한국전력공사에서는 신배전정보시스템(NDIS1)) 및 배전자동화(DAS2)) 활용능력 향상과 배전업무 우수인력 양성을 위하여 2004년부터 매년 배전기술경진대회를 치러오고 있으며 올해 제5회 대회를 맞이하고 있다. 따라서 2004년부터 현재까지 배전기술 경진대회의 발전 방향을 소개하고, 아울러 대회 신청자, 참가자 등 각종 데이터에 대한 이력관리를 통하여 결과를 분석하고 참가자에 대한 업무수행 능력 수준 및 평가요소별 강 약점을 제시하고 지역별, 연령별 수준분석을 통한 배전정책결정 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

Variations in the course and distribution of common palmar digital nerves and arteries are rare. A classic common palmar digital nerves and arteries are defined as concomitant. During routine dissection classes to undergraduate medical students we observed formation of each common palmar digital nerve divided into 2 or 3 branches and formed a ring enclosing the corresponding common palmar digital artery. Knowledge of the anatomical variations of the common palmar digital nerves and arteries is crucial for safe and successful hand surgery.

In this study, software products developed in the course of testing, software managers in the process of testing software test and test tools for effective learning effects perspective has been studied using the NHPP software. The finite failure nonhomogeneous Poisson process models presented and the life distribution applied exponential and log shaped type hazard function. Software error detection techniques known in advance, but influencing factors for considering the errors found automatically and learning factors, by prior experience, to find precisely the error factor setting up the testing manager are presented comparing the problem. As a result, the learning factor is greater than autonomous errors-detected factor that is generally efficient model could be confirmed. This paper, a failure data analysis of applying using time between failures and parameter estimation using maximum likelihood estimation method, after the efficiency of the data through trend analysis model selection were efficient using the mean square error and coefficient of determination.

This study is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching or studying programs, and thus to overcome the selectionbias in studies. Selection-bias derived from unobservable characteristics in the course of participants selection of the teaching or studying programs, in the case of cross-section data instrumental variable(IV) method and two stage least square estimation were suggested as an analysis tool. Panel data were analyzed by using both fixed effect in which individual effects are captured by intercept terms and random effect estimation where an unobserved effect can be characterized as being randomly drawn from a given distribution.

There are invisible wars going on to preoccupy required satellite information for national defense, industry and living in the out space. Therefore, Korea has developed and successfully launched KOMPSAT (Korea Multi-Purpose SATellite), Korea's first multi-pur pose applications satellite, on December 21, 1999. In the course of geometric corrections with KOMPSAT-1 images, an accuracy of GCP collections is analyzed by the coordinated of digital map respective and an accuracy according to the GCP disposition was analyzed as well. For disposition of GCP, it turned out that even distribution on the whole screen contributes to promote accuracy. These are expected to used as basic data in putting the KOMPSAT-1 geometric correction into practical use.

an acute, unilateral, self-limited inflammatory disease of cerebral ganglia and the ganglia of posterior nerve roots and peripheral nerves in a segmented distribution, caused by the chickenpox virus, and characterized by groups of small vesicles in the cutaneous areas along the course of affected nerves, and associated with neuralgic pain. three case of herpes zoster has severe post herpetic neuralgia. these patients has been treated with westernmedicine. But they could not expect to improve condition. We exprienced three cases of herpes zoster that have a result of effect with oriental treatment and lazer threaphy.

Thermal decomposition of hydrated surface layer of $Mg(OH)_2$ at $500^{\circ}C$ in vacuum turned non-porous MgO into porous one with high surface area of around $270 m^2$/g. Most of its surface area, 74 %, was from micropores, and rest of it was from mesopores in wedge-shaped slits, exhibiting bimodal size distribution centered around 30 and 90${\AA}$. Rehydration followed by subsequent dehydration at $300 ^{\circ}C$ in dynamic vacuum further raised the surface area to 340 $m^2$/g. Fraction of microporous surface area was increased to 93%, and the shape of the mesopores was modified into parallel slits with a specific dimension of 32 ${\AA}$. Application of $Fe_2O_3$ over MgO via iron complex formation did not alter the pore characteristics of MgO core, except slightly increased pore dimension. Over the course of the modification, $Fe_2O_3$ stayed on the surface possibly via spill-over reaction.

Importance Sampling (IS) has been applied to accelerate the occurrence of rare events. However, it has a drawback of effective biasing scheme to make the estimator from IS unbiased. Adaptive Importance Sampling (AIS) employs an estimated sampling distribution of IS to the systems of interest during the course of simulation. We propose Nonparametric Adaptive Importance Sampling (NAIS) technique which is nonparametrically modified version of AIS and test it to estimate a probability of rare event in M/M/1 queueing model. Comparing with classical Monte Carlo simulation, the computational efficiency and variance reductions gained via NAIS are substantial. A possible extension of NAIS regarding with random number generation is also discussed.

In eight golf courses of southern area fair way soil profile was investigated for soil physical, chemical properties, and root distribution. These were carried out only A horizon(lScm depth) in one golf course. Soil series was all different, Leaching to lower horizon was greator in order of Mg=$NO_3$> $NH_4$=Ca> K. Organic matter content was higher in B horizon than A in three golf courses. Soil phosphorus appeared to more down greatly in two golf courses. Soil pH was higher in lower horizon of all places. Such pH increase with depth seemed to he related with mineral leaching, Among the horizons of all golf courses BC showed significant correlation with K (EC =0.1025K +0.0157, r=0. 8012 p=0. 001 n=20). Both Fe and Mn were higher in A horizon.

Polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity in 200×g (cell wall), 4,000×g (plastid), 100,000×g (mitochondrial) and soluble fractions of the perilla leaves was monitored in the upper, middle and lower sections of the plant. In the course of plant growth, PPO activities in plastid and mitochondrial fractions were decreased, while those in cell wall fraction were maintained. During growing process, specific activities and PPO activities of each fraction were decreased, while total phenol content were decreased in middle (middle) and then increased in later stage (lower). Cell wall, plastid, mitochondrial (pellet) and soluble fraction had slightly different pH optima and substrate specificities. Isoenzyme patterns were identical in two bands for PPO activity in different subcellular fractions. Their molecular weights were 37KD and 48KD respectively.
