전자 부품 검사용 광학분석 장비 제어시스템에 대한 연구 (Study on the Optical Analysis Equipment Control System for Electronic Parts Inspection)

  • Product of technology developed in this study is an external interface for controlling the equipment of pendant key remote control system circuit board, and it is used in the electronic component test equipment system. Main control system module is in the role as a device for controlling the various control devices that make up the integrated system for microscopic examination at the request of the host computer engineers to control the inspection equipment. The pentane-key interface module to its role as a device for controlling the various control devices that make up the integrated system for microscopic examination at the request of the host computer for the engineer to control the inspection equipment. Development of the control system can be expected in the configuration of a system for efficient and accurate inspection of high-precision parts.

  • 사물 인터넷을 기반으로 지하철역사의 재난 전조를 조기에 발견하고 승객들에게 피난을 유도하는 지하철 재난전조 감지 시스템 개발에 있어서 재난 발생시 상황대피 유도방법과 정확한 재난 위치 알림 및 대피경로 안내는 재난 상황에 빠른 대피와 인명피해를 최소화 할수 있는 매우 적극적인 대안이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대피를 가장 효율적으로 유도할 수 있는 재난대응 EL Display 통합 보드를 개발하였으며 이를 현장 실험을 통해 실제 활용성에 대한 검토를 실험하였다. 특히, EL패널을 재난 대피유도용으로 활용한 사례가 없어 현장적용테스트를 거쳐 그 활용 가능성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문은 ARM7TDMI 칩을 사용하여 전광판 시스템을 설계하고 자체적인 한글 입출력 처리가 가능하도록 하였다. 그리고 사용자가 원하는 표출문구의 입력, 편집을 쉽고 편리하게 할 수 있는 여러가지 형태의 입력방법에 대해 연구하였다. 기본적으로 PC에 의한 유/무선 문구입력과 PDA에 의한 유무선 문구입력이 가능하게 하였다. 또한 LINUX OS가 포팅 된 PXA255프로세서 기반의 임베디드 보드에서 Graphic Library인 QT/Embedded 2.3.7을 터치패널사용이 가능하도록 포팅 하여 원격지의 전광판에 문구를 이더넷 통신방법에 의해 쉽게 바꿀 수 있게 하였으며 인터넷상에 링크되어있는 유용한 정보를 전광판에서 실시간적으로 볼 수 있도록 하였다.

  • Automatic inspection system software for display image characteristic of CRT is developed. There are two major contributions of this software development. One is that the data from measuring equipments which was usually collected manually is automatically collected through RS-232C port and is saved in computer, then, trend analysis graph and final reports are generated. The other is that evauation of characteristic of electron gun was automatically processed by CCD camera and image processing technique. The system is developed under MS-Windows environment utilizing Borland C++4.0 Compiler and DT 3852-8 image processor board. This system can save the time and man power to measure and to anayze the image characteristics relative to current method.

PREEMPT_RT Linux에서 SOEM을 이용하는 임베디드 EtherCAT 마스터 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of an Embedded EtherCAT Master with SOEM on PREEMPT_RT Linux)

  • EtherCAT is an Ethernet-based fieldbus system standardized in IEC 61158 and SEMI, and widely used in the fields of factory automation, semiconductor equipment and robotics. In this paper, an EtherCAT master is implemented on an embedded board with Arm based 64-bit quad-core processor and its jitter performance is evaluated at the output of the network interface to include all the effects of the entire system in the results. For the EtherCAT master system, an open source EtherCAT master stack, Simple Open EtherCAT Master (SOEM), is installed on PREEMPT_RT patched Linux operating system for real-time operation. The results show that the jitter performance is comparable to that of Xenomai-based master and the EtherCAT master with two master instances has similar jitter performance to the EtherCAT master with one master instance.

  • A solar power generation system uses a solar module that collects solar radiation energy, a connecting board that collects DC power generated from the solar module, and a diode to prevent reverse current from flowing from an inverter to the solar module. The existing photovoltaic connection module consists of only fuses and diodes for reverse polarity and overcurrent blocking, and does not have fire diagnosis, prevention, and suppression functions in the event of a fire. To solve this problem, this paper presents a method to monitor the internal state of the photovoltaic connection module using several sensors and to prevent and extinguish a fire using solenoid valves and fire extinguishing agents when a fire is detected. Through the experiment, it was confirmed that the proposed method normally suppresses the fire in event of a fire.

STM32 마이크로 컨트롤러에서 SOEM을 이용하는 EtherCAT 마스터 구현 (Implementation of an EtherCAT Master with SOEM on STM32 Microcontroller)

  • EtherCAT is an Ethernet-based fieldbus system standardized in IEC 61158 and SEMI, and widely used in the fields of factory automation, semiconductor equipment and robotics. In this paper, without operating system, we have implemented an EtherCAT master with an open source EtherCAT master stack SOEM on STM32 Nucleo-144 board with an STM32F767 microcontroller. And its jitter performance has been evaluated at the output of the network port to include all the effects of the entire system in the results. The results show that the implemented EtherCAT master has precise control performance for control frequencies from 1KHz to 8KHz and relatively superior jitter performance compared to the EtherCAT masters with real-time patched Linux operating system.

  • Recently, the research of the FPD(Flat Panel Display)which is substituted for CRT(Cathode Ray Tube) has been widely progressed. But most equipment that are used for production of FPD are expensive and we must import these equipment. Among these equipment, most important one is a auto-alignment system. In this paper, we present a high speed, high precision auto-alignment system, in which a PLD auto tuning algorithm, 1-dimensional CCD(Dcharge Coupled Device) camera, vision board, and vision data processing algorithm are included.

  • A new plasma display panel sustaining driver using single side sustaining technique with the dual resonant method is proposed. Since this circuit enables to reduce switches in energy recovery circuit with keeping voltage stress like that of prior circuit, it can be low cost circuit comparing with a conventional driver. To integrate sustain function into one side with single power source in the driver, a charge pump method is adopted to make negative sustaining voltage and achieve dual resonant energy recovery on sustaining modes.

  • In this paper, we introduce a new roadway-departure prevention algorithm and the developed Hardware-in-the-Loop-Simulator (HiLS) for applying the new algorithm. A sliding-mode controller is used for lateral position control. And, the HiLS consists of real car elements, a micro-control board, and a self-aligning torque generator Finally from the display module, the perspective view and bird view of the animated vehicle can be seen simultaneously.
