This study was conducted to verify the current criteria and classification system used to determine specialized general hospitals status. In this study, we proposed a new classification system which Is simpler and more convenient than the current one. In the new classification system clinical procedure was chosen as the unit of analysis in order to reflect all the resource consumption and the complexities and degree of medical technologies in determining specialized general hospitals. We developed a statistical model and applied this model to 117 general hospitals which claim their national insurance through electronic data interchange(EDI). Analysis based on 984 clinical procedures and medical facilities' characteristic variable discriminated specialized general hospital in present without misclassification. It means that we can determine specialized general hospital's permission In new way without using the current complicated criteria. This study discriminated specialized general hospital by the new proposed model based on clinical procedures provided by each hospital. For clustering the same types of medical facilities using 984 clinical procedures, we executed multidimensional scale analysis and divided 117 hospitals into 4 groups by two axises : a variety of procedure and the Proportion of high technology Procedure. Therefore, we divided 117 hospitals into 4 groups and one of them was considered as specialized general hospital. In discriminating analysis, we abstracted proportion of 16 clinical procedures which effect on discriminating the specialized general hospital in statistical system also we identify discriminating function which include these variables. As a result, we identify 2 discriminating functions, one is for current discriminating system and the other two is for new discriminating system of specialized general hospital.

본 논문에서는 광센서를 이용하여 컬러 디스플레이 장치를 사용하는 다양한 주위 조명광을 판별할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 디스플레이를 사용하는 외부 조명광을 판별하기 위해서 Ye와 Cy 두 출력을 갖는 광센서를 사용하여 조명광 판별 시스템을 구현하였고, 구현한 실제 시스템에 대한 실험 결과 조도가 변하는 다양한 조명광에 대해서 광센서의 출력 전압비(Ye/Cy)로 조명광의 판별이 가능한 것을 확인하였다.

이 연구는 위성 탐색 사진으로부터 물체에 대한 고유의 전자파 강도(intensity) 값을 이용해 형상을 판별해 내는 특성 연구이다. 영상 스펙트럼에 의해 형상 특성을 연구하고. 물질이 가지고 있는 고유의 스펙트럼 수치 값을 이용해서 목적물 즉, 물, 녹지, 침엽수, 활엽수와 지형과 지물. 농경지와 초지 등을 판별해 낼 수 있는 알고리즘으로부터 프로시저를 개발하고, 이를 응용한 판별시스템을 구현하였다.

This paper proposes the algorithm for discriminating faults from the variation due to the operation of non-linear components to prevent the mal-operation of protection relay in the distribution system. An IEEE 13 node test feeder is modeled to analyze the characteristics of the fault and each variation using EMTP-RV. Simulations with various operating conditions of transformers, non-linear loads, and unbalanced loads are performed using the test feeder model. Based on simulation results, the wavelet transform is adopted to analyze the current waveforms from the faults and variations to find out the differences between them and the algorithm for discriminating faults from the variation is proposed. The proposed algorithm is verified by using the current waveforms simulated in the KEPCO's distiribution system and IEEE 13 node test feeder.

A new picking algorithm has been developed on real-time basis for finding the onset of P wave as well as discriminating the micro seismic signal from artificial noise. Unlike the previous methods which have used the STA/LTA ratio for discriminating the P arrivals, we have adopted the slope discrimination methods for identifying the P onset. As result, this algorithm has been turned out to be efficient in both accuracy and computation in on-line system.

Today's construction is a large-scale and long life span program, so called Mega-scale project, that every moment constructor faces much of hardships, It is because of a large amount of stakeholders, data and complicated relationship among workers. In order to overcome these problems, IETM(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) has been introduced to construction industry recently, It is regarded as a useful tool for handling the data, procedures of the construction, but it is similar to existing IT-based information systems, the PMIS(Project Management Information System) and the KMS(Knowledge Management System), without characterizing. This research is intended to find out IETM's property and to present the Ontology scheme discriminating Construction IETM from existing systems..

