유전자 온톨로지를 활용한 클러스터링 성능 향상 기법 (Improving Clustering Performance Using Gene Ontology)

  • 마이크로어레이 데이터의 클러스터링 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 유전자 온톨로지(GO)를 활용하는 연구가 최근 진행 중에 있다. 그 중 Biological Process(BP) GO를 활용한 Kustra et al.의 연구가 2006년에 소개된 바 있다. 본 연구는 Kustra et al.의 연구를 확장하여 일반적이고 실질적인 GO의 활용 방안을 위한 분석 결과를 제시하기 위하여 다양한 활용 방법을 적용한다. (1) GO의 거리를 측정하기 위하여 Lin et al, Resnik et al과 Jiang et al의 방법을 적용하였으며, (2) BP를 포함한 세 가지 GO 유형의 구조에 대해 적용하여 각 방법에 따른 성능 향상 정도를 분석한다. 각 방법에 대한 성능 분석 비교를 위하여 효모 유전자를 관측하여 형성한 데이터를 활용한다. 실험 결과를 통하여 GO 정보를 클러스터링에 적용하면 전반적으로 성능 향상을 유도하지만, 활용 방법에 따라서 성능 개선 정도의 차이가 발생한다. 그 중 Resnik의 거리 측정 척도와 BP GO를 활용하였을 때, 가장 개선된 성능을 유도함을 볼 수 있다.

차량 궤적 예측기법을 이용한 차량 정지/서행 순항 제어 (Vehicle Stop and Go Cruise Control using a Vehicle Trajectory Prediction Method)

  • This paper proposes a vehicle trajectory prediction method for application to vehicle-to-vehicle distance control. This method is based on 2-dimensional kinematics and a Kalman filter has been used to estimate acceleration of the object vehicle. The simulation results using the proposed control method show that the relative distance characteristics can be improved via the trajectory prediction method compared to the customary vehicle stop and go cruise control systems which makes the vehicle remain at a safe distance from a preceding vehicle according to the driver's preference, automatically slow down and come to a full stop behind a preceding vehicle.

  • This paper addresses a throttle/brake control law for stop and go cruise control systems which make the vehicle remain at a safe distance from a preceding vehicle according to the driver's preference, automatically slow down and come to a full stop behind a preceding vehicle. The uncertainties of vehicle model have been considered in the design of the control law. The effect of throttle/brake control has been investigated via simulations. The simulations were performed using a complete nonlinear vehicle model. The results indicate that the proposed throttle/brake control law can provide the stop and go cruise control system with a good distance tracking performance.

Vehicle Tests of a Longitudinal Control Law for Application to Stop-and-Go Cruise Control

  • This paper presents the implementation and vehicle tests of a vehicle longitudinal control scheme for Stop and Go cruise control. The control scheme consists of a vehicle-to-vehicle distance control algorithm and throttle/brake control algorithm for acceleration tracking. The desired acceleration of a vehicle for vehicle-to-vehicle distance control has been designed using Linear Quadratic optimal control theory. Performance of the control algorithm has been investigated via vehicle tests. A millimeter wave radar sensor has been used for distance measurement. A stepper motor and an electronic vacuum booster have been used for throttle/brake actuators, respectively. It has been shown that the proposed control algorithm can provide satisfactory performance.

궁궐(宮闕) 정전(正殿)에서 기둥과 공포의 구조적(構造的) 비례특성(比例特性)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A study on the Characteristics of Structural Proportion of Pillar and 'Kong-po' in 'Main Hall of Royal Palace(正殿)' of the Royal Palace)

