본 연구는 장애학생에게 실시된 원격수업에 대한 장애학생 학부모의 인식을 파악하고, 교육지원에 대한 요구를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 학령기 장애 자녀가 있는 전국의 학부모 총 2,392명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 문항은 크게 교육격차 방지를 위한 학습지원, 행동 및 심리적 어려움을 위한 지원, 교육복지 보장을 위한 돌봄지원의 영역에 관한 문항들로 구성되었다. 설문조사를 통해 취합된 자료는 기술통계를 통해 분석되었으며, 중복응답을 한 문항의 경우에는 다중응답 빈도분석을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과 원격수업 시 장애학생의 교육격차 방지를 위해 지원해야 할 학습지원의 중요도로 학교 내 대면교육이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 특수교육지원센터와 연계한 학습지원과 관련해서는 장애특성에 맞는 원격학습 방법 및 전략에 대한 상담이 가장 높게 나타났다. 장애학생 원격수업을 위한 학습지원의 방안으로 예비특수교사를 통한 개별학습 지원에 대한 요구가 높게 나타났으며, 학습보조기기 및 보조공학기기 관련해서는 필요할 때 적절하게 이용할 수 있는 충분한 기기의 확보를 요구하였다. 이 밖에도 장애학생이 행동 및 심리적 어려움을 위한 심리상담 및 교육지원이 요구되었으며, 장애특성에 적합한 돌봄 프로그램 개발 및 전담 인력 추가 배치 등에 대한 요구가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 장애학생이 원격수업으로 인한 겪게 되는 학습격차 해소를 위한 방안 및 구체적인 교육지원 방안에 관하여 시사점을 제시하였다.

코로나19로 인해 초중등학교 및 고등교육기관에서의 교수학습 방법의 급진적인 변화를 경험하였고, 교육부는 원격교육상황에서 교수학습의 질을 담보하고, 학습 참여를 촉진하기 위한 다양한 시도와 지원이 지속되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 포스트 코로나 시대 대비 교육부 지원 정책에 대해 살펴보고, 원격교육에 대한 교수자의 경험을 집중면담을 통해 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 학습자의 학습 참여 촉진을 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 실시간 원격교육에서 학습 참여를 지원하는 프로그램 활용방안으로, 첫째, 학습자의 적정 학습 집중 기간에 대한 고려, 둘째, 학습활동 중 예기치 못한 문제 상황 발생 대처 방안, 협업 도구로 소회의실 및 채팅 활용방안에 대해 제시하였다.

The article discusses the features of the use of distance technologies to intensify the learning process of students. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning are shown. The role and functions of the teacher in distance learning have been adjusted. Information and methodological support for distance learning of students is proposed. Analyzed pedagogical, psychological, methodological and philosophical literature, educational standards, charters of higher educational institutions and other documents. Studied foreign experience in conducting classes using information technology.

In the programming education, there is a great need of a teaching support system that can support the learner in the programming process regardless of the computer language due to instructor's difficulty of checking the progress of learners in real-time. Its importance is especially important in lower grade coding classes such as in K-12 education because they are not used to coding and so simple problems can be regarded as complex problems. For this, a pilot coding education support system based on Levenshtein distance algorithm which shows learners' progress to given solution in real-time was developed in order to help learners to solve complex problems easily, and the learners' motivation and self-efficacy was measured for estimating the usefulness of developed system targeting elementary school students. When the learners use the developed system, it was found that a statistically significant difference appears in the sub-factors of learning motivation compared with traditional class teaching environments. Among the sub-factors of self-efficacy, the efficacy dimension showed statistically significant difference too.