An acoustic method for discriminating plankton from fish, in Lake Dom Helvecio of Brazil, is developed. The flow of data from this method is comprised of time varied threshold (TVT), dilation filter, bitmap and mask functions. The TVT can, of itself, precisely explain how to select an appropriate value. The final results of the echogram, which only shows plankton by masking fish signals, is used to examine the acoustic density of plankton by depth and time. The results indicate that the acoustic density of the plankton is at a depth of between 5m to 15m, its density is especially high at 10m to 15m. The results of the acoustic density of plankton by time indicate that May 7 is higher in density than May 8. Future study plans include the use of net samples, environmental datasets to identify the abundance and ecology described by the Chaoborus spp. from other species.

본 연구에서는 대한의학학술지편집인협의회가 1997년부터 1999년 사이에 평가한 76종의 국내 의학학술지가 받은 총 33개 평가항목의 각 항목별 평가점수와 총평점의 분포, 그리고 이들의 상관관계를 분석하여 각 평가지표의 변별력을 측정하였다. 한국 의학학술지의 대표적인(변별력이 높은) 평가지표는 투고논문의 상호심사와 관련된 평가항목과, 학술지가 일정한 형식으로 일관성 있게 잘 만들어지고 있는지를 평가하는 항목으로 판명되었다. 논문상호심사제도(peer review system)가 학술지의 질관리에 있어서 매우 중요하다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 학술지의 철저한 편집(quality of editorial work)과 출판품질 관리(production quality)가 학술지 평가의 좋은 척도가 될 수 있다는 것은 학술지 평가사업의 경제성과 효율성의 측면에서 매우 고무적인 일이다. 편집인 교체빈도나 연간 발행회수 등은 변별력이 거의 없는 평가지표로 나타났다. 평가대상 학술지가 우리나라 의학도서관에 비치되어 있는 정도나 권말색인 작성여부 등 변별력이 낮은 평가항목의 변별력을 높이기 위해서는 평가방법의 개선이 필요하며, 자체학술지 인용비율, SCI 인용빈도나 영향력지표 등의 평가항목은 평가배점 구간의 조정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. SCI에서의 인용과 국제 데이터베이스 등재여부만이 아니라, 국내 학술지가 인용하는 빈도나 영향력지표, 국내에서 구축되고 있는 의학관련 데이터베이스 등재 여부, 레코드 입력율 등의 새로운 평가지표 개발이 필요하다.

본 논문에서는, 15MHz 음향 변환자를 사용한 반사 형 음향신호 검출 시스템을 구성하였다. 금속 재료의 특성 판별에서 가장 어려운 문제점들은 비파괴로 재료의 부식 상태와 내부에 보이지 않는 결함을 분별해내는 것이다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 먼저, 재료의 특성판별에 매우 중요한 음향 V(z) 특성곡선에 대한 이론적인 전개를 하였다. V(z) 이론을 부식상태 판별에 적용하기 위하여 각각 발행연도가 틀린 100원, 500원짜리 금속 동전을 실험샘플로 사용하였다. 실험결과는 발행연도에 따라 동전의 음향신호가 명확하게 다르게 됨을 보여 줬다. 이 결과로 검출된 음향신호로 공통된 규칙을 얻어냈고, 비파괴검사로 금속물질의 부식정도를 판별하는데 매우 유용한 기술임을 확신하였고, 또한 안전운항을 위하여 항공재료 검사에도 유용하게 사용될 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

최근 건설분야 분야에 소개되어 연구 발전되고 있는 전자매뉴얼(IETM : Interactive Electronic Technical Manual)은 프로젝트 관계자들에게 공사와 관련된 절차와 정보를 적시에 제공한다는 점에서 유용한 도구로 인식되지만 PMIS(Project Management Information System)나 KMS(Knowledge Management System)과 같은 기존의 건설정보 시스템들과 개념 및 성격이 비슷하다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이는 전자매뉴얼의 개념을 초기에 특성화하지 않으면 기존 시스템들과 유사한 성격의 시스템이 재생산 될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 전자매뉴얼의 개념에 대하여 고찰하고 기존의 건설정보 시스템과의 차별화 전략에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.
