네 가지 유형의 위험, 즉 타 휴대기기에서 다운로드한 콘텐츠의 사용 여부와 복호화 키에 대한 공격, 콘텐츠 유출 공격, 불법 복제 등 내부자 공격 등을 모두 방어할 수 있다는 점에서 가장 안전한 방법으로 평가되었다.

The Management of International Distribution Channels : Focusing on the Perspective Korean Exporting Companies

  • Purpose - The objective of this research is to investigate how selected Korean General Trading Companies, (KGTCs), manage their international distribution channels to sustain the growth of the international marketplace. Specifically, the following questions were answered: What is the profile of the respondents in the position from the company, the experience in channel of distribution operations, the number of distribution channels existing in the international marketplace. Research design, data, methodology -The thirty-nine respondents representing 55 percent have less than 10 years of experience in channel of distribution operations while 34 respondents, equivalent to 45 percent have 10 or more years of experience. All of the respondent KGTCs are using the channel of distribution in their export operations in Asia. Respondent KGTCs' 2015 export sales in Asia were between US$ 100 to 200 million. Results - There are no significant differences in the perceptions of the two groups of respondents with regard to the perceived practices of KGTC in the management of international distribution channels. Exporting companies use common sense when managing conflicts and emphasize the importance of a clear contract which states what obligations and requirements there are of each party in order to prevent conflict. Conclusions - The higher level of details in the contract, the lesser would conflicts arise. The more intense communication, the higher level of information exchange. 국내시장에서의 중국 수산물 경쟁력 분석 (An Analysis of the Chinese Fishery Products Competitiveness in Korean Market)

  • The main propose of this study is to analyze of the Chinese Fisheries Products competitiveness in Korean Market. This study was using a model of working partnerships by James C. Anderson & James A. Narus(1990). That is, Support is found for a number of the hypothesized construct relations and in both manufacture firm and distributor firm model, for the respecification of cooperation as an antecedent rather than a consequence of trust. This study was able to apply this model's intention for the relationship between Chinese fisheries products exporter and Korean importer, because I thought that competitiveness of trade market was based on relationship between the two countries traders. The results of this study are summarized as follows. As the above result, the several hypothesized correlation among the factors were significant. These results was tried to apply the competitiveness degree index as main factors among the countries, The method of measuring competitiveness .degree index was [(outcome + influence + communication + coopration + trust + satisfaction) - conflict, In result, China was 21.5583, USA was 20.2667, East Asia was 18.79126, EU was 18.4723, Russia was 16.3858.

LSTM 및 Conv1D-LSTM을 사용한 공급 사슬의 티어 예측 (Prediction of Tier in Supply Chain Using LSTM and Conv1D-LSTM)

  • Supply chain managers seek to achieve global optimization by solving problems in the supply chain's business process. However, companies in the supply chain hide the adverse information and inform only the beneficial information, so the information is distorted and cannot be the information that describes the entire supply chain. In this case, supply chain managers can directly collect and analyze supply chain activity data to find and manage the companies described by the data. Therefore, this study proposes a method to collect the order-inventory information from each company in the supply chain and detect the companies whose data characteristics are explained through deep learning. The supply chain consists of Manufacturer, Distributor, Wholesaler, Retailer, and training and testing data uses 600 weeks of time series inventory information. The purpose of the experiment is to improve the detection accuracy by adjusting the parameter values of the deep learning network, and the parameters for comparison are set by learning rate (lr = 0.001, 0.01, 0.1) and batch size (bs = 1, 5). Experimental results show that the detection accuracy is improved by adjusting the values of the parameters, but the values of the parameters depend on data and model characteristics.

  • 본 연구는 달착륙선을 위한 하이브리드 추진 시스템의 기초 연구로서 동시 점화 및 산화제 유량 분배를 통한 클러스터링 연구를 수행하였다. 클러스터링 연소 실험을 위해 지상 연소 실험 시스템을 구축하였으며, 산화제와 연료는 각각 기체 산소(gas oxygen)와 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(High Density Poly Ethylene)을 사용하였다. 실험 결과 화약 점화를 사용한 동시 점화 장치는 동일한 시점에 점화가 되었으며, 유량 분배 장치를 통해 비교적 균일하게 산화제 분배가 이루어져 각 연소실 내에서의 압력이 비교적 동일하게 나타난 것을 확인하였다.

수중 빙 제조방식을 적용한 빙축열시스템의 축방냉 특성 실험 (Experiment of Characteristic on the Charge and Discharge of Cold in Ice Storage System Applied Ice Making Method In-Water)

  • This paper is concerned with the development of a new method for making and separating ice and saving floated ice by installing an evaporation plate at in-water within a storage tank. In a conventional harvest-type ice storage system, a tank saves ice by separating a formed ice from an installed evaporation plate, which is located above an ice storage tank as an ice storage system. A new harvest-type method shows very good heat transfer efficiency than a convectional method. It is because the evaporation panel is directly contacted with water in a storage tank. Also, at a conventional system a circulating pump, a circulating water distributor and a piping are installed, but these components are not necessary in a new method. In this study two kinds of ice storage systems are experimentally investigated to study the thermal characteristics of ice storage tanks. The results showed discharge of cold capacity of new type indicated the high values about 30~40% based on five time of drive, the temperature difference of inlet/outlet occurred the big range about $1.3^{\circ}C$. So, the new type which makes ice in water showed superiorly.