  • 4 royal palaces are currently remained from capital city (Seoul) of 'Cho-Sun(朝鮮)' period. In these palaces, 'Main hall of Royal Palace(正殿)' is the center of the Royal Palaces. The 'Main hall of Royal Palace' of the Royal Palace was the best building of that time. Therefore there were many studies about the 'Main hall of Royal Palace'. But these studies were individual studies of these 'Main hall of Royal Palace'. Therefore, this study is to analyze and compare 4 'Main hall of Royal Palace' of the Royal palaces. It is to study the proportion regarding the Diameter of the pillar, the Height, the pillar and pillar Interval's Distance, and the arrangement of 'Kong-Po(bracket sets)'. With these studies, it is to prove that the 'Main hall of Royal Palace' is the building which high construction technique of this time is expressed. Result of this study is as followings; First, the proportion of pillar height(H) to its diameter(D) average from H=8.0 to 8.5D. Only the Myeong-Jeong-Jeon omitted the 'Go-Ju(高柱)' in the 'Toi-Kan (退間)' to place Ea-Jwa(御座). Second, Second, the proportion of diameter of the pillar of 'Eoi-Bu-Pyeong-Ju(外部平柱)' and 'Nae-Jin-Go-Ju(內陣高柱)' average D1(Diameter of 'Eoi-Bu-Pyeong-Ju') =0.91D2 (Diameter of 'Nae-Jin-Go-Ju'). In regards to the height, the single floor 'Main hall of Royal Palace' and double floor 'Main hall of Royal Palace' seems to be different. The height proportion of the double floor 'Main hall of royal palace' is H1(Height of 'Eoi-Bu-Pyeong-Ju')=0.34H2(Height of 'Nae-Jin-Go-Ju') and single floor 'Main hall of Royal Palace' has a proportion of H1=0.62H2. Third, in Geun-Jeong-Jeon, with the proportion of height and diameter of the pillar, interval's distance between pillars and diameter, the pillar interval distance and height, of 'Ea-kan(御間)' from the 'Toi-Kan' is different from 'Main hall of Royal Palace'. This is because the structure of 'Toi-Kan' of Geun-Jeong-Jeon is not stable. In order to reinforce this, 'Gui-Go-Ju(隅高柱)' of the Geun-Jeong-Jeon jut out $4{\sim}7%$ more compared to In-Jeong-Jeon. Fourth, when comparing double floor 'Main hall of royal palace' of Geun-Jeong-Jeon and In-Jeong-Jeon, based on distance of 'Eoi-Bu-Pyeong-Ju' and 'Nae-Jin-Go-Ju' of lower level, the 'Sang-Bu-Pyeong-Ju(上部平柱)' of Geun-Jeong-Jeon jut out $4{\sim}7%$ more compared to the In-Jeong-Jeon and also It becomes thicker. Fifth, the arrangement of 'Kong-Po' on the front row of 'Gan(間)' had to do with the change of side 'Gan'. Even though the Geun-Jeong-Jeon and the In-Jeong-Jeon were double floors, the arrangement of the 'Kong-Po' is different because the number of side bay is different.

소수의 층을 갖는 환원 graphene oxide(rGO) 표준화를 위한 물성분석 (Characterization of few-layered reduced graphene oxide (rGO) for standardization)

  • 환원그래핀옥사이드(rGO)는 우수한 전기 화학적 능력으로 많은 응용과 관심이 집중되고 있어, 이에 대한 구조 및 열분석을 통한 rGO의 표준화는 품질개선과 관리를 용이하게 하여 사용자가 효율성을 높이고 비용을 절감할 수 있도록 할 수 있다. rGO 및 그래핀 관련 재료의 경우 레이어 층수의 결정과 그에 따른 물성의 차이를 정의하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 하이드라진 환원공정을 통해 그래핀옥사이드(GO)로부터 3~4층의 rGO-1과 9~10층의 rGO-2를 얻었다. 이렇게 준비된 rGO에 대해 X선 회절(XRD) 패턴인 (002) 반사와 관련된 2θ≈25°에서 회절 피크를 얻어 층간 거리와 FWHM 값을 얻어 층수(layer number)를 결정하였다. 이때 XRD 데이터 분석은 회절분석용 표준물질들을 사용하여 각도 보정을 수행하였다. 정밀한 층간거리와 FWHM 값은, 각도 보정된 회절 데이터를 이용하여 OriginLab 및 오픈 소스 XRD 회절분석 프로그램들을 사용하여 결정하였다. rGO 샘플들의 추가적인 물성 표준화 분석을 위해 TG-DSC 열분석을 수행하였다.

