It was shown that Emotional labor had a positive correlation with burnout and turnover intention and the explanation power was 18.1%. Conclusions: The dental hygienists are one of the most vulnerable emotional labor workers and are apt to feel exhaustion from the job and turnover intention. It is necessary to prepare for the burnout and turnover intention in the dental hygienists.

Research design, data, and methodology - For the purpose of carrying out this research, we conducted a direst structured questionnaire to students at 'J' college. A total of 237 valid questionnaires were collected for students and their parents at 'J' university. For the hypothesis test, exploratory factor analysis, t-test, regression and structure equation path analysis were performed. Results - The consumers who often resented HMR purchase did counter-factual thinking on post-purchase behavior were likely to do switching purchases. Counter-factual thinking on post-purchase behavior had a negative influence upon consumer's satisfaction with HMR safety and marketing characteristics. • The need for overall assessment of economic effectiveness of library culture program has been suggested, as its importance continues to grow. Our study proposed a new assessment method by applying DM format and IBM format to contingent valuation method that has been used for analyzing the economic value of culture program. This study also illustrates the process through case analysis so that the public library can apply this model. It is meaningful that the study provides basic framework to evaluate the fair value of the public library by minimizing the bias that the contingent valuation method has.

  • VR(virtual reality) which already is used commonly in diverse areas including entertainment, design, and simulation training is most important area in ICT. VR already has various uses within the tourism sector. As VR technology continues to evolve, there is little reason to doubt that it will become more prevalent throughout society and the tourism sector in particular. In this paper, we plan to improve the VR content to the market possibility and competitiveness of VR content in the culture industry. Out of focus, lens dust, motion blur, blur effect were minimized to improve the simulation sickness which caused by the cognitive dissonance in the HMD. And also, the content was considered UI design for user's immersion.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the in-home child care support service experience of twenty child rearing families. In order to conduct this study, grounded theory method was employed. The central phenomenon of the service experience digged out from this study was 'difficulty' (i. e. insecurity and a feeling of helplessness). The causal conditions which brought about the central phenomenon were 'defect of system' and 'service characteristics' The intervening conditions included 'alternative resources' 'working conditions' and 'service institute manager discretion'. The contextual conditions consisted of 'maternal ideology' 'the public nanny's personality awareness'. The action/interaction strategies on the central phenomenon were 'inaction' 'insecurity decrease strategy' and 'dissonance decrease strategy. The final outcome was 'rearing gap fillup "the method of nanny managing" dissatisfaction accumulation' ''system improvement demand'. The families were classified as four types: 'management/subject' 'adaptation/dependent' 'patience/acceptant' 'supplementation/overcoming'. Based on these results, this study provided a few political and practice suggestions to improve this system.

  • This study focuses on the application of collage techniques to contemporary fashion and intends to show that collage techniques have a significant influence on contemporary fashion, leading to a more creative design aesthetic through the combination of fashion and art. The author carried out an empirical analysis focusing on domestic and global fashion collections from 2000S/S to 2010F/W, fashion publications, and internet data, along with a literature review. As a result, the papier-colle approach, as represented by cubism, showed a creative surface effect through the texture of the paper itself by applying real paper and other materials directly to the clothing items. Second, Dadaist ready-made expressed a distortion of the material and freedom of expression by creating a collage with ready-made fashion items and daily necessities. Third, a photomontage expressed unique images by printing various images of photos that contrasted in perspective. In addition to this, beauty in dissonance and a new sense of space by a collage of disparate material. Fourth, decalcomanie was expressed by printing methods, giving a stable image of the symmetry of the perfect landscape as well as the unintended effect of coincidence in abstract images and particular textures. Fifth, assemblage as the representative collage technique of pop art introduced the overall object itself or modified form by combining it with fashion to express three-dimensional aggregate structures.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among turnover intention, emotional labor, and communication competence in nurses. Methods: The participants for this study were 297 nurses from three general hospitals in two local cites in Korea. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from August 26 to September 10, 2013 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson Correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: The average scores for turnover intention, emotional labor, and communication competence respectively, were 3.45, 3.08, and 3.44 out of 5. The novices recognized that their emotional labor and turnover intention were significantly higher, and their communication competence was lower than other nurses. Nurses' turnover intention had a positive relationship with their emotional labor, but no relationship with communication competence. Job satisfaction, frequency of emotional expression, and emotional dissonance had an effect on nurses' turnover intention. Conclusion: The results show that emotional labor and job satisfaction are very important factors affecting nurses' turnover intention. So, nurse managers should try to minimize nurses' emotional labor and maximize their job satisfaction by developing various human relationship educational and support programs and using them.

  • Human-error and mental stress caused by psychophysiological dissonance between people and artificial environments have become a social problem. And it is a common knowledge that comfort environment reduces human-error and mental stress. Comfort sensibility is related to complex interactions between fabric, climatic, physiological and psychological variables. Currently, comfort sensibility has been evaluated by many sensory tests. However, it is difficult to evaluate comfort sensibility because a concrete concept of comfort sensibility is hard to define. In this paper, we propose a model to evaluate the comfort sensibility using Fuzzy-weighted score on an individual's subjective state for the stimulus. To represent the degree of comfort sensibility level for the stimulus, we represent comfort sensibility using 2 dimensional sensibility vector model. And we use the fuzzy-weighted score that is a fuzzy version of the weighted checklist technique computerized for evaluating the subjects. As an example, this model is applied to 1/f fluctuation sound evaluation. The results show that this model can be effectively used to the quantitative evaluation of comfort sensibility for the stimulus.
