Objectives : This research aims to investigate the consumer's interest in the Korean Medicine (KM) industry by using Google-trends and Naver-Data lab. A quick and uncomplicated way for those who are already involved with KM industry but do not have expertise in utilizing Big-data searches, is introduced. Methods : 'Direct keyword' was set by FGI (Focus Group Interview) and 'Detailed keyword' was set by using relevant word search and autocomplete search functions in the search engine. By inquiring Naver-Data lab, keyword search volumes are compared by age and sex, date range, and originating region of the researcher. It is possible to determine whether the data is reliable or authentic through examining the associated query. Selected direct keywords used through FGI (Focus Group Interview) were 'Acupuncture', 'Herbal Medicine', 'Cupping', 'Musculoskeletal Disease', 'Diet', and 'Stemina'. Based on these keywords, the following results were derived from the keyword analysis. Results : From August 2016, there was a noticeable surge of interest in men's 'Cupping'. The search for 'Diet' increased in the second quarter of 2016 from all ages. The search volume of 'Stemna' for individuals in their 20s is higher than that of those in their 30s or 40s'. Researchers from the region of Chungcheongbuk-do had a higher level of interest in analgesics and less interest in Korean Medicine. There is a greater interest in the KM market from European countries and America, than from Korea, China, and other Asian countries. Discussion : Despite the limitations of the research, it is meaningful to introduce a quick and easy data search method to compare information by age, sex, and region. Conclusion : The future of research into Korea Medicine and this market is confirmed by our data results which indicate interest from Europe, the United States, and other western countries, but less interest from Korea, China and other Asian countries.

Background: In order to emphasize the importance of clinical dental hygienists-led dental hygiene management processes for those with systemic diseases, we tried to identify systemic diseases affecting dental implants based on clinical data. Methods: In order to identify systemic diseases affecting dental implants, literature review was conducted from March 1 to May 31, 2023, and the search period was for research papers published in domestic and foreign academic journals from January 2000 to December 2020. Domestic databases used for search use RISS, Nuri Media(DBpia), and Korea Academic Information (http://www.papersearch.net ; KISS), while overseas databases searched Pubmed for dental implant failures, implants, systemic diseases, and Dental implant and system disease. Results: The cumulative survival rate of implants averaged 94.3 percent and the failure rate was 5.7 percent. Clinical analysis of systemic diseases related to implants accounted for the highest frequency with 13 (100.0%), followed by 8 (61.5%) studies on high blood pressure and smoking, 7 (53.8%) cardiovascular diseases, and 5 (38.5%). In addition, liver disease, thyroid abnormalities, blood abnormalities, organ transplants and infectious diseases were confirmed. Conclusion: Since unregulated systemic diseases are a risk factor for implant failure, clinical dental hygienists should continue to maintain healthy oral conditions by sharing information with patients during periodic preventive dental hygiene management processes such as dental hygiene assessment.

Inherited peripheral neuropathy is a heterogeneous group of peripheral neurodegenerative disorders including Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. Many peripheral neuropathies often accompany impaired axonal construction and function. To study the molecular and cellular basis of axon-defective peripheral neuropathy, we explore the possibility of using Caenorhabditis elegans, a powerful nematode model equipped with a variety of genetics and imaging tools. In search of potential candidates of C. elegans peripheral neuropathy models, we monitored the movement and the body posture patterns of 26 C. elegans strains with disruption of genes associated with various peripheral neuropathies and compiled a database of their phenotypes. Our assay showed that movement features of the worms with mutations in HSPB1, MFN2, DYNC1H1, and KIF1B human homologues are significantly different from the control strain, suggesting they are viable candidates for C. elegans peripheral neuropathy models.

A lot of research have been done so far in terms of traffic accident sequela, but most of them have stressed simply on physical treatments, resulting in less attention to the psychological ones. This is a case report of a patient with post-traumatic stress disorder. Although that is simply following in the wake of past therapy, we were experienced an improved case of post-traumatic stress disorder patient treated by herbal medicine, acupuncture, mental therapeutics. This case effectively describes the characteristics of the post-traumatic stress disorder, and it also suggested one approach for the treatment of the disease. This report is for the better understanding of the disease, and also the search for the advanced treatments to it hereafter.

During the search for anticholinesterase compounds from marine organisms, we were able to isolate 6,6'-bieckol from a red alga, Grateloupia elliptica. This compound showed moderate acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activity in a micromole range ($IC_{50}$ $44.5{\mu}M$). However, for butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE), a new target for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD), it showed particularly potent inhibitory activity ($IC_{50}$ $27.4{\mu}M$), which is more potent compared to AChE. It also inhibits BACE-1, a new target for reducing the generation of ${\beta}-amyloid$.

Intrapulmonary shunt was measured by $^{99m}Tc$-MAA perfusion tung scan. The study was included 76 patients. Significant amount of intrapulmonary shunt was observed in the pulmonary disease patients and liver disease patients. The shunt amount was correlated well with $PaO_2$ and $AaDO_2$ level. Further study is needed to search the various factors affecting the amount of intrapulmonary shunt.

One patient developing left main coronary stenosis following double valve replacement is reviewed. Angina pectoris developed 5 months postoperatively. Coronary perfusion with a balloon tip perfusion catheter was performed during previous operation and was considered technically satisfactory. Coronary angiography confirmed stenosis of the left main coronary artery. There was no further coronary arterial disease. An anterior approach between the aorta and pulmonary artery to expose the left main coronary artery was used and patch angioplasty was done. Repeat coronary angiography showed a widely patent left main coronary artery with excellent runoff. A careful search for coronary arterial injury should be made in all symptomatic patients following aortic valve replacement.

Authors have experienced the treatment for the uppermost frequent cases, herpes zoster, frozen shoulder and low back pain among those who visited our pain clinic. 1. Herpes zoster The Patients who received the treatment within 4 weeks of the onset of the disease, not only healed herpes without leaving post herpetic neuralgia but also crust formation was fast. 2. Frozen shoulder Over 90% of the patients who received suprascapular nerve block accompanied with trigger points electric stimulation was very efficient procedure, futhermore, authors felt keenly the necessity each patients co-operation and individual endurance for this treatment. 3. Low back pain An epidural steroid administration to the patients who did not have any organic disturbances was effective treatment. If this non-effective, search other cause of the disease or operation was advisable one.

Adenomyosis is a benign gynecological disease frequently affecting women of reproductive age. It has a negative impact on the quality of life, causing bleeding disorders, dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, and infertility. However, the molecular mechanisms involved in adenomyosis development remain unclear. This paper summarizes the reports found in the MEDLINE database on the molecular mechanisms involved in the development and progression of uterine adenomyosis. The literature search included the following terms: "adenomyosis," "adenomyoma," "pathogenesis," "molecular mechanisms," and "gynecological disorders." Only peer-reviewed, English-language journal articles were included. This review focuses on the molecular genetics, epigenetic modifications, and pivotal signaling pathways associated with adenomyosis development and progression, which will provide insights into and a better understanding of its underlying pathophysiology.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to search liquid that mixing with powder drug on acnes disease. Conclusions : Out of acne patients who visited Oriental Medicine Hospital of Han-Seo University during December 2002 - February 2003, four female and five male were treated over four weeks. The average age were 21.44 years old. Before treatment, acne patients were sparsely with papules at the forehead, cheeks, lower jaw. After treatment during four weeks, seven acne patients change for the better, 77.8$\%$(mild improved 55.5$\%$, improved 11.1$\%$, much improved 11.1$\%$)