Virtual Go to School (VG2S): University Support Course System with Physical Time and Space Restrictions in a Distance Learning Environment

  • Distance learning universities provide online course content. The main methods of providing class contents are on-demand and live-streaming. This means that students are not restricted by time or space. The advantage is that students can take the course anytime and anywhere. Therefore, unlike commuting students, there is no commuting time to the campus, and there is no natural process required to take classes. However, despite this convenient situation, the attendance rate and graduation rate of distance learning universities tend to be lower than that of commuting universities. Although the course environment is not the only factor, students cannot obtain a bachelor's degree unless they fulfill the graduation requirements. In both commuter and distance learning universities, taking classes is an important factor in earning credits. There are fewer time and space constraints for distance learning students than for commuting students. It is also easy for distance learning students to take classes at their own timing. There should be more ease of learning than for students who commute to school with restrictions. However, it is easier to take a course at a commuter university that conducts face-to-face classes. I thought that the reason for this was that commuting to school was a part of the process of taking classes for commuting students. Commuting to school was thought to increase the willingness and motivation to take classes. Therefore, I thought that the inconvenient constraints might encourage students to take the course. In this research, I focused on the act of commuting to school by students. These situations are also applied to the distance learning environment. The students have physical time constraints. To achieve this goal, I will implement a course restriction method that aims to promote the willingness and attitude of students. Therefore, in this paper, I have implemented a virtual school system called "virtual go to school (VG2S)" that reflects the actual route to school.

한국 프로바둑기사 포석 인식을 위한 선형판별분석과 주성분분석 비교 (Comparison of LDA and PCA for Korean Pro Go Player's Opening Recognition)

  • 적어도 2,500년 전에 기원된 바둑은 세상에서 가장 오래된 보드 게임 중의 하나이다. 아직까지 포석 바둑에 대한 이론적 연구는 여전히 미흡하다. 본 연구는 특정 프로기사의 포석을 갖고 훈련용 포석으로부터 얻어낸 클래스로의 인식을 위해 전통적인 선형판별분석 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 상위 10위권 한국 프로기사의 포석을 갖고 클래스-독립 선형판별분석과 클래스-종속 선형판별분석을 수행하였다. 실험 결과 클래스-독립 LDA는 평균 14%의 인식률을, 클래스-종속 LDA는 평균 12%의 인식률을 각각 보였다. 또한 연구 결과 일반적인 상식과 달리 PCA가 LDA보다 더 우월하고, 유클리디언 거리 측정 방식이 결코 LDA보다 뒤지지 않는다는 새로운 사실이 밝혀졌다.

세력 함수를 활용한 알파고 간의 50개 대국에 대한 형세 판단 (Full-board position evaluation of 50 AlphaGo vs AlphaGo games, using influence function)

  • 바둑에서의 형세 판단은 현재 대국 중인 흑백 대국자 간의 유불리를 판단하는 척도가 되며, 이를 통해 곧바로 적절한 전술과 전략을 구사하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 거리에 따라 반감하는 세력 함수를 활용하여 알파고 간의 50개 대국의 형세 판단을 하고자 했다. 실험 결과에 따르면 단지 세력 함수만을 사용하여 형세 판단을 하게 되면 정확한 판단을 함에 한계가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이를 극복하기 위해 사석 처리를 위한 사활문제 해결이 필요하며, 이를 보강하게 되면 바둑에서의 정밀한 형세 판단을 할 수 있음을 보였다.

TCMS와 ATC장치간 인터페이스 이중계 구현 및 무축제동 제어방안 (Design of redundancy interface between TCMS and ATC system, and brake control of free-axle system)

  • Recently Domestic EMU's on board signal systems are gradually changed form Cab signal(Fix Block) to Distance-to-go. Interfaces with on board signal system, TCMS Redundancy structure is mainly required. This paper suggest Manaul/Automatic Driving based on TCMS-ATC interface and design of backup system which is operated by Stan-by Computer when one of it's Local Interface Unit(LIU) is out of oder. For the purpose of Precision Train Stop, Distance-to-go signal system require accuracy speed. Free-axle structure is required for this system This paper suggest Free-axle braking system that lack of brake-force is compensated by the distributed brake-force using TCMS. And one of braking system has out of order, compensation of brake-force for Free-axle system. Then we prove our design to Complete Car Test