본 연구에서는 교수 수요도 조사를 통하여 원격 수업에 필요한 환경을 조성하기 위한 기초 자료를 확보하고자 하였다. 본교 전임교원 184명 중 각각 2021학년도 응답자 73명(39.89%)과 2022학년도 응답자 87명(47.28%)을 그 대상으로 하였다. 교수 수요도 조사 결과 2021학년도에는 LMS 개선항목으로 출석체크 시 차시 구분이 27명(37%), 콘텐츠 개발 지원항목으로 핀 마이크 38명(23.3%), 스튜디오를 활용한 콘텐츠 제작의향에서는 그렇다가 26명(35.6%), 현재 사용하고 있는 동영상 편집 프로그램 항목으로는 곰 믹스가 33명(45.2%), 원격교육지원센터의 교육희망 주제는 동영상편집방법이 25명(34.2%)로 가장 많이 나타났다. 2022학년도에는 LMS 개선항목으로 모바일 업그레이드가 27명(31.03%), 콘텐츠 개발 지원항목으로 핀 마이크 52명(59.8%), 스튜디오를 활용한 콘텐츠 제작의향에서는 그렇다가 33명(37.9%), 현재 사용하고 있는 동영상 편집 프로그램 항목으로는 곰 믹스 프로가 47명(54%), 원격교육지원센터의 교육희망 주제는 콘텐츠 제작방법이 23명(26.4%)로 가장 많이 나타났다. 또한 2021학년도와 2022학년도 스튜디오를 활용하여 콘텐츠를 제작할 의향과 차후 원격교육지원센터의 희망 교육주제는 유의하지 않게 나타났다(p > 0.05). 본 원격교육지원센터에서는 LMS의 출석차시 구분을 해결하고, 모바일 업그레이드에 노력하고 있으며, 핀 마이크 보급을 계획하고 있다. 스튜디오의 활용도를 높이고 동영상편집프로그램의 활용법과 동영상 콘텐츠를 제작하는 방법에 대한 교육을 계획하고 있다. 대학 원격수업에서 원활한 수업이 이루어지기 위해서는 대학당국에서 교수자의 학습목표 설정, 콘텐츠 구성 및 내용 조직, 학습동기 유발, 효과적인 수업참여 방안 수립 등 교수 설계자로서 역할 수행에 어려움이 없도록 지원하는 방안을 모색할 필요성이 있다.

The modern development of higher education in Ukraine is the result of two main factors. One of them - the factor of social progress - reflects the transformations inherent in modern Ukrainian society. These include, first of all, the processes of democratization and the development of civic responsibility. European the choice of Ukraine, the integration of our state into the European space determine accordingly, the second factor influencing the development of domestic higher education - the trends that guide the progress of the European Higher Education Area (European Higher Education Area (hereinafter - EHEA) and the European Research Area Research Area, hereinafter - ERA). The strategy of information support of the educational process (approved by the European Commission in 2010) recognizes the leading role of higher education as a driver of social progress, accordingly states the priority - the development of free economic education and identifies indicators of such progress - the achievement and international attractiveness of European free economic education. The information support of modernization challenges in higher education are aimed at the educational process, the leadership position of students, in particular through promotion and implementation of leading achievements and best practices in the context of globalization.

본 연구는 원격교육학습환경 한국판 척도의 타당도를 검증하고 지각된 학업성취도와 사이버교육 만족도와의 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 K 사이버대학교 재학중인 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 그 결과로 254개의 표본을 분석에 투입하였다. 탐색적, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 원격교육학습환경척도의 구성요인을 검증하고 지각된 학업성취도와 원격교육만족도와의 관계를 구조방정식 분석을 통해 모형을 검증하였다. 그 결과 원격교육학습환경 한국판 척도는 교수자 지원, 학생간 상호작용과 협동, 개인적 연관성, 수업 실제성, 능동적 학습, 학습자 자율성 등의 6개 요인으로 구성되었으며 확인적 요인분석을 통해 검증한 모형적합도 역시 적합한 수준으로 나타났다. 구조방정식의 경로 분석 결과 원격교육학습환경이 학업성취도에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 지각된 학업성취도를 매개로 하여 사이버교육만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 학업성취도 역시 사이버교육만족도에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 결론 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

The movement control order and shutting down educational institution in Saudi Arabia has jeopardized the teaching and learning process. Education was shifted to distance learning in order to avoid any academic loss. In the middle of the Covid-19 crisis, there is a need to assess the full image of e-learning in Saudi Arabia. To investigate student and teachers' perception and acceptance, parents' attitudes and believes about distance education are the main goals of the study. The mix-method research design was employed to collect data. Three surveys were distributed to 100 students and 50 teachers and 50 parents from different educational institutions in Saudi Arabia, while semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 parents. Random stratified and convenient sampling methods were adopted. Both descriptive and content analysis was conducted using SPSS25.0 and NVIVO software for quantitative and qualitative data accordingly. The findings showed that students are comfortable with remote education and are receiving enough support from schools and instructors but they think online education can't replace conventional face-to-face learning. Moreover, the results showed that teachers are having challenges in preparing online classes because of the development of conducting online classes and the lack of training. However, parents showed negative attitudes regarding the benefits and values of remote education and preferred conventional learning styles in elementary schools. Parents tended to reject and resist distance learning for several reasons: professional knowledge and lack of time to support their young kids in online classes, the shortcomings of e-learning, young children's inadequate self-regulation. Saudi parents are neither trained nor ready to use e-learning. The study provided suggestion and implications for teacher education and policymakers.

유아교육은 지식의 전달보다는 지도자에 의하여 유아의 감각을 키우는 과정이라는 특징으로 인하여, 위드 코로나 시대에서도 유아 원격교육은 일대일 비대면 교육 보다는, 유아교육 꾸러미 등 배포된 자료나 TV등의 매체를 통하여 학부모가 직접 돌보는 방식으로 원격교육이 진행되었다. 연구자는 선행연구 고찰 및 학부모 집중 인터뷰를 통하여, 교육 콘텐츠의 확대 및 접근성 확대, 유아 원격교육의 기본지식 이해, 실시간 원격교육을 통한 유아의 사회성 증대 필요 등의 원격교육 요구사항을 파악하였고, 현재 제공중인 원격교육 관련 솔루션이 유아교육에는 적합하지 않다는 것을 파악하였다. 이에 따라, 연구자는 다양성, 용이성, 실시간 소통, 통합이라는 유아 원격교육 솔루션의 기본방향(VERI)을 제시하고, 유아, 학부모, 교사가 함께 콘텐츠를 공유하고, 실시간 및 비실시간 소통을 할 수 있는 Web/App 솔루션 개발을 제안하였다. 이러한 원격교육 솔루션은 단지 가이드라인과 자료만 제시하고 있는 현재 상황을 유아-학부모-교사가 함께 소통하고, 콘텐츠를 공유하게 되어, 위드 코로나 시대의 유아 원격교육을 효율적으로 지원할 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 COVID-19에 따른 원격수업 현황을 조사한 연구들로부터 효과적인 원격수업을 위해 교사들에게 필요한 사항들은 분석하였다. 그 결과, 원격수업 콘텐츠 관련 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로는 원격수업 콘텐츠 제작에 특화된 플랫폼 구축 및 콘텐츠 제작·운영 관련 교원 연수의 확충, 콘텐츠 제작 관련 저작권 제도를 개선하는 방안이 필요하다고 판단된다. 또한 원격수업은 등교수업과 체계와 특징이 다르므로 원격수업을 위한 제도적 측면의 보완도 필요하다. 원격수업에 맞는 평가 방식, 교육과정 운영 권한, 학습 관리 시스템 등에 대한 지원 필요하다고 판단된다. 아울러 원격수업을 위한 인프라 확충이 필요하며, 원격학습으로 인해 학습격차 문제가 반복되지 않도록 자기주도적 향상 프로그램 및 자기주도적 원격학습을 할 수 있는 구조 및 플랫폼도 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.
